Influenza A virus is a single-stranded RNA virus with a genome of negative polarity. Owing to the antigenic diversity and cross concrete shift, an immense number of novel strains have developed astronomically over the years. The present work deals with the codon utilization partialness among five different influenza A viruses isolated from human hosts. All the subtypes showed the homogeneous pattern of nucleotide utilization with a little variation in their utilization frequencies. A lower bias in codon utilization was observed in all the subtypes as reflected by higher magnitudes of an efficacious number of codons. Dinucleotide analysis showed very low CpG utilization and a high predilection of A/T-ending codons. The H5N1 subtype showed noticeable deviation from the rest. Codon pair context analysis showed remarkable depletion of NNC-GNN and NNT-ANN contexts. The findings alluded towards GC-compositional partialness playing a vital role, which is reflected in the consequential positive correlation between the GC contents at different codon positions. Untangling the codon utilization profile would significantly contribute to identifying novel drug targets that will pacify the search for antivirals against this virus.
The mass attenuation coefficients (μm) of polyethylene glycol (PEG) of different molecular weights (1000-200,000) were measured using single-beam photon transmission. The X-ray fluorescent (XRF) photons from Zinc (Zn), Zirconium (Zr), Molybdenum (Mo), Silver (Ag) and Cadmium (Cd) targets were used to determine the attenuation of gamma radiation of energy range between 8.67 and 23.19 keV in PEG samples. The results were compared to theoretical values using XCOM and Monte Carlo simulation using Geant4 toolkit which was developed to validate the experiment at those certain energies. The mass attenuation coefficients were then used to compute the effective atomic numbers, electron density and half value layers for the studied samples. The outcomes showed good agreement between experimental and simulated results with those calculated theoretically by XCOM within 5% deviation. The PEG 1000 sample showed slightly higher μm value compared with the other samples. The dependence of the photon energy and PEG composition on the values of μm and HVL were investigated and discussed. In addition, the values of Zeff and Neff for all PEG samples behaved similarly in the given photon energy range, and they decreased as the photon energy increased.
This paper presents a method for autonomous exploration of indoor environments using a 2-dimensional Light Detection And Ranging (LiDAR) scanner. The proposed frontier-based exploration method considers navigability from the current robot position to extracted frontier targets. An approach to constructing the point cloud grid map that accurately reflects the occupancy probability of glass obstacles is proposed, enabling identification of safe frontier grids on the safety grid map calculated from the point cloud grid map. Navigability, indicating whether the robot can successfully navigate to each frontier target, is calculated by applying the skeletonization-informed rapidly exploring random tree algorithm to the safety grid map. While conventional exploration approaches have focused on frontier detection and target position/direction decision, the proposed method discusses a safe navigation approach for the overall exploration process until the completion of mapping. Real-world experiments have been conducted to verify that the proposed method leads the robot to avoid glass obstacles and safely navigate the entire environment, constructing the point cloud map and calculating the navigability with low computing time deviation.

When we design a binary phase holographic optical low-pass filter (HOLF), the phase difference is generally set to be $\pi$ to optimize the diffraction efficiency. However, the phase difference of real HOLF mostly deviate from $\pi$ by the error in the fabrication process. The deviation causes the (0,0)-th order diffracted beam to increase, which results In raising the diffraction efficiency. To study the effects of the phase error on the performance of HOLF, we calculated the MTF of HOLF for various phase differences. The results show that the phase error of 10 $\%$ makes little change in the filtering characteristics of HOLF. Considering the filtering by lens and CCD, the effects of the phase error becomes much smaller. To confirm it experimentally, we fabricated HOLFs for various phase differences. After installing it in a digital camera, we take picture of test targets and observe the Moire fringes and the resolution. The results agree with our prediction.
An automatic point traffic control method is recommended for more idealistic traffic flow over coarse road netowrks. The automatic control apparatus recommended, consists of a transceiver, amplifier, digital-to-analog converter, signal light controller for emergency and steady state, and digital counter as monitor. The transmitter sends a signal to the target vy means of Microwave-FM-CW and a diode detector picks up the echo signal. Thus the operation of the entire system will be carried out through an open loop state. Some factors necessary for an ideal detector system are rapid response, longevity and stability. An analytical method of the Doppler effect substitutes the conventional frequency deviation into the amplitude of detector output. The changing rate of amplitude is proportional to the voltage of the detector output. Some induced formula from Maxwell's radiation field theory ensures this new method, and, new method, and proves the fact with an experimental data presentation. Stability depends upon Klystron as an oscillator and a diode as a detector. the transceiver installation affects on the response and sensitivity of the system. In accordance with the detector output, several targets are easily classified by amplitudes on the scope. The traffic flow, i.e., target movement which is analyzed by the amplitude method, is shown through the scope and indicates it on the digital counter. The best efficiency for the amplitude analysis can be attained through use of an antenna having the highest sensitivity.
The present study compared computer users target-selection response patterns when the targets were varied in terms of their relative location and distance from the current position of the cursor. In Experiment 1, where the mouse was used as an input device, the effects of different directions and distances of simple target(small rectangle) on target-selection response were investigated. The results of Experiment 1 can be summarized as follows: (1) Overshooting was more frequent than either undershooting or correct movement and (2) this tendency was more prominent when the targets were presented in the oblique direction or in farther location from the current cursor position. (3) Although the overshooting and undershooting were more frequent in the oblique direction, the degree of deviation was larger in horizontal and vertical direction. (4) Time spent in moving the mouse rather than that spent in planning, calibrating or clicking was found to be the most critical factor in determining total response time. In Experiment 2, effects of the font size and line-height of the target on target-selection response were compared with regard to two types of input devices(keyboard vs. mouse). The results are as follows: (1) Mouse generally yielded shorter target-selection time than keyboard. but this tendency was reversed when the targets were presented in horizontal and vertical directions. (2) In general, target-selection time was the longest in the condition of font size of 10 and line-height of 100%, and the shortest in the condition of font size of 12 and line-height of 150%. (3) When keyboard was used as the input device, target-selection time was shortest in the 150% line-height condition, whereas in the mouse condition, target-selection time tended to be increased as the line-height increased. which resulted in the significant interaction effect between input device and line-height. Finally, several issues relating to human-computer interaction were discussed based on the results of the present study.

To compare the nutritional quality of TPG (Teleaulax / Plagioselmis / Geminigera) clade species of cryptomonads with that of RHO (Rhodomonas / Rhinomonas / Storeatula) clade species 6 Teleaulax amphioxeia (TA) and 1 Rhinomonas sp. strains were mass-cultured in newly designed 500-L photobioreactors to the end of exponential growth phase. Intraspecific variations (IVs) in terms of one standard deviation among the 6 TA strains in the compositions of the three macronutrients were 41.5 (protein), 89.8 (lipid), and 15.6% (carbohydrate) of the mean. When harvested from stationary growth phase mean compositions of essential amino acids (EAAs, 47.3%) and non-EAAs (52.7%) of the 2 TA strains, CR-MAL07 and CR-MAL08-2, were similar to those of a Chroomonas strain. The IVs between the 2 TA strains in the composition of EAAs (10.3 and 2.4) and non-EAAs (8.5 and 2.1% of the mean) were rather smaller than those of saturated fatty acids (30.3 and 26.1) and unsaturated fatty acids (UFAs, 12.0 and 12.5% of the mean) in f/2-Si and urea-based compound fertilizer (UCF) culture media, respectively. Mean compositions of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 17.9%) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 12.7%) of total fatty acids of the 2 TA strains were higher than those that of a Chroomonas strain. EPA and DHA compositions exhibited similar level of IVs between the 2 TA strains in f/2-Si (14.6 and 11.0) and UCF media (12.6 and 13.5% of the mean). Thus, the nutritional quality in terms of amino acids, UFAs, EPA, and DHA in a TPG clade species, T. amphioxeia was comparable to those of RHO clade species with notable IVs. Practically, biotechnological targets for TPG clade cryptomonad strains might be subspecies or clone level.
Social area of children moves to school from family. Attachment to parents of children influences Adaptation of new environment. Development and adaptation of whole life are based on attachment that was formed the early days period of life. This study aims at finding out how are the factors like Relationship between Attachment to parents and Adaptation to school life of children. The targets of the study are 260 kids of the 1st grade and the 2nd grade that are collected at primary school of K city in Jeonlabuk-Do. As for measurement tool that was used for this study, it used the questionnaire for parents Attachment which OK Jeong(1997) adopted from IPPA-R that was manufactured by Armsden & Greenberg(1987), and the questionnaire on adaptation to the school life made by Byung soo, Min(1991), and it found means(M), standard deviation(SD) as for the collected data, and it practiced three way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and Multiple regression. The result of this study was as follows. First, the girls were more attached to father than Boys. According to the contents, alienation to father of boys is higher than that of girls. Also, grade of children and employment or unemployment of mothers factors mutuality effect had significant differences in the area of alienation. Second, the children's attachment to mother that the Kids perceived in total has significant differences statistically according to gender of children and employment or unemployment of mothers factors mutuality effect. Boys of unemployment of mothers and girls of employment of mothers are more attached to mother. Third, the children's attachment to parents showed significant positive correlation in the area of the adaptation to school life. The dimension of communicate, by fathers were shown to affect largely to the adaptation to school life of the kids and among the sub-areas of attachment to fathers, the dimension of confidence by parents were shown to affect largely to the adaptation to school life of the kids. As we saw the study result above, we could confirm that children's attachment to parents had significant relations with the adaptation to school life of the kid, and furthermore, those were affecting importantly to the adaptation to school life the kid. So, we could know that it is important for parents and children to attach mighty so that can be increased adaptation to school life of the kids.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationships among self-efficacy, family support, and self-care performance of gastric cancer surgery patients. The study was conducted from 11 October to 15 November 2013. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires from 121 patients who were diagnosed with stomach cancer and had undergone surgery at D university hospital in B city and were in follow-up care for 3 months to 5 years after surgery. Data were analyzed using SPSS/PC WIN 18.0 to obtain the percentage, average, mean rating, and standard deviation. In addition, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression were conducted. The degree of self-care performance in research targets showed significant differences by sex (t=-2.25, p=0.027), religion (F=3.67, p=0.028) and profession (F=4.17, p=0.008). Self-care performance was positively correlated (r=0.60, p<0.001) with the degree of specific self-efficacy. There was a significant difference in self-care performance by specific self-efficacy, religion and gender. The total explanatory power was 37.9% and the explanatory power of the degree of specific self-efficacy (${\beta}=0.53$) was greater than that of other factors. Therefore, it is necessary to provide interventions that improve specific self-efficacy to help patients with gastric cancer patients conduct self-care performance, and practical measures should be made with respect to religion and gender.
