The purpose of this study is to present factors and strategies for successful rewarded-crowdfunding of companies. For this, rewarded-crowdfunding based on the extended theory of planned behavior(E-TPB) by adding individual innovation and risk preference as extended variables, in addition to the basic variables of the theory of planned behavior(TPB), including attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control. In addition, the moderating effect of rewarded-crowdfunding experience was confirmed. In addition, the moderating effect of the rewarded-crowdfunding experience was confirmed, and exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for questionnaires who were aware of the concept of rewarded-crowdfunding. As a result of testing the hypothesis, it was found that attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and risk preference affect the intention to invest in rewarded-crowdfunding. Also, we could find that perceived behavior control and risk preference were moderately influenced by investor who had experience in rewarded-crowdfunding. Based on the research results, it has academic and practical value by presenting the direction of enhancing the success of rewarded-crowdfunding that companies can use as a way to raise funds and boost sales.
Recently, With the recent rapid development of technology, the amount of data generated by various systems is increasing, and enterprise servers and data centers that have to handle large amounts of big data need to apply high-stability and high-performance storage devices even if costs increase. In such systems, SSD(solid state disk) that provide high performance of read/write are often used as storage devices. However, due to the characteristics of reading and writing on a page-by-page basis, erasing operations on a block basis, and erassing-before-writing, there is a problem that performance is degraded when duplicate writes occur. Therefore, in order to delay this performance degradation problem, over-provision technology of SSD has been applied internally. However, since over-provided technologies have the disadvantage of consuming a lot of storage space instead of performance, the application of inefficient technologies above the right performance has a problem of over-costing. In this paper, we proposed a method of measuring the performance and cost incurred when various over-provisions are applied in an SSD and predicting the system-optimized over-provided ratio based on this. Through this research, we expect to find a trade-off with costs to meet the performance requirements in systems that process big data.
In order for the military to review the introduction of virtual reality technology into various education and training systems and fully utilize it, it is important to reflect the characteristics of the technology and education system and to accurately identify and selectively apply the characteristics of commercialization. In this study, the evaluation criteria were selected through the Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for factors to be considered when commercializing a virtual reality-based education and training system, and the priorities of the projects were determined. Based on previous studies, an initial AHP model was constructed and the relative importance of six factors, including reality, was analyzed as the level 1 evaluation criteria. Next, for Level 2, each evaluation criterion was evaluated to confirm the importance of each of the 11 tasks in the six evaluation criteria, and priorities were selected for each task. As a result of the analysis, level 1 showed that reality and ripple had higher importance than other factors. As a result of evaluating the final relative importance, the priority was shown in the order of ① flight training, ② disaster training, ③ shooting Training, and ④ driving a vehicle. Based on the relative priorities determined in Levels 1 and 2 of the model presented in this study, the importance of each project necessary for final decision-making of the research priorities for the defense virtual reality project was presented. It is expected that this study can be used as a reference material for prioritizing the commercialization of education and training systems in the defense sector.

The purpose of this study is to explore the process of multicultural perception change of university students who have participated in multicultural mentoring. From May to December of the year 2015, the researcher conducted continuous e-mail interviews as well as in-depth interviews with mentors who participated in multicultural mentoring at I university. The interview contents were transcribed and comparative analysis was done. The result of the study is as follows. The process of multicultural perception change of mentors were discovered to be change in stereotypes, prejudice and ideas on multiculture, difference detection and social desire. They realized that stereotypes and prejudice were the errors of generalization due to their ideas on multiculture which were developed through media. Through mentoring activities the mentors reflected on the inherent negative ideas on multiculture, thus changing their ideas and thoughts. Also, the difference detection acknowledged cultural diversity along with the understanding of the cultural environment of mentees. Social desire expressed their wish for the change of perception in the cultures of others along with the positive change of multicultural perception through mentees. Thus, it was discovered that multicultural mentoring activities are sufficient prerequisites to change the social perception of multiculture from personal interest.

This study is a study on the requirements, resources, and role of policy broker in the policy process. Particular attention was paid to two requirements of legitimacy (official authority, political support) and professionalism (information and expertise, skilled leadership) as the requirements of policy broker. This study analyzed the process of transforming the actor conflicts surrounding the media rep legislative process into a cooperative relationship by being mediated by a strong influential policy broker. Policy brokers can mediate opinions among participating actors and play a role in coordinating conflicting interests. In the mediarep policy process, the policy brokers were unable to resolve conflicts due to lack of legitimacy and expertise in the first phase (legislative grace period) and the second phase (legislative loophole). However, the legitimacy of the six subcommittees of the National Assembly (the legislative period) and the expertise of the Korea Communications Commission were able to succeed in policy-making by acting as a successful policy brokers through complementary activities.
This study reviews international discussions about the trade-labor linkage and examines the labor chapters of FTAs enforced by the US and the EU from a comparative perspective. Since early 1990s, starting from the NAFTA, the US has included forceable labor provisions in its FTAs and this trend continues to the TPP which was concluded in October 2015. On the other hand, the EU's labor provisions in its FTAs have been composed of promotional elements on labor rights based on cooperations and dialogues. These different features of labor provisions in the US and European FTAs are mainly due to the motives of the FTAs of the US and the EU respectively as well as their domestic situations with regards to domestic law and institutional set-ups. The coordination of labor provisions involves a long-term institutional as well as regulatory convergence which triggers not only economic but also social changes, compared to a relatively short-term effect of tariff elimination. For Korea which has been a FTA partner country both with the US and the EU, it is significant to keep the different characteristics in the labor provisions in mind, particularly in the process of its implementation. Concerning the implementation of Korea-US FTA, it might be problematic if Korean law and its regulatory practice on labor-management relations do not comply with that of the US. The Korea-EU FTA case can also have an indirect impact on Korea's labor laws since it stipulates in its provisions that both parties should have discussions not only within each government but also with the civil communities including NGOs. Thus, Korea should pay more attention to the true meaning in labor provisions of both FTAs in order to promote its firms to be equipped with the right labor-management system in their operations abroad.
The research aims to verify the effects of preference for science and self-directed learning ability of the science puppet show program that the researcher has developed as a STEAM education model. The results for conducting the survey with the same questionnaire before and after the program targeting the students showed that the science puppet show had effects on increasing the science related assignment performance will of the behavioral will among the three sub-dimensions including emotional respond, value cognition and behavioral will, but there was no effect on overall aspects of science preference. It can be interpreted as reflecting the characteristics of the scientific talents who already have a high level of preference for science. In addition, the three sub-dimensions including the cognitive regulation, motivational regulation and behavioral regulation had effects on the self-directed learning ability. Especially it had great effects on the directed learning ability of cognitive regulation, learning motivation of motivational regulation, tool application of behavioral regulation, and cooperation capacity which were greater for female students than male students. It is judged that the three-staged science puppet show program including the 'content integrating stage' that the students integrate the curriculum contents, 'integrated mission stage' of solving the visualization, auralization and performance missions by themselves, and 'process integration stage' of making the stage piece all together.
This study's purpose is to research the correlation between property and the major festivals with media art of exemplary 3 cities among 8 Unesco Media Art Creative Cities. As a result, it is drawn a conclusion that the below strategies are necessary to achieve success for Unesco Media Art Creative City. First, from the Creative City's point of view, on the basis of the maximization of various merits such as history, natural surroundings, and human resources of the city, it is necessary to reconcile a vision of the city and an identity of Media Art Creative City, and to seek for continuous growth of the city by consistency and durability of control tower within the local government. Second, from the local festival's point of view, it is necessary to provide a differentiated service in the existing media art festivals, to attract the fusion of media art and festivals, and the diversification and the popularization of media art programs. And, it needs to lead to involvement of young people with the fusion of on-line and off-line festivals, the fusion of analogue and digital festivals. In the conclusion, for the successful constructing of Media Art Creative City, it is necessary to maximize the merits of the city's own, to enhance the image for Media Art Creative City with the correlation between the merits and media art, and to differentiate the city's own various festivals, ant the same time, to converge them with media art technology. With these strategies, the local festival can make a new leap for global festival when it constitutes a whole with Media Art Creative City.
This study purpose is comparative analysis of environmental design checklist based on physical characteristics of the elders between Korea and Japan exhibition facilities. We were selected to represent the exhibition facilities in Korea and Japan and conducted field survey and understand the application status. The scope of the exhibition facilities space is entry, exhibition, public-service, educational activity and movement. And the elders physical characteristics are divided into 'sense(eye-sight, hearing, and feeling by touch)' / 'exercise (skeleton, movement, physical strength and muscular strength)'. Based on the checklist, we gave the score depending installation, part installation and uninstallation and then analyzed the average. The Results were as follows. First, Korea and Japan exhibition facilities are appear to similar and both above the average level. It is show that environment design reflects the physical characteristics of the elders. Second, exhibition space and educational activity space has lower score than other space, indicated most items are consist of the recommended. Most items appears as part of the preparation for this installed or uninstalled. Third, It showed that the installation is incomplete entries corresponding to the physical characteristics of the sensory area of the elderly (hearing). Therefore, there need to install additional information facilities such as voice, emergency call bell. Forth, the exhibition facilities appears differently depending on time of erecting and remodeling.
The design of children's hospitals is highly dependent on color schemes. As a space shared together by both adults and children, the design of children's hospitals require color coordination that takes account of the users' characteristics. However, because the majority of prior research on color perception has focused overly on the emotional aspects, there is a necessity for more rational and scientific analyses to identify the characteristics of the visual perception of colors. Adopting this perspective in analyzing the characteristics of the visual perception of colors, this study aims to move beyond the abstract to focus on more objective methods, such as eye-tracking experiments, to examine the characteristics of hospital visitors' visual attention with respect to colors. Visual perception tracking experiment was conducted on the 2 chosen experimental images with a target group made up of adults and children, the following results were found. Firstly, spaces created with the preference colors of the different groups were found to develop a characteristic of developing higher attention. Secondly, observing the common tendencies for attention for adults and children, the highest region for visual concentration was formed towards the middle, as attention progresses to lower stages visually focused area changes in the order of upper-middle, left and right, and lower regions and edge regions show characteristics of not triggering attention Thirdly, it is understood that children's level of attention drops a lot faster than adults when identifying space therefore it is suspected that children need more elaborate color coordination than adults.
