세월호 사고 이후 학교안전에 대한 인식이 높아짐에 따라 학교안전사고 예방과 유사시 사고 대처능력 및 재난관리에 대한 의식 제고가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 교육기관의 자체적인 재난관리대책을 강화해야할 뿐만 아니라 지역사회 재난관리 관련 기관의 지원 및 협조에 대한 중요성도 야기되고 있다. 하지만 학교 및 교육청에서 자체적인 역량으로 재난안전사고를 예방하기에는 어려운 부분이 많기 때문에 지역사회 재난관리 관련 기관의 지원을 통해 재난안전사고를 예방할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교육기관과 유관기관의 현황 및 협력 체계에 대한 이론적 검토를 실시하였으며, 실질적인 재난 관련 업무 담당자들의 재난안전에 대한 인식 및 협력 현황을 알아보기 위해 현장조사를 실시하였다. 또한 이를 토대로 향후 교육기관과 지역사회 관련기관의 안전협력체계 구축방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

The humidifier disinfectant disaster (HDD) was not a simple poisoning accident by biocides, but a singular disaster in history created by chemicals in household products. This disaster was a result of the failure of a system for the management of chemical and product safety. Since the management authority for chemical usage safety is different from those for chemical safety in products, many blind areas for chemical safety management in products still remain. The 'Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (ARECS)' or the new 'Biocidal Product Act' must not only address the blind areas in the management system for chemical and product safety, but also prevent a second HDD. To prevent another HDD, an integrated registration, evaluation, and management system for chemicals and consumer products must be incorporated into the 'ARECS' as an essential part for chemical safety in consumer products.

Injury is a serious problem that not only causes death but also significantly degrades the quality of life of the people and causes loss of socioeconomic opportunities and costs. Damage occurs as a result of an accident. Among them, natural disasters and artificial disasters take lives of many people in a short time and threaten their physical and mental health. The United States has responded to the disaster by establishing relevant laws and regulations and a response system with the recognition that health is recognised soon to be as national security in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the Katrina disaster. It is necessary to build a knowledge infrastructure to train disaster response experts in public health area and to have health competence to cope with disasters.

We reviewed the scientific literature on psychological effects of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive (CBRNE) disaster, which is one of the biggest threat to modern society. CBRNE disaster has the potential to cause specific physical symptoms and psychological distress in victims ; moreover, various toxic symptoms and carcinogenesis/mutation would be an important issue. Bioterrorism can cause localized outbreaks of infectious disease or pandemic disaster. Somatization as well as posttraumatic stress symptoms and depression are the characteristic psychological symptoms in CBRNE disaster's victims. CBRNE disasters could lead to large-scale public fear and social chaos due to the difficulties involved in verifying the extent of exposure and unfamiliar area to the common people. In the evacuation process, problems associated with adjustment and conflict between victims and residents should be considered.

The emergency recovery scheme in time of a disaster or accident up to now has been focused on how to build a backup for the public service or communication network in national scale, also, all the mobile operators have done as recovery scheme for the equipment failure in their network was to make a backup copy of billing data or package data, and they have usually studied only on the backup and failure recovery scheme in the circuit-switched network. However, since it has become more probable recently that a disaster or accident could occur in the switching office buildings, a recovery scheme in time of the failure of these entire switching offices became necessary. The purpose of this paper is to propose various recovery schemes, and by having checkups on many issues that could arise while carrying out these schemes, it presents the best solution for each issue. Moreover, it presents the future tasks that need to be studied as well as initial study directions.

This study of small & Medium-Sized construction sites construction disaster prevention technology conduction-site visits from the map results report by the inspector on-site advice and technical guidance for the analysis of deficiencies and potential construction of disaster revealed the potential factors causing an accident as follows. As a results, Should not be a once a month visits. Therefore should be changed at least twice a month to help prevent accidents of this system is to be judged.

Recently, the climate change due to global warming, heat wave, heavy snow etc., is rapidly progressing all over the world. This kind of climate change is judged to be affecting a lot in construction industry which has characteristic of outdoor industry. Therefore this study, to prevent death disaster occurring by climate elements at construction site, quantitatively analyzed real condition of death disaster on construction site and suggests basic management direction which to be conducted on the site.

Industrial disaster caused the deaths of 2,114, construction workers among them was the highest of 621 deaths. In the construction industry, has established a number of safety alternatives to prevent accidents. But until now, the cause of the accident has stopped being superficial analysis, awareness on the root cause of the acciden did not reflect. In this study, we analyze the characteristics and causes in G contractors' safety accidents. And innovation strategy, organization-wide safety management system and detailed tasks to derive essentially was to prevent the occurrence of large construction companies. A lot of business for accident prevention effect was transient and formal, to reflect a management style and organizational culture, and try to prevent construction accidents. we will strive to prevent the disaster from the construction site through the improvement of these.

Though, the disasters of shipboard crew have many types and aspects, most of them are caused by human elements, and the management and the regulations for the crew safety are other elements for the crew disaster. Accordingly, the analysis of the consciousness and understandings on crew's safety management system is one of the important parts to reduce the accident. Therefore, this study made up the questionnaire and assorted the respond of shipping companies, ship's officers and engineers including captains to our questionaries, and analyzed the results to pick out and find their consciousness on the crew disaster. And also, this study is to make proposals to prevent and reduce the accident.

This study is to investigate the degree of field awareness of how each provision of the Serious Disaster Punishment Act will affect accident prevention. As a result of conducting a survey of construction site workers, it was analyzed that construction site workers had a low sense of safety and did not voluntarily engage in safety activities. And it can be seen that they are taking a very passive position that it is efficient to implement safety under the supervision of the supervisor. Workers who need voluntary construction site safety activities are most aware of the situation at the site, but the problem was pointed out as "lack of procedures for listening to opinions and preparing improvement measures" for these problems. Future research is needed to see if this is a problem for individual workers or for those in charge of safety and health who do not correct it even though active opinions have been submitted.
