ESCP Project showed an urban excavation case and introduced design method for case of Soil-Structure behavior in urban excavation. In this case, a retaining structures design to analysis the behavior of retaining wall and adjacent structures in urban excavations was applied by using a Elasto-plastic beam and limit Equilibrium analysis and soil-structure interaction analysis. Reliable design of earth retaining structures and the ground adjacent to braced wall in urban excavation are often difficult due to many variable factors. The ground settlement and the damage of adjacent structures in urban excavation has been an imprtant issue. Therefore, the stability of the adjacent structures must be secured with the excavation support and research on the protection of adjacent structure is necessary.

To adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, introduction of new management techniques and innovative activities are crucial. In the case of small and medium companies, the compensation for scarce management resources and sustainable development can be obtained from advantage of management consulting. In this study, we propose the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development (R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also define the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results, the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

As the majority of Korean MRO demand is outsourced overseas, AMO by major foreign authorities is required to promote the Korean MRO industry to keep Korean MRO demand on shore. This study aims to promote consulting for AMO (obtaining repair station certification) by U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Korean maintenance companies. We analyzed AMO process, studied various industry cases, developed a model for AMO consulting, and identified core competencies for consultants. We suggested a five-step modified Milan model to apply AMO consulting process. We identified seven core competencies (ethics, communications, problem-solving, technical, relationship, resource management, organizational understanding) both social and technical for consultants. Additionally, we text analyzed more than 260 FAA AMO consultant resumes on Linkedin and interpreted frequent words (airline, audit, inspector, DER, regulation, ISO, system) to their competencies. This study contributes to promote consulting for the Korean MRO industry to be recognized by FAA and to develop the Korean MRO industry.

공동주택의 하자감정과 관련된 다양한 문제점에 대한 개선을 하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 관련기준 등을 분석하여 하자감정서의 분석체계를 마련하였다. 이를 활용하여 하자감정서 24건을 분석하였고 형식 요소와 질적 요소를 검토한 결과, 형식 요소의 경우 구성을 다소 변경하는 수준으로 손쉬운 대안을 제안하였다. 질적 요소를 분석한 결과, 감정인에 대한 평가제도와 참여기술자에 대한 전문교육제도의 마련을 통해 하자감정의 내실화를 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

설계단계에서 VE를 적용하면 커다란 효과를 볼 수 있음에도 불구하고 국내에서는 설계단계의 VE가 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 특히 적절한 VB수행에 대한 적절한 용역대가 산정 기준의 부재는 설계VE의 적극적 활용을 가로막는 주요원인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 설계YE와 유사한 용역업무의 대가산정 현황과 국내외 설계YE 용역대가 산정현황을 분석하여 현재 YE 용역대가 산정의 주요한 문제점을 도출하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 다음으로 VE 용역대가 산정방안과 수행결과에 따른 인센티브 지급 방안을 제시하였다 마지막으로 면담을 통해 제안된 방안의 유효성을 검증하였다.

기업 경영이 점차 글로벌화 되어가는 환경 하에서 중소기업의 경쟁력강화대책의 일환으로 경영컨설팅 지원 사업이 시작된 지 10년이 되었다. 그동안 실증적인 사후자료에 의한 평가는 전무한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 사업을 통한 사업참여 중소기업의 재무적 상황을 중심으로 사업참여 전 후를 비교 분석함으로 써 본 사업의 시행성과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 검증결과 경영컨설팅 전 후 대부분의 대립가설은 기각되고, 성장성지표의 매출액증가율 및 활동성지표의 경영컨설팅후 2년 총자산회전율은 기각되지 않아 차이가 있다고 할 수 있으나 역의 영향력(설명력)을 가진 것으로 나타나, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅사업의 실질적인 효율성 제고가 필요하다.

이 연구는 수학수업을 운영함에 있어 발문과 관련하여 예비교사들이 겪는 어려움의 정도를 진단하고, 예비교사들에게 적절한 도움을 제공하여 그들의 수학수업 수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 목적의 일환으로 시도되었다. 예비교사의 수업을 진단하고, 진단내용 및 진단에 기초한 처방을 제안하는 절차는 수업컨설팅 방식을 택하였으며, 차시별 수업 분석을 위해 Flanders의 언어상호작용분석법을 컴퓨터 프로그래밍화한 AF(Advanced Flanders) 프로그램을 활용하였다. 수업 컨설팅을 실시한 결과, 예비교사들의 수업은 주로 비지시적인 것으로 나타났으나, 학생들의 반응을 적절하게 이끌어 내지는 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그들은 발언기회를 독점하였으며, 학생들의 아이디어를 수용하는 것에 매우 서투른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 그들의 수업은 비지시적이었음에도 불구하고 교사중심의 수업으로 흘렀으나, 교사의 권위를 내세우지는 않았다. 컨설팅 효과 측면에서는 지시적 발언을 비지시적 발언으로 수정하는 것은 대체로 긍정적이었으나, 교사의 발언 비중을 줄이거나 강의 대신 질문을 사용하는 것, 학생들의 아이디어를 수용하는 것 등은 1회의 컨설팅으로는 큰 효과가 나타나지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

국내 주요 과채류 농가, 국내외 컨설턴트 및 컨설팅 업체를 대상으로 하여 컨설팅 실태와 개선방향을 위한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 농가는 생산기술을 습득하기 위해서 컨설팅은 반드시 필요하며, 방문에 의한 컨설팅을 원하였다. 그러나 컨설턴트의 현장경험과 지식수준에 대하여는 신뢰성이 낮았다. 또한 컨설턴트의 과중한 업무로 방문 시 충분한 시간을 할여하지 않는다고 답하였다. 그리고 적합한 컨설팅을 위해서는 생산이력 관리시스템이 필요하다고 하였다. 3자간 공통 문항 결과에서는 계약기간(답변: 연간계약), 컨설팅 적정 수단(답변: 방문), 방문 시 컨설팅 시간(답변: $2{\sim}3$시간)등에 대하여는 대부분 공통적인 답변이었다. 그러나 일부 농가에서는 방문 시 컨설팅 시간을 연장하기를 원하였다. 컨설팅 공급자(컨설팅업체, 컨설턴트)와 수요자(농가) 간 가장 큰 차이를 나타낸 항목은 계약금 결정방법(답변 가계약 금액컨설팅 내용과 질)과 현재 정부 보조금 지원(답변: 적정확대)이었다.

최근 금융기관이 직면한 내외부적 요구로 인해 금융기관은 운영리스크 관리의 선진화를 위한 내부통제체제의 조속한 정립을 요구 받고 있다. 이를 위해서는 내부통제에 대한 정확한 정의와 표준적 구성요소에 대한 파악과 더불어 현재 내부통제체제의 문제점과 개선방안을 도출할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점 및 이에 대한 개선방안을 조직적 측면과 시스템적인 측면으로 분리하여 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 내부통제체제를 바탕으로 선진 운영리스크 관리 시스템 확립에 대한 다각적인 접근을 시도하고자 한다.

Purpose: Greenhouses for a protected horticulture covered with a plastic or glass are easy to have weakness in a heat loss by deterioration, damage, poor construction, and so on. To grasp the vulnerable points of heat loss of the greenhouses is important for heating energy saving. In this study, an on-site heat loss audit and energy consulting system were developed for an efficient energy usage of a greenhouse. Method: Developed system was mounted with infrared thermal and visual cameras to grasp the heat loss from the greenhouse quickly and exactly, and a trial calculation program of heating load of greenhouse to provide farmers with the information of heating energy usage. Results: Developed system could print out the reports about the locations and causes of the heat losses and improvement methods made up by an operator. The mounted trial calculation program could print out the information of the period heating load and fuel cost according to the conditions of greenhouse and cultivation. The program also mounted the databases of the information on the 13 horticultural energy saving technologies developed by the Korea Rural Development Administration and simple economic analysis sub-program to predict the payback period of the technologies. Conclusion: The developed system was expected to be used as the basic equipment for an instructors of district Agricultural Technology and Extension Centers to conduct the energy consulting service for the farmers within the jurisdiction.
