인구사회학적 변인, 부모 및 개인 변인이 대학생의 우울에 미치는 영향: 부모와의 애착, 자존감 및 자아탄력성을 중심으로 (The effects of sociodemographic, parental, and personal variables on depression among university students: Focus on attachment to parents, self-esteem, and ego resilience)

  • Objectives: The study aims to examine the influence of university students' sociodemographic variables, parents' variables, and personal variables on their level of depression. Method: The study included a total of 334 university students enrolled in Busan. The data were used to perform correlational analysis and hierarchical regression analysis and were processed using the SPSS 23.0 program. Results: The main results of this study were as follows: First, the hierarchical regression analyses revealed that the most influential model was the model of personal variables. Among the personal variables, self-esteem was the most influential factor responsible for university students developing depression - the higher their level of self-esteem, the lower their level of depression. Among the parent variables, attachment to their father was the second most significant influence on the depression level of university students. Conclusions: This study showed that, in addition to attachment to their father, their self-esteem was highly significant in predicting university students' depression. The results of these findings have implications for future research in the form of programs and education to improve the relationship with fathers. Furthermore, the results of this study could be used to help and provide basic resources to alleviate and prevent university students' depression by strengthening their self-esteem.

가족상담사의 전문직 정체성 및 발달 연구: 근거이론접근을 중심으로 (A study on professional identity and development in family counselors - Focusing on grounded theory approach -)

  • Objectives: This study is designed to explore and understand what professional identity and professional development are like in family counselors. Method: This study to achieve its purpose, collected data through in-depth interview with fifteen(15) family counselors through grounded theory approach. Results: Major research findings can be summarized as follows. 176 concepts were drawn through open coding, again classified into 47 categories and finally into 18 subcategories. Through selective coding, 'growing as an expert in family counseling through continuous exertions for growth' appeared as core category. Through this process, the types of professional development in family counselors were classified into job pursuing type, self achieving type, self understanding type, and volunteering type. Through process analysis, family counselors' professional development could be divided into three steps with the course of time: step of immersion, self-understanding and acceptance, and integration. Based on this, the hypothetical relations in four areas: personal area, family area, interpersonal area, and vocational area were summarized in statements. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it attempted to establish a theory to explain the professional identity, development and influence factors shown in family counselors. It also provides those who hope to grow as expert in family counseling with long-term visions and implications for family counselor training and supervision. In this study, the suggestions on the tasks to check and solve the factors for improving and supporting the foundations of family counselors' professional identities by highlighting the family counselors own identify that is different from other counselors are expected to be used as primary data for preparing laws and regulations related to family counseling in the future.

여성 직장인의 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A phenomenological study for female workers who experienced workplace bullying)

  • 본 연구는 직장 내에서 괴롭힘 피해를 경험한 여성 직장인들을 대상으로 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험을 탐색하여 그 경험의 본질적 의미를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장 내에서 괴롭힘을 경험한 여성 직장인 5명을 심층 면접하고 수집된 자료를 Giorgi의 기술적 현상학 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 연구 문제는 '여성 직장인들은 직장 내에서 괴롭힘을 어떻게 경험하고 있는가?', '여성 직장인들이 경험한 직장 내 괴롭힘은 어떤 의미가 있는가'이다. 연구 결과 5개의 구성요소와 19개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었다. 5개의 구성요소는 '걸림돌로 인식되어 교묘하게 괴롭힘을 당함', '괴로움에 발목 잡힌 채 허우적거림', '좌절감 속에서 다시 일어서기 위해 애씀', '여성으로서의 나를 돌아보며 새로운 시각을 가지게 됨', '누구의 잘못인지 분간할 수 없는 미로 속에 남겨짐' 등으로 나타났다. 또한 여성 직장인의 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험의 공통적이고 핵심적인 요소를 추출하여 구성요소들 간의 관계를 일반적 구조로 제시하였다. 마지막으로 상담에 적용할 수 있는 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

성인의 비자살적 자해의 심각도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 자해 동기를 중심으로 (The effects of motivation on the severity of non-suicidal self-injury in a community sample of adults)

  • 본 논문은 지역사회 성인 표본을 대상으로 비자살적 자해의 심각도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 지난 1년간 비자살적 자해행동을 1회 이상 한 적이 있는 54명의 성인으로, 이들을 대상으로 자해 빈도와 방법, 자해 동기, 인지적 재평가에 대한 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 정서 조절을 주요 목적으로 하는 개인 내적 동기가 사회적 동기에 비해 빈번하게 보고되었다. 회귀분석 결과 이른 나이에 자해를 시작하는 것이 자해의 심각도와 관련 있었다. 또한 개인 내적 동기가 자해의 심각도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자해의 정서조절 모형을 지지하며, 정서조절을 향상시키는데 초점을 둔 개입이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.

  • COVID-19는 감염병 차원의 재난이 아닌 복합재난으로 기존 재난 대응 관리방식으로는 대응이 어렵다. 이에 따라 '코로나 블루'와 같은 심리적 스트레스와 트라우마를 경험하는 것이 새로운 사회문제로 떠올랐다. 본 연구는 디지털 경제로의 전환이 가속화됨에 따라 ICT 기술을 활용한 비대면 상담 서비스 변화와 기업들의 화상, AI, VR등의 적용사례를 살펴봤다. 이를 바탕으로 ICT기술을 활용한 보다 효율적인 상담 시스템 구축과 상담 서비스의 개발로 재난 후 국민의 심리적 회복과 삶의 질이 향상될 수 있도록 재난심리회복지원 서비스에 관해 고찰해 보았다.

A Peer-support Mini-counseling Model to Improve Treatment in HIV-positive Pregnant Women in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

  • Objectives: Low adherence to antiretroviral (ARV) therapy in pregnant women with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) increases the risk of virus transmission from mother to newborn. Increasing mothers' knowledge and motivation to access treatment has been identified as a critical factor in prevention. Therefore, this research aimed to explore barriers and enablers in accessing HIV care and treatment services. Methods: This research was the first phase of a mixed-method analysis conducted in Kupang, a remote city in East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. Samples were taken by purposive sampling of 17 people interviewed, consisting of 6 mothers with HIV, 5 peer facilitators, and 6 health workers. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and document review. Inductive thematic analysis was also performed. The existing data were grouped into several themes, then relationships and linkages were drawn from each group of informants. Results: Barriers to accessing care and treatment were lack of knowledge about the benefits of ARV; stigma from within and the surrounding environment; difficulty in accessing services due to distance, time, and cost; completeness of administration; drugs' side effects; and the quality of health workers and HIV services. Conclusions: There was a need for a structured and integrated model of peer support to improve ARV uptake and treatment in pregnant women with HIV. This research identified needs including mini-counseling sessions designed to address psychosocial barriers as an integrated approach to support antenatal care that can effectively assist HIV-positive pregnant women in improving treatment adherence.

사회적 기술 부족과 충동성으로 인해 또래갈등이 심한 분교아동의 상담사례 (Counseling Case Study of a Child with Peer Confliction due to Lack of Social Skills and Impulsiveness)

  • It seems common for students living at a small county and islands to experience psychological conflicts and be unaccustomed in the peer society because they are not familiar with peer interaction and social skills. This is a case study of L (hereinafter called L) who was grown up in the sheltered school at a small county. L was psychologically disturbed because he couldn't get along well in the transferred school. It is the reason why he had lived in the sheltered school at a small county, so he had not enough exposure to interact with peer and social skills. Sometimes he was obstinate irrationally and when he had trouble with friends, he threw something out or went out of school and tricked juniors dangerously. The fact of disperse with families, parent's indifference, and hate of older brother made L to have ill feeling against family. He had low motivation and low self confident in learning because of short attention time and accumulated poor learning progress. In this study, he was evaluated at various area, such as, intelligent, affective, personal and inter-personal, before counselling. To evaluated the effect of the counselling, K-WISC-III, KPRC, sentence filling test, social adaptation ability test, etc, were administered right after the counselling was over and 8 weeks later. For specific information gathering and analysing, observation diary and deepen counselling were accomplished by homeroom teacher, his mother, and his peers. To correct his problematic behaviors, 13 counseling sessions were accomplished for 6 months and those counselling sessions were recorded and analysed definitely. Followings are the result of this case study. First, he was recovered from the anxiety of inter-personal interaction and he started to interact with peers. The result of sac scale score of KPRC profile was lower than before as much as average student after counseling and 8 weeks later. This reveals that the distress against interpersonal relation have settled. Especially, through the result of sentence filing test, he seemed to feel attachment to peers and be positive, active in the relation of peer. For instance, he was active in the open class lesson and interacted well with peers. It could be said that he overcame the psychological distress comparing with previous time. Second, he could apologize to his peer and juniors for his fault. His attitude were well shown in the letter from an old friend at the sheltered school, average KPRC profiling score comparing with previous counseling time, and remarkable decrease of attack scale score of teacher and peer. Third, his view toward family turn out positive. He recognized his situation that he lived apart from family and even worried about his parent's financial difficulty. Through solving the confliction with his older brother, he could acquire the feeling of family reunion. Fourth, his learning motivation and self-confidence were increased. He confirmed his future positively and he might be judged more attentive because his intelligence index was higher than before as much as average student. With the main goal of this study, verification for effectiveness of counseling. understanding and helping problematic students such as L who lives at a small county and island through investigation of their real situation and problems with the method of counseling and socio-cultural analysis is worthwhile. Identification of ideal relationship with peer is related with positive self-conception, harmonic social adaptation and development of child. It is time to investigate easy adaptive in classroom and well-organised program to acquire general social skills for sheltered school students at a small county and islands.

AHP분석을 활용한 무용진로개입의 체계적 접근 방안 : 직업지도, 진로교육 및 상담을 중심으로 (Exploration of the Dance Career Intervention by AHP Method: Focusing on Vocational Guidance, Career Education and Career Counseling)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 무용전공자들을 위한 진로개입의 체계적인 접근 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 의사결정의 종합적인 평가와 합의를 도출하기 위하여 델파이와 계층구조분석(AHP)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 총 4개 영역의 16개 요소가 도출되었다. 직업지도에서는 '다양한 무용직업 세계의 이해', 진로교육에서는 '구체적인 진로설계와 목표설정', 진로상담에서는 '삶과 연계한 무용진로의 내러티브 지도', 진로개입 네트워크에서는 '무용일자리 박람회 및 워크숍 정례화'를 각각 가장 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 모든 요인의 복합가중치에서는 진로설계와 목표설정, 다양한 무용직업 세계의 이해 등 전반적으로 진로교육과 직업지도가 중요하게 요구되고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 무용진로개입의 방안은 다양한 무용직업과 이중경력을 통한 진로대안의 확장, 다각화된 무용진로개발로드맵의 교육과정 적용, 무용진로개입 진단도구 및 성과준거의 개발, 체계적인 진로개입을 위한 무용교육자들의 전문교육과 인식제고, 민·관·학의 네트워크 조직화 등이 제시되었다. 이 연구는 Holland(1997)의 진로탐색이론, Super(1990)의 진로발달이론, 그리고 Savickas(2005)의 진로구성이론 등 진로개입의 다양한 관점에 기초하여 무용전공자를 위한 진로개입의 역동적인 실제와 체계적인 접근 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

  • 상담기록은 상담원의 기능 습득과 내담자의 상태를 파악할 수 있는 도구로 활용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 학계, 학문, 사회문화 이해의 연구 데이터로서 기능을 확대 할 수 있을 것이라 전망되고 있다. 본 연구는 여성가족부 산하 공공기관 한국청소년상담복지개발원과 지역 청소년상담복지센터의 기록관리 현황분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제언해 보려한다. 이를 위해 해당 기관 문헌조사 후 이를 기반으로 관계자 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 결과 도출된 문제점에 대하여 관리적 측면에서 일반 행정기록의 관리와 상담기록의 관리로 나누어 제언하고, 시스템적 측면으로 살펴보았다.

인터넷을 이용한 보건교사 실무교육 프로그램 개발 -초.중.고등학교를 대상으로 (Development of Web Based Education Programs for School Health Nurses)

  • Purpose: The main objective of this study was to develop a continuing education program for school health nurses using the Internet, and evaluate the satisfaction of users. Method: A survey using a self reported questionnaire was done to identify areas where education is needed. A stratified random sampling method was employed to select 1.746 school health nurses and to receive the respondings from 584 school health nurses. The contents of the module for the education program were determined to be counseling and teaching techniques to meet health care needs related to sex, and cessation of smoking. The researchers wrote the educational content for the program, and the storyboards and illustrations appropriate to the module were constructed and the domain was registered. The web site was named 'www.healthyyouth.org'. Results: Three topics were identified where education is needed: youth and sex, youth and smoking, and counseling techniques for children, and programs were developed under the web site named. 'www.healthyyouth.org'. Over 90 percent of the respondents reported that the web site was useful and 100 percent reported that they would recommend the web site to other school health nurses. Conclusion: The web based program allowed school health nurses to study and improve their health care knowledge and skills. Since almost all schools in Korea have personal computers in the infirmary, accessibility to the program is excellent. Based on the results of this study, this type of education program will be a useful method for the continuing education of school health nurses.
