The objective of this study was to provide information on difficulties in performing tasks of employees of the Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM) to obtain information as a resource for improving work performance. Data were collected from employees working at the CCFSM over a period of 6 months until December 2013. The recruitment period was from 16 December, 2013 to 30 January, 2014. A total of 228 employees (79.7%) participated in the study, and 227 completed questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed on data utilizing the SPSS V20.0. Employees tasked with 'nutrition guidance visits', 'hygiene safety guidance visits', and 'teaching to cook visits' who worked outside of the office frequently had difficulties with 'physical exhaustion'. They reported that 'working outside of the office encumbers later office work' and that 'employees' suggestions for changes are not easily accepted in child-care facilities. The following statements in the questionnaire were highly rated by each of the employees in charge of 'Gathering training' and 'Budget management': 'As a gathering training is conducted within the working hours of child-care facilities, participation rate is low' and 'The differences in regulations of consignment organization, local government, and KFDA are confusing'. This study also suggests that CCFSMs should have authority over child-care facilities, which demonstrate no desire for improvement even after CCFSM employees offer several suggestions for better foodservice or deliberately avoid participating in CCFSMs without good reasons. Besides, CCFSMs are supported by the KFDA and can lessen the workload of child-care facilities in developing educational materials for better foodservice.
In this study, to improve the quality of school lunch in local colleges, we conducted a survey on students who attend 2 year colleges in Jeju region. With its own unique regional characteristics and the change of its school lunch program from direct management to consignment, there were some questions about how each factor in school lunch program affects on students' satisfaction with it and we tried to present helpful data to improve school lunch programs in each region. The survey took place from May 5 to May 10, 2005 covering the colleges only in Jeju region. There were 200 sets of questionnaires issued and distributed to the students who are currently using school lunch programs. Only 168 sets were retrieved and processed statistically. 2 sets out of 168 questionnaires had to be thrown away because there were wrong entries of some questions, which made overall retrieving rate 83%. In this study, SPSS 10.0 , one of the statistical package programs, was used as an analyzing tool to make Frequency Analysis. To verify credibility, Cronbach's Alpha Element Analysis was done and T-test and ANOVA was also made. After Recurrence Analysis for elements of satisfaction regarding main factors that is considered to be important to customers, we found that importance of following factors: appearance of food, incongruity between main and side dishes, availability of seasonal food, availability of preferred menu, absence of food stock, waiting time, accessibility of food counters, space between chairs, presentation of a menu, food tray's shape, and color of food trays. The importance of those showed high but satisfaction with the same factors was low. So the primary improvement on these factors should be made to increase satisfaction. Finally we concluded that in large extent, importance of each factor definitely affects on students' satisfaction.

This study aims to figure out the main agent of management in the 69 recently constructed neighborhood parks in Busan, and to analyze the present status of the main agents. For this purpose, the work resources on park and landscape management, interview to related staff, and the budget on urban parks were found as the main agents of management. In case the parks were managed by consignment or by other separate organization, this study collected resources through the homepage or personal visits. As a result for the management method on parks, about 48 parks(69.6%) were under direct management by the local governments' main office and its business offices. Eighteen parks(26.1%) were commissioned to corporation or private organizations and three parks(4.3%) were operated by both direct and commissioned management. Because of the overall management result on urban parks, the company under outsourced management is not sufficient for a comprehensive management. Such is mainly focused on the maintenance like landscape or cleaning, but have fewer programs for the users. Forty-six parks cared by the local governments are mainly small sized neighborhood parks. For the management, contract workers or short-term workers are hired. It demonstrates an urgent need to improve professional personnel and organizational system for park management. In addition, any educational or cultural facility in the park is managed by separate institutions. Thus, it is not controlled as a park facility but an independent facility with separate controls. Moreover, to solve such problems, it needs legalization on the proper employment for parks, institutional improvement, cooperative network with NGO, planning and development of the program used according to the change of time, and customer oriented program management.
This study aims to make suggestions for more effective budget utilization and R&D project investment through verification of the efficiency of research results for the government's R&D projects. Efficiency was analyzed using Data Envelope Analysis(DEA) and 'Malmquist Index analysis' for the research results of convergence research projects organized by the National Science and Technology Research Association. The analysis targets were convergence research projects organized by the National Science and Technology Research Association and general entrusted research projects by government-funded research institutes, and dynamic analysis was conducted using DEA and Malmquist Index analysis. As a result of the analysis, the convergence research project showed high efficiency from the static perspective of DEA. On the other hand, from a dynamic perspective through the Malmquist Index analysis method, the efficiency of the general consignment project gradually declined, while the efficiency of the convergence research project improved every year. This suggests that convergence studies have higher results than general studies. Through the results of this study, we intend to present objective standards for performance evaluation of government R&D investment and provide objective implications for rational investment policies and research project planning of research personnel and research funds to improve efficiency for government-funded research institutes.

The aim of this research was to apply a HACCP system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to fermented milk. The main ingredients of fermented milk, work facilities and workers were obtained from a company named YD, which is located in Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si between November 5 2013 to April 13, 2014. A manufacturing process chart was prepared by referring to the manufacturing process of fermented milk manufacturers in common. The manufacturing process chart was made with raw materials; Raw milk, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Oligosaccharides, Lactic Acid bacteria and Subsidiary ingredients, Warehousing of packaging materials, Storage, Input, Preheating, Mixing, Homogeneity, Sterilization, Precooling, Culture, Filtration, In packaging, Out packaging, Storage, and Consignment, as listed Table 1. The results of the microbiological hazard analysis on the raw materials was safe after sterilization($90^{\circ}C{\pm}5^{\circ}C$, $35{\pm}3min.$) On the other hand,a microorganism test of an environment and workers suggested that the microbiological hazard should be reduced through systematic cleaning and disinfection accompanied by improved personal hygiene based on hygienic education on workers and the management of microorganisms in air.
This study focuses on some institutional improvement for revitalization of change in building use of officetel to lifestyle lodging industry. First as analysis method, this study establishes a failure factor for change in building use of officetel to lifestyle lodging industry. Second, analyzes an urgent importance to improve it in aspect of a legal institution or management for revitalizing a change of building use of officetel to lifestyle lodging industry. As a result, a failure factor of change in building use from officetel to lifestyle lodging industry is deducted in 4 articles with 13 detailed index. The purpose of this study is to have a main change of korea logistics industry analysis and take in the whole situation and the characteristics about a logistics firms. In korean logistics industry, The rate of a carriage is among the low-level as compared with the increasingly high prices for diesel. besides, a national logistics cost and the sales in the transportation industry has increased steadily. On the other hand, the number of trucks and transfer companies has decreased steadily. This change is attributed to expansion of logistics firm size through the limit on a raise in the number of trucks and introduction of a direct consignment system. But medium and small logistics firm size is dwindling in numbers. In the meantime, 2PL since early 2000s has rapidly rose as powerful players in logistics industry by a strong Support of the parent companies. Government and academia have long noted the limit and problems of 2PL system and emphasize on the necessity of activating the 3PL system. So this study divided broadly into two groups that the primary characteristics of korea logistics industry are 2PL and 3PL. Through the results of this study, the management and financial perspectives mean that there is a considerable difference between 2PL and 3PL.
The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement plan for an effective benefit sharing support policy through empirical analysis on the benefit sharing operation of government as well as the benefit sharing support policy of government affecting firm performance. Therefore, this study analyzed current problems on benefit sharing operation of government as well as performed a survey for 225 participating and cooperation firms regarding firm performance. This study found some improvements such as insufficient diverse incentive measures leading to the difficulty of participating firm's increase and spread, insufficient substantial benefit sharing such a cash allocation between consignment firms, the increase of biz management system model failing to induce innovation of new technology or product, and difficult spread into 2nd, 3rd cooperative firms besides 1st ones, meanwhile, verifying the positive influence of government benefit sharing support policy on both participating and cooperation firms, especially on the performance of cooperation firms. As a further study, it is necessary to increase the objectiveness and accuracy of a research through verification of the interrelationships between firm statue and performance on the basis of more objective and quantitative data such a sales increase or R&D capability of cooperation firms.

This paper presents a modeling prototype that optimizes construction processes implementing information communication technology (ICT). Using "IAMB", each and every actual steps of the construction process may be defined visually and explicitly by elaborating ICT to improve productivity and management efficiency. It contributes to identify the features on what parts of construction task are covered by ICT, and the effects of ICT on process performance. After analyzing 10 real project cases, ICT application types are classified into four categories according to ICT type, job functions that ICT applied, and the project phase in which ICT used. As a reuslt, it was confirmed that the positive outcomes on the construction process were beneficial to mostly the general contractors and mainly obtained by automated information processing, external consignment and consistent information use. Negative effects, which were occurred by mainly manual manipulation and duplication of information handling, were accrued to general contractors minimally, but to subcontractors maximally. Expert focus group commends that several important issues should be considered when implementing ICT.
