A Transverse Load Sensor with Reconfigurable Measurement Accuracy Based on a Microwave Photonic Filter

  • We propose a transverse load sensor with reconfigurable measurement accuracy based on a microwave photonic filter in the $K_u$ band, incorporating a polarization-maintaining fiber Bragg grating. A prototype sensor with a reconfigurable measurement accuracy tuning range from 6.09 to 9.56 GHz/(N/mm), and corresponding minimal detectable load range from 0.0167 to 0.0263 N/mm, is experimentally demonstrated. The results illustrate that up to 40% manufacturing error in the grating length can be dynamically calibrated to the same corresponding measurement accuracy for the proposed transverse load sensor, by controlling the semiconductor optical amplifier's injection current in the range of 154 to 419 mA.

수직 또는 수평으로 매설된 접지전극의 접지임피던스 측정시 보조전극 위치에 따른 전자유도의 영향 (Effects of Ac Mutual Coupling According to Location of Auxiliary Electrodes In Measuring the Ground Impedance of Vertically or Horizontally Buried Ground Electrode)

  • 접지임피던스의 측정에서는 교류의 전자유도결합을 최소화시키기 위해 보조전극을 직각으로 설치하며, 측정공간이 제한되는 경우 대안적 방법이 적용되고 있다 이때 접지임피던스의 측정에서는 교류 상호결합과 도전유도에 의한 측정오차를 검토할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 수직 또는 수평으로 매설된 접지극의 접지임피던스를 측정할 때 전류와 전위보조전극의 위치에 따른 측정의 정확도에 관한 것으로 전자유도결합에 의한 측정오차를 평가하였다. 결과적으로 교류 전자유도의 영향을 수직 접지극보다 수평접지극의 경우 크게 나타났으며, 교류 전자유도결합에 의한 측정오차는 전류와 전위보조선이 평행하게 배치되는 경우 가장 크게 나타났으며, 결국 61.8[%]법은 접지임피던스측정에는 부적합하다. 이론적으로 전류와 전위보조전극을 90[^{\circ}]$로 배치하면 전자유도결합은 나타나지 않는다. 측정공간의 제한으로 전류와 전위보조전극을 90[^{\circ}]$로 배치할 수 없는 경우 전자유도에 의한 오차를 저감시키기 위해서는 보조전극을 예각보다는 둔각으로 배치하는 것이 바람직하다.

임계전류 및 전류분포가 다중테이프 초전도도체의 교류손실 측정에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Tape's Critical Currents and Current Distributions on AC Loss Measurement in a Multi-tape Conductor)

  • The AC loss is an important issue in the design of the high temperature superconductor (HTS) power cables, which consist of a number of lli 2223 tapes wound on a former. In the cables, the tapes have different critical currents intrinsically. And they are electrically connected to each other and current leads. These make loss measurements considerably complex, especially for short samples of laboratory size. In this work we have prepared a multi-tape conductor composed of Bi-2223 tapes. The at losses of the conductor have experimentally investigated. The loss tests indicate that the effect of tapes critical currents on AC loss measurement in the multi tape conductor is negligible only if currents in the tapes flow uniformly Moreover, the measured tosses of the conductor are in good agreement with the sum of the transport losses in the tapes. However, in the case of non-uniform current distributions, the measured AC losses considerably depend on the current distribution parameter of the positioning of a voltage lead. Thus special cautions should be needed for the measurement of the true AC losses in the short power cable samples.

접지저항 측정에 있어서 전류전극의 최소 이격거리 (Minimized Distance of the Current Electrode in the Measurement of Ground Resistance)

  • 접지저항을 측정하는데 있어서 전류전극의 이격거리는 일반적으로 접지전극으로부터 전류전극에 이르기까지의 직선 구간상에서의 전압강하의 변화 곡선에 소위 평탄 구간이 존재하도록 이격하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 이러한 전류전극 이격 기준의 문제점은 그와 같은 조건을 만족하기에는 현실적으로 곤란한 측정 현장이 있다는 것이다. 이러한 문제의 보완을 위하여 본 논문은 실험적 측정 데이터를 활용, 분석하여 전류전극 이격거리의 최소 규격을 제시하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 봉상접지에 대하여는 봉 길이의 2배 이상을, 메쉬접지에 대하여는 한 변 길이의 2배 이상 이격하여야 함을 알 수 있다.

  • Since transmission and distribution neutral wires are connected with a substation grounding grid, it is very difficult to measure grounding resistance of isolated substation grounding grid after the substation is energized. It is impractical to isolate the grounding grid from other parallel connections such as distribution line neutrals and overhead ground wires for grounding resistance measurement only. In this paper, we proposed and demonstrated a novel measurement method of grounding resistance of isolated substation grounding grid. For this method, grounding current division factor and conventional FOP(Fall-Of-Potential) profiles were measured at power supplying 154[kV] substation. The obtained FOP profile was processed with the measured grounding current division factor to produce the grounding resistance of isolated grounding grid. Simulated FOP profile agreed well with the measured one showing the validity of the proposed method.

  • As the elderly population increases, the number of patients with various joint diseases, including degenerative arthritis, is steadily increasing. CPM medical devices are needed to effectively treat degenerative arthritis that is common in the elderly population. Domestic CPM medical devices have limited functions and are highly dependent on imports for expensive imported medical devices. To solve this problem, we designed a ROM measurement function using a current sensor that is not present in existing composite joint CPM medical devices. The algorithm was designed using the fact that the force caused by joint stiffness greatly increases the current flowing through the DC motor. In addition, the need for digital healthcare in the medical field is gradually expanding as the proportion of chronically ill patients increases due to the spread of the non-face-to-face economy due to COVID-19 and the aging population. Therefore, this paper aims to improve the performance of CPM medical devices by allowing real-time confirmation of rehabilitation exercise information and operation range measurement results in accordance with digital healthcare trends through a Bluetooth application developed as an Android studio.

  • The objective of this study is the developement monitoring measurement using global positioning digital datalogger system for monitoring measurement of railway construction sites. For the replacement of current passive data communication, Global positioning digital datalogger system using active communication is studied for the first time with in a country. Therefore data communication method and analyzing program of automatic measurement data is developed for the global positioning automatic digital datalogger system. The results of this study will be using real time automatic monitoring measurement of railway structures.

사진측정기의 동향 및 응용사례 (Current status and application of Photogrammetry)

  • 사진측정기는 2차원 사진 이미지를 사용해 비접촉식으로 3차원 좌표를 측정한다. 사진측정기는 2차원 사진으로부터 3차원 데이터를 재구성하기 위해 삼각측량법을 사용한다. 디지털 사진측정기는 측정사진에 대한 맵핑(mapping)과 비율 조정(scaling) 그리고 번들(bundle) 조정이 소프트웨어로 동시에 계산되며 이를 통해 카메라의 위치와 좌표를 해석해 낸다. 본 연구에서는 대형전파망원경의 구조적인 변형 측정, ISIM 시험 구조체의 사진측정기 결과 분석, 원자로 연료 조립물에 대한 수중 사진측정, 위성 광학 조립부 측정 및 위성 지상지원장비 측정과 같은 특별한 용도로 사용된 사진 측정기에 대해 소개하였다.

접지시스템의 접촉전압 및 보폭전압 측정오차 감소 기법에 관한 연구 (Study on Measurement Error Reduction Technique when Measuring Touch and Step Voltage of Grounding System)

  • This paper presents measurement error reduction technique of touch and step voltage of grounding system based on numerical analysis. When measuring touch and step voltage of grounding system, auxiliary current probes should be located at suitable places. However, the auxiliary probes can not be located at suitable places in such cases as there are buildings and pavements. Therefore, in this paper, we provided measurement error reduction technique of touch and step voltage of grounding system according to the positions of auxiliary probes and angle between auxiliary probes. Also, measurement error analyses of touch and step voltage of grounding system have been conducted using more than one current probe. Based on these analyses, recommended positions of auxiliary probes within allowable measurement errors were presented.
