With the fast-developing of mobile terminals, positioning techniques based on fingerprinting method draws attention from many researchers even world famous companies. To conquer some shortcomings of the existing fingerprinting systems and further improve its performance, we propose a radio map building and updating technique, which is able to customize the spatial and temporal dependency of radio maps. The method includes indoor propagation and penetration modeling and the analysis of human traffic. Based on the combination of Ray-Tracing Algorithm, Finite-Different Time-Domain and Rough Set Theory, the approach of indoor propagation modeling accurately represents the spatial dependency of the radio map. In terms of temporal dependency, we specifically study the factor of moving people in the interest area. With measurement and statistics, the factor of human traffic is introduced as the temporal updating component. We improve our existing indoor positioning system with the proposed building and updating method, and compare the localization accuracy. The results show that the enhanced system can conquer the influence caused by moving people, and maintain the confidence probability stable during week, which enhance the actual availability and robustness of fingerprinting-based indoor positioning system.

Safety' can be used in a variety of ways and may also have different meanings when used in theoretical field and routinely used. In this paper, the 'safety' means that human injury, fire or physical accident condition does not occur while used by the end-user. The meaning of safety may be different by era and culture. Even in contemporary era, the meaning can be used differently by country, region and culture. As the rights of consumers are increasingly reinforced, we can expect the acceptable risk or safety level can rise higher. In this paper, the R-map of Japan and the European risk assessment guidelines (RAPEX) were reviewed considering domestic incidents database status and its applicability. Because it is difficult to make a model based on a R-map, a revised model was developed mainly based on European Assessment Model with a combination of the important characteristics of Japan model R-map. Also utilizing this revised model, the availability as a new risk assessment model was confirmed by comparing the test results for the same scenarios to the other risk assessment model (RAPEX/RAG).

In mobile robotics, ultrasonic sensors became standard devices for collision avoiding. Moreover, their applicability for map building and navigation has exploited in recent years. In this paper, as the preliminary step for developing a multi-purpose autonomous carrier mobile robot to transport trolleys or heavy goods and serve as robotic nursing assistant in hospital wards. The aim of this paper is to present the use of multi-sensor data fusion such as ultrasonic sensor, IR sensor for mobile robot to navigate, and presents an experimental mobile robot designed to operate autonomously within both indoor and outdoor environments. The global map building based on multi-sensor data fusion is applied for recognition an obstacle free path from a starting position to a known goal region, and simultaneously build a map of straight line segment geometric primitives based on the application of the Hough transform from the actual and noisy sonar data. We will give an explanation for the robot system architecture designed and implemented in this study and a short review of existing techniques, Hough transform, since there exist several recent thorough books and review paper on this paper. Experimental results with a real Pioneer DX2 mobile robot will demonstrate the effectiveness of the discussed methods.

본 논문은 다중 도메인 학습을 이용하여 화면 촬영 영상 내 모아레 무늬를 효과적으로 제거하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 먼저 화소값 영역과 주파수 영역에서 입력 영상의 모아레 무늬를 각각 제거한다. 다음으로 모아레 영상에서 clean edge map을 추정하고, 추정된 clean edge map을 가이드 정보로 사용하여 화소값 영역과 주파수 영역에서 얻은 결과 영상의 품질을 향상시킨다. 마지막으로, 독립적으로 향상된 두 결과 영상을 적응적으로 결합하며 모아레 무늬가 제거된 최종 결과 영상을 생성한다. 컴퓨터 모의 실험결과를 통해 제안하는 기법이 기존의 알고리즘보다 모아레 무늬를 더욱 효과적으로 제거할 수 있음을 확인한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore roles of cancer care coordinator's by developing job description, job specification and job process map using dynamic job analysis. Method: The development process consisted of three stages of vertical job analysis and three stages of horizontal job analysis by modifying Song(1997)'s dynamic job analysis. Focus group interview was used to validate the content of the job analysis. Results: Cancer care coordinator's job description was categorized into six major categories, fourteen intermediate categories and one hundred forty specific jobs. Major categories are professional nursing practice, consultation and counsel, coordination and collaboration, education, research and leadership. Cancer care coordinator's job specification included master's degree with over five years of clinical experience preferably relevant clinical area, professional knowledge on pathophysiology of cancer, case management and cost control, competency for communication and counselling skills and clinical decision making. Cancer care coordinator's job process map was framed with time(horizontal) and activities(vertical). Conclusion: The Outcomes of this study will guide to develop possible areas of oncology advanced practice nurses in hospital setting and facilitate the use of oncology nurse practitioners by developing care coordinator roles in cancer care.

Water injection pump produced the 1st oil well through the high pressure after the Deep water oil well drilling. After finish the work it is hard to produce only using itself pressure due to low pressure. Therefore it can be increased recovery factor through the injection seawater of high pressure. Is the key equipment used in the marine plant and it is developing at many industries. In this paper, Analyze changes in the natural frequency due to the stiffness of the bearing. Analyze the critical speed of the natural frequency due to the change of operation speed. And evaluate the Stability. And then analyze the displacement and clearance through the unbalance response this way has contributed to the reliability of the developing product. Through a mathematical analysis.

Most organizations have recently put more emphasis on the improvement in service quality. This phenomenon could come from the recognition that service quality plays an essential role in enhancing organization's business performance. Hence this paper presents a framework for improving such service quality. The presented framework involves the methodology for (i) developing service quality indices, (ii) measuring and evaluating service quality, (iii) analyzing the level of service quality, (iv) constructing the quality improvement road map, (v) determining the quality improvement action plan. This methodology is intended to create self-sustaining improvement in service quality from the entire organization's perspective. An illustration is also given.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 국내에 Miller Assessment for Preschoolers(MAP)을 사용하기 위해 필요한 번역, 역번역, 문항수정을 실시하고, 내용타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 연구는 작업치료(학)과 교수, 번역가, 또는 작업치료사들을 대상으로 번역, 비교 통합 I, 역번역, 비교 통합 II, 이해도검증, 문항수정의 절차를 거쳤다. 자료 분석은 Microsoft office의 Excel을 이용하여 Content Validity Indices(CVI)를 구하였다. 결과 : 원본 MAP를 번역하여 교수 집단을 대상으로 내용타당도 검증시 평균 $3.66{\pm}0.40$점이었고 item-level CVI(I-CVI) 0.94, overal scale CVI(S-CVI) 0.83으로 나타났다. 원본 MAP과 영어로 역번역한 MAP의 내용타당도를 살펴본 결과는 평균 3.14점으로 나타났고 오류내용은 생략 13회, 용어오류 11회, 대체 6회, 순서오류 6회, 추가 3회로 나타났다. 치료사 9명을 대상으로 이해도 검증을 한 결과, 평균 $3.66{\pm}0.27$점이었고 I-CVI 0.93, S-CVI 0.58로 나타났다. 결론 : MAP의 국내 사용을 위하여 동시타당도, 구성타당도, 검사-재검사신뢰도, 검사자간신뢰도, 내적일치도 연구 등의 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다.

본 논문에서는 로컬 서버 자동화를 이용한 GIS의 사용자 인터페이스를 개발하는 방법을 제시하였다. 사용자 인터페이스의 개발에 있어서는 윈도우즈 프로그래밍 기술과 컴포넌트 소프트웨어 제작 기술의 적용이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 소프트웨어 제작 기술인 로컬 서버 자동화와 비주얼 베이직 언어를 이용하여 사용자 인터페이스를 개발하는 방법을 제시하고, 사례 연구로서 주제도 중첩, 속성 테이블 조회, 그래프 분석, 분포도 분석 등의 기능을 수행할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 개발하였다.

Yangyang Gangwon-do has begun the clearing of upland forested areas for development. This process has caused great damage from natural hazards such as landslides and flooding for many years. Moreover, proper hazard prevention strategies have not Yet been prepared. To provide useful information for developing hazard prevention strategies this study attempted to detect areas vulnerable to flooding in Yangyang using data such as topology, meteorology, history, land use, soil, hydrology, and society. It was found that roughly 30% of the study area was vulnerable to flooding. Also it was discovered that where the vulnerability index was high, there was increased amounts of flooding. The most vulnerable areas were where forests were cut and near livers. In addition, areas where frequent hazard events were reported had a high index of vulnerability. The results of this study will provide useful information in developing hazard prevention strategies.
