모바일 IPTV 서비스의 지속적인 이용의도에 대한 영향요인 (Influencing Factors of Continuous Use Intention of Mobile IPTV Service)

  • As smartphones and tablets are drastically spreading, mobile IPTV service becomes very important emerging issue in addition to existing DMB broadcasting, and the consumption of personalized multimedia services is increasing in the mobile Internet environment. While the previous research focuses on influencing factors of the initial acceptance intention of the mobile IPTV Service, this study intends to find the factors that affect continuous use intention of the mobile IPTV service which has become one of core services in the mobile environment. The research model and the hypotheses of this study could be derived on the basis of four referent theories (that is, mobile service quality model (MOBISQUAL), post acceptance model (PAM), expectation confirmation theory (ECT) and extended technology acceptance model (ETAM)). In order to empirically test the hypotheses, the field survey was conducted for 278 respondents. Twelve ones of fifteen hypotheses were found to be statistically significantly adopted from the results of structural equation model analyses using Smart PLS 3.0. The theoretical contribution of this study is to empirically investigate the factors that affect the continuous use intention of mobile IPTV service. And the practical contribution is to provide the implementation guidelines of managing the service quality to enhance the competitive power of mobile IPTV business.

일부지역 보건의료계열 대학생들의 직업가치관 구성요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Work Value of University Students Majoring in Health Care Management)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore and analyse the work value of university students majoring in health care management. The subjects of this study were 300 students. Maryland Work Value Inventory was used and the data were collected using a structured and self-administrated questionnaire. As a result of factor analysis, the following results were obtained. First, the work value consists of six factors (financial remuneration, social status, social contribution, capability, achievement, proper pride) and it can be classified extrinsic work value (financial remuneration, social status) and intrinsic work value(social contribution, capability, achievement, proper pride). Second, The mean extrinsic work value(4.16) was higher than the mean intrinsic work value(3.80). The preference order of the work value was like this; financial remuneration(4.36) the first, achievement(4.05), social status(3.96), proper pride(3.93), capability(3.78), and social contribution(3.45) the last. Third, the mean of the economic stability in extrinsic work value was the highest. The factors meaningfully relating with intrinsic work value were age, school grade and the experience of job. Forth, as a result of regression analysis, the more school grade they have, the less extrinsic work value and the less their mother's level of education, the higher extrinsic work value.

Utilization of Knowledge Intensive Services for the Innovation of Manufacturers in Korea

  • This study aims to explore and understand the role of knowledge intensive service activities in the industrial innovation of Korea. It analyzes public and private service inputs to the innovation of manufacturers. The contribution of KISs to the innovation of both service suppliers and manufacturers was analyzed by using survey questionnaire. The results of the analysis revealed that the contribution of KISs to the innovation capability of manufacturers is significant. Large manufacturers that hold internal capability to supply KISs are also active in using external KISs. The manufacturing firms that utilized KISs intensively proved to be more innovative than those did not. Heavy KISs users also entertained benefits of capability enhancement as they improved monitoring and achieved efficient application of knowledge asset into product and process innovation. The role of public KISs in the innovation of manufacturers appeared to be indirect and done mainly through education and public R&D activities. Direct input, such as public software service, was not utilized as much in service suppliers themselves. The major reason is that public KISs may not be relevant to their actual needs. Manufacturers have implemented both tighter integration of familiar KISs and loosely coupled unfamiliar KISs.

정보보호 산업의 경제적 파급효과 및 기여도 분석 (Economic ripple effect and growth contribution of information security industry)

  • 본 연구는 산업연관분석을 통하여 국내 정보보호 제조 및 서비스 산업의 경제파급효과를 분석한 것이다. 분석 결과, 정보보호 제품의 생산유발계수는 전 산업 평균보다 크지만, 정보보호 서비스는 전 산업 평균을 크게 하회하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 부가가치유발계수 및 고용유발계수의 경우 정보보호 서비스는 전 산업 평균을 크게 상회하는데 반해, 정보보호 제품은 전 산업 평균에 미치지 못해 생산유발계수와 대조적인 결과를 보였다. 전ㆍ후방 연쇄효과는 정보보호 제품 및 서비스 모두 산업 평균보다 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 그리고 정보보호 산업은 전반적으로 국민경제에 미치는 성장 기여도와 고용기여도가 미약한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 정보보호 제품의 경우 고용기여도가 마이너스를 기록해 해당 부문의 고용증대를 위한 노력이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

통신서비스산업의 국민경제 기여도 분석에 관한 연구 (Analysis on Telecom Industry's Contribution to the National Economy in Korea)

  • The telecommunication service industry plays a major role in the realization of the perfect information society in the 21st century and, has a great influence in society and culture. Using the Calculable General Equilibrium Model, we analyze the telecommunication service's economic effects on other industries as well as on the national economy. In 2001, the 8 percent increase in the telecom sales caused the 5 billion dollar increase in the GDP, which seems to continue to bring about no less than 5 billion dollar GDP increase each year until 2030. The telecom sales increase has been evaluated to have disproportionately positive effect on transmission device and audio equipment industries. In summary, the telecom sales have a positive net enぉ on the GDP and on most of the industries with a few exceptions.

사회공헌활동이 기업 간 연계 활동의 매개효과를 중심으로 지역발전성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Social Contribution Activities on Local Developmental Achievement with a focus on the Mediating effect of Inter-Firm Connected Activity)

  • 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 인식과 요구가 증대되면서, 사회적 기여를 위한 기업의 활동이 다양해지고 있는 추세이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 정기적으로 실시하는 관련 설문 조사에 따르면 기업의 사회 공헌활동에 대해 국민이 만족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 기업과 국민의 사회공헌활동에 대한 관점이 다른 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 이에 따라 다양한 사회공헌활동을 구체적으로 분류하여 사회에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기업 사회공헌활동과 성과에 대한 연관성을 파악하고자 사회공헌활동을 "사회문화적자원 활동", "사회간접적자원 활동" 및 "경제적자원 활동" 총 3가지 요인으로 분류하고, 요인별로 기업 간 연계활동과 지역발전성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, '사회문화적자원'과 '사회간접적자원' 활동은 지역 내 '기업 간 연계 활동'에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, '지역 내 기업 간 연계' 활동이 활발할수록 '지역발전성과'에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, '경제적자원' 활동은 '지역발전성과'에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째, '사회문화적자원'과 '사회간접적자원' 활동은 지역 내 기업 간의 연계를 통해 '지역발전성과'에 간접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 기업의 사회공헌활동과 성과에 대한 연관성을 정량적으로 파악하고 제시하였다.

Implementation of a Network Provisioning System with User-driven and Trusty Protection Management

  • Proper management on user-driven virtual circuits (VCs) is essential for seamless operation of virtual networks. The Network Provisioning System (NPS) is useful software for creating user-driven VCs automatically and must take fault management into account for physical layer impairments on user-driven VCs. This paper addresses a user-driven and trusty protection management in an NPS with an open standard Network Service Interface (NSI), as a contribution to show how to implement the user-driven and trusty protection management required for user-driven VCs. In particular, it provides a RESTful web service Interface for Configuration and Event management (RICE) that enable management of a distinguished data and control plane VC status between Network Service Agents (NSAs) in the event of a node or link fault and repair in a domain. This capability represents a contribution to show how network and protection events in a domain can be monitored between NSAs (NPSs with the NSI) in multiple domains. The implemented NPS controls and manages both the primary and backup VC with disjoint path in a user-driven manner. A demonstration to verify RICE API's capability is addressed for the trusty protection in the dynamic VC network.

  • This paper examines the casual relations among service quality, perceived value and satisfaction from the perspective of Job Fair attendees. Numerous studies have been conducted in the field of perceived value and satisfaction. This work would be the mere contribution in the literature development but surely contribute to the better development of service providing sector to create better quality, value and satisfaction. A framework suggested that personal service, touristic attractiveness and physical environments were turned out to affect positively on the perceived value and satisfaction. The service providers should concentrate on developing the issues.

  • As The development and commercialization of advanced technologies will depend increasingly on efficient technology transfer and technology trading systems and the knowledge economics grows rapidly, the value of intangible assets is more emphasized in business nowadays. Intangible assets include intellectual capital and intellectual property. This requires the development of technology markets or exchanges and hence a reliable technology valuation methodology. Our focus is on the business aspects of technology' contribution and we propose an objective scoring system, which is implemented by ANP, for Technology valuation of enterprise. As a result, This study intends to evaluate the contribution of an individual technology in intangible assets by the Analytic Network Process(ANP).

Reactions to Store Environment and Interpersonal Service Quality in Supermarkets vs Hypermarkets

  • Purpose: The purpose is to verify the impact of the store environment on interpersonal service quality (ISQ), shopping value and patronage intention, as well as the moderating role of the store format: supermarkets vs hypermarkets. This is significant as previous studies on retailing neglected the effect of interpersonal service quality on the experiential shopping value. The comparison of the model between two retailing formats (hypermarkets and supermarkets) provides a significant contribution and responds to a need to provide insights regarding the moderation of the store types on the contribution of interpersonal service quality and experiential value to customer's retention. Research design, data, and methodology: The hypotheses have been tested after analyzing the data of a survey among 405 consumers exiting stores representing various retailing stores in Tunisia. A Structural model have been finally verified by a path analysis after applying a confirmatory factorial analysis. Multigroup analyses on AMOS allowed to verify the moderation of store types. Results: Results mainly show that patronage intention is affected by the experiential perceived value dimensions. The latter is a direct consequence of ISQ and an indirect outcome of perceived shopping environment. The impact of value, environment and ISQ is moderated by the store type.
