판매원의 성격과 감사성향이 심리적 안녕감과 친소비자행동에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Personality and Grateful Disposition Effects for Psychological Well-being and Prosocial Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 고객과의 접촉빈도가 높고 다양한 요구가 일어나는 서비스접점에서 판매원의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시킬 수 있는 요인으로 개인의 성격과 감사성향의 영향력을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 판매원의 외향성과 성실성, 감사성향은 심리적 안녕감에 정의 영향을 미치고 판매원의 신경증은 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 판매원의 심리적 안녕감은 친소비자행동에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 판매원의 성격과 감사성향이 미치는 상대적인 영향을 비교해 본 결과, 신경증이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 그 다음으로 감사성향, 외향성 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 성격만큼 종업원의 감사성향 또한 심리적 안녕감을 향상시킬 수 있는 요소임을 의미한다.

The Effect of Transient Tachypnea Newborn Care Simulation Learning on Nursing Students' Critical Thinking Disposition, Clinical Performance ability, and Self- confidence

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of simulation-based practice education on critical thinking disposition, clinical performance ability, and self-confidence. Using the method of one-group pretest-posttest experimental research, this study selected total 70 nursing students (3rd year) as research subjects. The final research subjects were total 63 students excluding seven people with insufficient responses. From March to April 2023, total eight sessions of simulation practice education (4 hours per session) were conducted once a week. In the effects of the program, the critical thinking disposition, clinical performance ability, and self-confidence were measured. Using the SPSS Window Version 25.0, the critical thinking disposition, clinical performance ability, and self-confidence were analyzed through the mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test. In the results of this study, the critical thinking disposition (t=-10.61, p<.001), clinical performance ability (t=-3.06, p=.003), and self-confidence (t=-15.97, p<.001) were statistically significant. In the results of analyzing the correlations of clinical performance ability, and self-confidence after the simulation practice education, the learning satisfaction showed significantly positive correlation with immersion (r= .647, p<.001). The results of this study verified the improvement of critical thinking disposition, clinical performance ability, and self-confidence of nursing students after the simulation-based practice education. Thus, it would be necessary to develop the educational contents for various subjects, and also to expansively apply the simulation practice education.

간호조무사의 근무환경인식과 성격성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Working Environment Recognition and the Caracter Disposition of Nurse Aides)

  • As the whole world took on the tendency to be highly industrialized, it became necessary for each field of occupation to require professional man power. Especially, since the World War n, the participation of woman power in economic activities has been continually increasing. In our country also, because of the rapid economic growth, change in the way of thinking of women as well as their participation in economic activities are increasing. Thus, woman power is being utilized in various occupational fields from simple physical labor to those that require high-professional skill. Also, continued economic development policies, by setting the establishment of welfare society as the ideology to be fulfilled, brought expansion of medical facilities in the field of public health and increase in man power in that field. As for the nursing specialists, more than 6000 have been being produced per year and as of the end of 1988, the total number of nursing specialists, reached 123, 115. Therefore, this study is done to recognize the professional knowledge and ability of nursing specialists, who take up $40\%$ of the total public-health related man power in our country, through evaluating their working environment and their disposition of character. This study, which was done from September 18th to September 30th 1989, took on the method of using formed questionnaires that had been amended and supplemented during two preparatory investigations, 322 of such questionnaires were used as an analytical material. In the formation of questionnaires, 12 questions were related to the working environment, and 26 in fortotal were related to the disposition of character, 5 for wise-disposition, 11 for activedisposition and 10 for open-disposition. The measuring method, which used 5-point-standard, allowed 5 points for affirmative recognition of the working environment, also 5 points for showing wise, active and open disposition of character and only point in opposite cases. Collected materials were analyzed, through an electronic calculation, into the average value, the standard deflection percentage, pearson corelative number and stepwise multiple regression. Summarizing the results from this study is as follows: 1. It was shown that the nursing specialists with the average of 3.07 have affirmative recognition of their working environment. The questions which drew most affirmative reaction were those concerning finance-management system such as hand, the questions that received negative reaction were those concerning communication method with the average of 2.49. Such reaction seems to have resulted from the cramming regulation by the superior authorities. Concerning the recognition of working environment in relation to employment conditions, more affirmative recognition is shown with the average of 3.14. at hospitals where injection job is not performed. The nursing specialists working at regular hospitals show more affirmative recognition than those at general hospitals, the averages being respectiely 3.16 and 3.03. 2. As for the disposition of character of the nursing specialists, active-disposition was highest with the average of 3.38, next was wise-disposition with 3.20 and the lowest was open-diposition with 2.98. Variable-wise disposition of character shows that wise-disposition and academic background are beneficially correlated by 0.12. Ative-disposition and open-disposition show correlation to the office term by respectively 0.16 and 0.21. In other words. better academic background leads to higher wise-disposition and more - experience results in higher active and open disposition. Also, the class that performs the injection job, in relation to the working environment, might cause change in the self-conceit that identify those in that class with the nurses; however, as far as professional judgment and action, in dealing with nursing job, being wise, active and open is concerned, not much effect is made. 3. The relation between the recognition of the working environment and the disposition of character is that more afirmative recognition- a nursing specialist has about her working environment, the higher the active-disposition becomes by 0.13. The degrees of the relation between recongnition of environment and wise and open dispositions show respectively 0.06 and -0.06 and -0.06. That is to say that when having more affirmative recognition of the working environment, a nursing specialist shows wise but closed disposition of character. This, howerver, didn't mean much statistically. When observing the results mentioned above, it is conspicuous that the nursing specialists, working as substitutes for the nurse at medical institutions of various sizes, get the feeling of being somewhat equal to the nurses and to some extent, fulfill their desire to accomplish their ego; however, as far as professional ability expansion if concerned. they lack wise and open dispositions. Therefore, considiering upon the results of this study, in medical institutions where the work of nursing specialists is regaded equal to that of the nurses, as a medical member who deals with human lives, it is desirable to make the nursing specialists work under the supervision of the nurses and to offer them continuous education to strengthen and improve their natural dispositions.

특성화 및 마이스터 고등학교 학생들의 기술적 사고성향 연구 (A Study on Technological Thinking Disposition of the Specialized and Meister High School Students)

  • 이 연구는 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 학생들의 기술적 사고성향을 알아보고 그 결과를 통하여 특성화 및 마이스터 고교의 교육 현장에서 학생들의 기술적 사고성향에 맞는 교육내용을 구성하거나 필요한 기술적 사고성향을 강화하는데 기초지식을 제공하기 위함을 목적으로 실시하였다. 타당성과 신뢰성이 확보된 기술적 사고성향 검사 도구를 사용하여 전국의 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 학생 1171명을 대상으로 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 전체 학생의 기술적 사고성향의 구성은 기술적 조작 성향(TOD)을 보이는 학생이 무려 38.9%를 차지할 정도로 가장 많았으며, 그 다음으로 기술적 계획 및 성찰 성향(TPRD)을 보이는 학생이 22.46%, 기술적 호기심 성향(TCD)이 17.59%, 기술적 문제파악 및 해결 성향(TPIRD)이 10.33%, 기술적 분석 성향(TAD)이 6.49%, 기술적 창의 및 표현 성향(TCED)이 5.04% 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특성화고 학생들과 마이스터고 학생들 사이에 기술적 사고성향의 구성에 차이가 있는지에 대한 검증 결과는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 특성화고 학생이나 마이스터고 학생 모두 비슷한 구성의 기술적 사고성향을 갖고 있는 것으로 판단하였다. 셋째, 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 전체 학생들의 성별에 따른 기술적 사고성향 구성에 대한 차이가 있는지에 대한 검사에서는 두 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 특기할 점은 남학생들의 기술적 호기심 성향(TCD) 구성과 기술적 문제파악 및 해결 성향(TPIRD)이 여학생들 같은 성향 구성 비중 보다 각각 7.4%, 4.4% 가량 더 크게 나타났다. 또 다른 특징은 기술적 계획 및 성찰 성향(TPRD)인데 이 성향에 대해서는 여학생들의 성향 비중이 남학생들의 성향 비중 보다 9.7%나 더 크게 나타났다. 넷째, 특별히 특성화 고교 학생들만을 대상으로 한 성별에 따른 기술적 사고성향 구성에 대한 차이 검증에서도 두 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 구성의 차이를 보였는데, 앞서의 특성화 및 마이스터 고교 학생들 전체를 대상으로 한 결과의 거의 같은 비중의 차이를 보였다. 마지막으로, 마이스터 고교 학생들만을 대상으로 한 성별에 따른 기술적 사고성향 구성에 대한 차이 검증은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다.

지방 종합병원 간호사의 근무환경과 비판적 사고성향 (Relationship between the Practice Environment of Nursing and Critical Thinking Disposition of Nurses in Local General Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the practice environment of nursing and the critical thinking disposition of clinical nurses in local general hospitals. Methods: A convenience sample of 468 registered nurses was obtained from three local general hospitals. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire during November, 2012. The survey tools were the K-PES-NWI verified by Cho et al (2011) and the critical thinking disposition instrument developed by Yoon (2004). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA with Scheff$\acute{e}$ test and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: The mean score for practice environment of nursing was $3.3{\pm}0.4$ and for critical thinking disposition, $2.3{\pm}0.4$. There were statistically significant differences in critical thinking disposition according to age, education, length of career, current position, and marital status. In multivariate analysis, factors related to critical thinking disposition were collegial nurse-physician relations and education level. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that collegial nurse-physician relations in the nursing practice environment are related to nurses' critical thinking disposition, and thus, it is important to improve the practice environment as well using individual approaches including on-the-job training to improve nurses' critical thinking disposition.

대학생의 감사성향과 주관적 안녕감이 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향의 융복합적 연구 (A Convergence Study of the Influence of Grateful disposition and Subjective well-being on Stress coping of College students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 감사성향과 주관적 안녕감이 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시도하였다. 간호학과와 비간호과 학생 336명으로, 통계자료는 t-test, Pearson Correlation, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 간호학과 학생들이 비간호과 학생에 비하여 감사성향, 생활만족도, 적극적 스트레스 대처에 유의한 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 2학년이 1학년보다 감사성향, 주관적 행복감, 스트레스 대처에 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 감사성향은 주관적 안녕감, 스트레스 대처와 강한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 스트레스 대처에 주 영향 요인은 정적 정서와 감사성향으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들의 스트레스 대처능력을 향상시키기 위해서 교육과정이나 교과 외 활동 등 다양한 방법을 통하여 주관적 안녕감과 감사성향을 높여줄 수 있는 방안의 강화가 필요하다.

일본지방도시를 사례로 본 근린제 공원배치의 문제 및 그 개선방안 -도시공원 배치이론에 대한 새로운 접근- (Park Disposition Problems and Alternatives on the Basis of the Neighborhood Units Theory in Japan Metro-Cities -New Approach to the Disposition Theory of Urban Public Parks-)

  • The disposition of public parks pursue proper distribution and hierarchy formations on the basis of the neighborhood units theory. However, problems like price of land has brought about a large gap between theories and real conditions. This paper examines the problems of the practical disposition and disposition standards of public parks to solve these contradictions with reference to examples in Japan metro-cities. Study results are as follows; 1) The existing disposition theories are based on the district-boundary of men’s acting and settling down. Therefore, the disposition standards of large-scale parks or special parks beyond the humane scale have not been explained exactly. 2) As city sizes have expanded, these large-scale parks have developed greatly, however, they are located out of urban areas on the ground of nature’s geographical features. As a result, many small parks developed in urban areas. This extreme phenomenon of location would break up proper distribution and hierarchy. 3) Large parks over 4 ha not only take an important role in forming greenbelts but their location is also mainly based on their natural geographical features so that they are absorbed into the network -structure of greenbelts. 4) It is suggested that in planning parks, location and size of large parks over 4 ha should be selected and decided in the relation not with parks but with greenbelts. Parks of 4 ha or below are properly disposed. Also, these parks take a great role in forming the district boundary for settling down. Accordingly, proper distribution and hierarchy formation needs to be based on established neighborhood as they were previously.

고등학생의 스트레스와 행복감 간의 관계에서 주관적 웰빙과 감사성향의 이중 매개효과 (Double Mediating Effect of Subjective Well-being and Gratitude Disposition on Relationship between Stress and Feeling of Happiness among High School Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 스트레스와 행복감 간의 관계를 확인하고, 그 관계를 주관적 웰빙과 감사성향이 이중으로 매개하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 남녀 고등학생 245명이었다. 이 연구를 위해서 지각된 스트레스 척도, 삶의 만족 검사, 정서빈도검사, 감사성향 척도 및 주관적 행복 척도를 사용하였다. 직렬적 이중 매개효과는 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모형 6으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 고등학생의 스트레스는 주관적 웰빙, 감사성향 및 행복감과 유의한 부적 상관이 있었다. 고등학생의 주관적 웰빙은 감사성향이나 행복감과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 감사성향도 행복감과 정적 상관이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 스트레스와 행복감 간의 관계를 주관적 웰빙과 감사성향이 직렬로 이중매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 청소년들의 행복에 주관적 웰빙과 감사성향이 중요한 역할을 한다는 것이 발견되었기 때문에, 그들의 주관적 웰빙 수준과 감사성향을 증진시킬 필요가 있다.

간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 메타인지에 대한 상황모듈학습 프로그램 적용 효과 (Effect of a Situational Module Learning Course on Critical Thinking Disposition and Metacognition in Nursing Students: A Quasi-experimental Study)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effect of a situational module learning course on critical thinking disposition and metacognition in sophomore nursing students. Methods: This study was a non-equivalent control-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design; the participants included 64 nursing students (32 in the experimental and 32 in the control group) from two Korean universities. Critical thinking disposition and metacognition between the control and intervention groups were measured before and after program participation. Data collection was conducted between September 1 and December 15, 2016. An independent t-test was used to determine differences in critical thinking disposition and metacognition between the groups and Pearson's correlations were measured for correlation with critical thinking disposition and metacognition. Results: The intervention group showed higher critical thinking disposition (t=3.16, p=.002); intellectual integrity (t=2.85, p=.006); and open-mindedness (t=3.30, p=.002) relative to those of the control group. However, there were no statistical differences in metacognition between the two groups (t=-0.14, p=.888). A significant positive correlation between metacognition and critical thinking disposition was found. (r=.62, p<.001). Conclusion: The situational module learning course developed in this study could be used to promote critical thinking disposition in nursing students.

문제기반학습 연계 시뮬레이션(SIM-PBL) 교육이 응급구조과 학생들의 비판적 사고경향과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The effect of SIM-PBL eduction on critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy in paramedic students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of the simulation education integrated with problem based learning on critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy on paramedic students. Methods: The study subjects were 48 students. Pre and post design with nonequivalent control group was assigned. The experimental group received the one week education for 4 weeks(4 sessions in total) with 90 minutes for each session. The control group received a regular skill training curriculum. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher improvement of self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition preference compared with the control group. Conclusion: These findings indicate that simulation education with scenario was effective in improving the critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy in paramedic students.
