  • 컴퓨터와 통신기술(通信技術)의 발발로 인하여 정보는 전문화(專門化), 다양화(多樣化), 종합화(綜合化), 다량화(多量化)되고, 한편 중소기업(中小企業)의 정보화(情報化)가 활성화되면서 모든 자원(資源)이 취약한 중소기업(中小企業)은 정보(情報)를 보다 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하게 되었다. 따라서 본고에서는 내부정보(內部情報)와 외부정보(外部情報)의 수집원(蒐集源)과 수집방법(蒐集方法)을 제시하였고, 정보(情報)의 평가(評價), 분석(分析), 활용(活用) 방법(方法), 이용시(利用時)의 유의사항 등을 열거하였으며, 적합정보(適合情報)의 요건과 정보의 최적활용(最適活用), 중소기업(中小企業)의 정보화(情報化) 추진방안(推進方案)에 관하여 기술하였다.

초고강도 콘크리트의 기초물성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study for Basic Properity of Ultra High-strength Concrete)

  • Recently, more highly effective construction materials are needed for the reasonable and economical structure system is required as the construction structures become more multi storied, large-sized and diversified. That is to say, the highly qualified concrete, the molt universal construction material is positively promoted as a part of plan to establish the effective space according to the dead load of structures and diminish of segment profile and to build up the economic structures. In particular, it is tendency of that the study for high strength concrete increases and construction example of reinforced concrete (RC) using the high strength concrete partially increases. However, the high strength concrete has the problems such high brittleness and low ductility. Specially, for the high strength concrete, it has different strength from normal concrete as the internal temperature goes up steadily due to high heat of hydration by the quantities of highly level of cement, so the concrete which is mixed with various scible materials is used. This study conducted a basic experiment to conclude an adequate selection of materials and to calculate an optimal mixing proportion of those materials to produce High-strength concrete. And also we conducted an experiment to find out basic properties of this concrete such as slump-flow, strength.

  • The noise to be considered as the most important in railway systems is the noise generated from the wheel/rail interaction. Such noise can be divided into three categories; that is, the rolling noise, the squeal noise and the wheel howling noise. Especially in metro systems, this type of noise has been considered seriously in recent years, and the diversified studies on the mechanism and solutions of such noise are in progress by many railways and researching bodies. In this study, a specially designed wheel absorber is installed in the wheel, and FEM analysis and laboratory tests are executed for the two cases, i.e. with wheel absorber and without wheel absorber, to check the effect of the wheel absorber in noise reduction. For the FEM analysis, the frequency response functions for respective cases are compared. And, for the laboratory test, following four cases are tested and compared; that is, i) with wheel only, ii) installation of ring damper only, iii) installation of damping material and cover, iv) installation of complete absorber system.

  • Objectives : Dochim have been recorded in korean medical classics as a diversified instrument for acupuncture to treat patients with various symptoms. Recently, there is a lot of Korean Medicine Doctors are increasingly using Dochim. For this reason this study surveyed the changing of Dochim's conformation and application through the literature. Methods : We investigated conventional paper and literature about Dochim, according to the flow of the time. Results : Despite changes in the times Dochim was used continuously as a surgical procedure. Recently, as the development of the concept of sterilization utilizing the frequency is increasing. Conclusions : Dochim is worth as the surgical procedure and continuously clinical utilization are needed in the future.

As the development and study for high strength concrete (more than $100N/mm^2$) is under way actively and the strength of high strength concrete increases, the strength different from the existing high strength concrete of ten than $100N/mm^2$, but the study for this is not adequate and indefinite. In addition, the study and report to apply the strength expression and analysis results of internal structure. Therefore, this study is an experiment about using the miscible materials affects what happens to the longitudinal physical property.

저소득 가구 유형별 복지서비스를 통한 생활비 절감효과에 관한 사례조사 연구 (Case Study on the Effect of Living Cost Reduction Through Welfare Services and Programs Based on Low-Income Household Types)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of living cost reduction through social welfare services and programs and to suggest the further ways of saving living cost for low-income households. For the research purpose, low-income household type was divided into three representative groups such as senior household, household with school-aged children, and household with the disabled based on the literature review. Four case households which live in permanent rental apartment in Seoul were selected as research subjects. During March 14~April 10, 2010, each household was interviewed to examine the details of monthly income and expenditure structure and types of welfare services receiving. Although some differences exist among cases, there was a definite living cost reduction effect through welfare services and programs from 12% to 150%. Household with school-aged children required diversified education programs corresponding to the children's age. Meanwhile, households including senior and the disabled indicated the necessity of convenient transportation system.

  • In this study, recently, more highly effective construction materials are needed for a reasonable cause and economical structure system is required as the construction structures become more multi storied, large-sized and diversified. Also, the experiment was not carried out to investigate and analyzed the strength properties and flowability of ultra-high strength accroding to the types of mineral admixtures. Therefore, this is an experimental study to compare and analyze the influence of cementitious materials type on the fluidity and the strength properties of ultra-high strength concrete. For this purpose, it has decided to do the mix proportions of concrete according to the type of cementitious materials (fly ash, blsat furnace slag, silica fume, slag cement) and W/B(23.5, 27.5, 31.5%) has selected. And then we conducted an experiment to find out basic properties of the ultra-high strength concrete such as slump-flow, O-lot and the age of specimens(3, 7, 28, 56days) for compressive strength.

  • P2P 환경에서의 파일 공유 방식은 클라이언트/서버 방식과는 다르게 값비싼 서버를 사용하지 않고 클라이언트 컴퓨터들만을 사용하여 자료의 공유 및 관리를 분산시킨다. 이러한 이유로 대용량의 서버를 사용하는 클라이언트/서버 방식에서 발생하는 인적, 물적 자원의 낭비를 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 수가 늘어날수록 연산, 협업의 성과가 높아지는 등의 혜택을 제공한다. 이와 같은 이유로 인해 많은 사람들이 P2P에 관심을 갖고, 또한 현재 각광받고 있는 모바일 관련 분야에도 P2P를 이용한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 모바일 P2P 서비스란 서버의 중개 없이, 서버에 접속해 있는 한 모바일 클라이언트에서 다른 모바일 클라이언트로 다양한 정보 및 데이터를 전송하는 방식으로, 종래의 P2P 채널을 모바일 기반으로 확장한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 P2P 서비스를 영농정보 공유, 제해 정보의 통계 및 분석을 위한 프로그램에 응용하였다.

  • 네트워크 기술이나 반도체 집적기술, 그리고 임베디드 시스템 기술의 발달로 넓은 범위의 영역에서 센서네트워크 활용이 가능해졌다. 따라서 센서 네트워크는 그것이 적용되는 응용분야에 따라서 여러 가지 형태와 차별화 된 특성으로 다양화되고 있다. 지능형 디지털 홈은 고유한 특성의 센서네트워크를 구성할 수 있는 한 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 컴퍼짓 센서 및 제어 네트워크를 제안하고, 이의 차세대 지능형 홈 네트워크 적용에 대해 논의한다. 또한 제안된 네트워크의 개발결과와 이를 기반으로 한 지능형 홈 서비스, 그리고 가상시험환경인 테스트베드의 개발결과를 제시한다.

Modes of Innovation and the National Systems of Innovation of the BRICS Economies

  • The Brazil, Russia, India China and South Africa (BRICS) group has emerged as a collection of large economies which are outside the traditional groups of industrialised "first world" economies and which have altered the global distribution of economic power. The basis of their emergence is a combination of their size and growth rates, and the fact that they lie outside the established centres of global economic power. As such, they have "diversified" the power base of the global economic order. The question which is asked in this paper is whether the phenomenon of the BRICS goes beyond this to mark the start of a possible challenge to the neoliberal orthodoxy which emerged as the globally dominant policy paradigm since the collapse of the Soviet Union. This paper develops and uses a "modes of innovation" approach to explore the potential of the BRICS to constitute a structural rupture in the current globally dominant neoliberal mode of innovation. This question is important since, in the absence of this rupture, the remarkable development trajectory of the BRICS will serve to reinforce the legitimacy of the global orthodoxy. The paper first articulates the modes of innovation concept and then proceeds to locate the BRICS systems of innovation within the current globally dominant mode. On this basis it then provides an appraisal of the possible impact of the BRICS on the evolutionary path of the global system of innovation.
