IMO (International Maritime Organization) has been providing GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) and mandating to install distress and safety systems according to SOLAS. Digital-HF(High-Frequency) coast station communication system maintains interoperability between ship and coast station and digital data exchange in maritime mobile service by digitizing existing analog base voice communication. In this paper, we analyze ITU-R M. 1798-1 established by ITU for digital HF communications and propose Advanced annex2 and new Annex 5 to improve the problems of the existing Annex 2 and Annex 4. The proposed OFDM protocol basically adopts ARQ (Automatic Retransmission Request) which retransmits when an error occurs in a half-duplex manner between an information transmitting side (ISS) and an information receiving side (IRS) and we propose a digital HF communication system and its operational concept which is more reliable and superior than the existing ITU-R M. 1798 by implementing technical development on implementation and performance improvement.

Recently, trust in online transactions and corporate trust are most important at the corporate level as social overhead capital in commercial transactions using digital devices such as online, mobile, and SNS platforms. Therefore, this study used data from the Korea Consumer Agency's consumer policy indicators to identify the impact of digital consumption trust and corporate responsibility trust on the satisfaction of information and communication products and services. According to the analysis, trust in digital consumption conditions and responsibility of companies have a positive impact on satisfaction of information and communication devices and satisfaction of information and communication services. In addition, it was found that trust in corporate responsibility has a greater impact on satisfaction of information and communication devices and satisfaction of information and communication services than trust in digital consumption conditions. Theoretical and practical implications for these findings and suggestions for future research were presented.

This study examines photographers who experienced steep changes from film to digital photography working and photography culture after using digital camera through a phenomenological approach. Digital technologies have brought many transition. Most of all digital camera popularize photography among people who had no knowledge and experience about camera. On the contrary digital photography made many professional photographers difficulties. After being digital photography, most film companies and film developing and printing studios have diminished. In addition many professional photographers have to cover increasing working time by decreasing photography price. For this research researcher interviewed 12 professional photographers who is working as a digital photographer. After collecting data, researcher analyse data by phenomenological approach. This study is looking for a meaning of photographers' labor after digital photography times.

This paper presents implementation of embedded remote monitoring diagnosis system which has effective wireless channel structure and communication protocols with user-friendly UI for intelligent digital vessel. Developed system contains integrated vessel monitoring system, server, exclusive mobile terminal and smart phone. We designed an effective dual structure communication channel and simple but effective communication protocol on the monitoring system. Failures of the wireless communication are minimized and the wrong wireless communication channel is immediately replaced. In addition, we developed an effective embedded Linux UI for LCD. The implemented wireless monitoring system was tested and verified on digital vessel.

In the 21^st century, the growing use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and social media platforms has influenced our way of life, including international diplomacy. With the use of new interactive communication technologies such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, video sharing website, blogs, and other social media networks, digital diplomacy has become an active diplomatic mode in modern society and plays an increasing important role in international relations. Although Indonesia has gradually realized the pivotal role of internet diplomacy and recently put it into practice, it is still lagging far behind. This paper will examine how Indonesia conducts its diplomacy in the new era of digital world. How far and in what ways does the Indonesian government make use of digital technology to conduct its diplomacy? What opportunities and challenges are confronted to develop digital diplomacy? How does it navigate diplomacy in the digital age? Unless Indonesia embraces new channels and methods of diplomacy, its foreign policy implementation may not run optimally to support its aim of attaining its objectives in the international stage.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how Storytelling in Mathematics Instruction effects students' mathematical communication apprehension. In order to do this, I selected two grade six classes with no significant difference on the Communication Apprehension(CA) test. I applied normal story telling and digital story telling to each of the classes for ten weeks then analyzed the effects through the post CA test. As a result, for Normal Storytelling Class (NSC), there was no meaningful difference in the ex ante and ex post CA test results. However, for Digital Storytelling Class (DSC), there was a meaningful difference in regards to the communication apprehension subgroup. Also, between the two NSC and DSC groups' post CA results, there was a meaningful difference in mathematics lesson and subgroup factors. Consequently, these results suggest the appliance of Digital Storytelling helps lower CA in $6^{th}$ graders participation in math class and subgroup.

In the recent war between Ukraine and Russia, low-orbit satellite communication played a major role, and Korea laid a foothold for low-orbit satellite communication services with the successful launch of Nuri in May 2023 and entered a full-scale civilian space age competition. In order to create an ecosystem for ICT digital transformation and data convergence in the field of low-orbit satellite communication, this paper conducts user sentiment analysis by importing posts from Reddit, one of the world's SNS, and extracts need-related sentences through need mining to identify user needs, performs topic modeling to classify topics, and prepares an action plan according to these topics. We hope that this study will be used as a policy resource for the development and innovation of new business models in the field of low-orbit satellite communication, bridging the digital information gap and solving social problems, contributing to sustainable digital transformation and enhancing soft power.

This paper is proposed a 8-bit analog to digital converter for CMOS image sensor. A analog to digital converter for CMOS image sensor is required function to control gain. Frequency divider is used In control gain in this proposed analog to digital converter. At 3.3 Volt power supply, total static power dissipation is 8㎽ and programmable gain control range is 30㏈. Newly suggested analog to digital converter is designed by 0.35um 2-poly 4-metal CMOS technology.

In the paper we study for the ubiquitous networking based on power line communication technology with digital signal transmission. The necessity of research for using resources in the network effectively is being increase as network to use the PLC with smart grid networking. The data rate has compared with implemented modem 250Mbps in the pixel resolution and bandwidth, which has degraded with 80%. We also proposed for design of high-definition digital signal transceiver, which has used in the network between digital multimedia with PLC. Using resources in the network effectively can be also verified with this research.
