노인 소비자의 경제적 독립성이 외식 구매 의사 결정 과정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of the Elderly Consumers' Financial Independency on Eating-out Decision Making Process)

  • As Korea has approached the aging society, older Koreans have become an important force in restaurant sales today. To succeed with this silver market, it is important for restaurant managers to know who they are and which factor influence the older Koreans' eating-out decision making process. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the elderly consumers financial independency on restaurant selection process. Data were collected from 178 older consumers above 55 years old and analyzed using the descriptive statistic analysis, MANOVA, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the elderly consumers financial independency significantly influenced the decision making process in determining where they eat out Significant differences were found between high income group and low income group in the Problem Recognition Step(Wilks' Lambda=0.776, F=3.796), Information Search Step(Wilks' Lambda=0.779, F=2.959), Alternative Evaluation Step (I :Wilks' Lambda=0.835, F=1.748/ II :Wilks' Lambda=0.764, F=3.212), and Purchase Decision Step(Wilks' Lambda=0.849, F=2.412), except the Post-Purchase Behavior(Wilks' Lambda=0.933, F=1.179). The more financially independent older consumers were, the more directly they were involved in the eating out decision making process. Older consumers with higher income and more personal property were likely to 'propose to eat out by themselves'(F=10.986), to obtain restaurant information from the 'printed materials'(F=9.707), to consider 'convenient location' as most important factor when they eat out(F=5.594), and to go to 'family restaurant'(F=7.067), 'Japanese restaurant'(F=7.391) and 'fine dining restaurants'(F-=6.382). In conclusion, we found that the elderly consumers financial independency did influence the eating-out decision making process. Considering that older Korean will become a financially independent consumer and will be eating away from home more often, food service operations should actively position themselves for this market and develop the market-driven menus and services to meet their needs and expectations.

  • In the modern market economy, where the consumers are increasingly seeking pleasure rather than convenience, a variety of retailers are making every effort to promote sales records. In order to achieve this goal, the division of work needs to be effectively performed and the allied enterprises need to cooperate with each other. Consequently, the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system should be established through the research and analysis on brands and consumers. It is also necessary that the enterprises should cooperate mutually, using the PRM system which makes it possible to share the information from the CRM system. This report is going to propose a desirable cooperation which is reguaired in Retail Shop Design. And it will be done by describing the relation between CRM & PRM and the marketing based on brands and consumers.ere it examines closely the vibrating unit of the elevator and propose the countermeasure of it.

프로바이오틱스 섭취경험에 따른 제품인식 및 식행동 비교 - 수도권 지역 소비자를 중심으로 - (Comparison of Perception on Probiotics and Dietary Behavior according to the Probiotics Ingestion Experience - focus on Consumers in Metropolitan Areas -)

  • This study analyzed consumers' recognition and demand for probiotic products and dietary and living habits according to their probiotics ingestion experience to provide information on the development of probiotic products and marketing strategies in the health functional food-related industry. A total of 280 consumers living in Seoul, Incheon and Kyeonggi-do area were enrolled in this study. The consumers expected mostly intestinal health (80.4%) after ingesting probiotics. The appropriate price level for purchasing probiotics was between 20,000-50,000 won (58.2%), preferring a price range of 50,000 won or less (77.1%). There was a significant difference in the dietary habits depending on the experience of probiotics ingestion, but there was no difference in the living habit. Consumers took Vitamin C, red Ginseng and Ginseng the most instead of probiotics as health functional foods. Based on the results, a marketing strategy could be established to meet the consumer's needs, such as focusing on the effects of probiotics, building up various price policies and the development of new products mixing with other commonly consumed health supplements.

  • 기업의 웹 프로모션 사이트는 전 세계를 대상으로 마케팅을 펼칠 수 있으며, 브랜드 이미지를 다양한 표현방법으로 알릴 수 있고, 제품에 대한 정보를 다양한 각도로 흥미롭게 전달할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 기업 프로모션 사이트에서 효과적으로 정보를 전달하기 위해서는 소비자와의 인터랙션이 중요한 요인이며, 이를 위해 인터랙티브 스토리텔링의 이해가 필수적이다. 본 논문은 기업의 프로모션 사이트를 제작함에 있어 소비자의 효과적인 인터렉션을 유도할 수 있는 인터랙티브 스토리텔링에 대해 연구하고자 하는 목적을 가진다. 그 결과 인터넷 마케팅 프로모션의 단계인 방문유도, 흥미유발 및 참여유도, 고객정보획득, 고객의 니즈파악, 고객별 가치제공을 기준으로 웹 프로모션사이트의 인터랙티브 스토리텔링 사례를 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the silver consumers' education level on eating-out decision making process. Data were collected from 178 older consumers above 55 years old and analyzed using the descriptive statistic analysis, MANOVA, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the elderly consumers' education level significantly influenced the decision making process in determining where to eat out. Significant differences were found in the Problem Recognition Step(Wilks' Lambda=0.817, F=2.991), Information Search Step(Wilks' Lambda=0828, F=2.218), Alternative Evaluation Step II(Wilks' Lambda=0.741, F=3.596), Purchase Decision Step(Wilks' Lambda=0.859, F=2.223), and the Post-Purchase Behavior(Wilks' Lambda=0.885, F=1.780). The higher education level was, the more directly involved in the eating out decision process. The elderly consumers with university education were likely to 'propose to eat out by themselves'(F=9.346), to obtain restaurant information from the 'printed materials'(F=7.452), to go to 'family restaurant'(F=9.057), 'Japanese restaurant'(F=8.7891) and 'fine dining restaurants'(F=3.936), and to directly express their emotion when they had complaints about restaurant service(F=3.206). In conclusion, older Koreans will become more healthy and wealthy which means the dining out activity will be an important part of their life to socialize with people. Therefore, food service operations should consider the elderly consumers' needs and expectation of restaurant services and actively position themselves for this new market segment.

  • Modern men are much more interested in their appearance than ever before, as well as showing an increased need for uniqueness in order to construct their own sphere and pursue differentiation from others. Besides, changes in life style and the aesthetic sense are causing men to pursue various kinds of clothing benefits so that they want a suit with characteristics beyond the stereotyped design and style. They have started to be actively engaged in clothing purchases, forming a driving force for the growth of the male suit market. Hence, this study has significance in that it offers data conducive to consumers' custom suit purchase by reviewing data on the present condition of the custom suit market and bespoke suits. In addition, it aims to give a summary on the theoretical bases of preceding studies, including the need for uniqueness, pursuit of clothing benefit and concern for the appearance of male consumers, as well as examining the factors that influence on their bespoke suit purchase intentions. Accordingly, this work intends to construct a basic environment for consumers to approach the custom suit market easily and pave the way for male suit markets through offering marketing data and information that is helpful for custom suit-related markets.

  • This study is to explore how consumers' needs for tactile cues affect their purchasing behaviors in the internet shopping mall. Since previous studies about internet shopping malls are mainly performed on the primary factors of perceived risk, there are insufficient studies of tactile cues for apparel products. Emphasis of this study is placed on verifying the following hypothesis; it is expected that consumers' needs for tactile cues affect apparel purchasing behaviors in internet shopping. The questionnaire was administered to 20 to 30 year old male and female respondents who are either students or businessmen living in the Busan area. 150 questionnaires were completed and collected for data analysis. The data were, using SPSS 10. 0 for Window, statistically analyzed by frequency and factor analysis for VARIMAX, Cronbach's coefficient and Linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis are as follows: First, the tactile cues negatively affect purchase intentions of consumers. This shows that apparel internet shoppers who have high desire for tactical cues tend to avoid purchasing products through the internet. Second, the factor analysis of the moderating effect on perceived risks shows that the perceived risks significantly moderate both the tactile cues and purchase intention of consumers. Third, analysis of purchased experience also shows that purchased experiences significantly moderate both the tactile cues and purchase intention.

  • Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation needs to a different strategy for developing synergy effects, suggesting they should be selected for role to the unification Korea. In the this paper, Three policy-strategies is suggested as follows. Firstly, Economic Cooperation Driving Committee of Inter-Korean Digital Cultural Content is necessary the recovering of cultual consubstantiality and the operating of business partnership in the divided peninsular. Secondly, To cultural contents cooperation between South-North Korea. the exchange of learning and information must be activated constantly. as the cultural contents is creative industrial, it needs for imagination and creative of human and understanding of a fine arts, a traditional arts. Thirdly, A policy and system is inevitable to construction of Inter Korean Cooperation Digital Contents. South-North Korea, including a North Korea having a excellent cultural heritage, must jointly recovery for cultural contents. Under social-economic system, a consumers of digital contents pay to the format creator many royalty. Therefore, We must prepare to roll out a series of new creative contents, and have competitive advantages in the global market.

  • This research which applied with Uses and Gratification Theory tried the comparative analysis between internet purchasers and internet non-purchasers by the user's motivation, attitudes, and behavior in Mongolia, By utilizing the two-group discriminant analysis method, which tested the hypotheses of this study. In Internet Market of Mongolia, This research classifies all internet consumers into internet purchasers, and non-internet purchasers and examines the differences in motivations, behaviors, and attitudes between the two groups; based on the assumption that these two groups have different needs and expectations while using the internet. The two group discriminant analysis was conducted to identify a lot of differences between the two groups. Research results show that important differences are found in motivations for using the Internet, attitudes toward the Internet, amount of Internet usage, and frequency of visiting a certain type of Web site. In the practical aspect, This result provides an understanding of the Mongolia Internet shopping, also it could give some valuable implication for the Internet company marketers who are trying to find out how to penetrate into Mongolia internet market.

주부들의 식품안전 관련 구매행동 및 정보요구도 조사 (A Survey on the Housewives' Purchasing Behavior and Needs for Food Safety Information)

  • 본 연구는 주부들의 식품안전과 관련한 식품구매행동과 식품안전에 대한 정보요구도를 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구를 위한 자료는 서울 및 수도권 지역 거주 만 20세 이상의 주부를 대상으로 2009년 3월 9일부터 4월 3일까지 수집되었다. 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 식품안전 관련 구매행동에서 '유통기한을 확인'한다는 응답이 4.59로 가장 높았고, '국내산 구입'(4.08), '가격보다 안전을 고려'(3.66) 등이 다음으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 식품안전에 관한 교육 경험이 있다고 응답한 사람은 18.5%에 그쳤는데, 식품안전 위해요소에 관한 항목별 지식수준에 있어 '환경호르몬' 항목은 정답률이 89.1%로 가장 높았고 '광우병' 항목은 25.8%로 가장 낮았으며, 전체 지식수준은 총 13점 만점에 평균 8.56점으로 그다지 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 식품안전에 관한 정보탐색도는 2.61로 낮게 나타났는데, 식품안전에 관한 정보원천으로는 TV/라디오가 4.04로 가장 높았고 신문/잡지(3.80), 인터넷(3.44), 가족/친지/친구(3.39) 등이 다음으로 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 식품안전에 관한 정보요구도는 3.82로 높게 나타나 평소 식품안전에 관한 정보를 많이 필요로 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정부, 제조업자, 가공 및 유통업자 등은 식품안전 및 식품위해요소들에 관한 정확하고 충분한 정보를 다양한 정보원을 통해 제공해야 하며 또한 각종 교육프로그램을 개발 및 운영하여야 한다. 이를 통해, 보다 적극적인 소비자들의 정보탐색 활동을 유도하고 식품안전관련 지식수준을 향상시켜 나감으로써, 궁극적으로 소비자들의 안전을 고려한 올바른 식품구매행동을 유도해 나가야 할 것이다.
