The purpose of this study is to investigate Chinese e-Learning development strategies based on the analysis of Korean Industry-Academia e-Learning cooperation. Literature review and interview with experts about the subject regarding this study were the main research methods for the study. The results of the study are as follows 1. Chinese government should amend and complement the e-Learning policy of the chinese enterprise continuously through the Korean government's experience about the e-Learning policy such as enterprise e-Learning system, standardization of LMS, and quality assurance. 2. Korean government's policy about e-Learning has emphasized on practical development of e-Learning contents and LMS. And we have found they have good effects from the policy in terms of human resource development. However, Chinese government generally has emphasized on external extension of the scale and administration.nte, Chinese government should follow the practical policy in the e-Learning development as Korean government has done. 3. The way of Individualized learning, cooperative learning, team work, WBI, standardized LMS, and Blended Learning in Korea could be well adapted in Chinese e-Learning.

Flow is an optimal psychological state that people experience when engaged in an activity that is both appropriately challenging to one's skill level, often resulting in immersion and concentrated focus on a task. Through the study model, we found that Flow can result in deep learning and high levels of learning performance.

This study examines and measures the enhancement of intrinsic motivation in learners who have been part of the e-Learning system (www.englishbuddy.kr) for elementary-level English learning, developed based on the systematic application of the motivation theory as dictated by 'interest' and 'self-determination' and put into practice at 3,100 private tutoring institutions. According to the survey conducted on 328 learners in the e-Learning system inspired by the motivation theory and on 150 learners in other English programs, the former was found to have stimulated 'interest' and satisfied 'psychological desire' in the learners, leading to the development of 'specific strategies to motivate learners.' The study has clearly identified how learners are better motivated in the e-Learning environment, demonstrating its contributions to advancing e-Learning, building a practical e-Learning system based on a systematic motivation theory defined by 'interest' and 'self-determination,' and applying the system to some 16,000 learners at 3,100 private tutoring institutions.

Until now, the ICT have played an important role to overcome various limitations in education. The development of ICT has influenced for the changing methods of teaching and learning such as Computer-based education, Internet-based education, e-Learning. Lately, the expectation of educational evironment's changing is due to developing of the ubiquitous computing technology, it's vigorously going to be studying and implementing digital textbook including the ubiquitous features as mobility, intelligence, personality etc. the UDL is well-known as a strategy for teaching and learning using technology in the USA, first, to try understand the UDL, second, recommand the strategies in order to improve accessibility of korean digital textbook.

The study investigated how did Credu pioneer Korean e-Learning market and reinforce their core competencies and how did they promote business diversification analyzing type of learning motives and examining Credu real cases. Under the fierce competition in the current e-Learning market, Credu has maintained their core competencies and strengthened an active communication channels with customers with focusing on investment to core businesses. Credu has introduced more adventurous and challenging products and services with creating a new model for the types of learning motives. This study could introduce the new perspective about the type of learning motives in e-Learning area. Also, the case study of successful e-Learning company, Credu, could contribute to make more spread e-Learning market techniques in this field in practice.

Today, as potential uses of the Internet continue to grow, e-learning in university an education course has taken on an important role. Accordingly, to provide good e-learning services, university officials attempt to develop high quality educational content in their courses. In this study, we investigate e-learning adoption by students using the extended technology acceptance model (TAM). In particular, trust in the online environment plays an extremely crucial role in student willingness to adopt e-learning. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the relationships of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and actual use on students' level of trust using a partial least squares (PLS) approach. This study suggests valuable implications for developing e-learning strategies and implementing e-learning.

A variety of Web Services are being existences based on the development of the Internet. Especially, e-Learning services in the Universities make the temporal and spatial constraints overcome, and e-Learning services have gained great popularity to the students who use because those provide various convenience and usefulness. e-Learning studies have been actively performed based on the spread of e-Learning in the various industries. A number of studies suggest the diffusion plan of e-Learning applying the Technology Acceptance Model studies. Those studies focused on the ease of use and usefulness of e-Learning. The explanation about educational contents perspectives, which is the key factor in e-Learning, is very weak. Therefore, this study suggested the strategy for spreading the e-Learning adoption through in terms of e-Learning educational contents and trust perspectives. This research results would provide the strategic implications to boost the e-Learning adoption in the various universities in terms of e-Learning educational contents and trust perspectives.

Whether the engineering department of universities employs ideal usage of e-learning or not needs to be investigated as many engineering departments diversify the use of the e-learning elements for educational purpose. Applying the teaching and learning methods and characteristics would lead to better strategies which are applied to development of contents and deployment of the e-learning courses. This study examines the characteristics and approaches of the usage of e-learning elements used by some instructors who use multimedia contents in offline teaching and learning environment. The results of this study shows that the e-learning elements assist the face-to-face course and the interactions are manifested in the classroom rather than in online setting. Lecture, hands-on-practice, simulation, and PBL(Problem-based learning) are turned out to be the major teaching and learning methods. This study signifies the need for use of various teaching and learning methods by the instructors and provision of PBL environment.

최근 IT기술의 발전, 대학 교육의 글로벌화 등의 추세는 대학의 이러닝(e-learning) 형태의 교육을 촉진하고 있다. 국내향후 연구에서는 17개의 사이버대학은 이러닝 형태의 교육을 제공하고 있는데, 최근 재학생 수가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이에 사이버대학들은 우수한 강의 제공을 위해 학생-교수간의 다양한 상호작용에 대해서 연구하고 있다. 본 연구는 사이버대학의 LMS(Learning Management System)에 온라인 채팅 서비스를 최초로 도입하여, 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 채팅과 학습만족과의 관계에 대해서 검증하고, 강의질 개선을 위한 전략을 도출하고자 한다.
