본 논문은 한국 영화산업에서 스토리텔링이 더욱 중요해져감에 따라 한국 다큐멘터리영화의 스토리텔링 전략에 관한 연구이다. 흥행에 성공한 다큐멘터리 영화<워낭소리>와 흥행에 실패한 <트루맛쇼>의 스토리텔링을 비교 분석함으로써 다큐멘터리에서의 스토리텔링의 방향성을 제시하고자 히였다.

Letters of Credit are the most common method of payment for goods in the export trade, and banking practice relating to letters of credit is standardised by the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, which are a set of rules issued by the International Chamber of Commerce. The current version is UCP 600, which took effect on July 1, 2007. To assist the practitioners of Documentary Credits, the KCCI(Koea Chamber of Commerce and Industry) authorised a new publication-Official Commentary on UCP 600. This new publication added the word "official" in the title. In order to being an official commentary, the terms and expression should be correct and unified. But there is some problems in official commentary and legal phraseology. The problem was appeared that ICC UCP 600's were translated into Korean UCP 600 version. For example, "Issuing Bank", "Applicant", "Port of discharge", "A date of pick-up", "Shipper's load and count", "Courier Receipt", "Charter Party", "Bill of Lading", "Cover Note", "Exclusion Clause", "Insurance Certificate", "Declaration, Underwriter". If can be used 'Official Commentary on UCP 600', the above statements should be a compliment though take a wide professional opinions or held a public hearings. The Purpose of this paper is to point out the problems and substitute the term used and unify the expression in official commentary.

The purpose of this study is to develop an aging friendly guideline aging friendly outdoor exercise environment in Universal design aspect. The aim for this guideline is to suggest a creative method to cope with forthcoming aging society and meet the various demands of all park users. Documentary survey and field survey were used to extract notion of universal design and aging friendly design; based from the extracted notions three types of exercise environment were suggested, Small scale, Medium scale and Large scale. The significant of this guideline is as fallow: First, negative aspects of aging friendly design can be eliminated by adopting universal design; therefore the guideline can have social integration aspect. Second, reflected needs of residents can be suggested on the guideline; and it was extracted from documentary survey, PPP UD checklist and field survey. Third, classifying universal design and aging friendly design in one guideline can enhance ability to manage various composition of population. Fourth, by studying young child and old people's likeness and parallel resemblance, design guideline for forthcoming aging society can be suggested. Fifth, from three developed exercise environments, the guideline can be applied into different conditions of location. Sixth, canopy type design model can be very useful for old people.

This study is to review "on board notation" on a bill of lading under letter of credit transactions. A bill of lading is a type of document that is used to acknowledge the receipt of a shipment of goods. However, UCP 600Article 20 (a)(ii) requires the bill of lading to indicate that the goods have been shipped on board a named vessel at the port of loading stated in the credit by pre-printed wording, or an on board notation indicating the date on which the goods have been shipped on board. The shipped on board statement should relate to loading on board the named vessel at the port of loading stated in the credit. But it doesn't seem that the on board notation clause in the UCP 600 reflect current shipping practice fully because of the various kinds of on board notation and the confusion surrounding their use. There is a need to understand accurately the meanings and requirements of "on board notation" under UCP 600 and the related regulations. So, This paper will be studied the requirements and indication method of "on board notation" on the bill of lading and presented the practical implications under the bill of lading transactions. This study was based on documentary research including preceding research.

Collaboration between libraries and archives would be an effective and efficient strategy for them to accomplish their mission to make useful information accessible for current users and to preserve valuable documentary heritage for future users. This paper indicated differences in their organizational culture and some technical problems as obstacles to collaboration. Nine cases of collaboration and cooperation between libraries and archives in some foreign countries were introduced. This paper analysed strength and weakness for Korean libraries and archives when they explore ways to go into partnership. Based on the analysis. it suggested to develop the communication channels between libraries and archives; to further the education of competent professionals; to establish necessary standards. to get legal and financial support from the central and local authorities.

The International Standby Practices (ISP98) has been carefully crafted for use with standby letters of credit. ISP98 is expected to become widely used for standby letters of credit commencing January 1, 1999. These new practices have been ratified and jointly published by the International Chamber of Commerce- the same organization that Provided us with the Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credits, UCP500. The intention behind drafting ISP98 was to consolidate common and accepted practices applying to Standby Letters of Credit and to set a worldwide standard. ISP98 gives issuing organizations a set of practices that are free from the anomalies that arise when UCP500 is applied to Standby Letters of Credit This paper focuses on ISP98 provisions that may lead to changes in forms of standby letters of credit and reimbursement agreements, that may lead to changes in standby practices, that may alert parties to issues they had not previously focused upon, or that parties may wish to limit or vary, This Paper also focuses on differences between ISP98 and the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, 1993 revision, ICC Publication No. 500(UCP 500).

The documentary credit has been functioning as an indispensable tool for making international commercial transactions safer throughout the world since ICC adopted the second revision of the Uniform Customs and Practices for Commercial Documentary Credits in 1962. Letter of Credit transaction should be cleared by the principle of the trust and integrity and vile partners sometimes make a fraud on the L/C by the misinterpretation of the documents. As there is no rule but no exception, exception from application of these principles is allowed. The fraud exception nile constitutes contracting out an application of basic principles, this rule should apply restrictively and in many authorities a court does not apply this rule to nominated bank, confirming bank, and bona fide holder of draft even if fraud is involved in L/C transactions. If not, we lose a lot of benefits from the credit as valuable commercial device through reservation of these principles to take a few benefits. So, We need to recognize that the fraud exception rule should be applied restrictively. Therefore, this study reviewed condition of application and exception from application of fraud exception rule in view of Cardozo's opinion, the Sztejn court, and UCC Sections-114(2).

This study analyzes some important spin-off effects of the provision, UCP600 Article 14(6), through the methodology of the expected utility maximization theory based on the state-contingent commodities model. Some technical implications of this study are as follows. First, the risk-averse beneficiary will choose to present his documents more than 5 days before expiry date by paying a higher risk premium (so-called cure period) for full assurance to cure documentary discrepancies, if expressed economically, he pursues loss reducing activities to the point where the expected marginal product of his activities is less than its marginal cost. Secondly, where the effectiveness of securing cure period is uncertain, the risk-averse beneficiary will choose to present documents just on the expiry date without securing any cure period by paying no risk premium. This study finally suggests the safe harbor standard should be optimal solution only if it is supplemented by the hidden reasonableness standard for balancing the conflicts of interest between beneficiaries and banks.

This study is to demonstrate purple color characteristics by analyzing various purple clothing from Antiquity to modern fashion. In this respect, both documentary and investigative studies have been performed. Through, the documentary studies, the changes and examples of purple clothing were scrutinized, and images of purple were classified based on the Color Image Scale. Purple color samples applied during a period from 1993 to 1996, were collected from 33 women's domestic brands, and the colors were measured by the CE 7000 spectrophotometer and analyzed by Munsell HV/C. The results were shown as follows; 1. In Antiquity, the symbolic value of purple was heavenly color, because it was a bearer of light, a sign of the epiphany of the gods. 2. With the advent of synthetic dyes, purples were in the vanguard. This chemical synthesis gave purple, historically a regal prerogative, to the people, and enjoyed a memorable vogue in the mid-mineteenth century. 3. The purple images in fashion were changed by the factors such as culture-art, technological advances, political-economical situations, sports ect., and appears in modern fashion romantic, natural elegance, classic, gorgeous, chic, and dandy images. 4. In the result of analytical study on women's purple dress in domestic market, 10PB hue and P tone were mosetly used from 1993 to 1996.

Fashion film has become a significant communication medium in the $21^{st}$ century. Fashion film, that tells unique quality stories, is a means of communicating brand value emotionally. To examine characteristics of storytelling according to types of fashion film, this study categorizes fashion film and investigates storytelling elements in terms of content, form, and communication. For methodology, a literature review was conducted to examine the concept of storytelling and types of fashion film storytelling. Empirical research was conducted on 32 fashion films from 2007 to recent years of 2017. Results are as follow. First, theatrical fashion film, based on linear narrative structure and closed-ending, is characterized content-based storytelling. Second, avant-garde fashion film, based on unconventional and experimental cinematic techniques, is characterized form-based storytelling. Finally, documentary fashion film that minimizes distortion and reproduces reality of designers' originality, refers to interactive communication-based storytelling which using digital technologies.
