수출업체의 바이어 관계결속을 위한 e-CRM 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of e-CRM for Buyer Relationship Commitment in Korea Export Firms)

  • This paper object is application of electronic Customers Relationship Management(e-CRM) for buyer relationship commitment in korea export firms. So, I'd like to suggest some applications of e-CRM needed to strengthen the export firms in korea. These applications are as follows First, the export companies are required to e-CRM logical architecture that is needs to achievement of buyer relationship commitment. Second, Buyer data source is classify in to three large group by outside data, transaction data and support data. Third, a concept and function of buyer information database. Fourth, e-CRM campaign management for export marketing. Fifth, interaction of buyer and customizing. finally, a point to be considered of korea export companies are national character, data mining out of buyer information database, difference of data gathering and sustaining up date of buyer's new information.

전자상거래 플랫폼을 활용한 인도네시아 수출확대방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strategies for Expanding Exports of Indonesia utilizing E-commerce Platform)

  • 인도네시아는 지속적인 경제성장, 중산층 성장, 인터넷(SNS포함) 사용자 증가, 모바일 브로드밴드 서비스 접근성 확대 등으로 전자상거래 시장이 크게 발전하고 있다. 특히, 스마트폰 기기의 보급 확대로 모바일과 SNS를 통한 소비자들의 온라인 쇼핑이 급증하고 있다. 본 연구는 인도네시아 전자상거래 시장특징, 문제점, 진출사례 및 시사점 등을 상세하게 분석하여 전자상거래 플랫폼을 통한 한국 중소기업의 인도네시아 수출확대방안을 제시했다. 본 연구는 국내외 연구기관, 무역지원기관, 현지 진출 전자상거래업체 등으로부터 입수한 자료를 심층 분석하여 전략을 도출하였다. 인도네시아에 대한 수출확대를 위해서는 오프라인 시장을 직접 공략하기 보다는 기 구축된 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 간접 진출하는 것이 효과적일 수 있다. 현지 소비자들의 기호를 충족시키고 독창적인 제품을 개발하여 온라인 플랫폼에 입점한다면 효과적으로 시장을 공략할 수 있다. 인도네시아 전자상거래 플랫폼을 활용한 수출확대방안으로는 현지 온라인 판매유통망 구축, 물류배송 및 결제시스템 구축, 무슬림시장 공략을 위한 할랄 인증 취득, 철저한 시장조사를 통한 현지화 시장진출전략 수립, 한류 마케팅전략의 적극적 실행, 제품차별화 및 시장세분화 전략 수립, SNS 모바일 마케팅 전개 등이다.

  • 최근 정보기술과 인터넷은 눈부신 발전을 해오고 있다. 이렇게 변화하는 환경 속에서 기존의 오프라인 관점에 근거한 전략이나 마케팅은 더 이상 기업경쟁력 향상의 역할을 수행하기가 어렵게 되어가고 있으며, 기업과 고객 사이에서의 디지털 네트워킹으로 인한 고객들에 대한 정보관리 및 마케팅실행방법 등에 있어서 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 발전과 변화는 디자인 연구 방법론 에 있어서도 많은 변화를 유도하고 있다. 따라서 디자인적인 측면과 사회·환경적인 측면을 고려하여 본 연구는 Bloch(1995)가 주장한 제품디자인에 대한 소비자반응 프레임웍 즉, 선호정도-디자인이미지형용사-디자인요소들간의 명확한 인과관계모형을 구축한 후, IT기반 인터렉션부분인 eCRM을 결합하여 디자인 개발에 적용할 수 있는 실시간 디자인 정보 추출 솔루션을 구축하였다. 이를 통해 소비자들이 어떤 이미지를 제공하는 제품디자인을 선호하며 선호하는 제품디자인이 제공하는 이미지는 어떤 디자인요소들로 구성되는지에 대한 인과관계를 규명하여 디자이너들이 좀더 객관적이고 신뢰 할 수 있는 디자인요소들을 선택하여 디자인할 수 있는 지침을 온라인 상에서 실시간에 제공받을 수 있다.

The Effect of eWOM Information Characteristics and Brand Community Experience Value on Brand Trust, Conversion

  • Purpose - According to the recently changing consumer smart environment and consumer decision-making process, this study investigates the structural relationship between electronic(online) WOM information characteristics and brand community experience value types on specific brand reliability and brand transformation. In particular, the characteristics of word of mouth information and the experience value of brand community users were divided into detailed fac tors and approached. Methodology - In order to proceed with this study, we review previous studies and setting hypotheses. The hypothesis was verified through a survey that was conducted for the consumers with online consumption activities in less than six months. With reference to previous studies, operational definition was made for the questionnaire design. In order to verify the hypothesis, 282 people were statistically analyzed through the survey This data were used for AMOS for confirm hypothesis established. Results - eWOM information characteristics were classified into usefulness, timeliness and un-bias, and online community experience values were classified into interaction, playfulness, and virtuality. In addition, it is to investigate the relationship between the brand reliability and user's experience value in brad community. The main results are as follows. The first result was that usefulness and un-bias, which are the eWOM information characteristics had a positive effect on forming brand reliability. However, the factor of timeliness did not affect brand reliability. Second, in terms of user experience value and brand reliability in the brand community. It was fo und that experience values such as interaction, playfulness, and vituality all had a positive influence on brand reliability. Third, it was found that brand reliability has a positive influence on the on-line conversion activity of users. Conclusions - Through this study, the field of online consumer behavior research is expanding, and this study suggested that careful management is necessary according to the type or characteristics of eWOM information. Additionally, it presents the importance of the user's empirical value in the brand community influencing brand attitude and reliability. In practice, the implementation of the marketing communication mix in digital marketing has recently been underway to enhance the conversion behavior of users. At this level, it also reveals the preceding factors that increase user conversion behavior.

  • 인터넷상에서 롱런을 하기 위한 브랜드 관리 전략에는 다양한 내용이 있다. 인터넷 브랜드, 닷컴(.com) 브랜드, 넷(Net) 브랜드, 온라인(On-line) 브랜드, 최근 미국 유명 경영지에 화두로 떠오르는 단어들이다. 인터넷에서도 브랜드가 중요해지고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 더구나 인터넷기업 주가의 거품론이 확산되고 있는 시점에서 강력한 브랜드의 중요성은 더욱 커져 간다고 본다.

  • The paper is based on data collected from the Amazon website (specific in the Handmade's Category) to understand and analyze Vietnamese artisans' business context. Data analysis is also applied to determine the factors that bring success Handmade products and compare products of the same industry among competitors to find out potential products. By collecting data from Amazon and analyzing the data, we extracted useful information for online business developers. Besides, the list of potential products in Handmade sector can be referred to improve the business and compete with competitors. This paper also proposes solutions to help Vietnamese products become more appealing to international customers on the Amazon website.

E-girl과 E-boy 패션 이미지에 나타난 디지털 페르소나 (Digital persona in E-girl and E-boy fashion images)

  • The aim of this study is to select MLMA and Noen Eubanks as representatives of Gen Z's unique subculture 'E-girl' and 'E-boy' to analyze fashion images and determine their meaning through the perspective of persona. To conduct this study, a literature review and case studies were combined and fashion images of E-girl and E-boy appearing on social media were analyzed to identify the personas they expressed. A case study of MLMA and Noen Eubanks' Instagram and TikTok account posts showed that grotesque, kitsch, and gender-related images stand out. The digital personae demonstrated by E-girl and E-boy fashion images were demonstrated to be a strange persona that reject perfect beauty and a playful persona escaping from reality and anxiety. Lastly persona of individual identity was shown to be formed. This study provides a basis for understanding and interpreting Gen Z's culture and aesthetics that will lead to future trends. Based on this study, I hope that various studies on E-girl and E-boy apparel will be conducted, and that by understanding the importance of E-girl and E-boy culture for Gen Z (which is paying attention to fashion trends), this can be used as a marketing strategy to consider their characteristics, with data used to inform design development.

  • Electronic learning(or e-learning) has created hype for companies, universities, and other educational institutions. It has led to the phenomenal growth in the use of web-based learning and experimentation with multimedia, video conferencing, and internet-based technologies. Many researchers are interested in the factors that affect to the performance of e-learning or e-learning services. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing e-learning system reuse prediction models in which e-learner intention to reuse influence factors(i.e., system accessibility, system stability, information clarity, information validity, self-regulated efficacy, computer self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, flow, and parental expectation) affect e-learner intention to reuse positively. A web survey was conducted for the full members of the e-learning education institute A in Seoul, Republic of Korea, an exclusive e-learning company that provides real time video lectures via the desktop conferencing system. The web survey was conducted for 20 days from November 5, 2009, through the e-learning web site of the company A. In this study, three data mining techniques were used : the multivariate discriminant analysis, CART, and C5.0 algorithm. This study was conducted to provide the e-learning service providers, e-learning operators, and contents developers with marketing and management strategies for improving the e-learning service companies, based on the data mining analysis results.

유가공 업체 N사(社)의 eCRM 도입과 활용 사례 연구 (A Case Study on an Introduction and the Use of eCRM of the Dairy Industry N Company)

  • 오늘날 eCRM은 인터넷 홈페이지를 방문하는 고객 정보를 체계적으로 관리하고 활용하기 위한 기업용 정보 시스템으로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 유수의 유가공 업체 N사가 eCRM을 도입하여 활용한 사례에 대한 연구이다. N사가 eCRM을 도입하여 웹 로그 분석을 실시하고 고객별 최적화 서비스 도구를 이용할 수 있게 되면서, 이를 통해 정보를 분석하고 마케팅 활동에 활용한 사례를 연구하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 유가공 업체와 같은 제조업체에서 인터넷 홈페이지를 통한 프로모션 활동과 연계한 eCRM 솔루션 도입 과정에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한 eCRM을 기업에 도입한 후 활용 범위와 효과에 대하여 논하였다.
