  • This study aimed to explore the relationships between human resource management systems, trusts, and organizational commitments by employees in deluxe hotel located in Seoul. The results of this study are, human resource management systems direct impacts on trusts, and organizational commitments. and trust direct influences to organizational commitment. And trusts influence mediating effects between human resource management systems and organizational commitments. These results suggests that new direction of the importance of human resource managements and the importance of trusts by employees on competing environments in hotel industry for competitive advantage.

  • Microalgae have been explored as potential host species for biofuel production. Environmental factors affect algal growth and cellular composition. The effects of several key environmental factors, such as temperature, light, and pH of the medium on the growth and biochemical composition of Scenedesmus obliquus were investigated in this study. The highest growth rate of microalgae was observed at an optimal temperature of 25℃, 150 μmol/(m2·s) light intensity, and pH 10.0. The biochemical composition analysis revealed that the carbohydrate content decreased at lower (20℃) or higher temperature (35℃), whereas the protein and lipid contents increase at these temperatures. The fluctuation of light intensity significantly affected the contents of protein, carbohydrate, and lipid. The protein levels varied greatly when the pH of the medium was below 7.0. The carbohydrate and lipid contents significantly increased at pH above 7.0.

  • Most software is distributed as a binary file format, so reverse engineering is not easy. But Android is based on the Java and running on virtual machine. So, Android applications can be analyzed by reverse engineering tools. To overcome this problem, various obfuscation techniques are developed. In android environment, the Proguard is most widely used because it is included in the Android SDK distribution package. The Proguard can protect the Java source code from reverse engineering analysis. But it has no function to protect resources like images, sounds and databases. In this paper, we proposed and implemented resource obfuscation framework to protect resources of android application. We expect that this framework can protect android resources effectively.

  • Due to the development of science and technology and the emergence of new industries, the environmental change of the digital contents industry is rapidly progressing. The scope of technological development in the digital contents industry is affecting not only the entertainment industry but also various industries. Recently, with the development of digital convergence using realistic content, games, video, and VR have provided new opportunities for the growth of the content industry. The researcher determined that a new education system would need to be changed as the digital contents industry developed. For this purpose, an AHP questionnaire was conducted for experts with a high basic understanding of the education platform based on previous studies. We proposed a platform model for human resource development as an education system that meets the demand of digital contents industry. The education system for nurturing talents needed by future society should include elements that can interest the learning of users. The platform should not be approached from a system point of view, but should be developed from the content and user's point of view, considering the platform's original purpose.

  • Regenerated composite fibers are prepared from solution(styela clava tunics /poly vinyl alchol) using N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO)/water(87/13)(wt/wt) as a solvent by dry-wet spinning. The chemical cellulose (94%, ${\alpha}$-cellulose content) used for this study is extracted from styela clava tunics (SCT, Midduck), which are treated in chemical process and mechanical grinding. The structure and physical properties of regenerated composite fibers were investigated through IR-spetra, DSC, TGA and SEM. The optimal blend ratio of SCT/PVA for spinning solution was 70/30 and the total weight was 4% concentrations in NMMO/water solvent system. The fiber density, moisture contents and the degree of swelling were $1.5(g/cm^3)$ 10.2(%) and 365(%), respectively. The crystallinity index of composite fibers are decreased as the PVA contents increased. Thermal decomposition of composite fibers took place in two stages at around $250^{\circ}C$ and $550^{\circ}C$. The best thermal stability was obtained with 30% PVA contents.

  • For applications that are grid enabled, the grid can offer a resource balancing effect by scheduling grid jobs on machines with low utilization. When jobs communicate with each other, the internet, or with storage resources, an advanced scheduler could schedule them to minimize communications traffic or minimize the distance of the communications. We propose an intelligent load distribution algorithm to minimize communications traffic and distance of the communications using genetic algorithm. The experiments show the proposed load redistribution algorithm performs efficiently in the variance of load in grid environments.

  • Resource constrained project scheduling problem with multiple resource constraints as well as precedence constraints is well-known as one of the NP-hard problem. Since these problems can't be solved by the deterministic method during reasonable time, the heuristics are generally used for getting a sub-optimal during reasonable time. In this paper, we introduce an efficient genetic algorithm for resource constrained project scheduling problem using crossover which is applying schema theory and real world tournament selection strategy. Experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm is superior to conventional algorithm.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine IT governance mediated the effect of human resource capability on information systems outsourcing success. The survey method was used for this paper, and data from a total of 108 companies that were listed greater than $10 million were used for the analysis. And structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The results of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, human resource capability do not have a direct effect on information systems outsourcing success but IT governance mediates the effect of human resource capability. Second, preparedness capability and relationship capability have positive effect on the IT governance. The findings have significant implications for IT governance in information systems outsourcing.
