The purpose of the study was to evaluate the physical and psychological health status of North Korean defector children and identify associated factors. The participants in the study were 103 children ranging in age from 7 to 14 years old. Physical health status was evaluated through height and weight measurements as well as clinical laboratory results. Psychological health status was assessed using structured survey interviews. Data were analyzed utilizing Pearson correlation coefficients, t-test, ANOVA, and descriptive statistics. On arrival in South Korea, 19% of the children did not meet the child growth standards of South Koreans for height and 15% for weight. However, twelve weeks after, these percentages had decreased significantly. It found that 38.5% of children presented mild posttraumatic reaction and 40.4% presented moderate reaction. Scores for externalizing and internalizing behavior problems were $0.38{\pm}0.30$ and $0.59{\pm}0.36$ respectively. Posttraumatic reaction was higher in girls (t=0.41, p=.03), and boys showed higher externalizing problems (t=2.04, p=.04). Externalizing problems were correlated with gender and internalizing problems were associated with posttraumatic reactions and externalizing problems. The findings indicate that North Korean defector children need timely developmental assessments and tailored intervention programs to meet child growth standards need to be developed.

본 연구는 노래기반 지지적 음악심리치료를 경험한 북한이탈청소년의 적응유연성 변화 및 그 내용을 탐구하기 위한 사례연구이다. 3명의 북한이탈청소년을 대상으로 주 2회, 회기 당 60분씩 총 7회기의 프로그램이 그룹세션으로 시행되었다. 노래기반 지지적 음악심리치료는 북한이탈청소년의 적응유연성의 내적 하위요인인 '강인성'과 '목표 의식' 강화를 목적으로 진행되었다. 참여자 변화 확인을 위해 사전·사후검사에 북한이탈청소년 적응유연성 척도를 사용하여 평가했다. 또한 적응유연성에 있어 경험된 내용을 분석하기 위해 중재 동안 나타난 참여자들의 음악적·비음악적 반응을 기록하고 탐색하였다. 연구 결과 참여자들의 적응유연성 점수는 모두 증가하였고, 중재 내에서 적응유연성과 관련한 참여자들의 긍정적인 음악적·비음악적 변화를 관찰할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 노래기반 지지적 접근의 음악심리치료가 북한이탈청소년이 지각하지 못했던 지지자원의 인식을 도움으로써 심리적 역량을 강화시키는 데에 긍정적으로 작용하였음을 의미하며, 궁극적으로 남한적응을 위한 적응유연성 향상에 도움이 되었다고 사료된다.

이 연구는 북한이탈주민지원정책의 변천과정에 따라 북한이탈주민을 위한 비영리단체의 등장배경을 살펴보고 비영리단체의 특성과 역할에서 나타나는 문제점을 파악하는 것이다. 1990년대부터 북한이탈주민의 증가와 함께 다문화사회의 진입으로 인한 국내사회환경변화 등 다양한 환경요인으로 민간단체들이 급증하였다. 하지만, 단체의 제도적 형식조차 갖추지 않은 단체도 있으며 사업목적과 다른 활동을 하는 경우도 있었다. 또한 서울 거주 북한이탈주민 전체의 수는 25.5%에 비해 북한이탈주민관련단체는 서울지역에만 83%를 차지하고 있다 보니 성향이 비슷한 일부 단체들의 과도한 영역경쟁으로 불법과 편법의 온상으로 변질된다는 목소리가 높을 수밖에 없다. 단체의 유형에서는 실질적으로 북한이탈주민에게 필요한 취업이나, 미래의 주역이 될 청소년의 통일의식함양을 위한 통일교육 분야는 미미하게 성장하고 있었으며 이러한 결과는 단체라는 활동은 사회의 한 구성원으로 권리와 책임의식을 가져야 하며 또한 문제 개선을 위한 정부의 실질적인 노력도 필요하다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the customized oral health promotion program for North Korean defectors (NKDs). Methods: Using a pre-survey comprising phases 1-5 of the PRECEDE-PROCEED model, a customized oral health promotion program was created. The participants, a total of 129 NKDs, were allocated to the experimental group (n=64; 43 females and 21 males) or the control group (n=65; 46 females and 19 males). After the interventions, phases 7 to 9 of the PRECEDE-PROCEED model were executed to determine the effect of the program. Results: The results for phase 7 revealed high satisfaction with the program, with an average of 2.89 out of 3 points. In phase 8, concerning the impact evaluation, it was found that oral health beliefs and oral health knowledge were improved, with statistically significance differences before and after the experiment. Phase 9, concerning the outcome evaluation, showed that there were statistically significant differences in the average within groups before and after education in oral health beliefs (OHB), O'Leary index scores, and CPI. In terms of the difference between the groups, there were statistically significant improvement in OHB, O'Leary index scores, and CPI after the education program. Conclusions: The oral health promotion program developed in this study has made a positive contribution to improve the oral health status of NKDs.

In Europe side, Most of North Korean refugee lives in New Malden, Kingstone resident with South Korean and international student near London, United Kingdom (UK).The reason why dispersed around in Europe is can be issue in societies with secure problem and temporary protection status have to be accept for change the concept in international law and refugee law. their ethnicity is organized by North Korean defectors, South Korean, Korean-Chinese in the area of New Malden and Kingstone.it means small unification is going to foundation on abroad. also their solidarity of diasporic integration development would ahead. and have to organise of Coexistence between U.K and thier ethnicity. for Humanitarian way for vulnerable. But Europe is not the most welcoming place for North Koreans at the moment. The European Alliance for Human Rights in North Korea, an advocacy group, reported in 2015 that many European countries had rejected the vast majority of North Korean asylum cases. Partly this is to do with how governments view North Korean defectors: the UK "considers North Koreans as South Korean citizens, thus excluding them from refugee status".

본 논문은 북한이탈주민의 눈높이에 맞는 창업종합지원웹사이트의 기초구상을 실험적으로 설계하고 구현하여 탐색하고자 하였다. 그간의 기존문헌을 고찰하여 본 연구의 포지셔닝을 명확히 하였고, 북한이탈주민 창업생태계에 꼭 필요한 서비스로 자리할 수 있는 내용을 도출하고자 하였다. 아직 국내에 북한이탈주민 창업종합지원웹사이트가 부재한다는 점에 착안, 초기버전인 프로메테우스를 기획하였고, 사례연구를 통해 개선방안을 도출하여 수정버전인 패스파인더를 구현하였다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민 (예비)창업자들과 북한이탈주민 창업생태계에 관심이 있는 남한주민이 제시해 준 인사이트를 근거로 북한이탈주민 창업생태계의 발전을 도모할 수 있는 매개체를 직접 설계하고 구현하는 학술적·실무적 실험을 수행했다는 것에 의의를 지닌다. 이를 계기로 '북한이탈주민의 창업'이라는 한국적 현상을 보다 세밀히 규명하기 위한 연구와 실용적 공헌을 위한 연구도 다각적으로 추진되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 노력은 국내 북한이탈주민 창업을 돕는 것 뿐 아니라 북한이탈주민과의 공존과 협력의 공동체를 만들어 나가는 데에도 일익을 담당할 수 있을 것이다.

1998년 이래 2014년 3월 현재에 이르기까지 북한이탈주민의 누적 수는 26,500여명에 이른다. 이들 중 북한사회에서 고등학교 교육을 이수한 이들은 남한사회에서 대학교육을 경험하고자 하는 이들이 다수이며, 이들 중에는 사회 경제적 여건 상 on-line교육으로 눈을 돌리는 이들의 수가 늘어나고 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에서 on-line대학을 접한 북한이탈주민 학생들의 교육경험을 질적연구를 통해 분석해보고 그들이 교육을 받고 있는 과정에서의 어려움과 필요가 무엇인가를 도출해보고자 한다.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민 학생들에 대한 2차 년도 연구로(2014년도 연구 : 북한이탈주민 학생들의 교육경험과 그들의 필요), 전체 온라인 대학교 중 가장 많은 수의 북한이탈주민학생을 보유하고 있는 서울사이버대학교의 학생들의 삶의 질 정도를 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 그들의 삶의 질 정도를 파악함으로써 그들이 남한사회에서 융화하면 살아가는데 있어 진정으로 필요한 것이 무엇이며, 생활의 질의 정도를 높이기 위한 방법은 무엇일까를 찾아보려는 일련의 시도이다. 본 연구는 질적연구의 방법을 택해 15여명의 인터뷰이를 대상으로 할 것이다.

The changes in discharge current, emission and/or oscillation frequency of the electric oscillation of a glow discharge are the potential sensitive measure of the concentration of an impurity in the argon plasma supporting gas. A single jet enhanced glow discharge has been interfaced with the gas chromatograph via 1/8" O.D. tube with a heating pad to study the changes in discharge current. To investigate the optimum operating conditions of the glow discharge system as detector for gas chromatography, pressure, gas flow rate, discharge current, distance between the anode and the cathode have been studied.

This paper is concerned with an algorithm based on neural networks to calculate the axial power distribution using excore defector signals in the nuclear reactor core. The fundamental basis of the algorithm is that the detector response can be fairly accurately estimated using computational codes. In other words, the training set, which represents relationship between detector signals and axial power distributions, for the neural network can be obtained through calculations instead of measurements. Application of the new method to the Yonggwang nuclear power plant unit 3 (YGN-3) shows that it is superior to the current algorithm in place.
