본 연구는 취업모인 간호사의 일 가족사이의 균형을 지지하고 사직 이직을 예방할 수 있는 맞춤보육어린이집에 관한 연구이다. 연구방법은 맞춤보육서비스의 현황을 파악하고, 가임기 간호사의 맞춤보육어린이집의 운영에 대한 인식 및 요구를 알아보는 것이다. 국민의 건강 및 안전을 위하여 숙련된 간호사를 확보하고, 이직을 방지하는 것은 매우 중요하며, 맞춤보육 어린이집은 취업모인 간호사가 365일 3교대로 연속적으로 일할 수 있도록 자녀 보육을 도와주어서, 간호사의 일 가정 양립의 실현을 지지하여 이직 사직을 방지할 수 있도록 반드시 개설되어야한다. 간호사의 역할 중에서 돌봄 제공자의 역할은 간호사의 최우선 역할이고 24시간 교대로 연속 근무할 수 있는 능력을 가진 퇴직한 간호사를 맞춤보육어린이집의 간호사 자녀 돌봄인력으로 활용한다면 간호사들이 안심하고 자녀를 맡길 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. 그리고 맞춤보육어린이집이 취업모인 간호사의 근무상황 및 인식 요구에 맞춰서 운영이 된다면 간호사들의 사직 이직률이 낮아지고, 결혼 및 출산 계획에 긍정적인 효과를 주어 저 출산율 개선에도 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 맞춤보육어린이집이 활성화 되려면 안전한 돌봄 환경을 조성하고, 교사의 자질을 높이는데 큰 노력을 기울여야한다. 그리고 프로그램은 영유아의 기본생활과 습관형성을 돕는 것을 중점으로 시행하고, 교사의 자질향상을 위한 보수교육이 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 행정적인 관리와 노력을 기울이는 것이 중요하다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the application of the multidisciplinary model, which is customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children done by a day care center teacher. Methods: The participants were 16 preschool children which were abused by a day care center teacher and their parents. The data were analyzed by using the Wilcoxon Signed-rank test. Results: The multidisciplinary cooperative service model based on customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children, their parents, and day care center teachers was developed. Based on this model, customized evidence-based Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) emergency intervention was provided to preschool children abused by a day care teacher in Incheon. The multidisciplinary cooperative emergency intervention service proved to be effective in reducing emotional and behavioral problems of abused preschool children and enhancing the mental health of parents. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study indicated that the customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children done by a day care center teacher using the multidisciplinary cooperative linkage system would be effective, and that child abuse prevention by day care center teachers and intervention services should be provided systematically at the national level.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore and understand customized home visiting nurses' experiences in telephone visiting. Methods: Qualitative data were collected from several discussions of 4 focus groups consisting of 20 customized home visiting nurses. All interviews were recorded and transcribed according to thematic content analysis processes. Results: The five main themes on customized home visiting nurses' experiences of telephone visiting were 'greeting', 'counseling', 'using strategies', 'maintaining attitude for enhancing relations' and 'enduring difficulties'. The category of 'counseling' was composed of confirming, educating, supporting, adjusting, and indicating. And, the category of 'using strategies' included complimenting, scolding, persuading, compensating, and ignoring. Conclusion: Developing a standardized manual on telephone visiting is needed to guide an effective counseling. In order for a customized home visiting nurse to be a good telephone counselor, training of motivational interviewing is recommended.

When making crown and bridges on anterior regions, many practitioners consider the esthetics the most. For this reason functional aspect are not considered as much as the esthetics. If the occlusion on the anterior region are not formed correctly, movement of the temporomandibular joint can be disturbed and excessive stress can be occur that pathologic condition can be under lied. On this case presentation will show the importance of the anterior guidance and suggest the appropriate protocol of using customized anterior guide table. A 45years old male had to remake both of the upper central and lateral PFM because of the porcelain fracture. The new PFM crowns were made conventional methods without considering the anterior guidance. After the temporary setting, the patient complained of discomfort and short looking upper anteriors. To solve these problems we had to restore the palatal contour and length of the new crowns by making customized anterior guide table using temporary crowns that contains patient's old anterior guidance. This procedure which is copying the pt's comfortable anterior guidance to the final prosthesis made them to be esthetic and patients to feel comfortable.

맞춤형 정보 분석 시스템이란 정형화 되어 있지 않은 자연어 텍스트에서 유용한 정보를 추출하고 고객이 요구하는 맞춤형 정보로 가공하여, 미래를 예측하거나 추론하는데 도움을 주는 시스템을 말한다. 이러한 정보 분석 시스템을 구현하기 위해서는 자연어를 분석하는 자연어 처리 기술과 텍스트에서 필요한 개체와 그것들의 관계를 찾아내는 정보 추출 기술, 추출한 데이터로부터 알려지지 않은 새로운 정보를 찾아 내는 데이터 마이닝 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국방 기사 데이터를 대상으로 맞춤형 정보 분석을 수행하는 가상의 시스템을 제안하고, 정보 분석을 위한 기반 기술들을 소개한다.

최근의 축산업은 대규모화와 자동화가 급진전 되면서 해당농장의 여건에 맞는 맞춤사료 개발시스템 구축이 절실하다. 오프라인상의 해당 각 농장들은 이에 대한 시스템 구축비용 등으로 인하여 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 IT기술의 디지털 정보와 기술을 축산현장에 접목하는 시스템으로써 인터넷 서비스 환경에서 해당 양돈 농장에 맞춤화한 사료를 공급할 수 있는 시스템을 개발한다. 이 시스템은 경제적인 사료공급 뿐만 아니라 사료 생산비의 효율적인 운영 등 농${\cdot}$축산업의 업무 환경에 적합한 맞춤사료 DB구축을 가능케 하며 사육비 절감 등의 이점이 있다. 또한, 농장의 생산에 관련된 장치와 요소들을 디지털화하고 네트워크 환경을 구축하여 실시간대로 확인할 수 있는 21세기형 디지털 농${\cdot}$축산 솔루션으로써 기대 된다.

As data grows rapidly, the provision of appropriate information needed by individuals has become an area of new services, and customized services which is enabling the analysis of optimal services through collecting, storing, and analyzing personal data are emerging in many fields. However, due to the characteristics of customized services based on various information collected by customers during the use of the service, the problem of privacy infringement is raised at the same time, and many studies are being actively conducted to solve this problem. This study seeks to explore how the customer's in-depth and customized services has an impact on their customers, which has not been derived from quantitative research using the grounded theory methodology. Through this, 84 concepts, 33 subcategories, 13 Categories and paradigm models were derived. In addition, 'Understanding and acceptance of online behavioral advertising (OBA)' was derived as a core category, and finally, acceptance types of OBA were classified into 'positive acceptance type', 'indifferent type', 'calculating type', and 'active resistance type' based on the key categories. This study divides the acceptance types of online behavioral advertising through the emotions and behaviors of the consumers throughout the procedure of online behavioral advertising experiences. In addition to the statistical and quantitative information currently used for providing behavioral advertising, it provides new criteria to reflect the refinement of behavioral advertising and personal tendencies or characteristics.

Recently, there has been an active service that provides customized news to news subscribers. In this study, we intend to design a customized news service system through Deep Learning-based Social Network Service (SNS) activity analysis, applying real news and avoiding fake news. In other words, the core of this study is the study of delivery methods and delivery devices to provide customized news services based on analysis of users, SNS activities. First of all, this research method consists of a total of five steps. In the first stage, social network service site access records are received from user terminals, and in the second stage, SNS sites are searched based on SNS site access records received to obtain user profile information and user SNS activity information. In step 3, the user's propensity is analyzed based on user profile information and SNS activity information, and in step 4, user-tailored news is selected through news search based on user propensity analysis results. Finally, in step 5, custom news is sent to the user terminal. This study will be of great help to news service providers to increase the number of news subscribers.

Cloud BIM, which incorporates cloud computing technology and BIM technology, is increasingly used in construction. In particular, the recent trend of cloud services in IT field is to provide customized cloud services according to the characteristics of users. These changes are also linked to the cloud BIM, which is emerging in the construction industry. However, cloud BIM researches and commercial technologies that are currently underway do not reflect these trends, and they provide services through generalized management functions in construction projects. In order to solve these problems, a new type of customized cloud BIM service is needed that can provide cloud services by reflecting the characteristics of the project, customization based on the user's work, and providing the knowledge service. Therefore, this study aims to derive the system requirement function that should be preceded for implementing the customized cloud BIM service, and the target project is selected as the medical facility.

Customized service is a vital and mandatory element for apps in improving their technical performance and app customer analysis. While apps require users' consent for their data extraction and usage, many of the terms and agreement forms are written intricately, making it harder for users to fully understand the whole concept of users' data collection for customized services. Ever since the Facebook-Cambridge Analytica scandal, personal data privacy has been re-examined, forcing many app companies to reinforce a reliable solution to data privacy issues. However, there has not been a secured solution, which worries many people about the future advanced issues when metaverse platforms are actively used in daily apps. The research aims to collect the reactions and behaviors of everyday app users who utilize apps with customized services to understand the nature of privacy data issues and the users' opinions about the future implementation of metaverse platforms. The method of the research was an online questionnaire that targeted university students. The study revealed many fearful and anxious reactions about personal data and further metaverse issues where most app users were uneducated about how current apps collect and utilize users' private data.
