병원간호사의 임금체계와 임금형태 분석;노동조합설립 병원을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Pay System and Pay Form of Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study were to examine the pay system and pay form of hospital nurses. Methods: This study performed secondary analysis on the existing data and employed a case study design. Data were collected from May 1, 2005 to September 30, 2005. Analysis of the results was carried out using SPSS win 12.0 for frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results: All hospitals did have pay steps considering the seniority rule. Each hospital had a variety types of an allowances, the criteria of the payment, and the bonus. The majority of payment form was a monthly pay. Several suggestions could be drawn from this study. The pay system of the hospital nurses should reflect market pay and pay system should be set up according to the value of duty, performance, and expertness of hospital nurses and should be clear and lucid. Conclusion: Pay is a major function of human resource management and is a motive to nurses. Each hospital's pay system is different outwardly but it is the same as internally. Therefore pay system and form should reflect a value of the duty and the expertness and performance of nurses.

  • EGR율이 증가할수록 $NO_X$ 저감에는 효과적이나, 과도한 EGR율은 오히려 불완전 연소의 주원인이 된다. 엄격한 배기규제를 만족하기 위해서는 엔진의 운행 조건에 최적화된 정밀한 EGR 밸브의 위치 제어가 뒷받침 되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 EGR 밸브 용 모터 특성 분석을 위해 수학적 모델링과 제어 이론에 대해 연구하고, 마이크로칩 개발 툴을 이용하여 EGR 밸브용 모터의 위치를 제어하기 위한 단계로서 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)의 듀티(duty)비의 입력 값에 따른 밸브 위치를 측정하여 개폐 구간 별 EGR 밸브 모터 특성을 분석하였다.

독서지도 전문사서 양성을 위한 독서지도 담당 사서 직무 분석 (A Study on the Tasks Analysis for Special Librarians in Reading Guidance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사서에게 요구되는 독서지도 관련 전문성 강화를 위해 실무와 이론을 겸비한 독서지도 전문사서 양성을 위한 독서지도 담당 사서의 직무를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위해 독서지도 관련 직무에 대한 문헌 연구를 통해 9개의 책무(Duty)와 34개의 작업(Task)을 도출하여 도서관 현장 사서를 대상으로 한 FGI 분석 방법을 통하여 독서지도 전문사서의 직무 정의 및 도출된 직무의 적절성에 대해 조사 분석하였다. 직무분석 결과로 도출된 직무 정의, 책무, 작업의 전반적인 구조는 적절성 수준을 충족한 것으로 나타났으며, 독서지도 전문사서에게 추가로 요구되는 책무 6개와 작업 21개가 더 제시되었다.

Design, Analysis and Evaluation of A New Energy Conserving MAC Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks

  • Low power listening (LPL) MAC protocols based on duty-cycling mechanism have been studied extensively to achieve ultra low energy consumption in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Especially, recent ACK-based LPL schemes such as X-MAC employ strobe preambles and an early ACK, and show fair performances in communications and energy efficiencies. However, the state-of-the-art ACK-based LPL scheme still suffers from collision problems due to the protocol incompleteness. These collision effects are not trivial and make WSNs unstable, aggravate energy consumptions. In this paper, we propose two novel schemes; (i) ${\tau}$-duration CCA to mitigate the collision problem in ACK-based LPL MAC protocols. (ii) Short Preamble Counter (SPC) to conserve more energy by reducing unnecessary overhearing. We demonstrate the performance improvement of our scheme via a mathematical analysis and real-time experiments. Both analysis and experimental results confirm that our proposed scheme saves energy by up to 36% compared to the naive ACK-based LPL MAC protocol thanks to ${\tau}$-duration CCA and SPC.

A Secondary Resonance Soft Switching Half Bridge DC-DC Converter with an Inductive Output Filter

  • In this paper, a secondary resonance half-bridge dc-dc converter with an inductive output filter is presented. The primary side of such a converter utilizes asymmetric pulse width modulation (APWM) to achieve zero-voltage switching (ZVS) of the switches, and clamps the voltage of the switch to the input voltage. In addition, zero current switching (ZCS) of the output diode is achieved by a half-wave rectifier circuit with a filter inductor and a resonant branch in the secondary side of the proposed converter. Thus, the switching losses and diode reverse-recovery losses are eliminated, and the performance of the converter can be improved. Furthermore, an inductive output filter exists in the converter reduce the output current ripple. The operational principle, performance analysis and design equation of this converter are given in this paper. The analysis results show that the output diode voltage stress is independent of the duty cycle, and that the voltage gain is almost linear, similar to that of the isolation Buck-type converter. Finally, a 200V~380V input, 24V/2A output experimental prototype is built to verify the theoretical analysis.

청소년쉼터에서의 클라이언트 폭력에 영향을 미치는 요인 (A Study of the Factors influencing on Client's Violence in a Shelter for Teenage Runaway)

  • 최근 사회복지사들에 대한 클라이언트의 폭력문제는 사회복지서비스에 대한 클라이언트의 권리의식 강화와 더불어 사회복지사들이 대상자들이 생활하는 환경에 노출되면서 폭력문제에 쉽게 노출되어 그 심각성이 커지고 있으나 대다수의 사회복지사들이 클라이언트 폭력에 소극적으로 대응하여 이를 예방할 수 있는 방안에 대한 모색이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년쉼터 종사자들의 개인적 특성과 기관의 특성이 클라이언트 폭력에 어느 정도로 영향을 미치고 있으며 이 가운데 어떤 요인이 클라이언트 폭력에 영향을 미치는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 가출청소년 쉼터에서 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 개인적 특성과 기관의 특성에 따른 폭력 경험정도를 비교하기 위해 T검증과 분산분석을 실시한 결과 개인적 특성으로는 연령, 기관의 특성으로는 주당 근무시간과 쉼터유형이 유의미한 차이를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 클라이언트 폭력에 영향을 미치는 관련 요인을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 개인적 특성 중 연령이 신체적 폭력, 현 기관 근무연수가 기타 피해와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 기관의 특성 중 주당 근무시간은 신체적, 재산상, 정서적, 기타 피해 등 폭력의 4가지 유형과 모두 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 쉼터유형은 재산상 피해, 정서적 폭력 그리고 기타 피해와 관련 있는 것으로 밝혀졌고, 상담시간이 신체적 폭력과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

데이컴 기법을 이용한 중앙공급 간호사의 직무분석 (Job Description of Nurses in Central Supply Department using DACUM Technique)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to use the DACUM analysis technique and identify the job description among nurses of the Central Supply Department, in order to clarify their duty and task descriptions, identify the characteristics of job. Methods: Through a DACUM workshop, job descriptions, and the job duties and tasks were derived. A total of 150 nurses from the Central Supply Departments of medical Institutions over 100 beds were surveyed using drafting and a job analysis table. Individual jobs' frequency, importance and difficulty were measured using a 3-point scale, and the results were analyzed using SPSS. Results: The nurses' job in the Central Supply Department consisted of 13 duties and 64 tasks. Duties with highest importance and difficulty was 'sterilization assurance system', the second was 'employee safety management' and the duty with highest frequency was 'manage packaging before sterilization'. Conclusion: This study clarified the types of nursing jobs in the Central Supply Departments, as well as identified the job characteristics and status in the given setting. Given the sterilization assurance system for preventing hospital infection, and safety management for ensuring work environment safe were found to be important duties, it is suggested for the department to stress those important jobs for managing hospital safety.

영양사 직무기술서 작성 연구 (Analysis and Framing of Dietitian's of Description)

  • This study was conducted as a part of the project developing the standards of national board test for the dietitian's licence. The purpose of this study was to define the job description of dietitians, and to describe the task elements based on the detailed analysis of the dietitians' work. This study team established the research team which was composed of food and nutrition experts, 7 of registered dietitians and 3 of university professors. Draft job description form was made to fully explain the dietitians' task elements, process and sequence by the research team. Final job description form was confirmed after the validity of 576 task elements was reevaluated upon 4 point scale test based on the frequency, importance, and difficulty by 21 field registered dietitian by the study team. It was also confirmed by the university. This form was formated by following DACUM method which analyzed the job description containing duty, task and task elements. It was organized to include every dietitians' work and to describe the every detailed process of work. Duty was defined as the specific and independent work as a dietitian, and was composed of 17 parts, i.e 10 parts in food supply management area and 6 parts in nutritional care service area and self promotion area. Duties were also divided into 99 tasks containing the 576 detailed task elements to describe definite action, steps and decisions. Seventeen parts are following; menu planning, storage and inventory control, food production, meal service, waste management, sanitation, equipment and facility management, human resource management, financial management, nutrition assessment of life cycle, nutritional assessment of several disease, nutritional assessment in specific condition, medical nutrition therapy, nutritional education, public health nutrition and self promotion. If these protocols are properly performed and presented, they can provide the likelihood that dietetics professionals work as a primary contributors in promoting health care and preventing disease nationally.

임상에서 활동 중인 종양전문간호사의 직무분석-DACUM 기법 이용- (Job Analysis of Korean Oncology Advanced Practice Nurses in Clinical Workplace -Using the DACUM Method-)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to identify job definition, duties and tasks of Korean oncology Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) and assess frequency, importance, and difficulty for each of duty and task using the DACUM method. Methods: The DACUM committee was organized with nine oncology APNs. The committee documented the job definition, duties and tasks based on their daily job descriptions. Validity of the elicited duties and tasks was tested by a study team and 6 oncology APNs. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey from 53 oncology APNs. Results: The job description of oncology APNs was identified 12 duties and 66 tasks. Among the twelve duties, 'education for patients/families' was the most frequently performed and was the most important duty. 'Case management' was the most difficult duty. Among 66 tasks, 'providing education for patients/families' was most frequently performed. 'Providing education for patients/families' and 'assessing patient condition comprehensively' were the most important tasks. 'Implementation research' as the principal investigator was perceived as the most difficult task. Conclusion: In this study, Korean oncology APNs' job performances were identified and analyzed. It is recommended that job description for oncology APNs needs to be standardized and reshaped in advanced way in future.

단위 역률을 갖는 직접 시비율 변조방식 3상 매트릭스 컨버터의 제어 및 동작 특성 (Control and Operating Characteristics of Three-Phase Matrix Converter with Unity Power Factor by Direct Duty-Ratio Modulation Method)

  • 본 논문은 단위 역률을 갖도록 직접 시비율 펄스폭 변조 방식으로 제어되는 3상 매트릭스 컨버터의 평형 및 불평형 부하시의 동작 특성을 고찰한다. 시스템의 해석으로부터 얻어진 중요하고 유용한 사실을 정리하면 다음과 같다. (1) 단위 역률 제어 알고리즘은 부하측의 변수에 의해서가 아니라 입력전압에 의하여 정해진다. (2) 평형 3상 부하가 리액티브 부하인 경우만 아니라면 입력측 역률을 1로 만들 수 있다. (3) 불평형 선형부하의 경우, 매트릭스 컨버터의 등가입력 특성은 비선형저항과 같다. (4) 입력 주파수와 출력 주파수가 특정한 관계를 가질 때, 입력측의 각상은 동일한 평균전력 분담률을 갖는다. 해석의 타당성과 유효성은 시뮬레이션과 실험결과를 통하여 검증하였다.
