산후풍의 진단적 정의 확립을 위한 전문가 델파이 조사 연구 (A Study for the Establishment of the Diagnostic Definition of Sanhupung (U32.7) using the Delphi Method)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to establish a clear diagnostic definition of Sanhupung using the Delphi method. Methods: This study used the Delphi technique. A panel consisting of 21 experts of Korean medicine, particularly in of gynecologic medicine, participated in the Delphi examination that included answering the 4th round survey. The Delphi examination was carried out through evaluating and correcting the questionnaire by e-mail. Results: Through the Delphi survey, we have reached on an agreement regarding the basic concepts, time, cause, essential symptoms, and accessory symptoms of Sanhupung. They are as follows: 1) Sanhupung is a culture bound syndrome reflecting Korea's cultural specificity. 2) Sanhupung can be diagnosed even after the miscarriage. 3) For the diagnosis of Sanhupung, the main cause of symptoms should not be classified as other disease. 4) Sanhupung can be diagnosed based on essential symptoms and accessory symptoms. 5) Essential symptoms include local symptoms such as joint pain at specific areas, partial sensory impairment and general symptoms including pain of all the joints, whole body sensory impairment, increased sweating, feeling of wind coming into the body, worsened symptoms with the cold, intolerance to cold, and pain of all the muscles. Conclusions: The basic concepts and diagnostic definition of Sanhupung were suggested based on the Delphi survey among experts in the field. Further research is necessary to improve reliability and validity of diagnostic definition of Sanhupung in clinical trials.

Delphi를 활용한 융합 서비스 설계에 관한 연구 : 은행지점 도입용 금융 서비스 로봇 사례 (Convergence Service Design Using Delphi Technique : Financial Service Robot for Introduction to Bank Branches)

  • This study applies the Delphi method to design services with convergence characteristics in the financial sector. In designing a service robot for practical deployment that can support and replace bank teller, the opinions and judgments of various expert groups were extracted and a consensus process was made through feedback. A total of six dimensions and thirty service elements were derived over three rounds. Coefficient of Variation and content validity were used to verify the suitability and reliability of the selected service elements. As a result, the essential service element of robots was interaction with customers, followed by basic and professional financial services. Based on these service factors, we proposed two types of service models. support mode to assist employees during business hours and alternative mode on behalf of employees outside business hours. It is hoped that this study will use the Delphi technique in the design of IT convergence services.

  • We provide a fudamental set of information on technologies in the area of mechanical engineering to draw action plans for intermationalization of the National R&D activites. First, we design and use a modified Delphi method to evaluate levels of our technological capabilities and developed countries' as well. We investigate technology acquistion methodolgies, technology characteristcs and various aspects of international cooperation in terms of technology. Secondly, we analyze final responses of participants (i.e,. the third round results of Delphi method) tosee the correlation between various factors in developing mechanical engineering technologies through international cooperation. The technology classification used in this research is developed by STEPI (Science and Technology Policy Institute).

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 농업이 21세기 고부가가치의 전략핵심산업으로 발전할 수 있도록 미래에 유망한 기술을 예측 ·발굴하기 위하여 델파이(Delphi) 조사를 실시하였다. 이 조사의 대상은 식품가공분야의 전문가로 한정하여 조사를 실시하였다.

  • Objectives This study was conducted to derive consensus about physical attributes in pressure pulse waveform and pulse conditions by Delphi study. Methods Delphi research was conducted for 2 rounds via e-mail. 8 Professors who lecture on a diagnostics of K. M. from the society of Korean medicine diagnostics were participated in this survey. They were asked for answering about series of definition for a physical attribute in pressure pulse waveform and combination for physical attributes of pulse conditions. Results 4 survey items were decided to have high validity and 9 survey items were decided to come to consensus about a physical attribute in pressure pulse waveform. 6 pulse condition were decided to come to consensus. Conclusion Using Delphi method, physical attributes in pressure pulse waveform and combinations of physical attribute in pulse condition come to consensus.

다학제 교육의 근간으로서 '디자인 사고'에 대한 연구 (The Study of Design Thinking as Foundation of Multidisciplinary Education)

  • This study aims to reflect experts' opinions in analyzing a design thinking as foundation of multidisciplinary education. For this purpose, a delphi survey was conducted with 20 experts in three sessions from May 1 to June 25, 2012. To analyze the collected data, descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, the mean, and standard deviation were implemented, and internal reliability test on the survey instrument was carried out for statistical processing. The main results are as follows : First, the delphi analysis on intuitive thinking of design thinking suggested 7 items(to pursue the possibility of outside, to pursue the possibility of applying new forms of technology, content planning, facing a complex real-world phenomena etc.). Second, the delphi analysis on logical thinking of design thinking suggested 7 items(executed repeatedly, reasoning and verification, artificial intelligence, a decision support system etc.) Third, the delphi analysis on subjective thinking of design thinking suggested 9 items(user experience measuring, user satisfaction ratings, user requirements analysis, user interface design, behavioral responses of the human etc.). Fourth, the delphi analysis on objective information of design thinking suggested 8 items(information management system, simulation, production process, information exchange and sharing etc.). According to the results of the delphi analysis, design thinking can be seen as the foundation of multidisciplinary education. Suggestions were made for discussion about the main results and further researches.

청년창업 성공요인에 관한 연구: 창업전문가를 대상으로 (A Study on The Success Factors of Youth Enterprises)

  • 청년창업의 중요성과 청년창업 지원은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 청년창업은 일반창업 보다 실패할 가능성이 높으며 이에 대한 원인 또한 미시적·거시적으로 다양하다. 이러한 상황에서 청년창업자가 창업을 성공하기 위해 어떻게 대처해야하는지 대안이 제시되지 않는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 청년창업자에게 창업교육, 창업보육, 창업 멘토링·코칭을 수행하는 창업전문가를 대상으로 델파이 기법을 적용하여 청년창업 성공요인을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 기존 사례 연구에서 파악하지 못하였던 창업현장에서의 청년창업 성공요인을 파악하여 청년창업자에게 청년창업 성공요인에 대한 궁금증을 해소할 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 한다. 또한 청년창업자가 창업을 진행하면서 고려해야 하는 여러 요인 중 우선적으로 확보하거나 수행해야하는 요인을 파악하고 제한된 자원을 효율적이고 효과적으로 사용하여 창업성공을 할 수 있도록 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서 델파이 조사는 총 2차에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 델파이 1차 조사는 구조화된 폐쇄형 문항(Closed-ended)을 사용한 수정 델파이 기법(Modified Delphi Method)을 활용하였으며, 수정 델파이 기법의 문제를 보완하기 위해 청년창업자 및 창업전문가를 대상으로 사전조사(Pilot Test)를 실시하였다. 델파이 1차 조사에서 IBM SPSS Statistics 22와 Microsoft Office Excel 2016을 활용하여 평균(Mean), 표준편차(Standard Deviation), 중위수(Median), 사분범위(Inter Quartile Range), 내용타당도 비율(Content Validity Ratio)을 산출하였으며, 델파이 2차 조사에서는 1차 조사에서의 동일한 통계적 수치와 추가적으로 크론바흐 알파(cronbach's α)를 산출하였다. 델파이 조사결과, 창업자특성, 창업준비, 창업전략, 창업환경의 4개 상위요인과 22개의 하위요인을 청년창업 성공요인으로 도출하였다.

한방분야 적정성 평가 대상 질환 선정을 위한 전문가 Delphi 조사 (Selection of Manageable Diseases for Quality Assessment in Korean Medicine by Delphi Method)

  • Objectives As awareness of the public about Korean medicine health care and the social demand about improvement for quality of health care service is constantly rising, the quality evaluation of Korean medicine health care service is needed to improve the quality. Through trial of Delphi method, we tried to set the priority in short, medium, long term among the disease which is the subject of quality assessment. Methods Carrying out the delphi survey to 50 experts of korean medicine who were recommended by the 41 member societies of Korean medicine and related organizations, we selected final candidates for quality assessment. It is composed with total 2 rounds, and we investigated the priority in three aspects; the importance of the matter, possibility quality assessment, potential about if there's any chance of improvement. Results By delphi method, we set the priority of quality assessment. Base on the result of the second round, we classified importance of the questions into above average, average, below average, and categorized items as short, medium, long term according on the final priority. We classified of musculoskeletal diseases and diseases of connective tissues and musculoskeletal injury as short term and cerebrovascular disease and disease of nerve system and malignant neoplasm as medium term, disease of digestive organs and diseases, symptoms and abnormal findings in clinical field or inspections which are not categorized as long term. Conclusions We set the subjects of quality assessment by delphi survey by experts, and classified into short, medium, long term. Further research is necessary for execution the Quality Assessment to each of the candidate. Also, we can send feedback to medical institution base on the result of Quality Assessment. then it would be able to induce the improvement in quality of medical institution by itself.

탐색적 FGI와 Delphi기법을 활용한 ICT 중소기업 기술지원 프로그램 개선 방안 연구 (Improvement of ICT SMEs Technology Support Programs using Exploratory FGI and Delphi techniques)

  • 본 연구에서는 ICT 중소기업 기술지원 프로그램의 문제점을 수혜자와 전문가 관점에서 찾아내어 개선방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서 수행하고 있는 중소기업 기술지원 프로그램인의 수혜기업을 대상으로 표적집단면접(FGI) 조사를 실시하였고, 도출된 주요 이슈에 대하여 전문가를 대상으로 델파이(Delphi) 조사를 수행하는 2단계 조사를 실시하였다. FGI 조사결과, ICT 중소기업은 기술인력, 연구인프라, 비R&D 분야에 애로사항을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 동일 항목에 대한 전문가 Delphi 조사를 통하여 국내 출연(연) 중소기업 기술지원 프로그램의 문제점을 도출하였다. Delphi 조사결과, 고급/고경력 인력의 중소기업 지원기피, 체계적인 장비 운영관리 시스템 및 인력 부족, 시험 인증 전담인력 부족 및 인프라 미흡, 기술지원 정책 및 프로그램 체계 미흡이 문제점으로 나타났고, 본 연구의 FGI 및 Delphi 조사결과를 토대로 ICT 중소기업 기술지원 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

Delphi/Fuzzy-AHP를 이용한 광양항 배후단지 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Activation Plan for the Hinterland of Gwangyang Port using Delphi/Fuzzy-AHP)

  • 항만배후단지가 잠재수요 고객에게 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 단순 기능에서 벗어나 통합 물류기능을 담당하는 미래형 물류배후공간으로 활성화 될 수 있도록 배후단지를 구성하는 요인들을 평가하고 전략을 도출하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 광양항 컨테이너터미널 배후단지 활성화에 필요한 요인들을 도출하고, 실증평가를 통해 활성화에 필요한 요인의 우선순위와 전략들을 제안하고자 한다. 배후단지 활성화 요인은 델파이기법을 이용한 전문가 조사를 통해 선정하고, 선정된 배후단지 활성화 요인에 대한 측정영역과 요인들을 평가하는데 있어 다기준의사결정 모델인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용한다. 또한 분석방법으로 언어척도의 애매모호하고 불확실한 상황을 고려하여 가치판단에 있어 정교함이 더해진 방법론으로 평가되고 있는 퍼지이론을 결합한 Fuzzy-AHP를 적용한다.
