시판 간장새우살장의 위생 특성 (The Sanitary Characteristics of Differenct Commercial Seasoned Shrimp Soy Sauce)

  • Shrimp in seasoned soy sauce (S-SS) is a popular seafood product in Korea, but it could be potentially hazardous; thus, this study was conducted to investigate its safety. Commercial S-SS were collected and analyzed for pH, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), hygenic indicator microorganisms (viable cell count, coliforms, and Escherichia coli), food poisoning bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and Listeria monocytogenes), preservatives (dehydroacetic acid, sorbic acid, benzoic acid, and its salt, parahydroxybenzoate), tar colorants, and sensory properties. Domestic and foreign standards were also investigated for S-SS. Commercial S-SS ranged from to 6.2-7.3 for pH, 13.7-39.1 mg/100 g for VBN, and 4.6-6.9 log CFU/g for viable cells. The coliforms and E. coli of commercial S-SS were from ND to 3.4 log CFU/g and negative, respectively. Food poisoning bacteria, preservatives, and tar colorants were not detected in commercial S-SS. Only the coliform count and presence of E. coli in commercial S-SS exceeded the set standards of vietnam, while all items were within domestic and foreign standards.

Growth characteristics and antioxidant activity of domestic calla lily (Zantedeschia aethiopica)

  • Calla lily is one of the most iconic and widely recognized ornamental plants. This study compared the extracts of 11 cultivars of domestic calla lily bred by the National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science for their total polyphenol and antioxidant activities. Eleven cultivars were evaluated for their growth and flowering characteristics as per the Manual for Agricultural Investigation Rural Development Administration (RDA) form. The antioxidant activities were measured using 2,2'-azinobis (3-ethylbebzothiazoloine-6-sulfonic acid)-diammounium salt (ABTS+) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging effect. The plants have an average height of 63.80 ± 5.4 cm, average flower diameter of 7.2 ± 1.1 cm, and width of 12.4 ± 1.7 cm. On average, the diameter and width of leaves were 33.7 ± 3.5 cm and 20.0 ± 1.4 cm, respectively. Extracts of flowers and leaves in the 11 cultivars of white calla lily were compared for their antioxidant activities and total polyphenol contents. ABTS+ and DPPH radical scavenging, which are indicative of antioxidant activity, were higher in flowers than in leaves. When comparing by cultivar, we found that 'White Egg' showed the highest antioxidant activity in both the flowers and the leaves. Additionally, we found that by part, the content of total polyphenols was highest in flowers, and by cultivar, it was highest in the 'Swan' and 'White Egg' cultivars. Furthermore, the days to flowering showed correlations with ABTS+ radical scavenging, total phenolic contents (TPC), and total flavonoid contents (TFC). Our results indicate that calla lily can be used as breeding material material according to its growth characteristics and as a natural antioxidant source.

기계화시공에 의한 보수재료의 현장품질관리확립을 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study for Establishment of On-Site Quality Control of Repair Material by the mechanized construction)

  • In domestic, various repair materials and method systems to keep up with these reinforced concrete deteriorated due to salt damage, carbonation, chemical decay et. developed and applied. However, on-site quality control of various repair materials and method systems isn't achieved desirably because it is depend completely on a men of experience' opinions above all else regardless of various on-site environments. In this background, mock up test with due regard to real on-site environments was performed to secure fundamental data for establishment of desirable on-site quality control. Mock up test using repair mortar analyzed from angles of construction methods, mechanical spraying pressures, W/M. Construction methods were designed manpower method and spraying method, spraying pressures were designed 32, 42, 52 psi, W/M were designed 14.4, 15.4, $16.4\%$. And compressive strength, Chloride ion diffusion coefficient, bond strength, SEM. of mock up test specimens were evaluated. In conclusion, we confirmed excellency of mechanical spraying pressures, fined extremely excellency of condition of spraying pressure 42 ps, W/M $14.4\%$ within this study. therefore the results of this study will be useful to provide fundamental data for establishment of desirable on-site quality control.

해안지역에서의 저압용 누전차단기 교체주기 연구 (A Study on the Life Time of RCD in Coastal Area)

  • The role of RCDs(Residual Current Protective Device) that are installed before the load is very important for preventing electric shock and electrical fire. However, although fault rate of RCD is increasing due to deterioration and long period usage, the RCD is permanently used without a checking of performance evaluation and it causes the electrical accident. In this paper, the amount of airborne chloride is researched in domestic costal area and the accelerated life test is conducted using a salt water spray tester in order to decide the life time of RCD. Aa a result of an accelerated life test, the MTTF(Mean Time To Failure) of RCD is 110.81 hours and B10 life time of RCD is 45.81 hours for the all samples. when an accelerated life test result is applied to within 2 km costal area, the life time of RCD is predicted about 5 years.

복숭아 종자의 단백질에 관한연구 (Studies on the Protein of Peach seed flour)

  • Peach seed four 의 단백질에 관한 연구를 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 일반성분중 조단백질의 함량은 20.38%였다. 염용해성 단백질의 추출율은 약 70%였으며 단백질 정제 결과 주된 분획의 수득율은 51%였다. 전기영동 결과 11개의 band가 확인 되었다. 분자량은 $14,000{\sim}110,000$사이인 것으로 나타났다. peach seed four 와 peach seed 분리물의 amino acid 분석결과 arginine, asparic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, leucine 의 함량이 높은 것으로 나타났다. Nitrogen solubility 는 pH가 5.5일때 가장 낮게 나타났다.

오수처리수의 관개가 벼 생육 및 토양 특성에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Reclaimed Sewage Irrigation on Paddy Rice Culture and Soil Characteristics)

  • Effect of reclaimed sewage on the paddy rice culture was examined by field experiment for two consecutive years. The domestic sewage was treated by the constructed wetland and the effluent of the treatment wetland was used for irrigation water. The reclaimed sewage was diluted before irrigation in the first year and it was used without dilution in the second year experiment. Growth components and yields were compared against the control plot where conventional method was applied. And also soil characteristics of the plots before and after reclaimed sewage irrigation were analyzed Generally addition of the reclaimed sewage irrigation didn't affect paddy rice culture adversely and even enhancement was observed. Fertilization was thought to be important factor for rice culture rather than irrigation water quality. Conventional fertilization and reclaimed sewage irrigation which contained high nutrient concentration resulted in better growth and more yield. Unlike widespread concern lodging did not happen even in the case of irrigation with average 90mg/L of T-N and conventional fertilization. Soil characteristics changed after irrigation and significant EC increasing was observed for the reclaimed sewage irrigation plots. From soil analyses salt accumulation could be a more potential problem than nutrients like nitrogen and phosphorus in the use of reclaimed sewage irrigation. Overall reclaimed sewage irrigation was thought to be one of practical alternatives for the ultimate disposal of sewage in rural area.

However, present polymer cement mortar applied to section restoration system cause the problem of long-term working and economica] efficiency. because that is divided into two process of liquid corrosion prevention agent and polymer cement mortar. In this background, accelerated test with due regard to $3\%$ NaCl soaking and autoclave cure was performed to confirm steel bar corrosion prevention properties of polymer cement mortar mixed with corrosion prevention agent of powdered type. In conclusion. we confirmed application possibility and excellency of steel bar corrosion prevention properties of polymer cement mortar mixed with corrosion prevention agent of powdered type comparing general polymer cement mortar applied to section restoration system of present study.

  • The elderly often experience difficulty while eating; this can include physical problems, such as chewing and swallowing. Furthermore, their salt intake can be high due to a diminished sense of taste and smell. This can result in a reduction in calorie intake and subsequent malnourishment. Currently, the number of food products available in the market that are targeted specifically at the older population is very low. Development of nutritional supplement-based foods for the elderly is expected to reduce these dietary problems and therefore prevent nutritional deficiencies within this population. Milk and other dairy products are excellent sources of nutrition in terms of both nutrient content and absorption rates. Dairy products have been consumed around the world for centuries, and therefore represent an excellent food source for the elderly. In addition, use of milk-derived ingredients, such as casein and calcium, will enable the development of a variety of food products and supplements targeted at this specific age group. In the future, it is expected that milk and other dairy products will be used to develop a variety of nutritious food items for the elderly in the domestic food market.

오징어 조미젓갈의 품질유지기한에 관한 연구 (A Study on Shelf-life of Seasoned and Fermented Squid)

  • 오징어 양념젓갈의 저장조건에 따른 적정 저장기한을 설정하기 위하여 선도가 양호한 오징어를 원료로 하여 상법에 따라 양념젓갈을 제조하고 이를 $10^{\circ}C,\;20^{\circ}C$$30^{\circ}C$에 저장하면서 저장중의 품질변화를 조사하였다. pH의 변화는 저장기간이 경과할수록 계속 감소하는 경향이었고 저장온도가 높을수록 큰 폭으로 감소한 반면 VBN, TMA 및 $NH_3-N$의 변화는 저장온도가 높을수록 증가폭이 컸다. 저장중의 외관, 냄새, 맛 등의 관능검사와 몇가지 이화학적 검사를 토대로 하여 적정유통기한을 조사한 바 $10^{\circ}C$는 25일, $20^{\circ}C$는 7일 그리고 $30^{\circ}C$는 3일 정도였으며, 관능검사결과와 몇가지 성분의 상호회귀방정식과 상관관계를 조사한 결과, pH와 VBN, 냄새와 VBN, 맛과 $NH_3-N$ 등은 상관계수가 0.8이상으로 비교적 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이러한 자료를 토대로 하여 계산된 오징어 양념젓갈의 저장온도별에 따른 시간당 품질변화율은 $30^{\circ}C$는 0.0138, $20^{\circ}C$는 0.00595 그리고 $10^{\circ}C$는 0.00166으로 나타나 유통조건에 따른 품질의 변화수준을 계산할 수 있었다.

염기성 pH에서 Enterobacter amnigenus GG0461의 질산이온 흡수증가 (Enhanced Nitrate Uptake by Enterobacter amnigenus GG0461 at Alkaline pH)

  • 질소비료의 과량 시용에 따른 시설원예지 토양 중 염류집적은 다양한 직물에 염류장애를 유발하여 국내농업에 심각한 문제가 되고 있다. 염류의 주성분은 질산염으로 필요이상의 질산이온을 제거하기 위하여 질산이온 흡수력이 크며, Enterobacter amnigenus GG0461로 동정된 토양세균을 시설원예 토양에서 분리하였다. 이 균주의 최적 생육 및 질산이온 흡수력을 조사하였을 때, GG0461 균주는 질산이온이 없는 조건에서 생육이 가능하나, 질산이온이 존재할 때 생육이 크게 촉진되었다. 또한, 염기성 조건에서 질산이온 흡수율이 증가하였으며, 성장과 질산이온 흡수 모두 pH 8-9에서 최대로 나타났다. 배지의 초기 pH를 8과 9로 조정하였을 때, 균주에 의하여 질산이온이 흡수됨에 따라 배지의 pH는 중성으로 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 질산이온 흡수를 위한 주된 인자가 nitrate/proton antiporter임을 의미한다. 이것은 질산이온이 없는 조건에서 질산이온의 첨가 효과인 질산이온 흡수의 급격한 증가와 빠른 배지의 pH 감소 사실로도 확인되었다.
