Even after successful technology development, there are many cases where commercialization fails due to difficulties in financing in the early stages of commercialization. The purpose of this study is to give practical implications to technology-based founders. At the beginning of commercialization, 7 companies that succeeded in procuring different types of external funds were selected to conduct case analysis. The results are as follow. First, it was confirmed that the excellence of technology is the most important. Second, it was confirmed that they were majors in the relevant technology field or have worked in related fields, and concluded that greater synergy effect can be created by adding the founder's business will and active attitude. Third, even if the company's internal capabilities were insufficient, it was possible to succeed in financing by identifying and utilizing external financial information. Fourth, it is necessary to utilize a linked financial system that receives both loans and investments. Fifth, systematic IR (Investor Relation) should be continued.

This study is conducted to achieve following two purposes. First, this study investigates domestic conditions and problems of data broadcasting industry. Second, this study suggests the improving way of the legal and administrative systems in order to promote domestic data broadcasting industry. Survey was conducted with 16 companies and a few business men for gaining data of general condition and analyzing problems about domestic data broadcasting industry. The results are as follow: first, domestic industry was suffering from the lack of man power, finance, and the delay of data broadcasting service schedule. Second, respondents argued there was no the legal basis and the systematic regulation under the current digital broadcasting policy of government. To resolve those problems, this paper proposed the making laws preparing for the fusion service of communication and broadcasting, systematic assistance of government, the way of technology development and technical standardization, and the way of constructing infrastructure and cultivating man power.

As digital twin technology is applied to various industrial fields, technologies to effectively process large amounts of data are required. In this paper, we discuss a customized service method for fast search and effective delivery of large-scale data for underground facility for public utilities management. The proposed schemes are divided into two ways: a fast search data generation method and a customized information service segmentation method to efficiently search and abbreviate vast amounts of data. In the high-speed search data generation, we discuss the configuration of the synchronization process for the time series analysis of the sensors collected in the underground facility and the additional information method according to the data reduction. In the user-customized service method, we define the types of users in normal and disaster situations, and discuss how to service them accordingly. Through this study, it is expected to be able to develop a systematic data generation and service model for the management of underground utilities that can effectively search and receive large-scale data in a disaster situation.

As an important branch of decoration of blue and white painting, folk blue and white painting not only has a very long history, but also has a very distinctive folklore and artistry. During the Ming and qing dynasties is an important period, in the development of the folk blue and white painting, the folk craftsmen through long-term study and practice, constantly familiar with drawing technique to master the method, combining folk life form, and folk painting decorative expression aesthetic demand, thus make the painting MinSuXing and artistic expression continuously into the blue and white porcelain painting in the process of development, become an important and indispensable component of ceramic decoration.

Recently, accelerators are attracting attention as a new startup incubator. This study empirically analyzed the relative importance and priority of decision-making factors when a startup selects an accelerator using the AHP technique. As a result, startup founders recognized the importance of decision-making factors in the order of funding factors, program factors, and accelerator characteristic factors. there was a difference in the relative importance of detailed factors between startup founders and accelerator workers, depending on the location of the business site and the presence or absence of sales performance. This suggests that accelerators need to strengthen the financial support capabilities and improve customized services to meet the needs of startups. This study can be used as a decision-making criterion when a startup selects an accelerator, and can be used as basic data for additional research on the accelerator program.

Today's media environment is becoming very complicated and the trend of media convergence is getting clearer. The convergence of media is the supreme hot issue. In this wave of convergence, there has also been a huge change between movies and electronic games. The remake boom between them showed a tremendous economic effect that can be achieved by exchanging two media of essentially different characteristics. As computer virtual reality technologies evolve, electronic games will provide a virtual world that can satisfy the demands of the visual, auditory, and tactile aspects very real to the public with the Internet. At that time, movies and other media will be thoroughly melted into the virtual world created by electronic games, and they will become an element of the virtual world as those media that exist in the truth world.

The recent advent of the digital age changes socio-cultural environments. Since the value of technology is moving to the value of culture, new research areas which are the convergence of emotion, knowledge, and technology. These trends enlarge interactive digital multimedia in daily human life. One of them, book, also envolves new concept. Over electronic book, we present digilog book which is fusion of old-media and digital media. In this paper, we define digilog book as a new conceptual media and discuss it in details. Several digilog books are showed as an example and its authoring tool, ARtalet is introduced.

In this syudy, the researches classifying the artificial and natural flaws in welding parts are performed using the smart pattern recognition technology. For this purpose the smart signal pattern recognition package including the user defined function was developed and the total procedure including the digital signal processing,feature extraction , feature selection and classifier selection is treated by bulk. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the statistical classifier such as the linear disciminant function classifier, the empirical Bayesian classifier. Also, the smart pattern recognition technology is applied to classification problem of natural flaw(i.e multiple classification problem-crack,lack of penetration,lack of fusion,porosity,and slag inclusion, the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem). According to this results, if appropriately learned the neural network classifier is better than ststistical classifier in the classification problem of natural flaw. And it is possible to acquire the recognition rate of 80% above through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier.

Digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. In 2011, The Government introduced "IT Convergence Technology Prediction Survey 2025". Smart mobility is a main factor in smart city which is main example of convergence. A intelligent transport system(ITS) is a key factor of smart mobility. The conventional transport systems include road, car, signal systems. But the ITS is a transport system containing additional technologies such as electronics, control, communication to increase traffic safety and effectiveness of traffic facilities. In this paper, we described intelligent transport system related with our life.

Since a smart phone became popular that leads mobile era, we've faced diverse life style changes. Particularly, a mobile messenger which changes communication method from voice and video call to text based multi media messenger, leads new gift-giving culture called mobile voucher gift-giving. Although many researches have validated diverse models about digital voucher, this research utilize the model which divide motivation of gift-giving from three theories: gift-giving motivation theory, technology acceptance model, and consumer value theory. The purpose of this research is not only validate the model but also grouping by giving frequency of samples and validate disparity among groups. In conclusion, there are three groups founded and shows difference motivations.
