다구찌방법을 이용한 디프드로잉 공정의 가공성평가에 대한 연구 (A study on the formability estimation of deep drawing process by using taguchi method)

  • Despite the increasing demands for improved product design, a limited number of works have been reported in the field of sheet metal forming. In the present study, introducing the Taguchi method, an otpimal and robust combination of parameters in found and a data base management system is utilized for knowledge acquisition. Analysis data, estimation rules of formability and graphical representation of the analysis have been employed for the dewigner's understanding and evaluation. The developed system is applied to a deep drawing process. Through the present study, it is shown that the developed systerm is useful for the design and the formability estimation of sheet metal forming processes.

  • Classification and Coding(C&C) systems as a core of design information management have been accomplished by many studies in terms of design and manufacturing attribute based on Group Technology. Those are very difficult to apply in make-to-order(MTO) manufacturing because the environment of MTO has various characteristics of product, many licensors, engineering change, insufficiency of integrated management system for codes and so on. This paper presents a suitable C&C system to MTO manufacturing which consider management level and drawing.

  • 뉴미디어 기술을 활용한 융복합적 형태의 다양한 예술작품이 시도되는 추세를 반영하여, 본 논문에서는 공공미술의 발자취를 알아보고, 공공미술 작품의 표현방식으로 뉴미디어아트를 활용한 작품 사례들을 살펴보며, 퍼블릭 미디어아트의 새로운 도구로서 VR 드로잉을 제안한다. 이미 VR 드로잉 도구를 활용한 드로잉 퍼포먼스와 VR 실감형 공연 '허수아비'의 사례는 VR 드로잉 도구가 공공미술의 새로운 표현방식으로서의 현실 적용 가능성을 유추할 수 있다. 본 연구는 향후 뉴미디어 기술 중 VR 드로잉 도구를 활용한 예비 창작자들에게 도움이 되는 선행연구가 될 것으로 판단된다. 또한 다가오는 4차 산업혁명시대의 미디어 현황과 비교하여 예술과 기술의 미래 가치를 고민하고 분석해 본다면 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이라 생각한다.

  • On the road, geometric structure such as horizontal alignment, vortical alignment and crossing inclination ate important to explain characteristics of road and safety analysis. Especially, horizontal and vortical alignment are have to do with safety of covering. In existing road, for the safety analysis or alignment improvement and expansion pavement, it needs alignment factor of road. Alignment factor of road can be acquired by design drawing. But, design drawing can be not exist because of rack of facility management and national policy that centered to construction. And also, existing design drawing have a lot of differences in comparison with another existing design drawing cause of alignment improvement. In this case, for the precise analysis of alignment, 3-dimensional location information on the road centerline and acquisition of location information which related geometric structure are must to be preceded. In this study, therefore, it provide alignment factors which needed to alignment improvement and road safety analysis by acquisition of road space information and extraction of road centerline data using LiDAR data.

마커 기반 증강현실 4D CAD 도면 (4D CAD Drawings based on Marker-based Augmented Reality)

  • 건설 프로젝트에서 2차원 도면은 참여자들간의 의사소통 도구로 활용되고 있으나, 전문적인 표기 방식으로 인해 도면에 경험이 많은 전문가를 제외한 다른 참여자들이 쉽게 도면의 정보를 파악하기 어렵다. 이러한 점을 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 증강현실 및 4D CAD 기술을 접목한 새로운 도면을 제시하고자 한다. 제시된 도면에서는 사용자가 기존의 2차원 도면 위를 웹카메라와 같은 장비로 관찰할 때 3차원 구조물을 증강시켜 자재에 대한 상세 정보 및 시공 시뮬레이션을 할 수 있다. 이 도면을 통해 기존의 도면에 익숙한 건설 프로젝트 참여자 및 경험이 적은 참여자들과의 의사소통에 오류를 줄여줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 관련분야 대학생들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 개발한 도면의 유용성을 검증하였다. 설문조사 결과, 기존의 2차원 도면 대비 개발한 도면의 유용성이 자재 정보, 시공 과정, 3차원 구조의 이해 등에서 매우 크게 나타났다.

  • This paper describes a solid modeling system based on a systematic description of techniques for analyzing and understanding on engineering drawings. Main stress is placed on clarifying the difference between the drawing understanding and the drawing recognition. The former, in which we feel major interest, is intrinsically a difficult problem because it inherent contains combinatorial search to require more than polynomial time. Actually, understanding drawings is regarded as a process to recover the information lost in projection 3-D objects to 2-D drawings. But, solid modeling by automatic understanding of the given drawings is one of the promising approach, which is described precisely in the text. Reviewing the studies performed so far, we summarize the future direction of the project and inevitable open problems left.

  • 건축이나 조선소에서는 도면 설계를 위하여 캐드 프로그램을 활용하여 작업을 수행하고 있다. 그리고 작업 현장에서 설계를 참조하기 위하여 출력된 도면을 휴대하고 있다. 그러나 현장 환경이 열악하기 때문에 출력 도면은 훼손되기 쉽고 관리가 어려운 단점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 스마트 운영체제를 사용하고 있는 스마트 기기에서 캐드 도면을 출력하고 관리하기 위한 시스템 설계를 제안한다. 제안한 시스템에서는 화면 출력 속도를 개선하기 위하여 고정 그리드 파일 색인에 기반한 색인 파일을 사용하였다.

  • We propose a hardware accelerated voxelization method for various 3D object model such as surface models, solid models, and volumetric CSG models. The algorithm utilizes the stencil buffer that is one of modern Open히 graphics hardware features. The stencil buffer is originally used to restrict drawing to certain portions of the screen. The volumetric representations of given 3D objects are constructed slice-by-slice. For each slice, the algorithm restricts the drawing areas constructed inner region of 3D objects using the stencil buffer, and generates slices of the volumetric representation for target objects. As a result, we can provide volume graphics support for various engineering applications such as multi-axis machining simulation, collision detection and finite element analysis.

  • This paper proposes how to design and implement data-driven strategies by investigating how a firm can increase its value using data science. Drawing on prior studies on architectural innovation, a behavioral theory of the firm, and the knowledge-based view of the firm as well as the analysis of field observations, the paper shows how data science is abused in dealing with meso-level data while it is underused in using macro-level and alternative data to accomplish machine-human teaming and risk management. The implications help us understand why some firms are better at drawing value from intangibles such as data, data-science capabilities, and routines and how to evaluate such capabilities.

아동의 성격과 동작성 가족화 반응특성 연구 (Study of Child Personality and Kinetic Family Drawing Respondent Characteristic)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between characteristics of personality and respondent characteristics of Kinetic Family Drawing for young children. The subjects were 170 children(110 boys and 60 girls). The personal interview contained Personality Characteristic Test for young children(In-Sub Song, 1993) and Kinetic Family Drawing Test(Burns and Kaufman, 1982). Results of the test were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA by SAS program. Results are followings. First, chileren's sex and the general tendency of personal characteristic showed significant difference in the emotional personality among 4 personality characteristics. Girls show more positive tendency than boys in moral, physical, appearance and feature which expressed personal feeling and emotion. Also, girls showed more positive tendency than boys in personal characteristic which showed physical ability. Second, Children's sex and individual characteristic in Kinetic Family Drawing respondent characteristic showed significant difference in own's arm length. Also, Using a rare of paper and chapter 1 of the power among the family showed significant difference in styles and symbols. The boys drew lengther arms compared with their height than the girls. The girls were less complicative, anxious, comparative and aggressive for their family. Third, As a result of the study about the relationship between 4 personal characteristics of children and individual's behavior in Kinetic Family Drawing respondent characteristic, the significant difference is showed in academic personality and social personality had higher completion of their father's feature and drew bigger feet. In socal personality, negative behavior than positive children. Fourth, As a result of the study about the relationship between 4 personal characteristics of children and individual's characteristic, the significant difference were found in academic personality, social personality, family personality and emotional personality. Children with negative academic personality drew longer arms than children with positive academic personality, social personality and family personality. Also, Children with negative emotional personality drew more siblings than children with positive emotional personality. Fifth, The academic personality and the social personality had significant difference in the relationship between 4 personal characteristics of children and dynamics. In social personality, normal children were more tendencious to look at the important person with their mother's direction than positive children. Sixth, In terms of the relationship between 4 personal characteristics of children and mode, academic personality and family personality showed significant difference. Children with negative academic personality used more edge of papers than children with positive academic personality and children with positive academic personality and children with negative family personality fold more papers than children with positive family personality. At last, there were no significant difference between 4 personal characteristics of children and styles as well as symbols.
