The interest about 4th Industrial Revolution was impressively increased from newspapers, iindustry, government and academic sectors. Especially AI what could be felt by the skin of many peoples, already overpassed the ability of the human's even in creative areas. Namely, now many people start fo feel that the effect of the revolution is just infront of themselves. There were several issues in this trend, the ability of deep learning by machine, the identity of the human, the change of job environment and the concern about the social change etc. Recently many studies have been made about the 4th industrial revolution in many fields like as AI(artificial intelligence), CRISPR, big data and driverless car etc. As many positive effects and pessimistic effects are existed at the same time and many preventing actions are being suggested recently, these opinions will be compared and analyzed and better solutions will be found eventually. Several educational, political, scientific, social and ethical effects and solutions were studied and suggested in this study. Clear implication from the study is that the world we will live from now on is changing faster than ever in the social, industrial, political and educational environment. If it will reform the social systems according to those changes, a society (nation or government) will grasp the chance of its development or take-off, otherwise, it will consume the resources ineffectively and lose the competition as a whole society. But the method of that reform is not that apparent in many aspects as the revolution is progressing currently and its definition should be made whether in industrial or scientific aspect. The person or nation who will define it will have the advantage of leading the future of that business or society.

This paper reviews and analyzes the conceptions of science achievement in the United States and Korean reform documents, including those on science content standards(NSES, Porject 2061, and Korean 7th science curriculum), performance standards(New Standards, and Survey of Ecucational Achievement in Korean Elementary and Secondary Schools), and large-scale assessment framworks(1996 NAEP, TIMSS, The National Assessment of Science Inqury Abilities, The National Assessment of Science Knowledge, and The National Assessment of Affective Characteristics related to Science). The analysis of these documents indicates that there is an overall agreement on the conceptions of science achievement. The documents consistently emphasize high achievement in terms of knowledge and abilities in scientific, technological, social, and environmental perspectives. In addition, these documents define science achievement at different developmental levels and at certain depths of knowledge and abilities for all students. Despite the overall agreement, there are also noticeable variations among the documents because of different contexts and purposes. There is a difference in the balance of representations or emphases among content and process standards in the documents. The conceptions of science achievement in the Korean documents are not as comprehensive or inclusive as those in the United States documents. There is no representation of the mathematical world, the nature of science, historical perspectives, unifying concepts, or scientific communication. From these results, two conclusions are drawn. First, more coherent conceptions of science achievement are needed for common understanding among educators and the public. Second, efforts are needed for developing more comprehensive and inclusive conceptions of science achievement in Korea.
The purpose of this study is to understand the public needs for AI education actively promoted and supported by the current government. In doing so, 11 metropolitan news articles and Twitter posts regarding AI education that have been posted from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 were collected. Then, word frequency analysis using TF(Term Frequency) method and LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) method of topic modeling analysis were conducted. The topics of the news articles turn out to be a macroscopic policy support such as 'training female manpower in the AI field' and 'curriculum reform of university and K-12', whereas the topics of twitter delineate more detailed social perception on future society, such as future competencies and pedagogical methods, including 'coexistence with intelligent robots', 'coding education', and 'humane education competence development'. The findings are expected to be used to suggest the implications for the composition and management of AI curriculum as well as the basic framework of human resources development in the future industry.

Based on literature, status and role of the NP in America was reviewed. The process of developing NP program in America suggests us many things. In America, nurse practitioners have sustained a mutually beneficial status with their patients for over thirty years. Excel fence in academic education and clinical training will enable nurse practitioners to continue to provide quality health care. The magnitude changes in the health care system of the United States, the challange of providing real access of health care continues. Lack of access to adequate primary care was the driving force in the initial 1965 Federal Involvement in developing the NP role. In 1993 President Bill Clinton's health care reform initiative provided policy support for NPs as primary care providers. The Institute of Medicine explicitly recognized NPs as an integral part of the primary care team. In addition, several national reports recognized NPs as affordable, accessible, high-quality care providers. The recent passage of direct Medicare reimbursement for NPs reflected public policy statements coincided with and likely contributed to a growth spurt in the NP workforce. From 1965 to 1977 NP programs offered traditional primary care clinical tracks(adult, family, woman's health, and pediatrics) for relatively small clusters of students in a variety of institutional settings. From 1978 to 1990 these educational programs were incorporated into graduate schools of nursing. By 1990 the majority of NPs received educational preparation in master's-level nursing programs. A new emphases was placed on postmaster's NP programs designed for master's prepared clinical nurse specialists and nurse managers. he the health care system shifted hospital nursing resources toward community-based care, these master's -level nurses sought additional NP preparation. NP educational programs are defined as the educational structure in which one or more NP clinical tracks are offered. NP clinical tracks, in turn, offer curriculum and supervised clinical experiences that match standards in specific practice areas such as family(FNP), adult(AUP), geriatrics(GNP), pediatrics(PNP), women's health (WHNP), neonatal (NNP), and acute care(ACNP). There were indications that NP practice was expanding into new clinical areas as evidenced by new types of tracks, particularly in acute care and psychiatry. The increase in acute care NP students likely reflects the increased demand from hospitals and other acute care settings. In Korea, change of nurse's role into nurse practitioner's role may have many difficulties. The need of health consumer, policy support of government, approval of medical care team are all essential component. Every nursing personnel make effort to planning the new health care delivery system.
"Color" education aimed at cultivating creativeness and expressive techniques in the education of visual art, in the college of art and design, should be balanced with "form" education; nevertheless, the present situation at Korean universities is such that the overall environments of "color" education are far too inferior to those of "form" education.The problem is, among other things, that the curriculum of visual art education is centered around formal education; in addition, color education courses consist mostly of theoretical issues, not experimental, first-hand-experience-oriented activities that are best suited for the characteristics of the language of color as a visual language, thereby making it difficult to expect the efficiency of education.Particularly, it is a serious problem that the courses dealing with color are not offered in a step by step fashion, from the most elementary, to the intermediate, working up to the most advanced level. Another problem is that those people involved in color education seldom have an expertise in their area; furthermore, the educational environment, educational tools, and the content of the texbooks are far from being ideal.Moreover, it is a grim reality that most color theory courses that have been offered end up being a lecture of "general, basic" color theories, ignoring the students' diverse specialization areas.As a way of normalizing color education, rationalizing the curriculum and initiating the professorship exclusively teaching color education have to be introduced, so that we can increase the depth of color education and individualize the contents of color education according to the students' needs. It is believed that the introduction of the "color-education-only" professorship will greatly facilitate our effort to devise an efficient educational method, to determine the scope of individualized color education, and to improve the ovarial educational environment (such as facilities, instruments, and teaching materials) necessary for an in-depth education.ments, and teaching materials) necessary for an in-depth education.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the differences between Korean mathematics textbooks and CPMP textbooks in the view of conceptual network, structure of mathematical contents, instructional design, and teaching and learning environment to explore the implications for mathematics education in Korea. According to the results, Korean textbooks emphasized the mathematical structures and conceptual network, on the other hand, CPMP textbooks focused on making connections between mathematical concepts and corresponding real life situations as well as mathematical structures. And generalizing mathematical concepts at the symbolic level was very important objective in Korean textbooks, but in the CPMP textbooks, investigating mathematical ideas and solving problems in diverse contexts including real- life situations were considered very important. Teachers using Korean textbooks preferred an explanatory teaching method with the use of concrete manipulatives and student worksheet, however, teachers using CPMP textbooks emphasized collaborative group activities to communicate mathematical ideas and encouraged students to use graphing calculators when they explore mathematical concepts and solve problems.

Specialization, curriculum, management of instructional quality, educational achievement, student support and cooperation of local community as category of trends of the department of Christian education are discussed. Aim of education, model of human resource, educational objects, and key-competency as the specialization of department of Christian education are discussed. Curriculum of department suggests students career track which is related to their career. Positive guidance counseling are implemented for rate of recruit related to educational achievement. Non-subject matter program of University and Department are introduced for students's support. 60 hours of educational service and other educational activities are carried out for local community. Principal, chaplain of school and teachers are invited for educational practical affairs of education. The result of this article can be used as a basic reference for the direction of the higher education.

As is the case with South Korea, if the authority for decision making on curricula is concentrated on the state level, the perspective of the understanding on the curricula could be said to be essential. And, such an understanding on the curricula can be important not only to the theorist of curricula but also the teachers in educational institutions. Also, there have been a number of studies to examine the awareness of the teachers on education reform. However, the studies on the resistance factor was mainly focused on the relationships with traits of individuals, covering factors such as their habits, maturity, character, and age, etc. But, it was difficult to find consistency in the results of these studies. Therefore, in this study, the researcher selected the teachers as the key factor of the execution of the curricula and examined the awareness of the teachers on education resistance and the negative views thereupon in the relationship between the knowledge, attitude, skills, and education execution, with a view to find another meaning. The subjects of this study were selected among the teachers in middle or high schools located in Gangnam, Songpa, and Joonggu districts of Seoul. The survey was conducted online with 15 institutions over three weeks from April 13 to 30, 2018. The data gathered were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0, in order to validate the hypotheses through frequency analysis, confidence analysis, factor analysis, structural equation model, and sobel-test. The result of the analyses showed that the factors that affected execution of curricula were the skill system, knowledge system, and attitude of the teachers, in that order, with a positively significant influence. And, significant differences were identified between the factors depending on high or low resistance among teachers.
This study aims to compare and analyze the work-based learning programs of the U.K. in order to find out the successful strategies of the Korea's youth internship which has not got employment effects. Furthermore, to seek a fundamental improvement plan of the Korea's work-based learning programs. The implications through comparative analysis are as follows. For internship performances, the curriculum should be standardized on the basis of industry-specific job criteria, which can be reflected by industrial demands and be correspond to needs at the workplace. Also, it is imperative that the curriculum is linked to national qualifications to guarantee the job ability. Additionally, an infrastructure for effectively monitoring, managing, and evaluating programs should be established. However, these strategies are still constrained in improving the job ability of vulnerable targets and fostering the future-leading manpower in the new industry. In order to reform the work-based learning program, it needs to be structured with a variety of programs suitable for different levels of participants by introducing traineeship, apprenticeship and further education.
The purpose of this study is propose performance indicators analysis and development plans for K University professional graduate school for the training of human resource professionals. Specifically, the main research includes the derivation of performance indicators for K University's professional graduate school, PR plan, academic establishment plan, name change, vision proposal, and curriculum improvement plan for each major. To this end, a survey was conducted on a total of 132 current and former students of K University's professional graduate school. FGI was also conducted with 29 participants. The results of the research are as follows. In the case of key performance indicators, 15 indicators were proposed, taking into account previous research, the characteristics of professional graduate school, surveys, and FGI surveys. Promotion should be continuous, not one-time, and the advantages and benefits of the graduate school should be actively informed to target customers. The proposed name of the professional association is the Korean Association for Employment and Vocational Competency Development. It was found that operating as a convergence society and focusing on convergence research were appropriate. The names of K University's professional graduate school were HR (Human Resources), HRD, and employment and vocational competency development graduate school. As for the vision, it was suggested that a balance between identity and differentiation is needed to flexibly respond to new changes while maintaining existing strengths. As for the proposed improvement of the curriculum by major, it is proposed to reform in a stepwise and gradual manner while maintaining the existing framework to some extent rather than being radical.
