This thesis will study the determinants of consumer satisfaction based on the disconfirmation theory. The proposed questions are first, to find out if desire and expectation are conceptually distinct. Second, to study the effects of desire, expectation, perceived performance, desire congruency, and expectation congruency on clothing satisfaction. The data used in this thesis were obtained from a two stage longitudinal survey. SPSS WIN 8.0 was used for the analysis and the following method such as mean, correlation, t-test, hierarchical regression were applied. The results indicate that first, according to the correlation analysis and crosstab analysis, satisfaction and desire were perceived as two different concepts. Second, using the hierarchical regression analysis to compare the effects of determinants of consumer satisfaction, the model of desire, expectation, performance, desires congruency, expectations congruency best explain the clothing satisfaction. Among them, effects of performance had the strongest impact. Expectation did not influence satisfaction but desire did.

The demand for mobile content has been increased dramatically upon proliferation of usages of mobile devices and the development of various contents. In addition, mobile services to satisfy various desires of these users spread rapidly into our daily lives. So, companies need to grasp what values the users think most important among the mobile content services in order to develop successful goods and services. Therefore, this paper will analyze what decision factors the service quality of mobile content of theses mobile communication services has and how they influence to customer satisfaction, and it will give suggestions for improving content qualities

This study focuses on event-driven social media (EDSM), which supports the production of unique cultural items of small groups by satisfying the conflicting desires of distinctiveness and assimilation that small groups possess. EDSM is a system which promotes the production of idioculture through small group interaction by using an actual event in which people participate in small groups. By setting up an EDSM system in a university festival in which 10,000 to 15,000 people gather in small groups, idioculture production was tested for approximately eight hours and a half. Interaction records gathered from the test, as well as focus group interview data garnered soon after were used to analyze usage patterns of EDSM, types of idiocultures produced, and resulting factors of user experience. Through this, considerations upon designing future EDSM were proposed.

Changing depends on the one and only out of many design elements constituting the outside, and a Lighting design has an easy characteristic among space. Therefore accuse various sensitivity to watch when lighted up the same environment with Lighting of other colors, and it is an interesting point to show a communication tendency of a Lighting design in the present age escape from a general idea transmit a change of sight to a man of experience directly, and to clarify space simply, and to show various power of expression. The study of a book tried to make a searching examination for a generation cause of this tendency by trying to observe the modern Lighting design tendency that various desires were reflected in of the modern society in various general ideas of communication.

본 연구에서는 미국의 P 공공도서관과 그 이웃한 몇몇 도서관들의 서비스 사례를 개관하고 이를 참고로 우리나라 공공도서관에 도입할 필요가 있다고 판단되는 서비스들을 제안하였다. 우리나라 공공도서관이 본질적 역할을 감당하고 지역 주민의 지원을 확보할 수 있기 위해 1) 정보사회의 환경에 상응하는 정보제공 서비스. 2) 학교 교육과 평생교육을 지원할 수 있는 서비스. 3) 주민들의 문화와 예술적 욕구를 충족시켜줄 수 있는 서비스의 개발을 제시하였다.

Rurban house is the place to satisfy man's the most basic desires to live and dwell. In this study , the composing Type of the outer space and its connection with the innerspace are researched. And also it investigated how various environmental factors are reflected in the rurban housing development. As Louis Kahn said, "Archiecture is the thoughtful for-mation the space and the endless transformation of architec-ture is derived from the change of space idea." In the recent days, It is true that the qualitative aspect of a rurban house rather than the quantitative one has empha-sized. As man cannot make a living when seperated from the nature, the currents of life in the rurban house should be flowed into the new environmental change.

Ideal results of augmentation mammaplasty consist of symmetry, natural shape, soft feeling and inconspicuous scar. In addition, patient's preferences about size and shape should be included. Static implants could not perfectly satisfy patients' desires for size and shape, but expandable implants enable to change the volume after the operation. From September 2001 to September 2004, 76 patients(150 breasts) underwent breast augmentation using permanent expandable implant. The procedure was unilateral in 2 women and bilateral in 74 women. Age ranged from 19 to 50 years(mean, 29 years). Fifty nine patients underwent simple augmentation mammaplasty, 7 patients were corrected of their severe asymmetry, 2 patients with the congenital breast deformity underwent mammaplasty using this, and 2 patients who had undergone unilateral mastectomy were reconstructed of their breasts using expandable implant. There were no definite complications such as capsular contracture, implant rupture, asymmetry. And there reported little dissatisfaction about the size. The permanent expandable implants might be good alternatives in cases of ordinary breast augmentation as well as tissue deficient patients, asymmetry, congenital anomaly, and breast reconstruction.

The purpose of the research was influential in the fashionable dacolleta of women's costume in the mid-l5th century. The results were as follow: A variation of social environment and an aesthetic sense brought on desires to express human nature. Especially, the importance for costume of the appearance of a new spirit, confirmed and developed on the contemporary. The first symptoms of humanism were leaning towards secular art, an ideal of man at once more independent and avid for action, and an interesting applied to the individual and particularity. In addition, love affairs between the ladies and knights led to increasing interest in the beauty of weakness and tenderness in the women's body Sorel Agnas who was a lover of Charles VII, France king, had a great influence on the fashion of decollette in women's costume. It was just a dacolletta to express an ideal of beauty to neckline in women's dress in contemporary.

Tween refers 'between' generation aged of 10-16 who are between child and high teens. Tweens have been regarded as one of the fast growing markets and they show some unique characteristics as next-generation consumers. This study has explored the perception of their appearances and clothing styles, style preferences, and influencing factors on clothing behavior of tweens. 120 students aged of 12-15 participated in depth interview and data were structured and categorized by applying domain analysis. Results showed tweens have great concerns on their appearances and styles, so they want to express their identities and aesthetic favors through clothing styles. As for clothing style preferences, they have multi-facet tastes such as casual, active, feminine/ masculine, sophisticated, dramatic, etc. Factors influencing on their clothing behavior include reference groups like friends, dual desires of conformity and individuality, fashion, and brand names.

Traffic congestion stems from the widespread desires of people to purse certain goals that inevitably overload existing roads every day. he a transportation policy, congestion toll system has been implemented in Seoul, since 1996. The growing concerns on whether the system would achieve sustained results in the future motivated us to investigate the effectiveness of this policy. Developing and running the congestion toll simulation model, we find that this policy is not an effective policy in the long m. The paper indicates the power of system dynamics approach as a tool for evaluating complex policy like a congestion toll, and suggest that city transportation policy maker should approach the problem with systems thinking and analyze the effectiveness of policy on the basis of understanding the dynamic relationships among subsystems.
