목적: 본 연구는 $2{\times}$ 배율을 가지는 도트사이트 장치의 개발에 관한 것이다. 방법: 무배율 도트사이트로 먼 거리를 주시할 때 목표물을 확대해서 볼 수 있도록 하기 위해 기존 무배율 도트사이트에 착탈식으로 장착할 수 있는 새로운 광학계를 개발한다. 이는 기존 무배율($1{\times}$) 도트사이트를 $2{\times}$ 배율 도트사이트로의 전환을 필요에 따라 쉽게 할 수 있도록 하기위한 것이다. 결과: 배율이 없는 도트사이트에 착탈할 수 있는, doublet 렌즈가 쌍으로 구성되는, $2{\times}$ 배율 어포칼 광학계를 설계 제작하였다. 이를 사용하였을 때 우리는 외부 목표점을 2배 확대하여 조준할 수 있어서 조준의 정확성을 더욱 높일 수 있었다. 결론: 배율이 없는 일반 도트사이트에 착탈할 수 있는 $2{\times}$ 배율 어포칼 광학계를 설계 제작할 수 있었다. 이것에 의해 외부 목표점을 2배 확대하여 조준할 수 있도록 함으로서 조준의 정확성을 더욱 높일 수 있게 되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 의복시스템 내 에서 착탈이 가능한 라이너 가 있을 때 얼마만큼의 보온성 이 증가되는가를 알고자 하는 것이다. 서로 다른 섬유조성 과 두께를 가지는 3개 의 의복앙상블을 선정하여 움직일 수 있는 마네킨을 사용하여 14$^{\circ}C$로 조절되어 있는 인공기후실에서 보온성을 측정하였다. 그 결과 라이너 사용 후 보온성이 증가되었는데 그 정도는 라이너 의 두께 와 섬유조성에 따라서 다르며 약 0.5 clo 증가하였다. 이 결과로부터 착탈 가능한 라이너의 사용으로 추운기후에 어느 정도 적응 할 수 있는가를 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to survey the present women's golf windbreaker market to develop the trendy product with supplementing design and functionality by grasping the inconvenient part through the result of the questionnaire. According to the questionnaire, 38.1% said that the armhole is the most inconvenient part by tightfitting. Therefore, a mobility of wearer was enhanced by giving shirring detail to the armhole for flexibility through inserting the elastic band with a regular interval around armhole in the design1. The swing movement was allowed to be convenient by attaching knit to the side panel. And, the sleeves were designed in the detachable form so those are allowed to be produced in two kinds such as long sleeves and short sleeves. In the design2, a zipper was inserted from the neckline to the armhole so it is designed a detachable bolero. Furthermore, it was designed to be possible to wear two different way as a jumper style and a vest style. Given wearing a vest, the sleeve part was patched knit, thereby having enhanced activity. The design1 and the design2 evaluated an objective assessment and subjective assessment. Assessment group consists of 5 subject groups and 10 expert groups to evaluate external appearance and movement adaptability. In the external appearance evaluation, the design1 obtained the better evaluation than design2. In the movement adaptability evaluation, the design1 obtained the better evaluation than the design2 for all of the items except the wrist area. In the group of professionals, the design1 obtained the better evaluation than the design2 for all of the items except the bottom area.

A variable dress design can be an alternative to satisfy a consumer need for diverse expression and self-realization at a lower cost factor. In the area of wedding dress, the change in the trend of wedding culture (which tends to demand more units of wedding dress) makes the cost factor more important in the purchase selection. A variable design has a clear advantage for wedding dresses and the wedding industry. This is the first research on a variable design that focuses on wedding dresses. This research develops a variable wedding design which respects consumer preferences independent of a variable wedding dress design that presents a new shape of silhouette or the development ofa new wedding dress materials. A survey on the supply side was conducted to examine market preferences by first browsing the Naver portal site and then checking the websites of major wedding dress suppliers. A questionnaire survey was conducted with a sample of 348 brides-to-be that inquired on wedding dress selection factors and purchase patterns. The survey shows that consumers prefer mermaid and A-line silhouettes, silk material, white-ivory color, and tube top necklines. The result conforms to the types commonly found in the designs of suppliers. We apply a detachable design to a basic mermaid silhouette and implemented change for 7 kinds of styles -based on the result of the survey. We suggest a variable wedding dress design as a new means to solve the cost concern and the customer need for diverse expression. The research represents a new life style for wedding culture and facilitates the development of the wedding industry.

This study evaluates the wearing performance of a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) belt for firefighters in Korea. A SCBA belt design was suggested based on the wearing evaluation of a SCBA belt; subsequently, prototypes I and II were created. A wearing evaluation of prototypes with improved design and design preference was performed. Six designs elements of the SCBA belt for firefighters were suggested based on the survey results of wearing the SCBA belt and for the SCBA belt design preference for use by firefighters. First, belt material should be made of black high-strength aramid textiles. In addition, Velcro should be used to attach and detach retroreflective and fluorescent materials along with various colors for visibility. Second, the chest belt should be made of the same material used for other parts; in addition, the chest belt should be moved to the center for center of gravity and a cobra buckle should be applied. Third, an O-ring should be applied to the back and the belt connected to the O-ring should distribute the weight in six axes. Fourth, a detachable air respirator should be able to separate by using upper and lower cobra buckles. Fifth, a separable leg belt and a detachable pocket are also suggested. Sixth, a ring for walkie-talkies, alarms and equipment as a fabric ring are also suggested. Prototype III with an improved design was created based on the results of the design suggestion.

본 연구는 야간 라이딩을 위한 패브릭 일렉트로닉스 기반의 안전 보호용 스마트 애슬레져 패션 개발 연구를 목적으로 하며 인간 친화성이 강화된 Fabric LED Display와 Fabric Capacitive touch sensor를 전도성 원사를 개발 및 활용하여 탈·부착 형태로 설계하여 구현하였다. 이러한 모듈의 탈·부착성은 다른 애슬레져 제품과 기능적·심미적인 요소를 교환 및 호환을 할 수 있도록 설계하여 기능뿐만 아니라 디자인의 다양화가 가능한 커스터마이즈 시스템으로 기존 제품들과 차별화된 스마트 애슬레져 패션 제품을 제안하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 후속 연구에서는 Fabric Electronics를 활용하여 착용성과 유연성이 강화된 직물의 물리적 속성에 적합한 직물센서를 개발하고 이를 활용한 커스터마이즈 스마트 패션을 제시할 예정이다.

A module design aims to develop product architecture that consists physically detachable units such as module. To develop the system of module design, this paper suggests the methodology of part grouping, evaluation of modularization of a product for improving modularization. To determine modules, module concept is proposed to satisfy the objectives of a modular design. Therefore, there are functional, structural, and process modularizations in a modular concept. Module grouping can be accomplished by using an optimization model that maximizes the sum of the weighting. The present study proposes the p-median model and the direct clustering technique. The optimal clustering solution can be obtained by comparing two clustering techniques. To find the best solution among part groups, evaluation of modularization is performed based on the concept of module design. For the evaluation of modularization, evaluation criteria of modularization are used in the matrix table.

In this paper, we propose a new design of the permanent magnet reluctance wheel which will make it possible to attach the robot to a vertical plane and move it. In the newly suggested design, a permanent magnet is utilized to enhance the adhesive force during attachment, and an electromagnet is produced to weaken the magnetic field of the permanent magnet and reduce the adhesive force for easier detachment of wheels from steel plates. To characterize the performance of this new wheel design, a 3-D finite element analysis is executed using a commercial FE program. The results show that the adhesive force is reduced effectively by the electromagnet which flows in the reverse direction of the magnetic loop of the permanent magnet when the current is supplied to the coil.

Virtual Reality (VR) is widely used in various fields, and it is expanding game and movie toward health care, business Software, education, and web services. Especially various researches are actively conducted in the field of exhibition, utilizing smart phone based detachable HMD (Head Mounted Display). The VR exhibition solves addresses both temporal and spacial constraints overcoming the unilateral information transfer exhibitions. This paper presents a method to overcome the limitation of time, space, and unidirectional information transfer in offline exhibition, and also presents a new method that utilizes multimedia visual design artwork as VR contents.
