시간지연을 가지는 비선형 상호연결시스템의 견실비약성 $H_{\infty}$ 분산 퍼지모델 제어기법 (Robust and Non-fragile $H_{\infty}$ Decentralized Fuzzy Model Control Method for Nonlinear Interconnected System with Time Delay)

  • 본 논문에서는 폴리토프 불확실성과 시간지연, 그리고 제어기 섭동을 가지는 비선형 상호연결시스템의 상태궤환 제어기에 대한 견실비약성 $H_{\infty}$ 분산 퍼지제어기 설계 방법을 다룬다. 먼저 시간지연을 가지는 비선형 상호연결시스템을 Takagi-Sugeno 퍼지모델로 나타내고, 이로부터 지연종속 견실비약성 $H_{\infty}$ 퍼지제어기가 존재하기 위한 충분조건, 제어기 설계방법 및 비약성을 만족하는 제어기의 꽉찬집합(compact set)을 제시한다. 이 때 제시한 조건은 변수치환과 슈어여수(Schur complement)정리를 통해 선형행렬부등식(LMI: Linear Matrix Inequality)의 계수가 꽉찬 집합 내의 파라미터의 함수로 정의되는 파라미터화 선형행렬부등식(PLMIs: Parameterized Linear Matrix Inequalities)으로 표현되며, 이를 완화기법(relaxation technique)를 사용하여 유한개의 선형행렬부등식으로 변환하고, 제어기와 비약성을 만족하는 제어기 영역을 구한다. 마지막으로 예제와 모의실험을 통해 불확실성과 시간지연, 제어기이득 섭동에도 불구하고 제안한 퍼지제어기가 폐루프시스템을 안정화시키고 외란감쇠를 보장함을 확인한다.

Decentralized Load-Frequency Control of Large-Scale Nonlinear Power Systems: Fuzzy Overlapping Approach

  • This paper develops a design methodology of a decentralized fuzzy load-frequency controller for a large-scale nonlinear power system with valve position limits on governors. The concerned system is locally exactly modeled in Takagi-Sugeno's form. Sufficient design condition for uniform ultimate boundedness of the closed-loop system is derived based on the overlapping decomposition. Convergence of all incremental frequency deviations to zero is also investigated. A simulation result is provided to visualize the effectiveness of the proposed technique.

  • This paper proposes a GA-based optimal fuzzy control technique for the vibration control of earthquakeexcited adjacent structures interconnected with semi-active magneto-rheological(MR) dampers. Rule-based fuzzy logic controllers are designed first by implementing heuristic knowledge and the genetic algorithm(GA) is then introduced to optimally tune the fuzzy controllers for enhancing the seismic performance of semi-active control system. For practical implementation, the fuzzy controller simply uses locally measured responses of the dampers involved and directly returns the input voltage to the magneto-rheological dampers in real time through the fuzzy inference mechanism. The local measurement based fuzzy controller provides optimal damping force in a decentralized manner so that it does not require a primary central controller unlike the conventional semi-active control techniques. As a result, it can avoid the unbridgeable discrepancy between the desired control force and the actual damper force that may occur in the conventional control approaches. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed control method are shown numerically on two 20-story earthquake-excited buildings interconnected with MR dampers.

  • 본 논문은 2자유도 실험용 헬리콥터 시스템의 제어를 위한 분산 제어기 설계 기법을 제안한다. 분산제어기법은 특히 대규모 제어 시스템에 적합하다고 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 Lyapunov 안정도 설계 방법을 이용하여 상호 연결된 TS 퍼지 시스템의 안정도 조건을 유도하고 선형 행렬 부등식을 이용하여 제어기 설계 조건을 공식화한다. 제안된 방법의 유용성을 검증하기 위해, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션뿐 만 아니라 실험을 통해 그 결과를 도출한다.

On the Control of Re-Structured Electric Power Systems

  • The paper describes some of the challenges that face the control of nonlinear interconnected power systems. The challenges include the selection of appropriate control and information structures that could range from a completely decentralized to a fully centralized structure. Once a structure is proven to be feasible, the effectiveness of control signals needs to be assessed. Analytical tools are derived for this purpose in the first part of the paper, and they are illustrated with a case study that involves the design of a damping decentralized controller using a Thyristor Controlled Series Compensation device. The second part of the paper deals with the load following and tracking problem through automatic generation control for a system that has been re-structured or deregulated. This problem can be solved using a completely decentralized scheme. It is solved here using fuzzy rules and with an emphasis on compliance with NERC's standards and reduction of wear and tear of the equipment. It is illustrated with a test system that has three interconnected control areas. Finally, comments on the economics of control and the author's vision are presented.

  • In this paper, we present a decentralized robust adaptive fuzzy controller for the transient stability and voltage regulation of a multimachine power system under a sudden fault. Power systems have uncertain dynamics due to various effects such as lightning, severe storms and equipment failure in addition to interconnections between generators. Hence a robust controller to deal with these uncertainties is needed. Simulation results show that satisfactory performance is achieved by the proposed controller.

  • 본 논문은 Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) 퍼지 모델을 이용하여 이산 시간에서의 비선형 상호 결합 시스템에 대한 분산 동적 출력 궤한 제어기를 제시한다. 이산시간 비선형 상호 결합 시스템의 각 하위 시스템에 대한 T-S 퍼지 모델링을 한 후, 각각에 대해 동적 출력 궤한 제어기를 설계한다. 제어가 된 폐루프 하위 시스템들로 전체 시스템의 평형점이 안정화되는 선형 행렬 부등식 (LMI)을 구하고, 부등식을 이용하여 동적 출력 궤한 제어기의 이득값을 구한다. 마지막으로 모의실험을 통해 분산 동적 출력 궤한 제어기의 효용성을 확인한다.

Intelligent Control of Multivariable Process Using Immune Network System

  • This paper suggests that the immune network algorithm based on fuzzy set can effectively be used in tuning of a PID controller for multivariable process or nonlinear process. The artificial immune network always has a new parallel decentralized processing mechanism for various situations, since antibodies communicate to each other among different species of antibodies/B-cells through the stimulation and suppression chains among antibodies that from a large-scaled network. In addition to that, the structure of the network is not fixed, but varies continuously. On the other hand, a number of tuning technologies have been considered for the tuning of a PID controller. As a less common method, the fuzzy and neural network or its combined techniques are applied. However, in the case of the latter, yet, it is not applied in the practical field, in the former, a higher experience and technology is required during tuning procedure. Along with these, this paper used the fuzzy set in order that the stimulation and suppression relationship between antibody and antigen can be more adaptable controlled against the external condition, including noise or disturbance of plant. The immune network based on fuzzy set suggested here is applied for the PID controller tuning of multivariable process with two inputs and one output and is simulated.

  • 본 논문은 대규모 비선형 시스템의 분산 샘플치 제어 문제를 논한다. 대상 시스템은 타카기-수게노 퍼지모델로 표현된다. 중복분해 기법을 이용하여 아날로그 분산 제어기를 설계하고 이것은 지능형 디지털 재설계 기법에 의하여 샘플치 제어기로 변환된다. 설계조건은 선형행렬부등식으로 표현된다. 모의실험 결과에 의하여 제안된 기법의 효용성을 입증한다.

NNDI decentralized evolved intelligent stabilization of large-scale systems

  • This article focuses on stability analysis and fuzzy controller synthesis for large neural network (NN) systems consisting of several interconnected subsystems represented by the NN model. Advanced and fuzzy NN differential inclusion (NNDI) for stability based on the developed algorithm with H infinity can be designed based on the evolved biological design. This representation is constructed using sector linearity for NN models. Sector linearity transforms a non-linear model into a linear model based on proposed operations. New sufficient conditions are realized in the form of LMI (linear matrix inequalities) to ensure the asymptotic stability of the trans-Lyapunov function. This transforms the nonlinear model into a linear model based on multiple rules. At last, a numerical case study with simulations is derived as illustration to prove its feasibility in real nonlinear structures.
