효율적인 마이크로 버 측정 시스템 개발 (Development of Effective Measurement System for Micro Burrs)

  • Burr is an undesirable projection as result of plastic deformation. Burr minimization and effective deburring process are required strongly to reduce the cost of the parts. In doing these efforts, the precise burr measurement must be provided for the efficient process. For this purpose the conoscopic holography sensors are selected before. However, it has been very difficult to measure micro burrs less than $10{\mu}m$ due to their tiny and sharp geometries as well as the effect of ambient vibration during scanning. A new micro burr measurement system using high precision. Conoprobe sensor and XY table can measure the micro burrs which is less than $10{\mu}m$. Experiments were carried out showing that micro burr around $10{\mu}m$ was successfully measured and analyzed.

공공부문 정보화사업의 소프트웨어 개발비용 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of Software Development Cost of IT Projects in Public Sector)

  • As the portion of information systems (IS) budget to the total government budget becomes greater, the cost estimation of IS development and maintenance projects is recognized as one of the most important problems to be resolved for scientific and efficient management of IS budget. Since IS budget makes much effect on the delivery time, quality and productivity of IS projects, the exact cost estimation is also necessary for the successful accomplishment of IS projects. The primary concern in the cost estimation of IS projects is software cost estimation, which requires the measurement of the size of softwares. There are two methods for sizing software : line-of-code approach, function point model. In this paper, we propose a function-point-based model for estimating software cost. The proposed model is derived by collecting about fifty domestic IT projects in public sector and analyzing their relationship between cost drivers and development effort. Since the proposed model is developed by simplifying the function point model that can be used only when detailed user requirements are specified, it can be also applied at project planning and budgeting phase.

  • A new method for designing air pollution monitoring newtork is presented in this study. In this method, the magnitudes and the correlation coefficients of predicted concentrations in each grid points are examined and the monitoring stations are assigned to those stations which cover the damage cost the most. This method was applied to the Ulsan-Onsan Industrial Complex. This method turned out to be much more efficient than the method of TM coordinates and the method of concentric circles prescribed in the Standard Methods for Pollution Measurement as well as the existing monitoring system established in the area. The 21 stations selected by the method of TM coordinates could cover only 64.4% of the damage cost in the area, the 16 stations by the method of concentric circles 72.1%, and the existing 21 stations 67.8%, while 11 stations were enough to cover 90% of the damage cost in the area with this method. It also was found that this method required only 24 stations to cover the entire area.

효율적인 공개키 기반의 디지털 콘텐츠 전송 시스템 (Efficient Public Key Broadcast Encryption System)

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient public key broadcast encryption system which can also extend traitor trace and revoke system. Although the proposed system has limited collusion size, the ciphertext size in the system can be sublinear in the number of total users, the private key size is constant, the computational cost can be sublinear and it can support black-box tracing algorithm, therefore, our system can be an option to applications where reducing the ciphertext size, private key size is a top priority. Furthermore, we can also apply our system to military document broadcast system, because it has such an efficient measurement.

  • 그 동안 기술적 또는 이론적 배경의 취약으로 인하여 측정이 매우 어렵거나 불가능했던 유량을 산정하는데 유효하게 적용할 수 있으며, 형상에 관계없이 측정비용 및 시간을 많이 줄일 수 있다. 더욱이 전자파 표면 유속계와 함께, 실시간 유입수문곡선을 만들 수 있는 실시간 유량 측정 시스템을 개발하는데 사용될 수 있다.

  • A large-scale construction project relies much on the efficiency of construction equipment. Therefore, efficient and accurate measurement on the productivity of construction equipment is one of important task in the construction industry. Based on the motivation, this paper proposes a 11-axis composite sensor for an automatic measurement of construction equipment. A 11-axis composite sensor is composed of a gyroscope, geomagnetic and accelerometer sensor for the purpose of real-time motion captures of construction equipment. It is expected that the proposed system can save considerable time, effort and cost of measuring a efficiency of construction equipment.

  • From the perspective of reducing the sampling cost of color images at high resolution, block-based compressive sensing (CS) has attracted considerable attention as a promising alternative to conventional Nyquist/Shannon sampling. On the other hand, for storing/transmitting applications, CS requires a very efficient way of representing the measurement data in terms of data volume. This paper addresses this problem by developing a measurement-coding method with the proposed customized Huffman coding. In addition, by noting the difference in visual importance between the luma and chroma channels, this paper proposes measurement coding in YCbCr space rather than in conventional RGB color space for better rate allocation. Furthermore, as the proper use of the image property in pursuing smoothness improves the CS recovery, this paper proposes the integration of a low pass filter to the CS recovery of color images, which is the block-based ${\ell}_{20}$-norm minimization. The proposed coding scheme shows considerable gain compared to conventional measurement coding.

  • This paper presents a low-cost RF parameter estimation technique using a new RF built-in self-test (BIST) circuit and efficient DC measurement for 4.5 to 5.5 GHz low noise amplifiers (LNAs). The BIST circuit measures gain, noise figure, input impedance, and input return loss for an LNA. The BIST circuit is designed using $0.18\;{\mu}m$ SiGe technology. The test technique utilizes input impedance matching and output DC voltage measurements. The technique is simple and inexpensive.

  • 최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전에 따라 해저지도 데이터의 효율적인 측정, 기록 및 업데이트하는 분야에서의 원격탐사 기술과 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술의 활용이 확대되고 있다. 실제 해양 분야에서 수심측정 및 측정 데이터 관리, 유통, 디스플레이 장비 개발 및 보급에 많은 시간과 비용이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 시스템을 개선하고자 실시간 3차원 디스플레이 시스템을 통하여 해당 위치에서의 측정 활동의 중요도를 판단할 수 있으며, 측정 활동의 시간과 비용 감소로 이어질 수 있다. 해양조사선 및 원격탐사 장비 등 다양한 경로를 통해 측정된 데이터는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술을 활용하여 처리, 관리된다. 본 논문에서는 원격탐사를 통한 수심측정과 동시에 실시간 3차원으로 디스플레이하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 실시간 3차원 디스플레이 시스템은 해저지형뿐만 아니라 육지의 지형 측량 분야에서도 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 반도체 사업의 하나인 SoC에서 소프트웨어의 특성을 바탕으로 정량적인 소프트웨어 개발 능력을 측정하고 분석하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 이론적 모델(능력 피라미드) 뿐만아니라 SoC 임베디드 소프트웨어의 특성에 기반을 둔 측정 모델을 제안한다. 정량적인 소프트웨어 개발 능력 측정은 단지 지표를 수집하는 것만이 아니라 수집된 지표의 품질, 비용, 납기(QCD)를 분석하는데, 외부적으로는 프로그래머가 고객의 요구를 만족하는 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있게 해주고, 내부적으로는 가시적인 생산성의 증가로 좀 더 효율적인 소프트웨어개발이 가능하게 해준다. 제안된 프레임워크를 사용하여, 논문에서는 정량적으로 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발 능력을 측정한다.
