AIP-TiN/WC-Co계에서 WC입자크기와 Co함량이 밀착력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the WC particle size and Co content on the adhesion property between AIP-TiN coating and WC-Co substrate)

  • TiN coating were deposited onto different WC-Co substrates using arc ion plating (AIP) technique. The structure and morphology for the deposited coating were characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The adhesion behavior of the deposited TiN coating was investigated with a conventional scratch test. Effects of WC particle size and Co content on the adhesion strength between the deposited TiN coating and substrate were studied. During the scratch test, the value of critical load was dependent of WC particle size and Co content on substrate. As the WC particle size and Co content on substrate decreased, the critical load increased. The highest critical load, approximately 110N, was obtained at WC particle size of 1$\mu\textrm{m}$ and Co content of 10wt.%.

안료 함량에 따른 잉크의 레올로지 성질의 변화 (Rheological Properties According to the Pigment Concentration of Ink)

  • Printing inks are mainly composed of pigment and vehicles. Among these components, the Vehicle affect the rheologic property of the ink the most but pigment content or characteristic also affect to the fluidity property not less than the vehicle. In the study, with the same vehicle on each sample, by making the sample to increase pigment content gradually. It can be examined the influence of the pigment to the fluidity of ink. In result we found that the viscosity value of the low shear rate rang has relatively higher value with increasing the pigment content in the ink. According to higher pigment content, yield stress and thixotropy index increases gradually. Structure recovery of the ink is that, the higher pigment content's ink, the less changing shear rate, and it takes less time to recover.

Corrosion Characteristics of HT-9 in 500℃ and 650℃ Pb-Bi Liquid Metal

  • The next generation nuclear power reactor will use Pb-Bi as the cooling material. The steel structure materials such as HT-9 used in the reactor suffer from corrosion when they are exposed to high temperature Pb-Bi. Therefore corrosion should be prevented to use Pb-Bi as the coolant material without any safety problem. One method is to control the oxygen content in Pb-Bi. An appropriate amount of oxygen in Pb-Bi can produce a thin oxide layer on steel, and this layer protects the steel from corrosion attack. Since the required oxygen content in Pb-Bi is in the range of $10^{-5}$ to $10^{-7}$ wt%, this small oxygen content can be controlled by flowing a mixture of hydrogen gas and water vapor. The stagnant corrosion test of HT-9 samples was performed by controlling the oxygen content up to 2,000 hours. The corrosion behavior of HT-9 was analyzed at the temperatures of $500^{\circ}C$ and $650^{\circ}C$ with a reduced condition and a oxygen content of $10^{-6}$ wt%.

  • 전문적인 건축 정보가 제공되는 건축문화유산 콘텐츠를 위해서는 콘텐츠에서의 디지털 문화유산은 실재 문화유산의 구조 및 구성을 반영하여야 한다. 즉, 건축문화유산의 구성 요소인 부재를 기반으로 제작된 디지털 문화유산이 콘텐츠에서 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 XML기반의 건축문화유산 정보구조를 정의하고 이를 기반으로 한 콘텐츠 저작도구 및 체험 콘텐츠를 소개한다.

  • The unit-water content of concrete is one of the important factors in determining the quality of concrete and is directly related to the durability of the construction structure, and the current method of measuring the unit-water content of concrete is applied by the Air Meta Act and the Electrostatic Capacity Act. However, there are complex and time-consuming problems with measurement methods. Therefore, high frequency moisture sensor was used for quick and high measurement, and unit-water content of mortar was evaluated through machine running and deep running based on measurement big data.

  • The mathematical thinking which transforms important mathematical content and developed into mathematical structure is a vital process in building up mathematical ability as mathematical knowledge based on structure. Such process based on students' recognition of mathematical concept. Developing mathematical thinking into mathematical structure happens when different cognitive units are connected and compressed to form schema of solution, which could happen through some guided problems. The effort of arithmetic approach in problem solving did not necessarily provide students the structure schema of solution. The using of equation to solve the problem is based on the schema of building equation, and is not necessary recognizing the structure of the solution, as the recognition of structure may be lost in the process of simplification of algebraic expressions, leaving only the final numeric answer of the problem.

  • 콘텐츠 중심 네트워크(Contents-Centric Networking, CCN)는 현재의 IP 기반 인터넷에서의 단대단 통신 패러다임을 콘텐츠 중심으로 전환하기 위한 미래 인터넷 기술이다. 이러한 새로운 네트워크를 운영하는데 있어서, 망관리는 매우 중요한 기능들중의 하나이다. 기존의 IP 네트워크에서 전형적인 망관리 표준은 Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)이다. CCN에 망관리 기능을 구현하기 위한 많은 연구들이 있었으나, 이들을 순수한 CCN 운영 환경에 적용하는데에는 각각의 한계점을 갖고 있다. 이러한 한계를 갖는 주된 이유는 기존 방법들이 IP-overlay 구조로 운용되거나, push 형태의 정보 전달을 지원하지 않기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 SNMP를 연동한 CCN 망관리를 위하여, pull과 push-type의 SNMP 메쏘드들을 CCN에서 모두 수용 가능한 새로운 naming structure를 제안한다. 그리고, 제안하는 naming structure를 활용하여 순수 CCN 환경에서 SNMP의 network 와 node의 상태 모니터링을 위한 GET과 TRAP 메쏘드 뿐만 아니라, 이들의 설정을 위한 SET 메쏘드를 지원하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여, 제안 방법을 CCNx를 활용하여 구현하고 한 테스트베드를 구축하여, 테스트베드상에서 SNMP 메시지들이 정상적으로 교환됨을 보인다.

Fabrication of Hydroxyapatite Ceramics to Mimic the Natural Bone Structure

  • The objective of our study was to produce an imitation bone material consisting of hydroxyapatite with a compact and spongy structure. This study shows the ideal content of $SiO_2$ and the sintering temperature to produce imitation bone that has the mechanical properties of natural bone. On the basis of our determination of the ideal conditions, a compact part was produced and its mechanical properties were tested. A compact part made of 0.5 wt% $SiO_2$ and sintered at $1350^{\circ}C$ showed excellent mechanical properties. The bioactivity of the compact part under this condition was tested, and it was found to be bioactive. The porous part was produced by controlling the powder size, and the dual structure was manufactured by combining the compact and porous parts. A water permeability test confirmed that the dual structure had an interconnected pore structure. Therefore, this dual-body structure is feasible for use in the creation of implants.

  • 스마트 디바이스의 확산으로 인해 세계적으로 전자책 콘텐츠 시장의 성장이 가파르지만 국내 시장은 상대적으로 낮은 성장률과 작은 시장규모를 형성하고 있다. 본 연구는 전자책의 체계적인 유통 비즈니스 모형화가 국내시장의 비활성화 문제를 해결하는 하나의 방안으로써 전자책 콘텐츠가 활발한 미국시장을 선도하고 있는 아마존과 애플의 유통구조를 분석하고자 하였으며 시장 활성화의 주 대상인 대학생들의 전자책 콘텐츠에 대한 수용태도를 출판물에 대한 관심도에 근거하여 조사하고 분석함으로써 해결방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 수용태도 조사에서는 주로 낮은 가독성과 부족한 콘텐츠의 문제가 수용에 부정적인 이유로 분석되었다. 기술적인 발전과 함께 시장참여유도를 통해 콘텐츠의 양과 질을 개선할 필요가 있다. 참여유도를 위해서 체계적인 유통구조를 정립하거나 개선하는데 본 연구결과의 활용이 기대된다.
