인터랙티브 다큐멘터리는 창작자와 수용자가 다양한 멀티미디어를 재료로 능동적으로 상호작용해 만들어내는 새로운 양식의 다큐멘터리를 말한다. 인터랙티브 다큐멘터리는 공론장을 형성하고 상호작용성에 기반한 경험을 통해서 수용자들로 하여금 사회 변화에 직접 참여하도록 매개하는 플랫폼으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 이론적 관점에서 그 가능성이 체계적으로 탐색되지 못했고, 실천적 관점에서 가능성을 실현하고 발전시킬 방법에 관한 고려가 부족했다. 본 논문에서는 이론적 기반으로서 발터 벤야민의 정치 미학, 특히 예술의 정치화에 관한 논의들을 정리하고, 텍스트 마이닝을 통해서 인터랙티브 다큐멘터리의 매체적 특징을 분석한다. 그리고 이 둘을 서로 연결하여 인터랙티브 다큐멘터리의 정치적·미학적 가능성의 지도를 그려보고, 이를 바탕으로 실제 작품에서 그 가능성이 어떻게 실현되었고 한계는 무엇이었는지를 분석한다. 본 연구는 인터랙티브 다큐멘터리의 정치적·미학적 가능성에 대한 이론적 체계를 마련했다는 가치를 갖는다. 후속 연구에서는 이를 기반으로 트랜스미디어 액티비즘으로서 인터랙티브 다큐멘터리의 실천적 전략을 고민하고 실용성 있는 분석 및 기획 방법론을 개발할 것이다.

이 논문은 2000년대에 등장한 한국 포스트 다큐멘터리의 자기-재현 전략을 분석하여, 자기-재현 양식이 가진 영상적 글쓰기의 가능성들을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 우선 다큐멘터리의 이론적 배경을 살펴보고, 빌 니콜스가 제시한 시적 양식과 수행적 양식에서 그 이론적 개념을 도출하여 포스트 다큐멘터리가 가진 자기-재현의 전략들을 세 가지로 구분하여 논의해보고자 하였다. 그 세 가지 자기-재현 전략은 자기-정동으로서의 재현, 자기-신체로서의 재현, 자기-시각적 재현으로 작품 분석을 통해 자기-재현의 가능성을 논의해보고자 하였다. 이 논의의 과정 속에서 자기-재현 양식이 어떻게 권력자의 체계로 이루어진 기존의 시각적 체계를 해체하고, 다양한 여성, 소수자가 등장할 수 있는 대안적 영상 글쓰기로 기능하는지 검토해보고자 한다.

Legal sources of fraud rule in documentary letter of credit, which have their origin in Sztejn Case can be traced to various rules or laws of international or domestic level ; URCG, URDG and ISP98 as ICC Rules, and UNCITRAL Convention as an international uniform law, and UCC as a domestic law and U.K. cases. Among them the combination of "material fraud" in UCC ${\S}5-109$ and the detailed list of the types of misconduct in UNCITRAL Convention may provide the best solution or standard in real application of the fraud rule in letter of credit transaction.

A letter of credit plays very important roles in rational and smooth international trade. But the parties to letter of credit transactions can bring about many troubles and losses in such transactions because of ignorance and limits of their rights and responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze a legal position of confirming bank and limits of responsibilities of the confirming bank on the UCP and authoritative decisions by ICC. I attempts to analyze a legal position of confirming bank and limits of responsibilities between the confirming bank and the contract parties at the documentary credit transactions on the basis of theoretical, lawful, and international transactions.

In this paper, I examined the terms of letter of credit and standard for examination of documents. In connection with the test of standard, I reviewed the bank's reasonable care, inconsistence and linkage between documents, non-documentary conditions and the treatment of discrepant documents. Traditionally credit law is founded on two principles such as the standards of strict of compliance and substantial compliance, but these standards are not consistency. Moreover although the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits(UCP) introduces a new standard for examination of documents by incorporating international banking practice, the standards for documentary compliance have created ambiguity. Accordingly, I suggest that the standard requires strict compliance between party concerned in letter of credit transactions but only requires international standard banking practice in customer relationship. Therefore the standard and the specific guideline should be prescribed in the next version of the UCP.

본 연구는 여성이라는 범주가 파편화되고 여성주의의 유효성이 의심받는 포스트페미니즘 시대로 평가되는 현 한국사회에서 여성주의 다큐멘터리가 어떠한 지형과 의미 생성해내고 있는지 살펴보았다. 여성주의 다큐멘터리 감독들은 여성주의를 어떻게 정의하고 있으며 이들이 가지고 있는 주된 문제의식은 무엇인지, 여성주의 다큐멘터리 감독들이 추구하는 재현의 방식은 무엇이며 이는 어떠한 의도를 가지고 있는지 논의한다.

The publication International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credit (ISBP) is the product by a task force of the ICC Banking Commission. The ISBP is a practical complement to UCP 500, ICC’s universally used rules on documentary credits. The ISBP does not amend the UCP. It explains, in explicit detail, how the rules are to be applied on a day-to-day basis. It fills a needed gap between the general principles announced in the rules and the daily work of the documentary credit practitioner. By using the ISBP, document checkers can bring their practices in line with those followed by their colleagues worldwide. The result should be a significant reduction in the number of documents refused for discrepancies on first presentation.

1. Causes of SSHL are deficiency of kidney, pathogen of wind, meridian of soyang and sutaeyang, and pathogen of fire. 2. Four methods are used to treat SSHL, heath cultivation, herbal medicine for internal use, external remedy and acumoxatherapy. 3. Meridians, those are related with treatment of SSHL, are Kidney Meridian(Chok-soyin), Triple energizer Meridian(Shou-soyang), Gallbladder Meridian(Chok-soyang), Large intestine Meridian(Shou-yangmyong) and Small intestine Meridian(Shou-taeyang). 4. Pokrong, Jolrong and Gualrong, those are appeared some oriental documentary records, are not same with SSHL correctly. 5. In oriental medically, Yirong contains SSHL except slow progress. To teat SSHL, it is helpful to investigate method according to each symptoms and conditions in oriental medical documentary records.

The most dangerous and safest place, the busiest and most serene place, the DMZ where the wounds of the bitter war melt away, but at the same time contain life and healing. In this space of paradox, we now want to look at 'peace'. The KTV documentary 'DMZ Coexistence' is made in the form of a human road documentary that consists of various perspectives looking at the DMZ, various characters, and the most unknown Korean story materials, and the stories related to the performers in UHD 4K. In this study, we will show the process of creating an 'opening title' of 'DMZ Coexistence' captured in 4k and make it usable in academia and industry in the future.
