순환 굵은 골재 치환율에 따른 콘크리트의 역학적 특성 변화 검토_사례 연구 (Review of Changes in Mechanical Properties of Concrete According to Recycled Coarse Aggregate Replacement Rate_Case Study)

  • 본 연구에서 순환 굵은 골재를 콘크리트에 적용하는 데 있어 치환율을 고려할 필요가 있다고 판단되어 기존 연구 동향 및 결과에 대한 자료를 수집하고 순환 굵은 골재 치환율에 따른 콘크리트의 역학적 특성을 분석하였다. 순환 굵은 골재에 대한 자료를 수집하는 데 있어 콘크리트 측정항목 중 압축강도의 있는 것과 및 순환 굵은 골재에 부착된 잔여 모르타르의 제거 등의 공정을 거치지 않은 자료를 수집하였다. 순환 굵은 골재를 50 %와 100 % 치환한 콘크리트의 경우 보통 콘크리트 대비 역학적 특성이 평균적으로 각각 -36.0 ~ 9.9 %와 -40.0 ~ 10.4 % 밑돌거나 상회하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따라 배합 시 흡수율을 고려하여 추가적인 물을 혼입해야 하며, 보통 콘크리트 대비 80 % 이상의 역학적 특성이 나오는 순환 굵은 골재 치환율을 50 % 이하로 하여야 한다고 판단된다.

  • A large number of Computer-based fire growth and Evacuation model have been developed for various purpose and many of these are widely used for research and engineering. And Most of Egress simulation program are ordinary case only related to human behavior But Egress safety Evaluation is very closed to smog movement. It is well known that the Egress simulation program made by Tokyo Fire Department are related to smog movement. So It is the aim of this study to investigate on the Development of Egress Simulation for Evacuation Safety Evaluation of Tokyo Fire Dept. Department in Japan.

발코니 확장에 따른 수직화염 확대 위험성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Risk of Vertical Flame for a Extended-Balcony)

  • Since installing a balcony can significantly reduce the spread of fire, fire spread to the upper levels was confirmed, comparing the cases with and without balcony extension. It was confirmed that the fire can spread not only to the next higher level but also to two levels higher due to the outburst of flame which reached a significant temperature in the case without balcony, while the possibility of fire spread to the upper level reduced considerably with the balcony. this study is compared and analyzed to vertical diffusion appearance of an externally venting flame. An installed balcony is also applied to fire test 6.54kW to analyze about effect of a balcony.

  • The objective of design for a post flash-over fire is contain the fire and prevent structural collapse, as necessary to meet the performance requirements. In the post flash-over phase of a fire all of the combustible objects in the compartment are burning and the heat release rate is limited either by the fuel surface area or the available air supply. So for the PBD situations, the process of evaluation method for fire phenomena is very important. It is the aim of this study to investigate and analyze the evaluation method of structural fire resistance in Japan.

Analysis of plane frame structure using base force element method

  • The base force element method (BFEM) is a new finite element method. In this paper, a degenerated 4-mid-node plane element from concave polygonal element of BFEM was proposed. The performance of this quadrilateral element with 4 mid-edge nodes in the BFEM on complementary energy principle is studied. Four examples of linear elastic analysis for plane frame structure are presented. The influence of aspect ratio of the element is analyzed. The feasibility of the 4 mid-edge node element model of BFEM on complementary energy principles researched for plane frame problems. The results using the BFEM are compared with corresponding analytical solutions and those obtained from the standard displacement finite element method. It is revealed that the BFEM has better performance compared to the displacement model in the case of large aspect ratio.

  • This study aims to clarify how commissioned welfare volunteers could play a role of evacuation assistance for people with special needs in case of flood disaster which occurred in Sayo-cho, Hyogo prefecture by Typhoon 9th in August, 2009. Both questionnaire research and interview was conducted to commissioned welfare volunteers. As a result we found that the delay of official evacuation council caused some confusion. As commissioned welfare volunteers had not got enough information on evacuation assistance from local government it was difficult to decide and initiate early evacuation against flood disaster. Development of collaboration with community manpower is inevitable for effective evacuation assistance on elderly and disabled people.

  • Tsunami disaster caused great damages and very large victims especially when occurs in urban area along coastal region. Therefore information of evacuation in a map is very important for disaster preparedness in order to minimize the number of victims in affected area. Here, information generated from remote sensing satellite data (SPOT 5 and DEM) and secondary data (administration boundary and field survey data) are used to simulate evacuation route and to produce a map for Padang City. Vulnerability and evacuation areas are determined based on DEM. Landuse/landcover, accessibility areas, infrastructure and landmark are extracted from SPOT 5 data. All the data obtained from remote sensing and secondary data are integrated using geospatial modelling to determine evacuation routes. Finally the simulation of evacuation route in Padang City for tsunami preparedness is provided based on the parameters derived from remote sensing data such as distances from shelters, save zones, city's landmarks and the local community experiences how they can survive with the disaster.

  • If industrial disasters happen at workplace, work's desires of workers and business activities may be dispirited. Especially, industrial disasters frequently happen in the field of heavy and chemical industry companies. According to report of the korea occupational safety and health agency(KOSHA), damage due to industrial disasters is more 5 times than losses due to industrial strifes. Thus, in these manufacturing companies, a safety management field for preventing industrial disasters is emerging as an important factor of business activities. This paper proposes an industrial disaster prediction model for safety management and also implements industrial safety management system(after this, is called as u-Safety system) based on the proposed model using ubiquitous computing technologies like USN(ubiquitous sensor networks) which are given much attention among recent information technologies. The implemented system is successfully operating in the shipbuilding division of 'H' companies.

  • How to safely and economically dispose mining tailings is a challenge to mine operators. This paper presents an alternative upstream method for tailings dam construction, termed as the template construction method (TCM), which has been successfully implemented at Zhelamuqing tailings impoundment since 2004. By the beginning of 2015, the tailings dam wall had reached 95 m in height for the 46 upstream raises, with the total height of the dam including the starter dyke being 128 m. The proposed TCM is relatively simple and cost-effective and provides a good way for constructing rapidly raising tailings dam based on this case.

사업장의 기계재해 위험성평가에 관환 연구 (A study on quantitative risk assessment of mechanical accidents)

  • Recently the occurrence ratio of mechanical accidents in industrial disaster of korea is increased, but very little accident information has been given regarding the prevention of mechanical accidents. In this study, mechanical accidents by the analysis of industrial accident case was examined. And it was proposed the risk assessment method and building database for investigation of risk factors in mechanical accident. As a result, from mechanical accidents database, it was found that the occurrence ratio of mechanical accident by constriction and falling etc. is very high and death ratio by mechanical accident is larger than that of usual accident. And we applied the quantitative risk assessment method proposed by this study in the mechanical accident analysis of a domestic manufacturer. From the results, the risk factors due to constriction, curling, falling and scattering are principal causes of mechanical accidents. These result is similar to that of the analysis of mechanical accidents for recent 12 years in korea.
