본 연구는 전국 164개 BI센터 창업보육매니저 251명을 대상으로 창업보육 매니저의 실태를 조사하였다. 조사대상자는 268개 BI센터의 61.2%에 해당한다. 조사기간은 2006년 8월 1일부터 31일까지 1개월간이며, 조사방법은 창업보육매니저 협의회를 통한 조사지 배포 및 회수과정을 거쳤다. 그 결과, 매니저에 대한 경제적 대우 수준이 높지 않았고, 계약직으로 근무하고 있어서 직업적 안정성도 낮은 수준이었으며, 20-30대 연령에 근무기간도 3년 미만인 경우가 많아 보육서비스의 질을 기대하기 어려웠다. 또한 전담매니저의 경우에도 입주기업에 대한 실직적인 보육서비스보다는 일반 행정업무의 비중이 가장 큰 것으로 조사되었으며, 현재의 연봉수준이나 근무환경뿐만 아니라 미래의 비전에 대한 만족도도 매우 낮은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 현실적인 어려움을 타개하고, 보육서비스의 질적 향상을 도모하기 위해서는 여러 가지 측면에서의 접근이 가능하지만, 우선 "창업지도사"라는 자격증을 신설, 운영함으로써 일정한 자격을 갖춘 자로 하여금 보육매니저의 직무를 수행하도록 유도하고, 이를 통해 보육서비스의 질을 향상시켜 나가는 방안을 고려할 수 있다.

본 연구는 스마트 기기와 컴퓨터 등 디지털 미디어를 능동적으로 이용하는 아동기 후반과 청소년 초기에 낀 세대라고 일컬어지는 트윈들이 다양한 정보를 선별·수용하는 판단을 하는지 알아보기 위한 기초연구로서 이들의 인터넷정보 조사와 이용에 대한 인식, 정보 신뢰성 판단에 대해 살펴보려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 설문조사법을 이용하여 서울시내 초등학교 2개교 5학년과 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 400부의 설문지를 배포하였고 336부의 유효 설문지를 회수하였다. 코딩된 데이터는 SPSS 25를 이용하여 기술통계, 요인분석, 빈도분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, 트윈들은 스마트 기기와 컴퓨터의 중요성을 인식하며 유튜브, 네이버, 카카오톡, 네이버 지식인의 순서로 많이 이용한다고 응답했으며 인터넷 정보조사가 쉽고 재미있다고 인식하였다. 정보 신뢰성 문항들의 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 인터넷 서비스제공자 신뢰성, 정보원과 정보 신뢰성, 신뢰성 상담으로 개념적 틀이 구분되어 제시되었으며 이 중에서 정보원과 정보 신뢰성 판단을 가장 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 흥미롭게도 정보 저자 신뢰성에 대한 확인방법 인지, 최신정보의 확인 필요성에서는 응답의 편차가 컸다. 현재 국가교육과정에 정보활용교육이 포함되지 않은 점을 고려하면 이들이 경험법을 통해 터득한 신뢰성 판단 전략 등에 관한 후속 연구가 필요하다. 향후 더 심도있는 트윈들의 정보 신뢰성 판단을 위한 후속 연구와 학교와 도서관 현장의 교육적 실천을 기대한다.

The study aims to evaluate the factors affecting the intention to use digital banking in Vietnam. Multivariate data analysis techniques (Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structure equation model) are used for the survey data collected from 201 customers who have access to digital banking. The analysis results show that: (1) attitude towards the service, perceived usefulness has a positive impacts on the intention to use; (2) convenience does not affect the intention to use digital banking services; (3) perceived usefulness factor has a positive effect on the attitude towards the service; (4) The perceived risk has a negative impact on attitude towards the service; (5) trust has no effect on the attitude towards the service; (6) ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness; (7) trust has a positive effect on perceived risk. From the results of this study, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude and intention to use the service. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the sense of the usefulness of customers through media advertising and consulting so that customers fully understand the benefits brought about by using digital banking services. Perceived risk has a negative impact on attitude towards the service.

Recently, foreign utilities emphasize the importance of the value-added services based on Information Technology(IT) as one of the strategic technologies for establishing a new power system in the future digital society. They develop many different types of the value-added services and apply the systems for customer. In domestic case, the data from the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) System is used only for calculating the tariffs. Data from the AMR system can be strategic assets for utilities to provide the value-added services for customer. Development of the value-added services for utilities and customer needs processing and managing the AMR data. In this paper, the energy consulting service, which is adequate to new power system environment, is suggested for development of the value-added services. The application of the suggested service will bring the effect of reducing the monthly bill for customer. Also the service will give not only the effective demand side management(DSM) and load control, but also reduction of the investment for utilities.

본 연구는 기업연구에 유의한 영향을 미쳤던 일터학습에 관한 선행 연구사례를 배경으로 연구하게 되었다. 열약한 소상공인에게 일터학습의 참여기회를 간직하게 함으로써 문제점 해결과 보완 능력을 향상시키고 실천적 성장의 기회를 강화하기 위함이며, 교육, 정책 제도적 창치를 제안하기 위함이다. 따라서 소상공인의 일터학습, 직무만족, 서비스품질 간의 관계규명을 위해 선행연구를 배경으로 연구가설을 설정하였고 실증분석을 실시하였다. 203건의 설문 결과를 SPSS 18.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째. 일터학습은 직무만족에 부분적 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째. 일터학습은 서비스품질에 부분적 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째. 일터학습과 서비스품질 간의 관계에서 직무만족이 완전 매개 역할을 나타냈다. 이를 통해 일터학습의 하위요인 형식적 학습은 소상공인의 열약한 환경에 따라 외부교육 및 자체교육 그리고 체계화, 구조화 등 교육환경의 부제로 직무만족과 서비스품질에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 연구되었다. 따라서 경영, 경제, 사회적 시각으로 소상공인의 열약한 환경을 그대로 드러내고 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이러한 문제점 보완을 위해 정부기관 또는 지자체에 소상공인의 성장과 발전의 기회를 강화하기위한 교육, 정책, 제도적 장치를 제안할 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 연구결과가 유의하게 나왔음에도 불구하고 한계점은 있을 수 있다. 따라서 향후 다양한 표본으로 다양한 분야에서 추가 연구가 이루어 져야 할 것이며, 더 나아가 향상된 서비스품질 및 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 학문적 실무적 관계에서도 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

국내택배는 전자상거래 활성화에 힘입어 매년 높은 성장률을 보이는 반면, 택배단가는 계속 떨어지고 있다. 낮은 택배단가로 택배사에 수익성 악화는 물론 소비자에게는 서비스 저하, 종사자에게는 과로 및 사고 등을 초래하여 택배요금 정상화를 위한 개선이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 합리적인 요금체계 모델과 요금을 계산하는 시스템적인 접근방법을 제시하였다. 연구 방법은 화물의 부피와 무게로 부피중량(Voulumatirc Weight) 및 운임톤(Revenue Ton)을 반영하여 청구중량(Chargeable Weight)를 계산하고 택배원가을 토대로 새로운 택배요금 모델을 제시하였다. 또한 현장에서도 쉽고 편하고 합리적으로 요금을 결정할 수 있는 요금결정지원시스템을 개발하였다. 실증에서는 실제 거래되는 택배를 샘플링하여 요금차이를 검토한 결과, 부피보다는 중량에 의존하여 요금이 결정되고 있었으며 개인택배의 경우 63.5%, B2C택배의 경우 40%가 부적합으로 확인되었다. 택배현장에서 나타나는 부작용과 문제점을 해소하기 위한 대안으로 택배가격 개선방안 연구가 절실함에 이 연구가 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study deals with problems of technical assistance through accidents analysis and questionnaires on small-sized construction sites which are difficult to understand real condition and administrate legally and indicated following efficient methods of technical assistance. (1) Ensuring access to the small-sized construction sites. (2) Delegation technical assistance service to civilian and supporting selected. (3) Raising of the person's safe consciousness concerned with the small-sized construction sites. (4) Safety consulting for the head office of small-sized construction sites.

To generate a multicast routing tree guaranteeing the quality of service (QoS), we consider the hop constrained Steiner tree problem and propose a new mathematical formulation for it, which contains fewer constraints than a known formulation. An efficient procedure is also proposed to solve the problem. Preliminary tests show that the procedure reduces the computing time significantly.

허문열 박사에 의하여 분류된 EDP의 3단계에 대하여 전적으로 동감하며, 우리나라가 현재 초기단계를 벗어나 성장단계에 접어들고 있는 것도 사실이라고 하겠다. 또한 조만간 (5-6년후)에 성숙단계에 접어들기 시작하면 컴퓨터에 의하여 처리되는 통계 package의 사용이 급증하고 이를 다룰 줄 아는 통계인의 수요가 매우 크리라고 믿어진다. 통계를 다루는 학자 또는 실무자들은 사회에서 요구하는 통계서비스(statistical consulting service)를 할 수 있는 것이 바람직하고, 우리의 역할을 다 할 수 있도록 우리 스스로를 준비시켜야 할 것이다. 사회에 통계를 보급시키고 통계의 활용을 더욱 촉진시키기 위하여 다음의 몇가지를 제안하는 바이다. 이들은 또한 허문열 박사의 주제논문에서도 암시되고 있는 방향이라고도 하겠다.

Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among web service quality, customer satisfaction, initial trust and off-line visit intention in hospital website. Research object was limited to web service quality of general hospital. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, Questionnaire had obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 320 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and Structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Factors of web service quality have an effect on customer satisfaction and initial trust, both of customer satisfaction and initial trust have an effect on off-line visit intention. Also customer satisfaction affects initial trust. Especially, customer satisfaction and initial trust were empirically confirmed as the important factors preceding off-line vis it intention. Conclusion: Therefore, present study shows that customer satisfaction and initial trust are important factors that medium and small size hospitals have to emphasize to raise performance. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.
