문화기술은 메타버스와 같이 타 산업과의 융·복합화를 통해 새로운 가치 창출에 기여하고 있다. 정부도 문화콘텐츠산업의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 해당 분야의 연구개발에 적극적으로 투자하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가연구개발 과제 중 문화기술의 R&D 효율성을 과제 특성별로 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2016-2019년에 수행된 968개 국가연구개발 과제를 대상으로 자료포락분석과 비모수 검정을 하였다. 분석 결과 기술 분류별로는 문화유산, 문화콘텐츠, 생활문화 순으로 R&D 효율성이 높았다. 연구수행 주체별로는 대학, 민간기업, 공공 연구기관 순으로 R&D 효율성이 높았다. 또한, 타 기관과 협력한 경우 협력하지 않은 경우보다 R&D 효율성이 낮았다. 지역별로는 서울 지역에서 수행된 과제가 타 지역의 과제보다 R&D 효율성이 높았다. 즉, 문화기술분야의 국가연구개발 과제 특성에 따라 R&D 효율성 차이가 존재함을 확인하였다. 이는 문화기술에 대한 국가연구개발 과제를 기획할 때 이러한 특성을 고려하여 전략적으로 추진해야 함을 시사한다.

The diffusion of advanced mobile technology has introduced new types of personal information or 'location data'. These new data mean new opportunities for businesses, such as location-based services (LBS), but have resulted in new consumer anxieties regarding disclosure of personal information. This study examines the effects of the consumers' perceived control over "time-andplace" information in location-aware services on their perceived privacy risk. A total of 270 respondents participated in this study. Conditions of perceived privacy control were operationalized over time-and-place information, in a $2{\times}2$ factorial design. Results indicate that the perceived control over time-and-place personal information is a significant predictor of perceived risk, and control assurances over time-and-place information enhances the perception of control, thus alleviating the perceived risk. In addition, the effect is much more significant when time and place were combined.

Production of new flavanol derivatives with cytotoxic activity, gericudranin A and B, was studied by using hairy root cultures of Cudrania tricuspidata. Schenk and Hildebrandt (SH) medium was chosen for root growth and gericudranin production. After 35 days culture in a half-strength liquid SH medium containing $30g^{glucose}$/l, hairy root growth reached $138g^{FW}$/I and gericudranin A and B were produced at concentrations of 27mg/l and 21 mg/l, respectively. It was also observed that the contents of gericudranin A and B in hairy root were eight and six times higher than those of cudraniae radix, respectively.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to grasp the fundamental structure of incident occurrence in nuclear organizations based on system thinking, and analyze how various causes are interrelated in terms of the causal loop diagram. Background: The recent domestic and overseas nuclear power plant-related incidents and accidents are directly or indirectly associated with safety culture, and thus effective plans for the improvement of safety culture are being called for. While the safety of a nuclear power plant is highly dependent upon technology and equipment, the utilization, maintenance and inspection of the technology and equipment are conducted by workers of the nuclear power plant. Method: Methodology of system thinking perspective using causal loop analysis. Results: As a result of the analysis, first, it turned out that the fundamental cause of incident occurrence in nuclear organizations is time constraint. Second, if a workload of workers increases, their adherence to regulations and procedures comes to be reduced due to time constraint. Third, it is needed, through organizational learning education, to increase actions made from thoughts considering safety as the utmost priority in advance. Fourth, it is necessary to improve professionalism by enhancing educational programs for new workers, and to develop various scenarios with which they can cope with certain situations. Application: This paper provides a base for system dynamics simulation model for future study.

본 연구는 디지털 융복합 부문의 하나로 고전문학과 정보기술의 적용방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 고전문학을 위한 클라우드 디지털 아카이브 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 최근의 기술 트랜드중의 하나이며, 정보기술 분야의 중요한 키워드가 되었다. 이를 고전문학의 하나인 판소리 아카이브 모형을 연계하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서도 서비스가 지원될 수 있도록 기능 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 또한 각 특성에 따른 메타데이터 모델과 데이터 구조를 설정하였으며, 판소리 아카이브 지원을 위한 서비스 프레임워크를 추가하였다. 이러한 구조는 고전문학 자료의 평가, 보존, 접근의 프로세스를 가지며, 아카이브에서는 디지털 아카이브, 메타데이터를 통한 연계모형으로 구성되었다.

The potential antiviral effects of the culture filtrates (CF) from Serratia marcescens strain Gsm01 against yellow strain of Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV-Y) were investigated. The culture filtrate of S. marcescens strain Gsm01 applied on Chenopodium amaranticolor showed high inhibitory activity, likewise no necrosis appeared when applied on the tobacco plants 2 days before CMV-Y inoculation. When plants were challenge inoculated with CMV-Y for eighteen days, the disease incidence in plants with culture filtrate of S. marcescens Gsm01 did not exceed 59%, whereas 100% of control plants were severely infected. The results of double antibody sandwich-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA), reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), dot blotting, and western blotting showed that culture filtrate treatment highly affected the accumulation of CMV-Y or its CP protein gene in the treated plant leaves. It was also observed that the culture filtrate had no RNase activity on genomic RNAs of CMV-Y, suggesting that culture filtrate may not contain ribosome inactivating proteins (RIPs) or proteins with RNase activity. These data shows that culture filtrate of S. marcescens strain Gsm01 seems to be a promising source of antiviral substance for the practical use.

최근에 미래의 디지털 융합을 위한 많은 관심과 요구가 있다. 특히, 정보기술 분야에서 정보기술은 실생활과 밀접한 관련이 있으므로 지역학, 문학, 인문학 등과 같은 다른 학문들과의 융합이 필요하다. 문화지도는 문화와 관련된 다양한 양상들을 점, 선, 기호 등으로 표현하여 지도에 나타낸 것이다. 즉 지도는 디지털 환경에서 문화를 효율적으로 연구할 수 있는 유용한 도구가 된다. 본 논문에서는 지중해지역 연구와 같은 해외지역 연구를 위하여 전자문화지도를 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 세부적으로 지중해지역 연구를 위한 전자문화지도를 설계 및 구현한다. 본 연구를 통하여 생성된 전자문화지도를 활용하면 해외지역 연구 결과를 시각적으로 표현할 수 있다. 그리고 이를 통하여 연구 결과를 보다 이해하기 쉽게 되고 새로운 연구에 대한 기초 자료로서의 활용이 가능하다. 또한 인문, 지역학과 IT의 융합학으로서, 해외지역을 연구하는 도구 및 연구결과물의 전시 도구로 활용할 수 있다.

Traditional architectural space, which is a historical cultural heritage must be connected mutually as a organic flow of various elements such as the environment of the time, political background and values, rather than approaching with fragmentary point of view. The Silhak Philosophy, the basis of late Chosun society developed equity thoughts on the basis of ideology of humanism, and it asserted the promotion of technology and industry as a measure to realize the pursuit of truth which is practically useful. Thus, we could verify the possibility of convergent interpretation of cultural technology of Hwaseong architectural space through the humanistic viewpoint of pioneer spirit of Silhak Philosophy which regards human as a main agent of desire of life, and the pursuit of truth which is useful for reality, and the realization of ethical value by aesthetic practicalism. Based on this, the ontological meaning and value of Suwon Hwaseong by the viewpoint of convergence of culture and technology have been drawn as the construction of planned new town by the practice of filial duty, the plan of city space based on rational values, the realization of a metropolis where self-sufficient economic activities are possible, the introduction of thorough construction management system, the introduction of advanced culture and its creative application, and the application of scientifical knowledges and cutting-edge technology.

Over the past decades, in vitro culture media have been developed to successfully support IVF embryo growth in a variety of species. Advanced reproductive technologies, such as somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT), challenge us with a new type of embryo, with special nutritional requirements and altered physiology under in vitro conditions. Numerous studies have successfully reconstructed cloned embryos of domestic animals for biomedical research and livestock production. However, studies evaluating suitable culture conditions for SCNT embryos in wildlife species are scarce (for both intra- and interspecies SCNT). Most of the existing studies derive from previous IVF work done in conventional domestic species. Extrapolation to non-domestic species presents significant challenges since we lack information on reproductive processes and embryo development in most wildlife species. Given the challenges in adapting culture media and conditions from IVF to SCNT embryos, developmental competence of SCNT embryos remains low. This review summarizes research efforts to tailor culture media to SCNT embryos and explore the different outcomes in diverse species. It will also consider how these culture media protocols have been extrapolated to wildlife species, most particularly using SCNT as a cutting-edge technical resource to assist in the preservation of endangered species.

The cold image of digital culture and its realistic limits force modern people to yearn for an emotional world characterized by a warm humanity. The kind of digital technology that appeals to such a human emotion is accepted as a new digital concept in the 21st century. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of emotionality, which was a new trend in digital culture, and to discuss its form and meaning in fashion sector. It's basically meant to figure out a major trend in the 21st century's digital culture, to delve into its relationship with fashion reflecting sociocultural phenomena, and ultimately to describe in which direction future fashion would be led. Emotionality was highlighted as a reaction against an absolute pursuit of speed and cold digital technology. Emotionality of digital culture in fashion design were inserting of funology, Zen-based design and development of a clothing mixture. The emphasis of emotionality in digital culture is a new sociocultural trend that stresses the recovery of human nature. As futurologists predict that a human-centered and humanistic culture will reappear in the 21st century, fashion also will be in pursuit of human-oriented design.
