부산시의 컨테이너세 징수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Container Tax Collection of Busan City)

  • Busan Port which is the representative social overhead capital facilities for international trade of goods has been the driving force for economic development in Korea. Therefore, the central government should play the major role in building a rear road to Busan Port in order that it may function as a mojor port of Northeastern Asia through the systemization of mutual assistance among connected facilities, completely equipped with port-related facilities befitting to the principal port of imports and exports. In this study, the validity of container tax is being examined, analyzing container tax which Is considered as an obstacle to the development of Busan Port and its purpose, and grasping the present conditions by the realistic speculation on container tax issues and its abolition. First, the port rear road as a social overhead capital facilities, which connects port and expressway, should be considered as part of port, and port is social overhead capital invested by government. Second, the susan City imposes on container tax. As a result, a shipper and a shipping company are paying a double charge by paying container tax with port dues. Third, someone argues that port rear road is constructed as container truck generates much traffic, but it is unreasonable to conclude that container truck is seed of traffic jam because according to traffic survey of Busan City, container truck occupies only 1.45% of total traffic Forth, it has bad influence upon the competitiveness of Busan Port as Northeastern logistics base, as other ports who are competing with Busan Port like Singapore.   • Recently, Korea has been making efforts at the government level to overcome the national crisis that Japan's dependency on technology in the semiconductor and display materials sectors has also escaped due to export regulations on three materials carried out by Japan. Therefore, based on the data of the National Science & Technology Information Service (NTIS) operated by the government, we analyze the trend of R & D investment in the display field, thereby improving R & D to improve material technology competitiveness in the future. Let's examine the implications of investment. A total of 5 years of new research and development investment in the field of display was invested as basic research fund for 25%, 15% for applied research, and 53% for development research. In terms of development cost and development period, the basic research showed that the amount of money and the development period were shorter than that of applied research. In other words, the basic research accounted for 25% of the R & D investment and the average R & D period was only 3.2 years. As we can see from the recent development of H fiber carbon fiber, which was recently developed and entered full-scale production, we were able to succeed because of the benefits of government support for 10 years while giving the same material title differently. In order to escape from Japan's technological dependence on semiconductor and display materials in Korea, As such, basic research in the field of materials is only possible when long-term research is conducted.

  • 전통적으로 제조업은 원가 절감, 새로운 제품에 대한 연구 및 제조기술 개발 등을 통해 경쟁력을 확보해왔다. 그러나 IT 기술의 눈부신 발전과 기술과 기술, 산업과 산업의 융·복합에 따른 새로운 기술, 산업의 출현은 많은 제조업체들에게 사업의 지속 가능성을 위한 혁신적인 노력을 요구하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에는 단순한 제품 생산 및 판매 형태로는 예전과 같은 성장을 기대할 수 없다. 특정 분야에서는 제품과 서비스의 구분이 모호해 지고 있고 서비스 업체가 직접 제품을 출시하기도 한다. Servitization, 즉 제조업의 서비스화 전략을 통해 제조업의 가치사슬을 파괴하는 혁신만이 새로운 가치를 창출해 낼 수 있다. Servitization의 기본 개념부터 4차 산업혁명 시대에 제조업체가 직면하고 있는 제조 및 서비스의 패러다임 변화와 향후 전망에 대하여 분석하고 융·복합 시대에 요구되는 Servitization의 전략과 적용 방안, 그리고 이에 대처하기 위한 방법론에 대하여 연구한다.

  • 현대 지능정보사회에서 매일 새롭게 만들어지고 유통되는 데이터의 양은 상상을 초월한다. SNS나 인터넷을 통한 데이터로부터 정부나 기업으로부터 창출되는 정보에 이르기까지 다양하다. 이러한 다양한 데이터들이 가공되지 않은 원유와 같이 무한한 가치를 지닌 채 우리 곁에 있다. 축적된 데이터에서 유용한 상관관계를 찾아내고 미래의 불확실성에 대한 예측력을 강화하기 위하여 데이터 마이닝 등을 통한 빅데이터 분석 및 활용은 현대 산업사회에서 모든 영역에 걸쳐 그 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 복잡한 현대사회가 생산해 내는 빅데이터의 효율적 관리 및 활용에 대하여 연구한다. 또한 4차 산업혁명시대에 빅데이터를 기반으로 전반적인 산업 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 전략, 산업 간 시너지 창출 및 비용의 절감과 효과적인 적용방안에 대하여 고찰한다.

부산 콘테이너 부두의 하역료에 관한 연구 - 공영기업 차원의 요금산정을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Container Charges of Pusan Container Terminal)

  • The amount of the Korean export & import in 1987 reached $88.3 billion which was 1.75% of the total world trade and the proportion of foreign dependence to G.N.P was 74.5%. From these facts, we can infer that the development of national economy is largely dependent upon trade. Therefore the role of transportation, especially Ocean transportation, as a basis of economic development through trade is one of the main factors that can not be passed over. Here, We can define that a port as a subsystem of transportation determines the efficiency of the total transportation system. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to contribute in improvement of the efficiency in port, reinforcement of the international competitiveness for exporting goods by the analysis of the cargo handling charges. In order to do this, this paper deals the case of B.C.T.O.C. Furthermore, this study gives some important informations related to the level of tariffs for establishing an autonomous port administration. The Summary of the conclusions of this paper is as follows ; 1) The object of port administration in Korea has been emphasized on the maximization of efficiency in using the port facilities. Nowadays, however, it should be moved to a direction that port is operated under the compound aims considering the public interests and economy. 2) For a criterian of tariff calculation, A tariff system based on the cost accounting is desirable. In general it is recommended that the cost for construction, management, and operation of port is compensated by the revenue from port operation. Therefore, it is necessary for the administration bodies of each port to establish a tariff system on the basis of the independent profit system. 3) For the investigation of actors of tariff adjustment by the Break-even point analysis, (1) When we conducted the B.E.P analysis using total cost as cost term, we got 3.8% discount in tariff at 12% of target profit rate and 1.5% discount at 15% of rate. when we set the target profit rate as 17% we could have the proper tariff level. (2) When using operating cost as cost term, we got 13.1% discount in tariff at 12% of target profit rate and 10.9% discount at 15% of rate. When setting the target profit rat as 28%, we could have the proper tariff level. 4) Comparing with the tariffs of foreign ports for the basic terminal rate, The tariff level of B.C.T.O.C showed 33% of stevedoring charge and 80% of marshalling charge incurred at Kobe port. The comparison with Singapore port gave 50% of transhipment charge and 17% - 20 % of stevedoring charge. 5) We found that the financial structure of B.C.T.O.C was better than those of other companies and the worth fixed assets ratio was too low. The fact of low worth fixed assets ratio implies that the cargo handling facilities should be increased. Moreover, The return of assets for B.T.T.O.C was good but non-operating expenses were still contained too much in. Therefore, we think that it is necessary for B.C.T.O.C. to rationalize business management. Although the present cargo handing charge for B.C.T.O.C is a proper level in terms of a public corporation, for the final recommendation in connection to the results, It is required to take the rationalization process for business management.

비주얼 머천다이징 관점에서의 무인 편의점 운영시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Unmanned convenience Store Operation System from the Viewpoint of Visual Merchandising)

  • Purpose - The purpose of the study was to investigate operation system of current convenience store and competing retail store and to find out development of unattended convenience store. Operators can save labor cost and solve labor seeking when opening shop under suitable environment and commerce area, and assure of employee's safety. Customers are allowed to select commodity comfortably without disclosure of face and to shorten standby time at simple store opening, buying and paying and to produce convenient living environment by financing, delivery and goods control. This study examined effect and problems of operation of existing and unattended convenience store from point of view of visual merchandising to find out model of unattended convenience store and to strengthen competitiveness of convenience store business. Research design, data, and methodology - Research procedure of accomplishment of goal of the study was: The study investigated state of distribution business, and role and definition of VMD. First, VMD played an important role of promotion and competitiveness of unattended convenience stores. Second, the author investigated research and cases of unattended convenience stores 14 months, that is to say, from August 15, 2017 to October 15, 2018. Third, the author investigated on-the-spot three of common convenience stores, three of unattended convenience stores and three of retailers one month, that is to say, June 1, 2018 to July 1, 2018. The subject was convenience stores and retailers selling similar type of products at Seoul and metropolitan area. Results - Layout, selling place, brand identity, goods assortment, authentication system, product information cognition and control, buying and payment system, security system, salesmen, promotion and other services should be improved from point of view of merchandising. Structure, furniture, lighting, voice, façade, VP, PP, IP and POP should be developed. Conclusions - Unattended convenience stores saved operating cost and lessened labor and gave visitors convenience and comfortable shopping and made use of resources effectively. Further studies with quantitative analysis shall find out strategic conditions for promotion of unattended convenience stores.

기업환경요인이 협력활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 -해외직접투자 여부에 따른 비교- (The Impacts of External and Internal Environmental Factors on External Collaboration-From the Perspective of Foreign Direct Investment)

  • 본 연구는 기업 외부와 내부 환경요소들이 외부주체와의 협력 추진에 미치는 영향을 기업의 해외직접투자로서의 해외생산법인의 유무에 따른 차이와 함께 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 지금까지 협력(제휴)과 관련하여 그 결정요인에 대한 연구는 다양하게 분석이 이루어 졌으나, 해외직접투자의 유무에 따라 외부와 내부환경요소로 나뉘어 복합적 분석을 한 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어렵기 때문에 이를 규명하고자 하였다. 분석 결과로는 해외직접투자를 한 기업은 내부요인 중 설비투자의 효율, 가격경쟁력, 3년간 투자실적이 각각 유효한 제휴의 동기로 나타났고, 해외직접투자를 하지 않은 기업은 외부요인인 비용구조의 불확실성, 내부요인인 가격경쟁력, 투자실적이 유효한 결과로 나타났다. 결국, 본 연구에서는 해외직접투자를 한 기업과 해외직접투자를 하지 않는 기업은 모두 내부역량인 가격경쟁력과 3년간의 투자실적이 중요한 협력의 동기가 된다는 것과, 해외투자를 한 기업과 해외투자를 하지 않는 기업의 차이는 해외직접투자를 한 기업은 내부요인에서 설비투자의 효율이, 해외직접투자를 하지 않는 기업은 외부요인 중 비용구조의 불확실성이 각각 주요한 환경요인이 된다는 것을 규명하였다. 종합하여 보면, 본 연구의 시사점은 기업의 내부역량은 협력의 중요한 동기가 된다는 동시에 내부역량 강화는 또한 기업이 다른 기업과의 협력의 기회를 넓혀준다는 것이다.

종합병원 이용형태에 관한 분석 - 지방소재 종합병원 입원환자 중심 - (Analysis on the utilization Pattern of a General Hospital - With Cases of General Hospital Inpatients in the Provincial Area -)

  • This study aims at deriving any useful information necessary to strengthen the competitiveness for growth through empirical analyses on general hospital located in a province in order to countermeasure the opening and competition of medical markets. The characteristics of user were identified on the basis of disease groups under KCD in the research method. In addition, the analysis on the expenses of diagnosis and treatment was divided into the treatment progress and degree of hospital resource utilization And the regression was carried out to identify the impacts of characteristics of inpatient users on the degree of hospital resource utilization. As a result of major research, the inpatient users of the general hospital located in the provincial area in consideration of inpatient users were formed around the inpatient disease groups representative for Korea(diseases of the respiratory system, injury and poisoning & certain other consequences of external causes). And it was understood that most of residents within a distance of 40 minute by the public transportation were using. And mostly were under the age of 9 or over 60, and the provision of medical features such as the degree of consultation and operational functions were inadequate. When we classify inpatient treatment cost for each resource application as the medical cost being the center of patient care function, the equipment and human resource application sector are constituted over half. Accordingly, the following suggestions are made as plans to strengthen the competitiveness for the growth of general hospitals located in the provincial areas on the basis of analytical results. First, it is necessary to have the characterization matching to the age and disease groups with a high frequency. Second, it is necessary to increase the degree of hospital resource utilization according to the characterization. Third, it is necessary to concentrate on public relations. The above suggestion, as a method for securing image improvement and competitive power as a general hospital, and through expansion of social function that a regional general hospital needs to secure not only as an individual institution but also as a general hospital, it can be seen that a general improvement of image as a regional general hospital is possible.

철도산업 해외진출 영향요인과 여건 분석 (Analysis of Influence Factors and Current Conditions for Korean Railway Export)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 철도산업 해외진출 영향요인을 도출하고, 각 영향요인이 철도산업 해외진출에 미치는 중요도와 경쟁력을 분석하였다. 또한, 영향요인별 주요 정책방향을 도출하였고, 정책방향별로 국내철도산업의 여건을 분석하였다. 철도시장 해외진출 영향요인은 전반적으로 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 엔지니어링 분야는 인력/해외경험, 기술력의 중요도가 높게 나타났으며, 건설분야는 가격경쟁력, 정보/인적네트워크, 인력/해외경험, 제조분야는 정보/인적네트워크, 기술력, 가격경쟁력의 중요도가 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 이들 영향요인에 대한 경쟁력은 전반적으로 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 영향요인별 주요 정책방향을 제시하였으며, 이에 대한 중요도는 전반적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사업분야별로 정책방향에 대한 중요도를 살펴보면 엔지니어링 분야와 건설분야는 해외 인적 네트워크 구축 강화, 해외 전문인력 양성, ODA 사업을 활용한 해외경험 축적의 중요도가 상대적으로 높게 나타난 반면, 제조분야는 원가(비용) 절감, 외국 기업과의 전략적 제휴(현지 업체 활용 등)의 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 이들 각 부문에 대한 만족도는 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 각 영향요인별로 국내 철도산업의 해외진출 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

모델링 및 시뮬레이션 서비스 산업 분류 및 현황 분석 (An Analysis and Industrial Classification of Modeling and Simulation Service Industry)

  • 2000년대 이후 국내 제조업 성장률은 지속적으로 하락하고 있으며, 매출 및 고용이 감소하고 있는 추세이다. 주요 선진국은 제조업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 다양한 전략을 수립하여, ICT 기술과의 융합을 통한 제조업 혁신을 도모하고 있다. 제조업 혁신의 핵심은 제품 설계 단계에서 모델링 및 시뮬레이션(M&S) 기술을 통해 신제품 개발 시간 및 비용을 절감하는 것이다. M&S 산업은 산업 가치사슬의 상위분야에 속하며, 타 산업으로의 파급효과가 큰 업종이다. 그러나 국내 M&S 기업의 역량은 선진국 대비 매우 취약한 상황이며, M&S 기업의 정의 및 분류조차 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국표준산업분류를 분석하여 M&S 서비스 기업들이 포함되는 5개의 산업 세세분류를 도출하고, 11,822개의 관련 기업 중 3단계의 선정 절차에 따라 307개의 M&S 서비스 기업을 도출하였다. 이중 211개의 M&S 서비스 기업 현황을 조사하여 국내 M&S 기업의 역량을 분석하였다. 제조업에 대한 의존도가 높은 우리 경제의 특성을 고려할 때, 향후 지속적인 경제성장을 위해서는 고급 두뇌산업인 국내 M&S 서비스의 역량 향상 및 생태계 조성을 통한 제조업의 경쟁력 강화가 필요하다.
