파동장 외삽을 이용한 데이터밍 (Datuming by Wavefield Depth Extrapolation)

  • 본 논문은 파동장의 심도방향으로의 외삽(extrapolation) 을 사용한 데이터밍 기법을 소개한다. 개발된 기법은 phase-shift, split-step, 또는 유한차분과 같은 다양한 파동장 외삽기법들을 사용할 수 있다. 데이터밍 알고리즘을 유도하기 위해, 우선 평면에 정의 되어 있는 파동장을 임의의 굴곡을 갖는 면으로 외삽을 수행하는 모델링 연산자를 대수학적으로 구한 후, 본 모델링 연산자에 어드조인트(adjoint)관계에 있는 연산자를 대수학적으로 구하여 데이터밍 연산자를 얻었다. 다양한 외삽방법을 사용한 데이터밍 알고리즘의 실험에서 매우 만족스러운 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

스케치특징 추출을 위한 DBAH 연산자와 임계치의 퍼지추론 (DBAH operator and fuzzy reasoning of thresholds for extracting sketch features)

  • 본 논문에서는 계산이 간단하면서 효과적으로 스케치 특징을 추출할수 있는 새로운 연산자 DBAH(differ-ence between arithmetic mean and harmonic mean) 를 제안하고,임계치를 자동으로 결정하는 퍼지 임계치 추론기를 제안한다. 제안한 연산자는 국부 밝기를 고려하며,매우 어두운 영역에서의 밝기변화에서는 낮은 출력을 나타내는 장점을 가진다. 또한 제안된 퍼지 임계치 추론기는 조작자의 개입 없이도 스케치 특징점을 매우 잘 검출한다.

  • Under the restriction of finite order, we prove two uniqueness theorems of nonconstant meromorphic functions sharing three values with their difference operators, which are counterparts of Theorem 2.1 in [6] for a finite-order meromorphic function and its shift operator.

  • Recently, Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) has been applied to satisfy increasing traffic demand every year and to solve many traffic problems. Especially, Advanced Traveller Information System(ATIS) is a transportation system to optimize the trip of each other vehicle. It is important to provide the driver with quick and comfortable path from source to destination. However, it is difficult to provide a shortest path in a road network with dynamic cost. Because the existing research has a static cost. Therefore, in this paper we propose an operator for searching traffic dependent shortest path. The proposed operator finds the shortest path from source to destination using a current time cost and a difference cost of past time cost. Such a method can be applied to the road status with time. Also, we can expect a predicted arrival time as well as the shortest path from source to destination. It can be applied to efficiently application service as ITS and have the advantages of using the road efficiently, reducing the distribution cost, preparing an emergency quickly, reducing the trip time, and reducing an environmental pollution owing to the saving the fuel.

우리나라 TSR Service Operators의 발전 방향에 관한 연구 (The Management Strategies of TSR Service Operators in Korea)

  • 최근 동북아시아지역의 교역규모가 급성장함에 따라 동북아시아 경제권이 세계경제에서 점유하는 비중이 점차 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 대륙 국가들과의 주요 연결로서 가장 큰 구심점 역할을 하고 있는 것이 Trans Siberian Railway(TSR) 등이라고 할 수 있다. TSR 이용의 경우 국내 도로운송과 부산항과 극동 러시아 항만간 해상운송, 대륙횡단철도, 최종목적지 도착이후의 도로운송을 포함하고 있어 항공운송을 제외한 복합운송의 전 영역에 걸쳐 있으며 최근 들어 국내 철도 화물운송을 활성화시켜 대륙횡단철도와 연계하여 운영하는 것에 대한 방안도 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 첫째, 러시아 및 중앙아시아향(向) 화물 운송의 선봉장 역할을 하고 있는 우리나라 TSR Service Operator들의 특징 및 역할을 파악하고 둘째, TSR Service Operator의 SWOT 분석으로 대변되는 대내 외적인 환경 분석과 우리나라 TSR Service Operator의 현황을 분석하고 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 TSR Service Operator가 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하고 유지할 수 있는 발전 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

전문조작원 유무에 따른 사상체질 음성진단의 신뢰성 분석 (A Study about Reliability of Sasang Constitutional Voice Diagnosis according to Operator Presence)

  • Objectives This study was aimed to analyze the reliability of vocal features and probabilities for being in Sasang constitutional types calculated from Sasang constitutional voice diagnosis system according to operator presence. Methods We acquired 96 voice recordings from one male and one female for 4 days. For the first 2 days, the subjects recorded their voice by themselves. For the last 2 days, they recorded according to the instruction of an operator following the standard operating procedure. We analyze the standard deviations of vocal features, probabilities for being three constitutional types, Tae-Eum (TE), So-Yang (SY), and So-Eum (SE) Results In the case of the female, coefficients of variations of the voice variables and the probabilities for being each constitutional type were all within 20%. In the case of the male, coefficients of variations were all within 20% except one variable. Even if there was no instruction from the operator, standard deviations of the probability did not increase for both genders. When recorded without the operator, for male, the probability for being SE decreased by 3.2%. For female, the probability for being TE increased by 5.438%, and that of SE decreased by 3.057%, and that of SY decreased by 2.394%. Conclusions When recorded without operators, for men, there was a significant difference in the probability for being SE. And for women, there were significant differences in the probabilities for all constitutional types.

Influence of operator's experience level on lifespan of the WaveOne Primary file in extracted teeth

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the influence of operator experience level on the lifespan of the WaveOne Primary file (Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland) in extracted teeth. Materials and Methods: Moderately curved canals of extracted maxillary and mandibular molars were randomly distributed into 2 groups: experienced and inexperienced operators. Ten files were allocated to each group (n = 10). Each canal was prepared until the working length was reached, and the same file was used to prepare additional canals until it separated. The number of canals prepared before file separation was recorded. The fragment length of each file was measured, and the location of the fragment in the canal was determined. Data were statistically analysed using the independent 2-sample t-test. Results: The 2 operators prepared a total of 324 moderately curved canals of maxillary and mandibular molars. There was no significant intergroup difference in the mean number of canals prepared (p = 0.27). The average lifespan of the WaveOne Primary file was 17.1 and 15.3 canals, and the longest lifespan was 25 and 20 canals, when used by experienced and inexperienced operators, respectively. There were no statistically significant intergroup differences in separated fragment length and location. Conclusions: Within the limitations of this study, operator experience level appears to have no effect on the lifespan of the WaveOne Primary file in preparation of moderately curved canals. Single teeth with multiple canals can be prepared safely even by a novice operator by using a single file.

COMPARISON OF NUMERICAL METHODS FOR OPTION PRICING UNDER THE CGMY MODEL

  • We propose a number of finite difference methods for the prices of a European option under the CGMY model. These numerical methods to solve a partial integro-differential equation (PIDE) are based on three time levels in order to avoid fixed point iterations arising from an integral operator. Numerical simulations are carried out to compare these methods with each other for pricing the European option under the CGMY model.
