A non-documentary conditions is a condition contained in the credit without reference to the presented document in compliance therewith, thereby causing many problems to all parties involved in letter of credit transactions. The purpose of this study is to examine the regulations on the non-documentary conditions under Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits: UCP, International Standby Practices: ISP98, United Nations Convention on Independent Guarantee and Stand-by Letters of Credit: CIGSLC and Uniform Commercial Code: UCC and also the opinions on the effect of non-documentary conditions through the analysis of several cases on the non-documentary conditions. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, UCP, ISP98, CIGSLC and UCC stipulate that banks will deem non-documentary conditions as not stated and will disregard them. Second, courts used to permit the effect of non-documentary conditions. Finally, all parties should not attempt to put in any non-documentary conditions in order to prevent disputes on the effect of non-documentary conditions.

본 연구는 가상현실 플랫폼을 사용하는 다큐멘터리에서 관객이 감정적으로 몰입하게 하기 위한 서사가 어떻게 나타나는지 살피고자 하였다. 이를 위해 가상현실 다큐멘터리를 가상현실이라는 새로운 미디어 플랫폼을 활용하여 현실에 창조적으로 접근, 재구성한 다큐멘터리로 정의하고, 그를 대상으로 삼아 기존의 다큐멘터리와 비교하여 어떻게 상호작용을 통해 서사가 매개되고 있는지 분석하였다. 우선 기행 다큐멘터리에서 가상현실 공간 경험으로 매개된 콘텐츠들의 경우, 이동권의 체험을 위주로 한 이동 체험 서사를 보여주었다. 그리고 타자의 현실을 보여주는 다큐멘터리의 경우 가상현실로 매개되면서 1인칭 다큐멘터리의 자기서사부터 웹 인터랙티브 다큐멘터리의 스토리텔링과 유사한 서사구조까지 보여주고 있었다. 가상현실 인터랙티브 다큐멘터리의 경우, 가상자아를 가지고 타자의 현실을 체험하게 한다는 면에서 체험 모듈을 가진 웹 다큐멘터리에서 한 걸음 더 나아갔다고 볼 수 있다. 이동권을 주는 가상공간의 경험 및 동질감을 주는 가상자아의 경험을 줄 수 있다는 면에서 가상현실 다큐멘터리는 다큐멘터리의 내적 진실에 도달하는 목적을 달성하기 위한 많은 가능성을 보여준다.

Contemporary narrative and documentary share across boundaries between the 'actuality' and the 'creative treatment.' The documentary has blended modes of representation from various genre to reflect the world changing. The narrative movies also has applied the historicality of 'evidence' and 'documents' from documentary to obtain the new form of realism. Boyhood shows a differentiated realism to retain both the narrative structure and the documentary temporality, containing 12 years of timeline with the limited artificial space time. Boyhood also takes the analogical concept of 'the dramatization of the actual materials' from the early documentary films.

This paper is about KTV special documentary "Baekdu to Halla, It's Peace Now" which looks back on the journey of President Moon Jae-in to the 3rd inter-Korean summit following former Presidents Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun, following the 2018 inter-Korean summit held under the slogan of 'Peace and a New Future'. The documentary was produced in the form of a road documentary that looked back at the meaningful results of the summit meeting with the MC through related places and various people, narrated by singer Kang San-Ae. Based on this case, the difference between the development of road documentaries and general informational documentaries about the existing production process is identified, and the differences between the production format, production characteristics, and development method of road documentaries are described. I would like to present an example of how it can be desirable to set the format of the road documentary according to the production environment of broadcasting companies and planning factors.

행정박물이란 공공업무의 활동을 반영하는 유형적 증거물로서 역사적 상징적 문화적 예술적 가치를 지니는 영구기록물이며, 공공기관의 업무수행과 관련하여 생산 및 활용한 형상기록물로 행정적 문화적 예술적 가치가 높은 기록물이다. "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률"에서는 행정박물을 기록물관리 범위에 처음으로 편입시키고 있으며, 기록물관리법령 제3조에서는 행정박물의 보존 및 관리체계를 법제화하고 있다. 행정박물의 관리는 형태 재질별 분류만으로는 기록으로서 행정박물의 특성을 반영하기 어렵다. 행정박물은 일반적인 기록물과 비교해 다양한 연유에서 수집되기 때문에 행정박물에 대한 기초적인 재질 조사와 적합한 보존 및 관리 방식이 필요하다. 행정박물은 문화재로서 아직 그 수요량이 많지 않으나, 국민 의식수준 향상 및 알 권리를 위한 행정박물의 공개 가능성이 증가되고 있으며, 향후 역사 및 문화의 해석을 위해 보존 활용 가능하며 근대문화유산으로서의 가치를 가질 수 있다. 우선적으로 행정박물의 보존적인 측면에서 열화를 방지하기 위해서는 각 유물별 손상등급을 부분적으로 분류, 관리하여 상태를 점검할 수 있는 표준조사카드를 만들어야 한다. 또한, 다양한 재질의 행정박물에 대한 관리 및 운영 방안을 체계적으로 확립하고 행정박물을 보존적인 측면에서 연구할 수 있는 전문 인력을 육성하여 종합적이고 선진화된 행정박물의 보존 복원 및 활용이 이루어져야 한다.

과학 다큐멘터리는 대중에게 직접적으로 전달되는 과학의 한 가지 모습이다. STS는 과학을 더 깊게 이해하기 위해서는 '만들어지는 과학'을 분석해야 한다고 요청한다. 마찬가지로 과학 다큐멘터리도 그것이 만들어지는 과정을 살펴볼 때 보다 깊이 이해할 수 있다는 것이 본 연구자들의 출발점이다. 본 연구자들은 과학 다큐멘터리라는 '블랙박스'를 열어보려는 시도로서 참여관찰의 방법을 사용하여 EBS의 과학 다큐멘터리 팀이 2012년부터 새롭게 제작을 시작한 <빛>의 제작과정을 분석했다. 본 논문은 다음 두 가지 논점을 다룰 것이다. 첫 번째는, 다큐멘터리 제작팀이 과학을 이해하고 이를 구성안에 풀어냄에 있어 시각화, 삶 속에서의 과학, 스토리와 인물을 각각 중요한 기준으로 상정하고 있다는 것이다. 두 번째로는 다큐멘터리 구성안이 완성되는 과정 속에서 제작팀과 자문위원 간의 흥미로운 상호작용이 나타난다는 것이다. 특히 자문위원의 의견이 모든 부분에서 일방적으로 받아들여지는 것이 아니라 자문위원과 제작팀 사이에 여러 가지 충돌과 타협이 있었다. 이러한 특성들은 과학 다큐멘터리가 과학 내용에 대한 정확성이나 과학에 대한 구성주의적인 이해의 기준으로만 평가될 수 없는 독자적인 가치 체계를 가진 영역임을 시사한다.

사실에 기반한 다큐멘터리는 그 시대의 정신을 담고 있을 뿐 아니라 기술과 매체의 변화에 따라 다양하게 변모해왔다. 본 연구는 유튜브의 오리지널 다큐멘터리가 매체의 특징을 대변하는 역할을 하고 있다는 전제하에 를 분석했다. 유튜브 오리지널 다큐멘터리 는 유튜브에서 공개된 후 다큐멘터리 영화로 재편집해 개봉, 동일한 촬영 소스를 가지고 유튜브냐 영화냐에 따라 다르게 편집, 서술되고 있어 유튜브 다큐멘터리와 다큐멘터리 영화의 매체적 차이점을 확인할 수 있는 콘텐츠이다. 영화관 버전은 핸드헬드 촬영과 매끄러운 편집 위주로 3인칭 내레이션과 자막을 활용해 서사를 전개하고 있으며 유튜브 버전은 오디오 중심의 거친 편집, 인터뷰와 배경음악을 중심으로 서사를 전개하고 있다는 차이점을 보였다. 이를 통해 유튜브 버전은 개인적이고 직접적인 표현 방식을 통해 친밀감을 강화하는 반면 영화관 버전은 공식적이며 간접적인 표현 방식을 통해 객관성을 강화하고 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

국내 TV자연 다큐멘터리의 에필로그 시스템은 기존의 TV 다큐멘터리에서 볼 수 없었던 제작진의 모습을 기록한다. 이는 관조적 시선으로 본편의 제작과정을 다루던 메이킹 필름(makingfilm)과는 달리 제작진의 오지 촬영 과정에 서사성을 부여한다. 이러한 에필로그 시스템은 다큐멘터리의 본편에 비해 서사성이 강조되어 있으며 특히 제작진 개인의 미시적 서사를 다루면서 등장인물을 일종의 캐릭터로 기능하게 만들었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 에필로그 시스템의 서사적 특성을 살펴보기 위해 노스럽 프라이의 원형비평이론을 중심으로 <남극의 눈물>의 서사구조와 등장인물의 특성을 분석했다. <남극의 눈물>은 희극적 로망스의 서사구조와 희극적 등장인물의 특성을 통해 '자연과 인간의 화해'라는 주제를 이끌어냈으며, 이는 비극성을 중심으로 전개되던 자연 다큐멘터리 본편의 내용을 아울러 희극성을 통해 비극성을 극복한다고 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of the study was to investigate how the Classification of the Joseon Dynasty's Beauty characteristics were expressed in a TV documentary focusing ona Re-mediation theory. The methods of study comprised of library research, Internet search, and using TV documentary program case studies. The work this Researcher makeup in the manufacture from the documentary in which the methods the Joseon. Dynasty expressed were selected. The literature, and preceding research, were referred to as a way to help organize the Joseon Dynasty's 'gi-saeng Hwang Jin-Hee', 'woman of royal family', and way of make-up of 'sadae-bu lady'. The TV documentary programs selected were 'MBC special' and '2 parts of channel A documentary special'. First, the improvisation of nature and simultaneity expressed in the Joseon Dynasty's usage of make-up is shown through the interview form reflecting the make-up tools and age direction of the scenes or expert. Second, the interactivity and reality are well seen through the row equivalent in which the model seems to directly use the dressing demonstration of the expert and cosmetics material. Third, the cultural expandability and unexpectedness show through the production of situations which are viewed from the explanation of the narration and letter subtitles and drama.

신용장거래에서 은행이 신용장조건과의 일치성 여부를 심사할 때 비서류적 조건을 고려하도록 요구하는 시도는 신용장의 독립성의 원칙을 저해하여, 은행의 신용장거래에 따른 위험을 증가시킨다. 따라서 UCP500에서부터 신용장의 비서류적 조건은 무시된다고 규정하게 되었다. 단 ICC Position Paper No.3에 따라 신용장에 관련 서류가 요구되었다면 유효성이 인정되었다. UCP600도 UCP500과 마찬가지로 규정하고 있지만 UCP600에는 ICC Position Paper No.3이 적용되지 않으므로 비서류적 조건과 관련된 서류를 신용장에서 요구하였더라도 무시된다는 점이 다르다. 신용장거래에 UCP600이 적용된다고 하여 비서류적 조건이라고 하여 무조건 무시되지 않는다는 점에 유의하여야 한다. 국제표준은행관행에서는 비서류적 조건 중 서류조건으로 전환하기 어려운 것은 유효성이 인정되고 있다. 즉 각국의 판례에서 객관적 지표로서 결정될 수 있거나 개설은행 자신의 기록 또는 활동으로부터 확인할 수 있는 것은 비서류적 조건이더라도 유효성이 인정되고 있다. ISP98과 URDG758에서는 이와 같은 것을 비서류적 조건으로 보지 않는다고 규정하고 있다. 개설의뢰인은 신용장 개설을 신청할 때 비서류적 조건이 기재되지 않도록 유의하여야 한다.
