Purpose The purpose of this study is to find the factors for explaining the relationship between the satisfaction of IT consulting and entrepreneurship based on the corporate performance, financial and economic performance. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors of entrepreneurship and satisfaction of IT consulting on the basis of ecosystem. In addition, this study, did empirical analysis of the structural equation model by PLS(Partial Least Squares) in order to find out the moderating effect of satisfaction of IT consulting on entrepreneurship. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the moderating effect of satisfaction of IT consulting on entrepreneurship, which increase the influence the effect of entrepreneurship on the corporate performance. However, the second order factor of enterprise ecosystem has no effect on the corporate performance. In addition, this study find out that the important role of IT consulting according to the change of business environment.

Small and medium-sized construction sites are most serious in Occupational Safety and Health in the construction industry. The safety consulting engineering has been launched, in 1995, to improve the safety environments and prevent serious injuries and fatalities accidents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the safety consulting engineering for small and medium-sized construction sites. This study conducts a number of interviews with experienced contractors, consulting engineers, etc. And the questionnaire survey was peformed with 111 respondents. This paper presents several improvements to increase the efficiency of the safety consulting system.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the performance of innovation consulting program by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs(MOGAHA) for local governments. The performance of the consulting program was measured by the difference of innovation grade improvement local governments which were included in the program achieved more grade improvement than others which were not. Especial Iy municipalities at lower grades in 2005 have reached higher stage after receiving Innovation consulting.

Recently, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of cases that have formed and operated teachers' learning communities through cross-curricular consulting at the school level. The purpose of this study is to explore cross-curricular instructional consulting as an activity of teachers' learning communities at the school level, and investigate the effect of cross-curricular instructional consulting on middle school science teaching. We analyzed features and limitations of cross-curricular instructional consulting revealed in three case studies in middle school, including open classes and instructional consulting sessions, and conducted additional instructional consulting on the same videotaped science classes with science experts from outside. According to the results, science inquiry experiments are often replaced with text reading and interpreting, students' misconceptions and exact scientific representations are ignored, and the goal setting as well as class coverage has been questionable and disputable in science classes resulted from cross-curricular instructional consulting. Discussed in the conclusion are the necessity of cross-curricular instructional consulting in middle school, and ways to overcome limitations of the method of cross-curricular instructional consulting, including alternatives to a praise-only policy in cross-curricular instructional consulting, ways to use cross-curricular instructional consulting without compromising the subject's essence, and ways to improve the undue authority of consultants.

A defect dispute surrounding an apartment building is in constant trouble, a defect consulting is necessary that objective and impartial for solving a defect. The defect dispute about a defect lawsuit is conducted in the order that filling of lawsuit, consulting order, defect inspecting, estimating a repairing cost, writing a consulting report, submitting a consulting report, and decision by court. Of these, a step of defect inspecting is extensively investigated an occurred defect that each defect index and type from each part and place. At this time, it is collected of many data and created many information. For this, it need to organize and manage. The study is a modeling of field investigation work process that second phase of defect inspecting step. A literature study is defined a work until level 2. This study is defined the work until level 3 to 4. In addition, the modeling can do for using a job name, a place to job, a job to do, and a person concerned about defect consulting case. The modeling is expected a contribution of improving a defect consulting process and systematizing a judgment standard.

As small-scale libraries such as Children Library, Small Library, Miracle Library, have recently increased in number, it is required to establish the library consulting system in order to provide them with special knowledges and experiences necessary for library construction and operation. The result of the survey about public librarian's opinions confirms that the latent demand for library consulting is very high. In case of our country where the social experience in library consulting service is insufficient, it is desirable that the library consulting service be executed by the government offices as public service.

The purpose of this study is to suggest practical plans to improve the school library consulting, especially in case of a teacher librarian is not assigned. As a result of analyses, consulting through methods of the School Library Assistant Group lacks spontaneity, expertise, council, and independence. Besides, each office of education operates it as a marketing. A main goal of school consulting is to foster independent problem- solving of individual schools. Accordingly, it is necessary to build an union management system, develop a standard staff manual, construct DLS based on-line consulting, and design educational training programs of consultants for its successful consulting.

This study was conducted to identify the effects of telephone consulting follow- up on self care behaviors and self efficacy in diabetic patients after discharge. The subjects for this study were consisted of 39 patients and twenty subjects assigned to the experimental group received the telephone consulting follow-up after discharge once a week during 4 weeks with diabetic education before discharge and nineteen subjects assigned to the control group received diabetic education before discharge without telephone consulting follow-up. The results of this study are as follows： 1. The experimental group which received the telephone consulting had higher self care behaviors scores than the control group (t＝4.92, p＝.00). 2. The experimental group which received the telephone consulting had higher self efficacy scores than the control group (t＝4.71, p＝.00). 3. The relationship between self efficacy and self care behaviors showed a significant correlation in the subjects. In conclusion, the telephone consulting follow-up improved self care behaviors and self efficacy, therefore this intervention can be effective in promoting the care of diabetic patients

This study is to present the rationale and empirical evidence on the individual and the organizational of effectiveness of outplacement consulting was to contribute to the transition and spread awareness about the outplacement consulting. As the result, this awareness of usefulness of the outplacement consulting has positive impact on employability and employability is confirmed that it has positive impact on job performance and enhancing organizational trust. Furthermore, the employment possibilities were found to mediate the relationship between awareness of usefulness of the outplacement consulting and organizational trust and job performance. These results reveals that the outplacement consulting contributes to improve job skills of the organization, which is the result of verifying that leads to organizational performance. Based on these results, I propose transfering awareness and spreading about the outplacement consulting.
