  • 본 연구에서는 선형 탄성 해석의 결과를 이용하여 초기 하중 증분량을 결정하 는 방법을 제안한다. 또 Crisfield의 방법에서 부분적으로 발생하는 수치적 불안정 을 개선하고 수치 해석의 효율을 제고시키기 위하여 하중 증감의 판정 방법과 변위 증 분 길이의 예측 방법을 제안한다.

  • 최대치 (또는 최소치)원리의 기본개념을 써서 제어함수 u(t)를 찾는데는 2점간 경계치 문제의 해결이 요구된다. 그런데 최근에는 2점간 문제를 푸는 방법으로 초기 costate vector를 찾아 문제를 해결하는 여러 가지 편법이 개발되고 있다. 여기에서는 최적제어함수를 찾는 새로운 방법의 하나로써 Newton's Sequential 방법을 적용하였다. 그리고 일차적으로 주어진 문제의 수학적인 전개를 시도하였다. 앞으로 이 방법의 물리적인 의의와 공학적인 가치는 Computer에 의해서 여러 가지 응용문제를 해결함으로써 밝혀질 것이다.

  • This paper deals with a method for determining an optimal operation strategy of dispersed generating sources considering thermal merits. The optimal operation of these sources can be determined by the principle of equal incremental fuel cost. This paper presents an optimal operation strategy using the Kuhn-Tucker's optimal conditions and also an priority method to decide the optimal location of those sources in power systems. The validity of the proposed algorithms are demonstrated using a model system.

  • This paper deals with a method for determining an optimal operation strategy of dispersed generating sources. For effective utilization of dispersed generating sources, it is indispensable to consider their thermal merits in addition to electric power. And then the optimal operation of these sources can be determined easily by the principle of equal incremental fuel cost. This paper presents an priority method to decide the optimal location of those sources in power systems about the whole year. The validity of the proposed algorithms are demonstrated using a model system.

  • This paper deals with the dynamic stability of a disc brake pad taking into account of its shear deformation and rotary inertia. A brake pad can be modeled as a beam like model subjected to distributed friction forces and having two translational springs. The study of this model is intended to provide a fundamental understanding of dynamic stability of drum brake pad. Governing equations of motion are derived from extended Hamilton's principle and their corresponding numerical solutions are obtained by applying the finite element formulation. The critical distributed friction force and the instability types are investigated bt changing two translational spring constants, rotary inertia parameter and shear deformation parameter. Also, the changes of eigen-frequencies of a beam determining instability types are investigated for various combinations of two translational spring constants.

  • Function of protein is frequently related with tautomeric states of histidine sidechains. Thus, several NMR experiments were developed to determine the tautomeric states of histidines. However, poor sensitivity of these experiments caused by long duration of magnetization transfer periods is unavoidable. Here, we alleviate the sensitivity of HCN experiment for determining the tautomeric states of histidine residues using TROSY principle to suppress transverse relaxation of $^{13}C$ spins during long polarization transfer delays involving $^{13}C-^{15}N$ scalar couplings. In addition, this experiment was used to assign the sidechain resonances of histidines. These assignments can be used to follow the pH-titration of histidine sidechains.

  • The viability of acetylene addition in each step of aromatic formation initiated by vinyl radical and acetylene also with its competition with structure rearrangement is investigated by determining optimal geometries and barrier and reaction energies using quantum mechanical methods. In principle, the addition reaction has more difficult in term of free energy and enthalpy compared to geometry arrangement. Under combustion conditions, i.e. T = 1200 K, acetylene addition is unfavorable mechanism as the barrier energy values rise much higher than that of geometry arrangement. However, in longer chain hydrocarbon case, e.g. n-CxHx+1 where x ³ 8, C-C bond rotation is rather difficult and requires high energy to form a ring structure, elongation chain is preferable.

  • Position-determining capacity is a very important condition in equipments for manufacturing semi-conductor or various instruments to measure physical displacement quantities of a moving object in submicron such as a distance of movement, direction, etc. and the accuracy of total system is influenced by detecting accuracy of these equipments. Therefore in this paper we have optically made up laser linear encoder based on optical diffraction principle to measure these displacement quantities and have processed optical signal using hardware-setup. In consequence we had acquired displacement for movement of scale using a diffraction grating by the accuracy of 0.5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and had digitalized moving quantities of scale.

  • Currently, it is the general trend that the party's autonomy principle is applicable in determining the applicable law for the international private law and the international commercial arbitration. The purpose of this article is to make research on the party's autonomy principle for the international commercial arbitral awards. For this purpose ist to analyse regal issue the applicability of the lex mercatoria and the possibility of $d\acute{e}pe\c{c}age$ relating to the party autonomy. In this Article ist dealt with Art. 29 para. 1 of the Korean Arbitration Act in comparison with Art. 28 para. 1 UNCITRAL Model Law and Art. 1051 para. 1 of the German Code of Civil Procedure. The Art. 28 para. 1 UNCITRAL Model Law and Art. 1051 para. 1 of the German Code of Civil Procedure provides equally. "The arbitral tribunal shall decide the dispute in accordence with such 'rules of law' as chosen by the parties as applicable to the substance of the dispute. Any designation of the law or legal system of a given State shall be construed, unless otherwise expressed, as directly referring to the substantive law of that State and not to its conflict of laws rules." The term 'rule of law' used to describe the applicability of the lex mercatoria and the possibility $d\acute{e}pe\c{c}age$. Unlike Art. 28 para. 1 UNCITRAL Model Law and Art. 1051 para.1 of the German Code of Civil Procedure. Act, Art. 29(1) of the Korean Arbitration Act provides that the arbitral tribunal shall decide the dispute in accordence with the 'law' chosen by the parties as applicable to the substance of the dispute. However the majority view in Korea takes the position that the term 'law' should be interpreted broadly so as to encompass 'rules of law' at UNCITRAL Model Law and the German Code of Civil Procedure.

양도소득세의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on The Problems and Improvement Measures of The Capital Gain Tax)

  • 양도소득세의 문제점과 개선방안을 정책수단과 소득세제로 구분하여 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 납세의무자가 자신이 계산하여 납세액을 명확히 알 수 있도록 현 과세표준계산구조와 세율을 단순화 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 1세대 1주택 비과세 원칙과 조세특례제한법 등의 감면 사항이 다양한 것은 공평과세를 저해할 수 있다. 그리고 1세대 1주택 비과세제도는 실지거래가액제도를 위협하는 요소를 갖고 있어 원칙적 과세 및 소득공제제도로 전환될 필요가 있다. 더불어 거주기간요건을 전반적으로 포함시켜야 할 것이다. 셋째, 양도차익 산정과 관련하여 현 기준시가제도는 조세원칙인 실질과 세와 근거과세 및 공평과세에 위반되므로 실지거래가액 산정방식으로 전환되어야 한다. 그러나 현 체계의 정비 없이 성급하게 실시된다면 더 큰 혼란을 일으킬 것이다. 따라서 과도기적인 헌 상황에서 다음과 같은 정비가 필요하다. (1) 현 검인계약서가 제 기능을 갖지 못하므로 획기적 개정이 없다면 폐지하는 편이 좋을 것이다. (2) 실지거래가액 노출에 방해가 되고 있는 1세대 1주택 비과세제도를 소득공제제도로 전환하고 취득자와 양도자의 통모를 방지할 수 있도록 취득세를 인하하고 등록세를 실가비용으로 한정하는 세제개편이 필요하다. (3) 위와 같은 제도를 정착시키기 위해 국세청 지방자치단체 및 금융당국은 양도소득세 부정신고행위를 추적하기위하여 부정행위의혹자에 한하여 금융추적권을 행사하도록 권한을 강화해야 한다. 또한 제반 금융실명제의 정착이 무엇보다 중요할 것이다.
