광간섭법을 이용한 변위/길이 측정시스템의 설계 및 해석 (Design and Analysis of Displacement/Length Measuring System Using Laser Interferometry)

  • A laser measurement system, a modified Michelson interferometer, which can accurately measure high speed length and displacement of servomechanisms by detecting a phase shift in the measurement beam using an optical interference was developed. A frequency stabilized laser source and a 20 fold frequency interpolation and digitizing circuit were applied to the system. The refra- ctive index of the ambient air was calibrated through the Edlens formula. The system achieved a resolution of /40, 16nm, a maximum allow-able measurement speed of 600nm/sec, and a length measure- ment range of 1500 mm. Performance of the system was evaluated on the machining center in short and long length measurements.

  • Construction of reinforced concrete structures required massive amounts of concrete and steel rebar. The current procedure to estimate the quantity of rebar requires tedious and time-consuming manual labor. Consequently, this circumstance made the engineers vulnerable to error and mistake, which led to the rebar waste. No system that is capable of automatically calculating rebar length has yet been developed Thus, this study proposes a preliminary investigation of automatic rebar length estimation of beam element by using BIM-based shape codes drawn in Revit. Beam is chosen due to its complexity in the rebar arrangement. In addition, the development of this study could assist engineers on the construction site and effectively contribute to the minimization of rebar waste in the future.

영상처리기법을 이용한 CCT 시편 균열의 자동관측법에 관한 연구 (The Measurement of the Crack in CCT Specimen Using the Image Processing Techniques)

  • In the analysis of fatigue crack propagation behavior, the crack length is one of the most important factors. In the test of crack propagation, compliance method is widely used to detect crack length. The measurement of surface crack length is not so easy with compliance method. In this study, the image processing technique was applied to measure the surface crack length. CCD(Charge-coupled device) camera was used to observe the crack image and the computer program to detect crack length from stored crack image was developed. CCT(Center Cracked Tension) specimen was used to compare the compliance method with the image processing technique. The crack length which detected by the image processing techniques was found to be well consistent with that from the optical measurement.

  • Cold fusion technologies now are being developed very successfully. The $\pi$-far infrared rays are generated from three dimensional crystallizing $\pi$-bondings of oxygen atoms in water molecules. The growing cavity in water molecules make near resonance state and a vortex of infrared rays and attracts $\pi$-far infrared rays in the water. The cavity surrounded by a lot of $\pi$-far infrared rays has a very strong gravitational field. The $\pi$-far infrared rays are contracted into $\pi$-far infrared rays of half wave length and of one wave length. The $\pi$-far infrared rays of half wave length generate heat while $\pi$-far infrared rays of one wave length are contracted into $\pi$-gamma rays of one wave length. The contracted $\pi$-gamma rays of one wave length make nucleons and mesons, which is the creation and transmutation of matter by covalent bondings and three-dimensional crystallizing $\pi$-bondings into implosion bonding. Patterson power cell generates a very strong gravitational cavity because the electrolysized oxygen atoms make $\pi$-far infrared rays than in plain water.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of four clothing cues(hue, tone, skirt width, and skirt length of dress) on female impressions. The experimental materials developed for this study are a set of stimuli and response scales. The Stimuli are 40 color pictures manipulated with four clothing cues by drawing. The 7-point scale designed for visual evaluation of female impression formation includes 29 bipolar adjectives. The subjects were 240 undergraduate female students in Jinju city. The results of this study are as follow: As analyzing the impression of the female figure by the hue, tone, skirt width, and length, five factors including ability activity, elegance, attractiveness, concentration of attention, and tenderness were identified. Among these factors, ability activity and elegance were proved to be more important. Each impression of hue and tone with skirt width length have significant effects on concentration of attention, and tenderness. We can express various impressions by diversifying hue and tone. Each impression of skirt width length with hue and tone have significant effects on ability activity and elegance.

  • 본 연구에서는 다양한 명시적 호장법을 사용하여 공간프레임의 반강접 탄소성 후좌굴 해석을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 이전 연구를 발전시켜 다양한 명시적 알고리즘의 호장법과 명시적, 묵시적 해석법에 동시에 적용 가능한 반강접 탄소성 공간프레임요소를 제안하였다. 다양한 명시적 호장법은 예측단계와 수렴단계에 명시적 해석법인 동적이완법을 적용한 것을 의미한다. 따라서 명시적 호장법에는 명시적(예측단계)-명시적(예측단계) 호장법, 명시적(예측단계)-묵시적(수렴단계) 호장법, 묵시적(예측단계)-명시적(수렴단계) 호장법으로 구분된다. 또한 명시적 호장법에 적용 가능하도록 수정된 반강접 탄소성 공간프레임요소는 오일러리안 유한변형이론에 의해 강체회전변형을 고려하였기 때문에 대변위가 발생하는 기하학적 비선형 문제에 적용될 수 있고, 완전 탄소성 소성힌지 알고리즘에 의한 재료적 비선형성을 고려하였으며, 부재내부에 정적 응축된 회전 및 축방향 성분의 선형 스프링에 의해 접합부 반강접 특성을 반영하였다. 제안된 해석법을 이용하여 검증예제를 수행함으로써 본 연구에서 제안된 다양한 명시적 호장법 및 공간프레임요소의 정확성을 검증한다.

A Study on the Pattern by the Traits of Fabrics of Women's Tailored Jacket

  • This research aimed to identify the differences, in terms of the pattern, of using wool and jersey for designing jackets and to provide a theorized solution. The object of this study is development of women's tailored jacket pattern by the traits of fabrics with fabrics those are generally used to develop the power of manufacturing technique about fit of jacket. Basic bodies prototype, graphics of sleeves prototype and graphics of jacket pattern those a clothing company at present(on&on, a brand of Beaucre Merchandising Co.,Ltd) is using were used as basics of tailored jacket pattern. Three kinds of fabric(wool, polyester, jersey) were chosen, we made jackets in the same manufacturing process of the clothing company, modified and made up for the weak points and then we compared and analyzed differences of pattern by the traits of fabrics, the results are as follows: 1) We drafted basic tailored style jacket pattern, made a jacket with wool fabric, made wearing experiment, modified and made up for the weak points by the trend, then developed JacketⅠ for study; 2) With JacketⅠ for study as the basic, we made a jacket with polyester fabric, made wearing experiment, modified and made up for the weak points, then developed Jacket II for study; 3) With JacketⅠ for study as the basic, we made a jacket with jersey fabric, made wearing experiment, modified and made up for the weak points, then developed Jacket III for study; 4) We presented final degree of polymerization of pattern with Jacket I II III for study; 5) We compared and analyzed the differences of pattern with the degree of polymerization of pattern with Jacket I(Wool) for study and Jacket II(Polyester), there was no change of size overall except extra amount which happens because of the trait of the fabric in 20 items of body format pattern, there were differences of size in 3 items(height of a sleeve, width of a sleeve, length of a sleeve) among 5 items of sleeves pattern; 6) We compared and analyzed the differences of pattern with the degree of polymerization of pattern with Jacket I(Wool) for study and Jacket III(Jersey) for study, there were differences of size by the kinds of fabric in 11 items(neck point to shoulder point length, Bishoulder point length, back interscye length, front interscye length, armhole circumference, depth of armhole, chest circumference, bust circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist dart) among 20 items of body format pattern, there were differences of size by the kinds of fabric in 5 items(height of a sleeve, circumference of a sleeve, width of a sleeve, length of a sleeve, width of bottom of a sleeve) among 5 items of sleeves pattern.
