본 연구는 거래비용요소가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 것이다. 연구결과, 첫째, 불확실성은 재무적 성과와 비재무적성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 자산특유성과 기회주의는 경영성과에 직접적인 영향이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 협력관계 지속요인에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 변수는 자산특유성과 불확실성으로 나타났으나. 기회주의는 직접적인 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 변수는 자산특유성과 기회주의로 나타났으며, 불확실성과의 관계는 없는 것으로 분석됐다. 넷째, 협력관계 지속요인과 관계만족도는 재무적 성과와 비재무성과에 각각 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 요약하면, 거래비용요소가 협력관계 지속요인과 관계만족도라는 매개변수를 통하여 경영성과에 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다.

The changes of neighbor relation by joining communal childcare cooperative are as follows. Neighbors who are cooperative members are consultant who advise on childcare and communal parents who nurture children in communal local society. They are also consultant on problems of couples because one can reveal difficulties and troubles in the relation with the spouse easily to the neighbors. They admit gradually that their daily life can also be shared with other families. Living with neighbors extend the boundary of family and form a sound family culture. On the other hand, because their relationship is satisfactory, they have no need to form relationship with neighbors who are not cooperative members. They regard neighbors who are not cooperative members as 'peoples with different color from us'. Also they recognize exclusive eyesight from neighbor who are not cooperative members. The changes of family relation by joining communal childcare cooperative are as follows. In the relationship between wife and husband, both husband and wife take equal responsibility of childcare and that husband gets to familiar with household matters. In the relationship between parents and children, equality comes true and parents get to blow wars to be good parents. And they neither attach to their children nor bear expansive delusions on their children.

Many tertiary hospitals have started to establish cooperative relationships with small and medium sized hospitals in Korea. But the performance of the relationship is not satisfactory to both of partners. The relationship and performance of cooperation for small and medium sized hospitals are analyzed according to the framework of inter-organizational cooperation. Data are collected by 4 focal hospital and 34 small and medium sized hospitals through interview and questionnaire. The findings are : a) The cooperation is focused on management area, such as healthcare technology transfer and information sharing, rather than patient referral. b) Patient referral is not yet active in cooperative relationship. But some partner hospitals which is located close and managing internal organization for cooperation show a significant number of referrals. c) The characteristics of high performers are positive attitude about cooperation, and recognition of the relationship as flexible, experiences of cooperation, internal and external management activities.

본 연구는 대학생의 협동학습역량이 인성에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 창의성의 인지적인 측면인 창의적 능력과 정의적인 측면인 창의적 성향의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산에 소재하는 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 123명의 대학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS PROCESS Macro의 Model 6을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석한 연구결과는 첫째, 협동학습역량과 창의적 능력, 창의적 성향, 인성은 유의한 정적 상관이 확인되었다. 둘째, 협동학습역량은 인성에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 협동학습역량과 인성의 관계에서 창의적 능력의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 협동학습역량과 인성의 관계에서 창의적 성향의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 협동학습역량과 인성의 관계에서 창의적 능력과 창의적 성향의 순차적 매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생의 인성을 함양하는데 있어서 중요하게 보고된 창의성 변인을 인지적 능력인 창의적 능력과 정의적 특성인 창의적 성향으로 세분화하여 인성이 함양되는 순차적인 매개 경로를 확인하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 논의와 시사점, 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

This study started with two questions. The first question is 'Why does organic agriculture want to be linked with cooperative?' The second is 'What is the characteristics of the mutual relationship between organic agriculture and cooperative?', especially in Wonju. Up to now, there have been various kinds of discussion about cooperation between organic agricultural campaign and cooperative in Wonju. But there are few concrete data showing what role cooperative plays in the cyclical process of production-distribution-consumption of organic agriculture. Thus, we conducted a survey applying the Delphi technique to the 35 organic agricultural specialists active in Wonju. First, small-scale family farm producers established a social economic cooperative network in around 2003 to perform 'the activities of innovators' through forming an organization. Producers moved from the stage in which they were supported one-sidedly by consumers to the stage where they could 'lead' cooperation. Each farm organization built a vertical integration, and horizontal cooperative systems with other farm organizations. But, practical cooperative activities have remained in the doldrums. They tend to show trends deviating from the principles of organic agriculture and cooperative. Second, the relationship between producers and consumers in Wonju can be described as 'producer-consumer cooperative type'. In Wonju, the producers' organization is not a sub-contractor which simply deliver organic agricultural products to producers' cooperative, but is an equal subject which creates its own value chain. The cooperative (cooperative organization) leads distribution and consumption of organic agricultural products and mutual communication. But, the closeness between producers and consumers has got loosened. And, it is problematic that the proportion of local food consumption in Wonju is very low. There is a very strong tendency to ride the central distribution system of producers' cooperative coalition. Consequently, it is necessary for producers' cooperatives in Wonju to run a local food distribution system based on the 'cooperative system among cooperatives'.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of the parent-teacher trust relationship and cooperative behavior in the relationship between the emotional intelligence of infant teachers and their play teaching efficacy. Methods: A total number of 216 teachers in charge of infants under the age of two at childcare centers located in H, Y, and O cities in Gyeonggi-do participated in the survey. Using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22, descriptive statistics, correlation and structural equation model were analyzed. Results: First, the emotional intelligence of infant teachers had a direct effect on play teaching efficacy. Second, the emotional intelligence of infant teachers influenced play teaching efficacy through parent-teacher's trust relationship. Third, the emotional intelligence of infant teachers influenced play teaching efficacy through parent-teacher cooperative behavior. Fourthly, it was found that the parent-teacher trust relationship and cooperative behavior were mediated sequentially in the influence of the emotional intelligence of infant teachers on play teaching efficacy. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study emphasize the importance of improving the emotional intelligence of teachers and the trust and cooperation between parents and teachers in order to increase the ability of early childhood teacher's play teaching efficacy.

This paper is purposed to study on the relationship of learning style, professor image, academic achievement in cosmetology majoring college students, and to find the effective education methods of them. The research methods are survey with 400 persons & statistics analysis such as frequency, factor, regression analysis, using SPSS V.14. The results are as belows; 1. Learning styles are divided by (1) shirker, (2) participate, (3) stand-alone, (4) dependent, (5) cooperative, (6) competitive, and professor images are divided by (1) professor ability, (2) professor relationship. 2. There is a relationship in learning styles and professor images. Especially cooperative, participate, dependent valued professor ability, shirker devalued it and cooperative, stand-alone, dependent, competitive valued professor relationship, shirker devalued it. 3. There is a relationship on learning styles and the academic achievement. participate, stand-alone, dependent achieve in high glades and shirker, cooperative low ones. 4. There is a no valid relationship with professor images and the students' academic achievement. 5. The conclusion are; there are the relationship of learning style, professor image, academic achievement in cosmetology majoring college students. So shirker need endless motive giving program, participate personal record management system, dependent creative motivating program, participate class attractive factors, stand-alone learner centered program.

Objective: This research aims to examine whether the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers impacts the performance of respecting young children's rights, and whether the teacher-parent cooperative relationship mediates this association. Methods: The participants in this research were 220 teachers in Daejeon who assessed the performance of respecting young children's right, the perception of professional competence, and teacher-parent cooperative relationships through an online self-report questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Firstly, the results of examining the impact of the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers and the teacher-parent cooperation relationship on childcare that respects the rights of young children showed that each variable has a statistically significant influence. Secondly, it was found that the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers directly impacts the performance of respecting young children's rights and, indirectly, through the mediating role of teacher-parent cooperative relationships. Conclusion/Implications: To ensure high-quality childcare for young children, it is essential to consider not only professional perception but also the cooperative relationship between teacher and parent.

The purpose of this study was 1) to find effects of private Guanxi and organizational relationship on quality of organizational relationship, 2) to find effects of private Guanxi and organizational relationship on performance of distribution channel, and 3) to also find effects of quality of organizational relationship on performance of distribution channel. Apparel manufacturers and distributors in China participated in the study. Random sampling method was used to collect the data. Data from 173 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and regression analysis was conducted. Two factors of private Guanxi were classified(i.e., affective Guanxi, instrumental Guanxi). Three factors of organizational relationship type were identified(i.e., opportunistic relationship, cooperative relationship, vertical relationship). The result indicated that affective Guanxi in terms of private Guanxi positively affected on quality of organizational relationship. Cooperative relationship and vertical relationship in terms of organizational relationship positively affected on quality of organizational relationship. Affective Guanxi positively affected on non-financial performance and financial performance in terms of performance of distribution channel. Instrumental Guanxi in terms of private Guanxi positively affected on financial performance only. Cooperative relationship in terms of organizational relationship positively affected on non-financial performance and vertical relationship positively affected on financial performance. Quality of organizational relationship positively affected on non-financial performance and vertical relationship positively affected on financial performance.

This study aims to understand the Process of Communality formation among the Families of Communal Childcare Cooperative. Ethnographic, in-depth interview and participant observation at field are used as method. The families of communal childcare cooperative form their communality through investment and harmony, making relationship, and struggles and overcoming the struggles. Each family is willing to put in their money and time for an unfamiliar group to organize and manage a community. They head for the same direction accepting the diversity of expectation and thought based on the diversity of environment of each family. They have interactions upon the basis of equality among the families. Sharing their unique cloture such as communal place(teojeon), common issues, same generation, unique terms, specific modes of speaking informally or nicknaming, they accept the diversities and head for the sameness to have a harmony. In the reset of forming relationship, these families transfer successfully from the field of I and my family to that of group. They escape from a sense of priority that concerns their own family first and then others. They come to be able to consider the group first. Besides, they come to assimilate themselves to the group by identification with the group. They come to form their identity and sense of membership of the group recognizing power of group they belong in their families and local society. The process of forming community among the families of cooperative has inescapable struggles. Each family becomes a real host of the cooperative in the process of overcoming the struggles and experiences a growth of individual and group in the process of looking for the ways of overcoming the struggles. In the end, the families cooperates and reestablish their community.
