본 논문에서는 null 부반송파를 갖는 OFDM 시스템에서 단순화된 시간 영역 채널 추적(tracking) 방식을 제안하였다. 제안된 채널 추적 방식은 결정 귀환된 데이터를 이용하여 간단한 주파수 영역 채널 추정을 먼저 수행함으로써 시간 영역 채널 추정을 간략화한 방식이다. 제안된 방식은 기존의 시간영역 채널 추정 방식 보다 계산량 면에서 약 93% 정도 감소한다. 본 논문에서 성능 분석은 추정된 채널 응답의 MSE 성능과 수신기의 BER 성능면에서 이루어졌다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안된 방식은 줄어든 계산량에도 불구하고 기존의 시간 영역 채널 추적 방식과 동일한 성능을 보였다.

이 논문은 high order statistics 에 기반을 둔 자력복구 알고리듬과 판정-LMS 를 조합하는 자력복구 적응 채널등화기를 제안한다. 저 신뢰도 신호에 대하여 적응을 멈추는 기존의 "Stop-and-Go" 알고리듬과는 달리 제안된 알고리듬은 저 신뢰도 신호에 대하여 자력복구 알고리듬 적응을 이용하기에 "Run-and-Go"라고 명명하였으며 판정-LMS의 최소 MSE 성능과 자력복구 알고리듬의 신호 획득능력의 시너지 효과를 가진다. 제안된 알고리듬은 신뢰도 구간을 신호의 질에 따라 자동설정 함으로 수렴 속도와 신호 획득 능력을 각각 개선한다.

Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) is an extension of FMEA which includes a criticality analysis. The criticality analysis is used to chart the probability of failure modes against the severity of their consequences. The result highlights failure modes with relatively high probability and severity of consequences, allowing remedial effort to be directed where it will produce the greatest value. However, there are several limitations. Measuring severity of failure consequences is subjective and linguistic. Since The result of FMECA only gives qualitative and quantitative informations, it should be re-analysed to prioritize critical units. Fuzzy set theory has been introduced by Lotfi A. Zadeh (1965). It has extended the classical set theory dramatically. Based on fuzzy set theory, fuzzy logic has been developed employing human reasoning process. IF-THEN fuzzy rule based assessment approach can model the expert's decision logic appropriately. Fault tree analysis (FTA) is one of most common fault modeling techniques. It is widely used in many fields practically. In this paper, a simple fault tree analysis is proposed to measure the severity of components. Fuzzy rule based assessment method interprets linguistic variables for determination of critical unit priorities. An rail-way transforming system is analysed to describe the proposed method.

눈 모형이 닫혀있는 등화 초기에 축소 신호점을 적용한 시그모이드 비선형성으로 오차신호를 추정하면, 기존 연판정의거 알고리즘의 문제점인 고차 신호점을 적용 시 계산 복잡도가 증가하고 수렴속도가 저하되는 단점을 개선할 수 있다. 시그모이드 함수는 평균과 분산 파라미터로 특성이 조절되므로, 분산 값을 조절함에 따라 축소 신호점의 값$(\gamma)$이+$\gamma$와-$\gamma$ 사이의 범위를 가질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 등화가 올바르게 진행하여 각 신호점에서 군집의 크기가 줄어들 때 분산 값을 가변함으로써 정상상태 성능을 개선할 수 있는 가변 모듈러스 알고리즘(Variable Modulus Algorithm: VMA)을 제안한다.

The purpose of this research was to assess the trends in research and curriculum of college education program in fashion marketing, and to suggest the implications for the research and education of fashion marketing business. The data extracted from the articles published in JKSC/IJCF and the college education curricula from 2006 to 2015 were examined to compare the result with the trend for the last 30 years of JKSC/IJCF research trend and education curricular based on the previous research. The results indicated that more than 70% of research was focused on consumer- oriented subject, such as consumer decision making process and consumer behavior, while more than 70% of education program was directed on firm-oriented subject, such as merchandising and marketing management. These results implied a slight shift for the academic research from consumer to firm oriented when comparing the result with the last 30 years of data, although the education was reclined conversely. The academic research and education program should be related in order to provide fashion industries with well educated human resources.

본 논문에서는, 원거리 음성인식을 위한 서브밴드 필터링 기반의 빠르고 효율적인 에코제거 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 에코제거 시스템은 우선 채널간 유사도 (correlation) 가 높을 경우 적응필터가 오작동하는 것을 방지하기 위해 spatial decorrelation 을 적용하게 된다. 그리고 tree 형태를 가지는 IIR filterbank 기반의 subband 구조를 채택함으로써, 적은 차수로도 효과적인 analysis, synthesis 필터링을 수행할 수 있도록 한다. 이 과정에서 불가피하게 발생하는 서브 밴드간 spectral aliasing은 notch filter를 적용해 해결할 수 있다. 또한 적응 필터로는 improved proportionate normalized least-mean-square (IP-NLMS) 알고리즘을 사용해 수렴속도 및 에코제거 성능에서 우수함을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 decision-directed estimation 기반의 residual echo suppressor를 적용해 잔여 에코를 제거하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 각 단계를 구성하게 된 이론적인 배경을 소개하고, 실제 에코가 존재하는 환경에서 ERLE, 원거리 음성 인식률, computational complexity를 통해 제안하는 에코제거 시스템의 효과를 입증하도록 한다.

The way of thinking of rural residents(Izuk-myun, Anseong-gun, Kyeonggi-do) was surveyed in order to develop the basic model of new rural setlement planning. From the data collected in this survey, rural life-style, farmers' view on traditional rural life, agriculture, farming, agri-policy, social attitude, and degree of satisfaction of rural life, etc. were analyzed. Firstly, most of rural residents interviewed in this survey have the opinion of not leaving their home village if living conditions improved to a reasonable level in the near furture. In decision- making process of village affairs, they want to participate actively and equally. Secondly, in spite of their acceptance of agriculture as a vital sector destined to national security, most of them think that farming should be little of promise. Thirdly, they have the negative attitude to urban-oriented social value and also to the agricultural policy, while seeking consolation through human and traditional viewing of rural life style. Therefore, in the development of new rural settlement model, idea-making should be directed to the betterment of communal value of village life, stability of rural economy, rationalization of rural life style and enhancement of rural-type happiness.

This study analyzed affecting factors of employees working at dental hospitals to the organizational commitment and service quality, and then tried to utilize it as a basic data in executing personnel training policies for dental hospital's practitioners. The survey was conducted from July 1st to July 30th, 2010, and used 193 copies for this research analysis. As a hypothetical verification result through regression analysis, means and capabilities among empowerment factors influenced significant positive (+) effects, and self-determination and influences did not make significant effects. Also, organization commitment was displayed as influencing significant positive (+) effects to the service quality. When considering this research's results as a basement, an alternative for the managerial innovation shall be established for promoting mutual developments of individuals and organization in midst of promptly changing economic environments. That is, a personal training system has to be set up in which more decision-making rights on given assignments of dental hospital's employments are endowed, and then responsibilities are directed to be charged so much by introducing the empowerment concept instead of the managerial technique centering on controls.

The purpose of this study is to explore improving ways of screening of self-directed learning in self-governing high schools for expanding self-initiated learning screening system. To achieve the above aim, it was used survey method to 99 admission teachers of 12 self-governing high schools and analyzed responses with SPSS program. The research findings are as follows. To expand self-initiated learning screening system in self-governing high schools, it needs to obtain admission members of entrance committee, pooling of external screening members, quick decision of school admission members, increasing payment, training and understanding of the system and consideration of admission documents and study plan. Some improving ways of the expanding of self-initiated learning screening may be listed as follows: 1) development of screening model for self-governing schools 2) policy consideration for self-governing public high school 3) expanding autonomy of school 4) supporting budget 5) sharing of operation case and reinforcement of public relations.

본 논문에서는 광대역 무선가입자망(BWLL)의 핵심부품인 기지국용 모뎀의 상향링크 수신기의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 연구하였다. 수신기는 정합필터와 디지털 다운 컨버터, 그리고 동기회로로 구성되어 있다. 동기회로의 경우 심벌 타이밍 복구를 위하여 가드너 알고리즘을 사용하였고 반송파 주파수 복구를 위하여 4승법을 사용하였으며 반송파 위상 복구는 DD알고리즘을 사용하였다. 성능 분석을 위하여 제안된 알고리즘에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과와 VHDL로 코딩되어 FPGA에 구현된 실제회로의 결과를 비교, 분석하였다. 실험에 사용된 칩은 Alter사의 APEX20KE 시리즈의 60만 게이트 칩이다. 성능분석 결과 주파수 옵셋이 심벌율의 4.7% 까지 동기기가 잘 동작 하였다.
