부부갈등이 아동의 공격성에 미치는 영향: 부부공동양육의 매개효과 (Influence of Marital Conflict on Children's Aggression: The Mediation Effect of Co-Parenting)

  • This study examines the relation of marital conflict, co-parenting, and children's aggression and the mediating role of co-parenting between marital conflict and children's aggression. Participants consisted of 380 elementary school fifth, sixth graders (152 male and 228 female students) and their mothers from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Gyeongsangnam-do. Children completed questionnaires on marital conflict and the mothers completed questionnaires on co-parenting and children's aggression. The collected data were analyzed using basic descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and a multiple regression analysis. The Baron and Kenny's method was used to determine the mediating model's significance. It was adapted to SPSS ver. 20.0 for Windows. The major findings were as follows: first, the marital conflict (intensity/resolution) positively influenced children's aggression. Second, supportive co-parenting negatively influenced children's aggression. In addition, the marital conflict (frequency/resolution) negatively influenced co-parenting. Co-parenting (supportive/reprehensive) also played a perfectly mediating role between marital conflict and children's aggression. Marital conflict had an indirect influence through co-parenting on the children's aggression. The results indicate that co-parenting plays a crucial role in the relationship between marital conflict and children's aggression.

부부갈등이 아동의 우울에 미치는 영향 : 부모 통제의 매개적 역할 (The Effects of Marital Conflict on Children's Depression : The Mediating Role of Parental Control)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between marital conflict, parental control and children's depression. The participants were composed of 243 elementary school 5th and 6th graders (of which 121 were boys and 122 were girls) from Gyeonggi-do province. They completed questionnaires on marital conflict, parental control and children's depression. The data were analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. It was observed that marital conflict (content) had an effect on children's depression. Parental psychological control was also found to have an effect on children's depression. However, parental behavioral control did not appear to have an effect on children's depression. In addition marital conflict (frequency/content) had an effect on parental psychological control. Additionally, marital conflict (resolution) had an effect on parental behavioral control. It was further found that paternal psychological control and maternal psychological control partially mediated the relationship between marital conflict and children's depression. These results clearly indicate that parental psychological control plays an important role in marital conflict and children's depression.

  • In this study of the influence of marital conflict and of children's temperament and emotion regulation on problem behavior, 194 mothers of 3- to 5-year-old children responded to the O'Leary- Poter Scale(1980), the Emotionality, Activity and Shyness scale(Buss & Plomin, 1984) and the Emotion Regulation Checklist(Shields & Cicchetti, 1997); teachers rated children's behavior on the Problem Behavior Questionnaire(Behar & Stringfield, 1974). Data were analyzed by independent t-tests, correlations, and multiple regressions. Results demonstrated that shyness, activity, and emotion regulation had direct effects on hostile-aggressive behaviors. Shy temperament had a direct effect on fearful-anxious behavior. Both marital conflict and temperament influenced hostile-aggressive behaviors indirectly through emotion regulation, implying a crucial role of emotion regulation in preschoolers' social development.

인물 면적을 이용한 갈등 전환 장면 검출 (Detection of Conflict Transition Scene Using Character Regions)

  • 스토리는 인물들 간의 갈등의 전개와 해소의 흐름에 의해 형성된다. 갈등의 설정, 전개, 해결의 흐름이 스토리이다. 인물 면적은 인물의 감정 또는 상태, 인물 간 관계인물과 환경과의 관계를 묘사하는 중요한 표현 기법이다. 본 논문은 인물 면적의 변화 그래프로부터 갈등의 전환 지점을 검출하는 방법을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 인물 면적을 계산하여 영화의 인물 면적 변화 그래프를 생성하는 방법과 인물 면적 변화 그래프로부터 갈등 전환 장면을 검출하는 방법을 제시한다. 제안하는 방법의 성능을 검증하기 위해 7개의 영화에 대해 갈등 전환 장면을 추출하는 실험을 진행하여 정확도 73.57%, 재현율 77.26%의 성능 평가 결과를 얻었다. 이를 통해 인물 면적에 기반하여 갈등 전환 장면을 추출하는 것이 가능하다는 것을 증명하였다.

정신과 간호사의 업무 스트레스 측정을 위한 도구 개발 연구 (The Development fo Occupational Stress Measurement Tool for Psychiatric Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the baseline data for -developing the occupational stress measurement tool for Psychiatric nurses Working in the hospital. 135 staff nurses in psychiatric unit of 11. hospital were participated during the period from August 1 to August 20, 1988. Though the pretest and literature review a questionnaire was coristructed with 88 stressors which were experienced by the psychiatric nurses in the hospital. Subjects were given instruction to rate 1~6 likert type scale according to the level of stress experienced by each stressor described. Reliability of the tool was tested by Cronbach's Alpha and the reasult was ${\alpha}=0.94871$. Factor analysis was applied to organize 88 items together: As the result, 14 factors were obtained. The factors were; 1) Administration problem 2) Work overload 3) Role conflict as a profession 4) Lack of professional knowledge and skill 5) Conflict with nurses 6) Conflict with other health teams 7) Conflict in nurse-clint relationship 8) Conflict with supervisor 9) Conflict with suborinate 10) Low reward 11) Scheduling probrem 12) Inappropriate physical environment 13) Staff inadequate 14) Inadequate of equipment.

친구간 갈등해결방식에 대한 자기 보고와 실제 행동의 관계 (The Relationship between Self-report, Hypothetical Interview, and Observation about Conflict Resolution Strategies between Friends)

  • The purposes of this study were firstly to assess the differences of conflict resolution strategies between friends according to children's peer status, and secondly to investigate the relationship of conflict resolution strategies measured by self-report, hypothetical interview, and observation methods. Thirty-four dayds in elementary 5th graders were selected according to peer status and friendship. Collected data were analyzed tv t-test and Spearman's correlation. The results of this study showed that children's conflict resolution strategies differed according to their peer status. Specially, popular children reported using and experiencing compromising/integrating strategies more than rejected children did. Rejected children reported using and experiencing dominating strategies more than popular children did. Secondly, there were meaningful correlations between compromising/integrating and dominating strategies, as measured by self-report, hypothetical interview, and observation methods. However, no relations emerged among avoiding, obliging, and intervention requesting strategies, as measured by self-report, hypothetical interview, and observation methods.

CI개발에 있어 의뢰인과 디자이너간 갈등의 영향요인과 해소방안연구 (Research on Influencing Factors on Conflicts between Client and Designer in CI Development and Conflict Resolution Strategies)

  • 본 연구는 CI개발 의뢰인인 기업, 대학, 지자체와 CI개발 디자이너간에 관계를 중심으로 CI개발 디자이너의 특성 및 의사 소통과 갈등과의 관계를 조사하고 이를 통해 상호간에 존재하는 갈등과 갈등해소전략이 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 성공적인 CI개발 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 분석결과 CI개발에 있어 디자이너의 특성인 비밀유지성과 창조성은 CI개발 의뢰인과 디자이너 모두의 의사소통 인식에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 CI개발 의뢰인측에서는 디자이너와의 원활한 의사소통이 갈등을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. CI개발의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 이들간의 갈등을 우선적으로 낮추고 가급적 제 3자를 개입시키는 정치적해결방식을 지양하여야 한다. 그러나 갈등이 심화될 때는 의뢰인의 경우 정치적해결방식을 취하고 디자이너의 경우 문제해결방식을 취하는 것이 비교적 높은 성과를 달성할 수 있다는 분석결과를 도출하였다.

심리·사회적 근로환경이 간호사의 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Psychosocial Work Environments on Depressive Symptoms among Korean Registered Nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to explore the association between psychosocial work environments and depressive symptoms among Korean registered nurses. Methods: The study population of 331 registered nurses was derived from the 2014 Korean Working Condition Survey (KWCS). Depressive symptom was assessed using the WHO-5 wellbeing index. Results: The thirty-five percentage of Korean registered nurses reported the risk for depressive symptom. Korean nurses with higher 'work-family conflict' were more likely at the risk of depression almost 1.83 (95% CI 1.04~3.20) times than their counterpart. Higher 'possibilities for development' were more likely decrease almost 60% of the risk of depressive symptom. Conclusion: Work-family conflict and possibility of development were associated with depressive symptom among Korean registered nurses. We suggest future researches identifying strategies for decreasing work-family conflict and its negative effects.

마리나 개발 활성화를 위한 개발 결정요인 분석 (An Analysis on Development Determinants for Revitalization of Marina Development)

  • 본 연구는 마리나 개발 결정요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 마리나 개발을 활성화하고, '2차 마리나 항만 기본계획'의 효과적인 이행과 마리나 산업발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 3개 권역 5곳의 마리나 개발지역에 거주하는 지역민 356명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 마리나 개발 결정요인으로는 일반적 특성인 연령, 소득수준, 이해집단, 거주지역 그리고 갈등원인인 집단 이기주의, 개발과정 배제, 환경문제 요인이 포함되었으며, 종속변수로는 마리나 개발 찬/반 여부(찬성/반대)와 마리나 개발 갈등유형(이익갈등, 가치갈등)으로 이분화된 데이터를 활용하였다. 수집된 유효표본은 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 마리나 개발 찬/반 결정요인 분석결과 인구통계학적 특성 중 연령, 소득수준, 이해집단, 거주지역, 거주기간 요인이 마리나 개발 찬/반 여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마리나 개발 찬/반 결정요인 분석결과 갈등원인에서는 집단이기주의 요인과 개발과정 배제 요인이 마리나 개발 찬/반 여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 마리나 개발 갈등유형 결정요인 분석결과 인구통계학적 특성 중 연령, 소득수준, 거주지역 요인이 마리나 개발 갈등유형에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

간호사가 지각한 병원조직의 내부마케팅 수행도, 감정노동, 직장-가정 갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Internal Marketing Activity, Emotional Labor and Work-Family Conflict on Turn-Over of Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify internal marketing activity, emotional labor and work-family conflict that influence turn-over in hospital nurses. Methods: Participants were 513 nurses from 2 general hospitals in Chung-nam and Gyeonggi Provinces, South Korea. Data were collected from September 1 to 30, 2011 using self-report questionnaires. Stepwise multiple regression was used to identify association between variables. Results: The mean score for internal marketing activity was $94.7{\pm}14.7$, emotional labor, $31.4{\pm}5.5$, work-family conflict, $19.6{\pm}4.1$, and turn-over, $13.7{\pm}3.4$. After adjusting for general characteristics, stepwise multiple regression showed that work-family conflict (${\beta}=.20$, p<.001), marketing activity (${\beta}=-.21$, p<.001), and emotional labor (${\beta}=.22$, p<.001) were associated with turn-over. These predictors accounted for 33% of variance in turn-over. Conclusion: The results of this study show that work-family conflict was the most influential predictor indicating a need for the development of strategies to reduce work-family conflict and emotional labor. At the same time internal marketing activity should be supported in the hospital by analyzing the needs for nurses. Also career development programs and mentor systems will be useful for effective manpower management and quality improvement of nursing services.
