EDMS systems have been a main alternative for enterprise content management (ECM), which provide valuable functions for the effective control and management of organization-level digital contents. However, it has not been effective frequently for the purpose of integrative control of overall contents in an organization. One of reasons for this problem is that individuals usually create and store files with their own personal computers and do not move them to the central storage and control device, EDMS. Many occasions show that this situation can cause undesirable results for better management of enterprise contents. This paper introduced an approach of virtual folder which can directly connect individual computers and EDMS storage device without users' inconvenience. Adding the capacity of restricting usage of individual computer, users unavoidably and conveniently store and retrieve digital contents using EDMS server system. Several modules and implementing architecture for the virtual folder system are shown and the results of utilizing the system are explained with a case of application.

The research tried to realize the policy which serves Innovation ability for culture-contents producer, and culture-contents producer's Innovation ability which impacts OSMU of contents in the policies of government for vitalizations of culture-contents industry. As a result, we have reached the conclusion that the supportive policies for technology, exports and marketing were effective to strengthen the innovation ability of management of human resource, creation and production area. Also we have found that content's OSMU has been influenced by innovation ability. The implication of this study are followed. First, the policies which are intended to revitalize the culture content industry by government has the effect that are some different ones from the settlement and intention. Second, the production industry of animation do still passive and closed organization management, without the efforts for opened and cooperative management. Therefore, the efforts of government which are more practical and realistic supports to revitalize and based on strategic cooperation of industry.

현재 이러닝 표준으로 채택하고 있는 SCORM은 런타임 시 학습자의 수준 변화에 따른 맞춤형 콘텐츠 제공이 어렵고, 선택적 학습을 제어하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 SCORM의 단점을 보완하기 위하여, 수준 평가 모듈, 콘텐츠 재구성 모듈, 문항 출제 모듈로 구성된 맞춤형 콘텐츠 구성 엔진(CCOE : Customized Contents Organization Engine)을 설계 및 구현하였다. 수준 평가 모듈은 문항반응이론을 기반으로 학습자의 수준을 평가하고, 문항 출제 모듈은 각 수준별로 랜덤하게 또는 학습자의 수준에 적합한 문항들을 추출하여 학습 이전 평가, 단원 평가 및 퀴즈로 제공하며, 퀴즈로 제공하기 위해 추출된 문항들을 콘텐츠 재구성 모듈로 전달한다. 콘텐츠 재구성 모듈은 콘텐츠에 태깅된 난이도를 검색하여 학습자의 수준에 적합한 콘텐츠를 추출하고, 문항 출제 모듈로부터 전달받은 퀴즈와 추출된 콘텐츠에 대한 시퀀스를 생성한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 CCOE를 활용하면, 각 단원별로 변화된 학습자의 수준을 재평가하여 변화된 수준에 적합한 학습 콘텐츠를 제공함으로써 학습 효과를 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 들어 문화 콘텐츠의 급속한 발전이 있었음에도 불구하고 문화 콘텐츠 전문양성과 관련한 연구는 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 문화 콘텐츠와 관련된 국내외 사례를 기반으로 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 문제점을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 해외 사례로서 미국, 일본, 영국, 호주, 캐나다 등 5개국의 문화 콘텐츠 전문 양성 기관에 대한 현황에 대해 살펴보았으며, 국내 대학 기관의 교육 현황에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 기반으로 국내 문화 콘텐츠 전문 인력 양성에 있어 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 제안을 제시하였다.

많은 학습시스템이 학습효율을 높이기 위해 자기 주도적 학습을 적용하고 있다. 동일한 수준의 학습자라 할지라도 학습 내용을 이해하는 정도는 서로 다를 수 있다. 따라서 제공된 콘텐츠를 이해하기 어려움에도 불구하고 정해진 난이도와 학습과정에 따라 획일적으로 학습이 진행되는 방법은 효율적인 학습효과를 나타내기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 런타임시 변화된 학습자의 수준에 적합한 학습 콘텐츠를 재구성할 수 있도록 SCORM의 기능을 확장하고, 이 확장된 SCORM을 기반으로 DCOS(Differential Contents Organization System)을 설계 및 구현하였다. DCOS는 학습자의 수준에 적합한 학습 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 재구성하기 위하여, 학습자의 수준 이외에 학습 콘텐츠의 구성단위인 학습객체 간의 관련성 및 학습 목표 달성 정도를 기반으로 콘텐츠를 재구성하도록 하였다. 각 30명의 학생이 기존 시스템과 DCOS에서 학습한 결과, DCOS에서 학습한 학습자들의 평균점수와 시스템 만족도가 전체적으로 높은 것을 알 수 있었다.

In order to determine the content levels of trace metals in common salts, 64 bay salt samples were collected from three producing districts and 33 bay salt samples, 32 remade salt samples and 5 fine salt samples were collected from 7 major cities in Korea, from August to September 1987. These were analysed for content levels of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn and Mn using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The results were as follows: 1. Lead contents in three type salts were N.D. - 1081.9 $\mu$g/kg and fourteen percent of the 114 samples exceeded the World Health Organization(WHO) criteria of 100$\mu$g/kg. Cadmium contents of samples were N.D.- 382C.5 $\mu$g/kg and five percent of the 114 samples were over the Spanish criteria of 500 $\mu$g/kg. Copper contents of samples were 8,9-214.9 $\mu$g/kg and there was not a sample over the World Health Organization(WHO) criteria of 500 $\mu$g/kg. Zinc contents ranged N.D. - 342.9 $\mu$g/kg and Manganese contents ranged N.D.- 8.31 mg/kg. 2. The comparison of heavy metal contents among the bay salts from three producing districts was significantly different in Pb, Cd and Cu contents. 3. The comparison of heavy metal contents between the bay salts and remade salts was not significantly different in Pb, Cd and Cu contents. 4. The contents of Pb, Cd, Zn and Mn in fine salts were much lower than those of bay salts and remade salts.

Technological substitution is the process by which a radical technology replaces the dominant technology in an industry. The processes of diffusion and substitution have been modeled extensively (Technology & innovation, 2010). However, the formulation of classical quantitative models encompasses only part of the theoretical space. These models impose many simplified constraints to the achievement of analytical resolution. The interior design organization needs to establish a set of technical system requirements by describing the scope of the accessibility needs of the organization against current technology use. Because of complicated design resources and ongoing advances in design technologies, design systems face the challenge of prioritizing new technologies for supporting. The problem is small design organization administration often displays a lack of concern toward the evaluation of technology integration. In this paper, I will identify the influence of a design organization's technology, and predict how future technology will inform, support, and potentially hinder productivity, culture, and work satisfaction within a design organization in the industry. In addition, I will use current design organizational behavior and leadership models to support my predictions. Finally, I will examine a proven approach to assist designers with evaluating technology integration in interior design organization. The goal is to develop a high quality, professional development scorecards for the evaluation. I will conduct both the evaluation of technology integration and CRM performance evaluation is recommended to assess the effectiveness of technology integration. Therefore, the evaluation of integration technologies oriented design hold the promise of solving the organization application integration challenge. The evaluation of integration technology is a significant pattern for processing such a vision. The careful selection of an integration technology for this purpose is crucial in contributing toward the success of such an interior design organization endeavor.

유형 또는 무형의 지식콘텐츠는 공사부문을 막론하고 모든 조직에서 중요한 전략적 자원으로서 인식되고 있다. 따라서 지식콘텐츠의 획득활동은 조직성과제고에 기여할 수 있는 자원의 유입을 의미하며, 또한 획득 활동을 기반으로 공유나 활용 등의 기타 지식활동이 이루어진다는 점에서 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 지방정부 공무원들을 대상으로 하여 정부조직의 지식콘텐츠 획득활동의 정도를 분석하였다. 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 통해 공무원들의 개별적 특성과 지식콘텐츠 획득활동간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 지방정부 공무원들의 지식콘텐츠 획득활동정도는 보통수준이며, 형식적이며 소극적인 지식활동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정부조직 지식콘텐츠 획득활동에 있어서의 정책적 시사점을 논의하였다.

This study was carried out to identify the limitations and problems of organization, as well as present plans to activate the organization through diagnosis on 'My Hometown Keeper' organization that was created for the purpose of growth of agricultural and fishing regions, and environment improvement. Utilizing Weisbord's Six-box Model, an organization diagnosis model useful for diagnosis of 'My Hometown Keeper' organization, 6 areas including organization's objective, structure, relationship, compensation system, leadership, subsidiary device system etc. and 14 survey questions were prepared, and a survey investigation was conducted on the staff at Korea Rural Community Corporation in charge of 'My Hometown Keeper' participating residents and administrative support. Based on the analysis results of survey investigation, the limitations and problems of organization were identified, and as plans to improve these and activate 'My Hometown Keeper' organization, 'Clear establishment of organization's objective and role', 'Preparation of compensation and incentive system', 'Growth of relationship and leadership between constituents' 'Enhancing the utilization of subsidiary device system such as education and information acquisition etc.' etc. were presented.

본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 경쟁력 제고에 중요한 종업원의 조직시민행동을 높이는데 비전공유와 가치일치가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하였다. 분석결과 조직의 비전이 공유되고, 종업원과 조직의 가치관 일치 정도가 높을수록 조직시민행동이 활발한 것을 나타났다. 아울러 사회적 기업이 비영리조직 일수록, 사회적 기업의 종업원이 비 취약계층이고 정규직일수록 조직시민행동이 활발하였다. 사회문제의 해결과 취약계층에 대한 일자리 창출을 목적으로 하는 사회적 기업에 있어서 비전과 가치관의 공유는 영리기업에 비해서 더욱 중요하다. 따라서 사회적 기업의 관리자는 종업원들이 조직의 비전을 공유할 수 있도록 노력해야 하며, 단순히 수혜를 받을 대상자를 선발하는 것이 아니라 조직의 가치와 일치하는 사람이 조직에서 일할 수 있도록 선발과정에 더욱 노력을 기울여야 한다.
