대학생의 심리적 안녕감, 대인관계 유능성이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of College Students' Psychological Well-being and Interpersonal Competence on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 심리적 안녕감과 대인관계 유능성이 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 대학생 154명이었으며 자료수집은 2019년 11월 1일부터 12월 10일까지 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 x2-test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 심리적 안녕감과 대인관계 유능성이 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났고, 이들의 설명력은 41.6%로 나타났다(F=66.48, p<.001). 따라서 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용에서 본 연구 결과를 통하여 밝혀진 영향요인인 심리적 안녕감과 대인관계 유능성이 고려되어야 할 것이다.

Analysis of factors affecting career preparation behavior - Based on the recognition of college students -

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the factors influencing career preparation behavior based on the perception of college students from the perspective of social cognitive career theory and to examine the effect of career barriers and career decision self - efficacy on career preparation behavior And career - decision self - efficacy. The results of the study are as follows. First, career barriers perceived by college students showed a significant positive correlation with career decision self - efficacy and career preparation behavior(-), and career decision efficacy showed a statistically significant correlation with career preparation behavior(+). Second, as a result of linear regression analysis to examine the effect of career barriers on career preparation behavior, lack of self - clarification, lack of job information, and lack of recognition of need were subordinate factors of career barriers. Third, as a result of linear regression analysis to examine the effect of career decision - making self - efficacy on career preparation behavior, goal setting and job information, which are sub - factors of career decision self - efficacy, were analyzed. Fourth, mediating effects of career decision self - efficacy on career barriers and career preparation behavior were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study confirm that the level of career barrier, which is an important factor in career preparation behavior of college students, should be lowered and career decision self - efficacy should be increased.

대학의 교육서비스품질이 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 신입생과 재학생의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Education Service Quality on Career Decision-Making Self-efficacy, Career Decision Level, and Career Preparation Behavior : Focused on the Moderating Effects of Freshman and Undergraduate Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 교육서비스품질(교수자서비스품질, 교육과정서비스품질)이 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 최종 유효 설문지 426부에 대해 타당성 검정 후, 측정모형분석(CFA)과 구조모형분석(SEM) 그리고 다중집단 분석(MCFA와 MSEM)을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질(교수자서비스품질, 교육과정서비스품질)은 진로결정자기효능감에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로결정수준은 진로준비행동에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 신입생과 재학생의 차이는 교육서비스품질(교수자서비스품질, 교육과정서비스품질)과 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동 간의 관계에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 진로에 있어 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동의 결정요인을 파악하여 제공함으로써 대학 진로 교육 개선에 유용한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

부정기 건화물선 시장에서 용선 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Factor Analysis Affecting on Chartering Decision-making in the Dry Bulk Shipping Market)

  • 본 연구는 부정기 건화물선 시장에서 용선의사결정시 분석적 방법과 의사결정자의 경험에 의한 직관이나 성향과 같은 직관적 방법이 의사결정에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 해운기업들이 왜 운임 예측, 용선계약시 고려하는 업무요소와 대안선택의 중요도와 같은 분석적인 방법에 따라서 합리적인 의사결정과 행동을 하지 않고, 동일한 시장 상황에서 의사결정의 차이로 동일한 행동을 하지 않는지 확인하기 위하여 용선 의사결정모형 연구를 시작하였다. 해운기업들은 용선 의사결정을 위해서 시장 전망, 현물 및 선물지수와 같은 외부 환경적인 시장요인을 활용하며, 내부적으로 운임(용선료) 분석, 화물 및 계약의 특성에 따라서 위험성이 적은 대안 선택을 위한 분석을 한다. 하지만 분석적 방법으로 확인이 어려운 다양한 의사결정 부분들이 존재하고 제한된 시간 안에 빠른 결정이 필요한 상황에서 의사결정자의 경험적 직관이나 심리적인 요인에 따른 의사결정이 최적의 대안 선택이 될 수도 있다. AHP분석으로 용선의사결정시 의존하는 방법 요인들의 중요도를 검증하였다. 용선의사결정 상위요인의 의존도는 시장요인, 경험적 직관, 내부요인, 군집행동성, 손실회피성 순으로 나타났다. 세부요인으로는 현물 운임지수, 경험적 직관이 의사결정시 의존하는 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다. 분석적 방법인 내부적 분석보다 경험적 직관이 보다 중요도가 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 의사결정의 부문에 따른 대안 결정 분석 결과, 운임(용선료) 의사결정시에는 시장요인, 내부요인, 손실회피성, 군집행동성에 의존도가 높으며, 선박과 선사 결정에서는 경험적 직관성에 의존도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대안으로 선택할 수 있는 선박들의 운임에 차이가 작을 경우에는 의사결정자의 경험에 의해서 선박과 선사를 결정하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 용선계약의 형태에 따른 대안 결정 분석 결과, 장기계약 결정시에는 상대적으로 시장요인, 내부요인, 손실회피성에 의한 의존도가 높게 나타났으며, Spot계약 결정시에는 경험적 직관성과 군집행동성에 더 의존하고 있다고 나타났다. 장기계약은 Spot계약보다 시황에 따른 손실위험이 높고 손실 금액이 매우 크기 때문에 보다 더 분석적인 방법이 필요하며 손실회피 성향이 더 높게 작용한다고 판단된다. 또한 Spot계약시에는 보다 탄력적이고 빠른 의사결정이 필요하며 담당 관리자의 의사결정에 대한 권한이 많고, 장기계약보다 시황에 따른 손실 위험성의 민감도가 낮고, 분석적 방법보다는 경험과 시장의 분위기에 따라가는 의사결정을 하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 온전히 합리적일 수 없는 인간의 제한된 합리성과 때로는 경험에 의존하거나 심리적인 성향을 부정기 건화물선 해운시장에서 용선 의사결정모형에 적용하여 학문적으로 연구하고 증명한 것에 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 불확실하고 의사결정에 따른 손실 위험이 높은 부정기선 시장에서 의사결정자의 경험과 통찰력이 해운기업의 용선계약 부분의 업무 성과와 수익에 매우 중요한 영향이 있다는 것을 시사한다.

도시주부의 購買의사결정 합리성에 관한 연구 -취업주부와 비취업주부의 비교분석- (A Study on the Rationality of Wives' Decision Making in Purchasing - comparisons, Between Working and nonworking Wives-)

  • Previous studies show that working wives in the market contribute to the family economy that affects the family member's behaviors as consumers. Accordingly, the consumer behavior among working wives would be differ form that among nonworking wives. As the number of working wives in the market is increasing, this study focuses on the estimation of the degree of rationality in purchasing decision making among wives in relation to their working status. Therefore, this study attempts to construct an rationality index of a purchasing decision making both at a high and a low involvement situation by working and nonworking wives, and analyzes the differences in the results of the two groups. This study also examines how the rationality indices vary with the selected socioeconomic variables. The data are obtained from self-administered questionnaires from a sample of 217 working and 191 nonworking wives at Seoul and Seongnam in 1986. The statistical methods used in this study are Factor Analysis, Multiple Regression, and Analysis of Variances. The major findings of this study are as follows; 1) The mean value of the rationality index among nonworking wives is higher than that among working wives. Under a high involvement situation, the mean value of the rationality index among working wives is negative. Therefore, it is likely that nonworking wives make purchasing decisions more rationally than working wives. 2) The higher the degree of wive's education, the more rational the purchasing decision making. Under a low involvement situation, the higher the monthly family income, the more rational the purchasing decision making . under the same situation, the shorter the duration of marriage , the more rational the purchasing decision making. 3) Under a low involvement situation, the rationality indices of working wives vary with their occupations. The rationality indices among those in selling and service jobs are lower than those among those in professional jobs. 4) The impact of the selected socio-economic variables on the degree of the rationality in purchasing decision making differs depending on whether the wife is working or not. Under a low involvement situation, the positive impact of the monthly family income on the rationality in purchasing decision making is stronger among nonworking wives than among working wives. Under the same situation, the negative impact of the duration of marriage on the rationality is stronger among nonworking wives than among working wives.

간호학생의 자아존중감 및 자기효능감과 임상실습수행, 학업성취, 전공실습결정과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between Self-esteem, Self-efficacy and Clinical Practice Performance, Academic Achievement, Decision Making of Major Field in Clinical Practice)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between self-esteem, self- efficacy and clinical practice performance, academic achievement, decision making of major field in clinical practice . The study subjects consisted with 244 students from G. junior nursing college that will adapt a new majoring program of clinical nursing practice funded by Ministry of human and resources development. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The students were relatively performed well in clinical practice setting (total M :3.78). The item of student's personal relationship between patients, patient's family, and professional staff showed high score (M=3.96). However students did not feel comfortable to communicate with patients, patient's family and professional staffs in clinical setting(mean=3.56). 2. Students who had experiences of temporal absence from school showed significant difference in the variable of academic achievement and decision making of major field in clinical practice Students who entered to nursing school with self-motive revealed statistically significant difference in the variable of clinical practice performance, academic achievement, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and decision making of major field in clinical practice. 3. There was a significant correlation between self-esteem and clinical practice performance, (r=.512, p<.000). And the relation between self-esteem and decision making of major field in clinical practice was significantly correlated(r=.377, p<.000). Self-efficacy and clinical practice performance(r=.567, p<.000), and decision making of major field in clinical practice (r=.441, p<.000) showed significant correlations. Also relation between academic achievement and self-esteem reveled a significant correlation(r=.129, p<.05) but correlation between self-efficacy and academic achievement was not significant. 4. Correlation between clinical practice performance and decision making of major field in clinical practice also identified a significant relation(r=.498, p<.000). 5. Self-esteem and self-efficacy variables predicted clinical practice performance and explained 37.7% of clinical practice performance. 6. Aptitude and personal interests(m=4.07) reveled important factor affecting to select majoring area in clinical practice, and advice from parents reflected low percentage on selecting places(m=2.42). In conclusion, the variables of self-esteem and self-efficacy showed significant correlations with the variables of student's clinical practice performance, academic achievement, and decision making of major field in clinical practice. Thus it is recommended that student's affective domain of self-esteem and self-efficacy should be developed by nursing intervention before clinical nursing education.

Awareness of Doctors' Shared Decision-Making in Life-Sustaining Care Decisions

  • Purpose: At the end of life, communication is a key factor for good care. However, in clinical practice, it is difficult to adequately discuss end-of-life care. In order to understand and analyze how decision-making related to life-sustaining treatment (LST) is performed, the shared decision-making (SDM) behaviors of physicians were investigated. Methods: A questionnaire was designed after reviewing the literature on attitudes toward SDM or decision-making related to LST. A final item was added after consulting experts. The survey was completed by internal medicine residents and hematologists/medical oncologists who treat terminal cancer patients. Results: In total, 202 respondents completed the questionnaire, and 88.6% said that the decision to continue or end LST is usually a result of SDM since they believed that sufficient explanation is provided to patients and caregivers, patients and caregivers make their own decisions according to their values, and there is sufficient time for patients and caregivers to make a decision. Expected satisfaction with the decision-making process was the highest for caregivers (57.4%), followed by physicians (49.5%) and patients (41.1%). In total, 38.1% of respondents said that SDM was adequately practiced when making decisions related to LST. The most common reason for inadequate SDM was time pressure (89.6%). Conclusion: Although most physicians answered that they practiced SDM when making decisions regarding LST, satisfactory SDM is rarely practiced in the clinical field. A model for the proper implementation of SDM is needed, and additional studies must be conducted to develop an SDM model in collaboration with other academic organizations.

한국폴리텍대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy on the Relationship between Perceived Social Support and Career Preparation Behavior of Korea Polytechnics Students)

  • 본 연구는 한국폴리텍대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하여 진로상담과 교육에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 한국폴리텍대학 II대학 I캠퍼스에 재학 중인 11개 학과 총 314명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국폴리텍대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동, 진로결정자기효능감의 각 변인 들 간의 상호 유의미한 정적상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 한국폴리텍 대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감이 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국폴리텍대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 하여 진로준비행동에 간접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 한국폴리텍대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지가 진로결정자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주어 진로준비행동 수준을 높이는 것을 확인하였다. 한국폴리텍대학생 주변의 사회적 지지를 통해 학생들의 내적 요인인 진로결정자기효능감을 높여 진로준비행동을 촉진할 수 있는 환경적 요인을 제공해야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

네트워크 분석과정을 이용한 환경물류의 의사결정 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on Decision Making Factors of Green Logistics Using Analytic Network Process)

  • According to appearance of a new competitive factor, as 'Green', Green Logistics becomes the important evaluation factor for many firms in emerging competitive environment. Despite this importance, the recognition level of Korean firms on Green Logistics lags behind that of leading companies in developed countries. In addition, the literature studies and practical strategies for systematic management control plans are very insufficient. In this paper, we establish decision making framework of Green Logistics by using ANP(analytic network process). Specifically, we suggest at first the overall concepts and issues of Green Logistics through literature studies. Next, we derive 6 clusters and 21 components forming the strategic green logistics, and then we conduct surveys for pairwise comparison of experts on Green Logistics and compute relative weights of the clusters, components and altanatives considering the feedback structure. We expect that the results of this study will be very helpful for managers to make strategic decisions.

  • The goal of this study is the derivation of priority for business in the areas of green energy technologies. In this paper, we calculated the importance weights of impact factors using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method in order to derivation of priority to the green energy technologies business. AHP is a useful method for evaluating multi-criteria decision making problems. To apply the AHP method, specialists for the assessment have been identified by using the concept of 'plan, do, see' and the decision-making hierarchy was established. We selected 5 criteria and 16 sub-criteria for impact factors by brainstorming. According to the result in this study, the most important impact factor is the possibility of commercialization, the second is the possibility of developing the fundamental technology, and the third is the possibility of convergence technology.
