다양한 잠재력을 지니고 있는 공공데이터의 특성에도 불구하고 서비스의 활용 확대를 위한 연구는 물론 데이터에 대한 이해가 부족한 일반 이용자를 대상으로 한 연구도 거의 이뤄지지 않았다. 본 연구는 기대일치이론에 기반하여 어떠한 전자서비스 품질 요인이 공공데이터 서비스의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 분석 결과 만족도는 하나의 요인으로 합쳐진 이해가능성 및 효율성에 대한 기대 일치와 지속이용의도 간을 부분 매개하였으며, 지각된 유용성에 대한 기대 일치와 지속이용의도 간 관계는 완전 매개하였다. 서비스가 제공하는 정보에 대한 이해와 유용성이 충족될수록 이용 의지가 높아진다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 서비스의 질적 발전을 위해, 자신만의 정보 사전을 구축할 수 있는 전자 책갈피 기능과 서비스 이용자의 자유로운 커뮤니티 공간을 제언하였다. 더불어 일반 이용자 관점에서 전자서비스의 설계 시 어떤 부분에 집중해야 하는지 근거 자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 연구 의의를 지닌다.

Stepping into the technological boom time, Vietnam has integrated into the trends of using Fintech applications as a new means of payment. This article evaluates the relationship between perceived security (including service security and platform security), knowledge, confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, attitude and lastly enterprise's images regarding the service and continuous intention to use Fintech services. The survey results of 352 Vietnamese customers using Fintech services, reliability test and extended post-acceptance model (EPAM) which is based on PAM and ECT models. From the survey, we further found out that perceived security (BSS) has no direct impact on continued intention to use, while perceived security (BSS) has positive impact on confirmation (CON), similarly, perceived usefulness (PU) and user's satisfaction (SES). Knowledge of the Mobile Fintech payment service (KNOW) has a positive impact on perceived security (BSS). Confirmation (CON) has a positive influence on perceived usefulness but in the meanwhile it has created a negative impact on user's satisfaction (SES). From the survey it can also tell that user's attitude (ATT) and enterprise image (IMG) both have a positive impact on continual intention to use Fintech services. From the research results, we also propose some recommendation to enhance the continual intention to use Fintech services in Vietnam.

정보 기술의 급격한 발달로 인해 다양한 상품과 서비스가 출시되고 있다. 하지만 지속적으로 사용을 계속하는 상품이나 서비스는 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 새로운 사용자를 유치하는 것보다 기존 사용자를 지속시키는 것은 기업의 효율적인 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 하지만, 기존의 정보 기술과 관련한 연구들은 새로운 사용자를 유치하는데 초점이 맞추어져 왔다. 따라서 기존 사용자를 지속적으로 유지하기 위한 연구는 매우 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 웹 사용자를 대상으로 모바일 웹의 지속적 사용을 위한 지속 사용 모델을 개발하였고, 이러한 지속 사용 행동이 실제 사용량에 어떠한 영향을 끼쳤는지 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 모바일 웹의 지속적 사용에 중요한 영향을 끼치는 요인을 발굴하였고, 이를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 사후 기대인 사후 유용성, 사후 사용 편의성, 사후 즐거움, 사후 지각된 가치가 사용자의 만족, 사용 지속의도에 유의하게 영향을 끼쳤으며, 사용자의 사용지속의도 역시 모바일 웹의 실 사용량에 유의하게 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 연구 결과와 더불어, 만족과 사용 지속의도에 중요하게 끼치는 영향은 서로 다르게 나타나 만족과 사용 지속의도를 높이는 전략이 서로 다르게 해야 함을 시사하고 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 연구의 한계점과 실증적 시사점에 대하여 제시하고 있다.

This study investigated how helpful the use of generative AI such as ChatGPT is in conducting engaged learning at each university. In this study, based on the experiences of users using generative AI technology, we analyzed the relationship between usability and ease in consideration of the characteristics of learners, and examined whether there is an intention to continue using generative AI technology in the future. In this study, in order to verify the factors affecting the intention to use ChatGPT technology in order to solve the problems given in the participating classes, we examined previous papers based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Information System Success Model (IS), extracted the factors affecting the intention of ChatGPT technology, and presented the research model and hypothesis. Empirical research on the continuous use of generative AI in participatory learning using ChatGPT was conducted to determine whether it is suitable for long-term and continuous use in the educational environment, and whether it is sustainable by examining the intention of learners to continue using it. First, user satisfaction was positively related to the intention to continue using generative AI technology. Second, if the user experience has a great influence on the intention to continue using ChatGPT technology, and users gain experiences such as usefulness, interest, and effective response in the process of using the technology, the evaluation of the technology is positively formed and the intention to continue using it is high. Third, the ease of use of the technology also showed that it was intended to be used continuously when an environment was provided in which users could easily and conveniently utilize generative AI technology.

This paper develops an integrative model for IT continuance in the internet shopping environments by integrating the expectation-confirmation and the switching cost factors. Using this model, in addition, this study investigates their differential effects on the mediating variables, such as user satisfaction, commitment, and trust which have been identified as antecedents of users' IT continuance intention. Results show that the product and service-related expectation confirmation factors and the relational switching cost factor can have greater impacts on users continuance intention than the web site design factors, and the financial and procedural switching cost factors. In particular, it is interesting to note that relational switching cost can lead users to more commitment, which is revealed as the strongest antecedent of their continuance intention to use a certain shopping site.

본 연구는 의료정보서비스 애플리케이션에 대한 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변인들 간의 유의성을 검증하기 위해 ETPB를 기반으로 PLS-SEM을 사용하여 실증적인 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, 개인적 특성 변수인 친밀감, 사전지식과 인지된 기대편익 변수인 비용절감은 TPB 변수인 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행동통제에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었다. 둘째, TPB 변수들은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 행동의도는 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었다. 셋째, 친밀감, 사전지식, 비용절감은 의료소비자들의 인식 전환을 기반으로 하는 행동의도의 매개를 통해 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 의료소비자들의 행동의도를 통해 의료정보서비스 애플리케이션에 대한 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 도출하여 의료소비자들의 행태를 실증적으로 규명하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

Today, the World Wide Web (WWW) impacts many facets of our lives, including communication, entertainment, social activities, shopping, etc. The web portal is the most accessed type of site and is advertising-supported the more users who visit the site, the more income it generates. User perception to a web site is very important much research has focused on the internet users' behavior. Some well-known theories, such as the technology acceptance model have been used to examine variables that motivate individuals to accept and use an IS. But Understanding continued use is the goal of this study. We focus on user beliefs (specifically, perceived usefulness) and attitude because pier studies of IT usage, predominantly based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and similar models, have established these perceptions as the dey determinants of both initial IT usage (acceptance) and long-term usage (continuance) intention and behavior (Bhattacherjee 2001; Davis et al. 1989). Any change in beliefs or attitudes will likely have a corresponding impact on, and may even revers, users' continuance intention and behavior. Also, continuance use have some features which are prior use, habit, feature-centric view of technology. So this research reflected continuance use features. Examination of the paths in the model revealed several interesting results. First, Perceived usefulness was a stronger predictor of acceptance intention in TAM than attitude, But attitude was a stronger predictor of continuance intention in this study than perceive usefulness. Second, confirmation was not affect directly to attitude. Last, Habit was strongest predictor of continuance intention in this study.

21세기 지식정보화 사회에서 과학과 기술에 대한 지식과 정보의 창출, 확산 및 활용의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 특히 국가 차원의 연구개발 종합정보시스템으로 운영되고 있는 웹사이트의 활용도를 높인다면 유사 연구와 중복 투자를 줄이는 등 효율적인 R&D 투자에 기여할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 국가 과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS, NDSL) 이용자가 느끼는 고객가치와 지속사용의지에 미치는 영향요인을 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과 정보서비스 품질이 서비스의 지속사용의지에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고 고객가치는 정보서비스품질과 지속사용의지를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이용자의 상황적인 요인변수 자체적으로는 고객가치에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 서비스의 품질과 고객가치간의 관계를 조절하지 않는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 국가 과학기술지식정보서비스의 고객가치 향상과 지속적인 사용을 높이는 요소들을 파악하여 국가과학기술지식정보의 효율적 활용을 통한 국가지원 연구개발사업의 성과제고에 긍정적인 역할을 하는데 있다.

In this study, based on previous research on personal broadcasting, we indirectly measured content quality, YouTuber attributes, user satisfaction, and behavioral intention, which are latent variables that cannot be directly measured, as measurement variables, and then measured theoretically between the latent variables. In order to analyze the causal relationship, we used a structural equation model to determine to what extent the content quality of the YouTube mukbang channel and the YouTuber's attributes influence behavioral intentions such as purchase, recommendation, and continued use according to viewers' satisfaction with use. We intend to analyze and verify the relationship between related variables. The research results are as follows. First, the value, relevance, timeliness, completeness, and data quantity of content quality were found to have no significant impact on user satisfaction. Second, the trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness, and intimacy of YouTuber attributes were found to have a significant impact on user satisfaction, but the similarity of YouTuber attributes did not have a significant impact on usage. Third, user satisfaction was found to have a significant impact on behavioral intentions and purchase intentions. However, user satisfaction was not found to have a direct significant impact on recommendation intentions or continued usage intentions.

본 연구는 변화하는 사회 환경 속에서 공공도서관의 사회적 역할과 위상 정립 방안의 하나로 북큐레이션 서비스를 제시하며, 공공도서관 북큐레이션 서비스의 지속이용의도와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 품질 요인이 무엇인지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 도서관 및 다양한 분야의 큐레이션 서비스 관련 문헌 고찰을 통해 공공도서관 북큐레이션 서비스의 품질 요인을 정보품질로 한정하여 세부 요인을 추출하였다. 이를 기반으로 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문과 통계분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 정보품질 요인 중 다양성과 흥미성은 이용자 만족에, 발견성과 유용성은 이용자 만족과 지속이용의도 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 공공도서관은 이용자들이 새로운 정보를 발견할 수 있고, 재미와 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 테마 선정과 다양한 장르, 다양한 유형의 도서에 대한 정보를 제공하는 방향으로 북큐레이션 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.
