신뢰와 충성도의 관계에서 다차원 몰입의 매개적 영향 (The Mediate Effects of Multidimensional Commitment on Relationship Between Trust and Loyalty in Internet Shopping Environment)

  • In Korea, by the reason of the rapid growth of internet users and the speedy development of ITC, the sales of cyber malls have grown to be ₩10.68 trillion. Over the past several years, trust and commitment have been viewed key concept and mediated variables in relationship marketing. From 2000s, trust and commitment have been studied in cyber shopping environment. Most of studies are the relationship of trust and loyalty or unidimensional commitment and loyalty. The purpose of our study focused the mediated effects of multidimensional commitment on relationship between trust and loyalty. Trust, affective commitment, and continuous commitment affected positive effects on loyalty. And trust also affected positive effect on affective commitment. Trust didn't affect positive effect on continuous directly. However, There was indirect effect of between trust and continuous commitment via affective commitment.

The Impact of Shared Leadership on Organizational Commitment and Career Development in Startups

  • Due to the relative lack of concerns and research on organizational career development in startups, we study aimed to reveal the impact of shared leadership in startups on organizational career development through organizational commitment. The research method was an online survey targeting 200 startup members from April 11 to April 28, 2023, and a total of 195 copies were used in the final analysis. As a result of the study, first, among the shared leadership of startups, development and mentoring were found to have a positive impact on emotional commitment. Second, among the shared leadership of startups, planning and organizing, support and empathy were found to have a positive impact on continuous commitment. Third, planning and organizing, support and empathy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Third, among startups' shared leadership, planning and organizing, support and empthy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Fourth, emotional and continuous commitment were found to have a positive impact on improving career goals in organizational career growth. Fifth, emotional and continuous and normative commitment were each found to have a positive influence on the development of professional abilities in organizational career development. Lastly, emotional, continuous and normative commitment were all found to have a positive influence on the speed of promotion in organizational career growth. As a result, it is expected that the results of this study will be able to suggest shared leadership policy directions and goals for startups.

20대 여대생의 스포츠 운동몰입, 브랜드 만족도, 브랜드 충성도에 관한 연구 (A study on sports commitment, brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty of female university students in their 20's)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between sports commitment, sportswear brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty of female university students in their 20s. Two hundred surveys were distributed to female university students, and 185 responses were used for the final analysis. The SPSS program was used with a reliability test and factor, frequency, path analysis. Based on the literature review, the following five hypotheses were suggested. H1: Cognitive commitment will have a positive effect on the behavioral commitment of sports commitment factors. H2: The behavioral commitment of female university students will have a positive effect on brand satisfaction. H3: Sportswear brand satisfaction will have a positive effect on continuous brand loyalty. H4: Cognitive commitment will have a positive effect on habitual brand loyalty. H5: Continuous brand loyalty will have a positive effect on habitual brand loyalty. The results of this study showed that first, after the factor analysis, there were two factors of sports commitment (behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment). Second, the path analysis results revealed that there were significant relationships between sports commitment factors (cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment), sportswear brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty factors (continuous brand loyalty and habitual brand loyalty). The results revealed that cognitive commitment had a positive relationship with behavioral commitment, which had a positive relationship with sportswear brand satisfaction. Sportswear brand satisfaction had a positive relationship with continuous brand loyalty, which had a positive relationship with habitual brand loyalty. Cognitive commitment also had a positive relationship with habitual brand loyalty.

직무스트레스가 작업자의 직무와 조직 헌신도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Stress on Employees' Job and Organizational Commitment)

  • To decrease employees' job stress in the viewpoint of occupational health is very important to improve the productivity and quality of labor. In this study, the job stress, and it's influence on job commitment and organizational commitment were investigated by the questionnaire survey of 259 industrial workers. As results, the majority of workers were under job stress resulted from job demand, job control, and coworker's support. The work times per a week and night work had significant relationships with job demand, and the maximum negative relationship between the work times per a week and job continuous commitment was found. Job demand had the significant relationship with job affective and normative commitment, and job control had the significant relationship with job normative commitment and organizational affective commitment. Moreover, job affective and normative commitment had the significant relationship with organizational continuous commitment. Finally, it was found that cyclic organic chain was composed of work times per a week, night work, salary, job demand, job control, job affective and normative commitment, and organizational affective and continuous commitment. The results of this study indicates that reducing cyclic organic chain is urgently necessary to increase employees' job satisfaction and company commitment.

Relationship between psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers and their organizational commitment

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers and their organizational commitment. The subjects of this study were 230 social welfare facility workers in OO city, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea. Analysis was conducted using the SPSS program, including frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis, and regression analysis on the causal relationship between variables. The results of the study showed that the psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers had a meaningful effect on their emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment. These results confirmed that the higher the psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers, the higher the sub-factors of organizational commitment, such as emotional, continuous, normative commitment, resulting in positive effects on the achievement of goals and values that are pursued by the welfare facilities. This study aims to become foundational data for the improvement of working conditions to improve psychological wellbeing of social welfare facility workers to increase organizational commitment.

옴니채널 서비스 이용 동기가 지속적 몰입과 정서적 몰입 및 브랜드 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of usage motivation for omni-channel services on continuance and affective commitment and brand purchase intention)

  • This study examined motivation to use omni-channel services on mobile devices in fashion stores and the effects of such usage motivation on brand purchase intention through continuous and affective commitment. Data were collected on consumers in their 20s and 30s who experienced omni-channel services during shopping for or purchasing fashion products. An online survey asked 413 consumers to rate their brand purchase intention. Sub-levels of each variable were examined using SPSS 25.0, followed by confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 19.0. In addition, path analysis using structural equation modeling was applied to analyze associations between variables. The statistical results were mixed. First, only two dimensions of usage motivation for omni-channel services, hedonic and relational motivation, had positive effects on continuous and affective commitment. Second, continuous commitment had a greater effect on purchase intention of brands that provided omni-channel services than it did on affective commitment. Third, of the dimensions of usage motivation, utilitarian motivation had a direct influence on purchase intention in the modified model, while social motivation did not affect service commitment and purchase intention. Finally, our findings suggest that brand loyalty can be built by encouraging service commitments through hedonic and relational motivation, based on the usability of omni-channel services.

영상통화 서비스의 지속적인 사용 요인에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Factors on Continuous Use of Video Telephony Service for Mobile Devices)

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the critical factors influencing on the continuous use of video telephony service for mobile devices. An empirical analysis has been performed by using service quality, brand image, price, fun as influencing factors, and satisfaction and commitment as mediating factors. The partial least squares(PLS) methodology with 228 questionnaires has been conducted. The results indicated that brand image, price, and fun were mediated by satisfaction and commitment to have a statistically significant influence on continuous use of video telephony service. Service quality showed a significant effect on continuous use mediated by satisfaction while it did not show any influence through commitment. Based on the results, companies in the communication service industry should consider and focus on the improved brand image, appropriate fees, and individual preferences for fun for the successful marketing activities, and should also maintain amicable relations with their customers.

Do Customers want Employees' Authentic Service or Just Service? The Effects of Employees' Authenticity and Justice on Customers' Commitment and Behavior

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship between customers' perception of authenticity, justice, customer commitment, and customer behavior in franchise coffee shops. To test the hypotheses of the study, a total of 428 customers in Korea were considered in an empirical analysis using a two-step structural equation model (SEM) approach. In particular, employees' authenticity had relatively great influence on customers' continuous and affective commitment and their justice had greater influence on customers' normative commitment. Also, customers' continuous commitment, normative commitment, and affective commitment significantly influence customer participation behavior, while normative commitment and affective commitment have a significant effect customer citizenship behavior. Research thus far divided justice and authenticity into separate concepts and examined relation with customer commitment or behaviors but the present study put cognitive process of justice and emotional process of authenticity on the same line and evaluated their different influence on customer commitment and behaviors, thereby verifying that not justice perceived by customers induced desirable customer behaviors but authenticity they felt with their heart played a more superior role in customer commitment or behaviors. This means that authentic services rather than justice induce customers' positive behaviors.

종업원에 대한 보상전략이 몰입에 미치는 영향: 재택근무와의 비교를 중심으로 (An Investigation of the Impacts of Employer's Rewards Strategies on Employee's Commitment with Comparison of Home-based Contact Center)

  • 정보기술의 발달에 따라 집에서 근무하는 재택근무제는 조직과 조직원 모두에게 도움이 되는 미래지향적인 근무방식으로 인식되고 있으며, 선진국을 중심으로 재택근무제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기업에 요구되는 비용절감 압력 가중에 따라서 재택근무제가 조직 경쟁력 제고의 중요한 수단으로 고려되고 있으나, 재택근무제도에서 발생할 수 있는 조직원의 이탈 및 통제 문제에 대한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 논의되었던 보상전략들과 조직몰입의 관계를 재택 및 내근의 상이한 근무제도 상황에서 비교하여 제시하였다. 이를 통하여, 상이한 근무제도에서 기업이 선택해야할 보상전략을 찾고자 하였다. 연구의 결과, 기업의 외재적 내재적 보상이 근로자의 지속적 몰입에 미치는 영향요소임을 확인하였으며, 근로자가 지각하는 정서적 몰입이 규범적 몰입을 매개로 지속적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 단계적 과정을 검증하였다. 특히, 보상지원전략이 조직원의 몰입에 미치는 영향이 근무제도(내근직과 재택근무)에 따라 상이하게 발생함이 실증하였다.

외식업 종사자 리더십 유형이 조직몰입, 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 부산 해운대 지역을 중심으로 (The Effect of Food Service Organization Employee's Leaderships Type on Organizational Commitment and Managerial Performance: Focused on Busan Haeundae Area)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among leadership, organizational commitment and management performance of restaurant workers from the Busan Haeundae area. Normally, each leadership type(transactional leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership) effected organizational commitment and management result. For the field test and verification, 200 staffs of the Haeundae restaurant participated in the survey from April 1st to May 30th, 2017. The research result was summarized as follows. First, all leadership types(transformational leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership) of Haeundae restaurant staffs had a positive impact on affective involvement. Second, transformational leadership and transactional leadership of restaurant staffs had a positive influence on continuous commitment. Lastly, continuous commitment of restaurant staffs in Haeundae affected management result. In conclusion, precedent study explained only hotel investigation.
