글자의 이중상으로 인한 심리적 혼란감을 '글자멀미'라 정의하였고,눈운동 및 글자 인식 과정이 교란될 때 글자 멀미가 발생한다는 가설을 검증하기 위하여 자극의 노출시간과 글자의 친숙도가 글자 멀미에 미치는 효과를 측정하였다.글자 멀미는 자극 노출 시간이 50ms,100ms,3000ms로 길어짐에 따라,덜 친숙한 외국 문자보다는 친숙한 한글에서 유의미한 단어보다는 무의미한 단어에서 큰것으로 나타났다.이러한 실험발견은 이중상을 제거하려는 눈 운동이 실효를 거두지 못함에 따라 글자 멀미가 발생한다는 것,친숙한 글자일수록 글자 인식 과정의 개입을 더 강화하며 그결과 이중상에 의한 교란 효과가 증폭된다는것,글자 형태는 친숙하지만 의미추출이 어렵게 되면 이중상의 교란효과가 가중된다는 것을 암시한다.의미를 처리하는 경향이 클수록 이중상에 의한 글자 멀미가 심해진다는 가설을 좀 더 분명히 검증하기 위하여 여섯 개의 점으로 구성된 점자를 시각적으로 인식하도록 피험자들을 학습시킨 결과,학습율이 증가함에 따라 글자 멀미가 증가하는 것으로 나타나, 하나의 자극을 의미있는 상징으로 취급하여 해석하려 할때 글자멀미가 증가한다는 결론을 얻었다.

In this paper, we consider a code acquisition of W-CDMA signals over multipath Rayleigh fading channel when double-dwell serial search code acquisition is used for initial synchronization. We derive the detection and false alarm probability, and mean acquisition time mathematically by taking into account of multiple H$\_$l/ cells and double-dwell serial search. It is noteworthy that the more the number of the post-detection integration, the shorter the mean acquisition time in low SNR.

The circular plate resting on Boussinesq's half-space model under axisymmetric loading is studied by a finite element procedure to evaluate the distribution of contact pressure between plate and elastic half-space. The displacement of half-space due to axisymmetric surface loading can be evaluated by double integration of Boussinesq's solution. On that case the analytical integration can be executed for the radial direction but the analytical integration for the circumferential direction is impossible and the numerical integration should be considered. With the radial integration we can get non-dimensional function. Then the numerical integration for the formula is executed for the circumferential direction and the results are approximated 5th order Polynomials by using the least square method. With these 5th order approximate formula, the flexibility matrix of half-space is constructed as the coefficient matrix of nodal contact pressure by the finite element procedures. Iteration procedures are attempted by using this method to determine the separated region.

CMOS 소자들은 고속 동자 및 고집적을 위해 50nm이하로 작아지고 있다. 소자 scaling에서 중요한 것은 스케일 되지 않은 문턱 전압($V^{th}$ ), 고 전계, 기생 소스/드레인 저항과 임의의 dopant 분배에 의한 $V^{th}$ 변화율이다. 이런 일반적인 소자의 scaling down 문제들을 해결하기 위해 새로운 소자의 구조가 제안된다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제들을 해결하기 위해 main-gate와 side-gates를 갖는 double-gate MOSFET에 대해 조사하였다.

This paper proposes an efficient code acquisition scheme for direct-sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) based real-time locating systems (RTLS). The proposed scheme employs multiple bit integration to significantly decrease false alarms when no packet signal is transmitted and increase the detection probability when the RTLS tags are excited. The performance of the proposed code acquisition scheme is analyzed and numerically evaluated, and compared with those of single-dwell and traditional double-dwell code acquisition schemes. The simulation results show that the proposed multiple-bit integration scheme outperforms single-dwell and double-dwell schemes.

본 논문에서는 음성신호의 부호화 방식 중에서 지수적 입신 델타 변조이론을 실현한다는 부호기의 새로운 설계법을 제안하였다. 즉 부호기에 포함되어 잇는 국부 부호기의 부분회로는 2중 적분기를 사용함으로써 스텝폭의 입신논리회로를 구성하는 부분회로소자의 지속 스위칭 특성으로 인한 문제점을 보완하고 광범위한 여러 가지 크기의 입력신호 성분에 대해서 일정한 신호대 잡음비(SQNR)를 얻음으로써 넓은 dynanmic range를 커버하였다.

The ‘AEIPR’(Accelerometer Established Inertial Profiling Reference) method has been applied to measure the road profile. The dynamic road profiling method using AEIPR has the advantages of cost effectiveness, measuring speed and relatively high reliability. However, it is required to improve the double integration algorithm to get the measurement results with the accuracy of hither level. In the first part of this paper, the effective double integration algorithm is suggested and the ‘Road Profiler’ software is developed on the basis of the algorithm. Road profiling tests are performed using the developed ‘Road Profiler’ system on the specially designed tracks for the durability tests and the various types of pubic roads. Test results are shown and evaluated by the international road evaluation indicies and classification.

본 논문에서는 움직이는 카메라로부터 획득한 연속영상에서 이동물체를 자동으로 검출하고 추적하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 크게 이동물체 검출과 추적과정으로 나뉘어진다. 이동물체는 BBME(block-based motion estimation)와 DD(double difference)를 통합한 방법을 이용하여 검출된다. 검출된 이동물체는 히스토그램 백 프로젝션을 통하여 분할되며, 히스토그램 인터섹션과 XY-프로젝션을 사용하여 대상물체를 정합하고 추적된다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 방법이 움직이는 카메라로부터 획득된 영상에서 이동물체를 검출하고 큰 오차 없이 추적함을 보였다.

본 연구는 노인의 성공적 노화와 기본심리욕구의 관계에서 자아통합감과 문화역량의 이중매개 효과와 지혜의 조절된 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2020년 6월부터 2021년 3월까지 J도, S 특별시, D 광역시에 소재한 14개의 노인복지센터와 노인종합대학을 정기적으로 이용하는 60세 이상 노인 211명이었다. 자료수집은 자가 보고식 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program과 SPSS PROCESS MACRO을 활용하여 Hayes의 6번과 91번 모델로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 기본심리욕구와 성공적 노화의 관계에서 자아통합감과 문화역량이 이중 매개하여 성공적 노화에 영향을 미쳤으며, 자아통합감과 문화역량을 지혜가 조절 매개하여 성공적 노화에 영향을 주었다. 그러므로 기본심리욕구충족을 위한 노력과 지혜에 따른 자아통합감과 문화역량 강화를 위한 노인복지정책과 전략개발이 요구된다.

We report on a ridge waveguide laser diode with laterally tapered waveguides fabricated in a single growing step using a double patterning method. In this structure, nearly constant output power is obtained with the change of the lower tapered waveguide width, and the facet power ratio of 1.4 to 1.5 is observed over the current range. The asymmetric facet power property is also investigated.
