Automatic image completion techniques have difficulty processing images in which the target region has multiple planes or is non-facade. Here, we propose a new image completion method that uses belief propagation based on planar priorities. We first calculate planar information, which includes planar projection parameters, plane segments, and repetitive regularity extractions within the plane. Next, we convert this planar information into planar guide knowledge using the prior probabilities of patch transforms and offsets. Using the energy of the discrete Markov Random Field (MRF), we then define an objective function for image completion that uses the planar guide knowledge. Finally, in order to effectively optimize the MRF, we propose a new optimization scheme, termed Planar Priority-belief propagation that includes message-scheduling-based planar priority and dynamic label cropping. The results of experiment show that our approach exhibits advanced performance compared with existing approaches.

This paper considers the rail crane scheduling problem which is defined as determining the sequence of loading/unloading container on/from a freight train. The objective is to minimize the weighted sum of the range of order completion time and makespan. The range of order completion time implies the difference between the maximum of completion time and minimum of start time of each customer order consisting of jobs. Makespan refers to the time when all the jobs are completed. In a rail freight terminal, logistics firms as a customer wish to reduce the range of their order completion time. To develop a methodology for the crane scheduling, we formulate the problem as a mixed integer program and develop three metaheuristics, namely, genetic algorithm, simulated annealing, and tabu search. To validate the effectiveness of heuristic algorithms, computational experiments are done based on a set of real life data. Results of the experiments show that heuristic algorithms give good solutions for small-size and large-size problems in terms of solution quality and computation time.

The Purpose of this study was to explore the relation between the marital process of completion and marital satisfaction. The Data was collected by in_depth personal interview. Fifteen respondents who had been remarried for over 5 years were chosen by a researcher independently from a province in South Korea and comprised 8 females(over 55 ages) and 7 males(over 60 ages ). The Results were as fellows: 1. The Remarriage process of completion was an important process for arranging a marriage with a partner. This process was reached through the remarriage motive of the remarried person who was chosen by introduction of a family member or a friend and through meeting with a familiar friend. The factors were remarriage motive, meeting with a spouse, children's response about remarriage, and remarriage decision. 2. The success of the marital process of completion depended on a support from families and friends in order to develop their conjugal relation. Therefore conjugal relation was an important relation in marital satisfaction. Particularly, the parents-child relation, relation between a stepbrother and stepsister, and social support for remarried persons were important relations in their marital satisfaction.

The objective of this study is to improve the health related quality of life through the efficient weight reduction by analyzing the ecological factors related to completion of weight reduction program in the obese premenopausal women aged 20-29 years. The factors influencing completion of obesity management programs in the obese women were the preferences of sweet and salt taste, health related quality of life (general health, role emotional), eating attitude scores, and regularity of mealtime scores. The finding that the completion of obese management programme were improved if the health-related quality of life was high and the physiological status related symptoms of stress, depress, and eating disorder were good has implications for the treatment of obesity. The questionnaire used this study can be available to develop the obesity assessment sheets which is required the exploration of the characteristics of obese women and the tailored multi-disciplinary obesity management program. Moreover, the obesity assessment sheets will make a contribution to determine types of the programs that is suitable for obesity women before starting an obesity management program.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the perceptions of teachers and students on the implementation of the intensive course completion system in mathematics courses and to provide suggestions for the improvement of the system. Five high school mathematics teachers and 338 10th graders and 87 11th graders in 2 high schools located in Gyeonggi-do participated in this study. The results of this study indicated that the intensive course completion system is more appropriate to the subjects which require less time allotment or practical exercise than mathematics courses. For better implementation of the intensive course completion system in mathematics courses, first of all, enough time allotment for teaching and learning mathematics should be guaranteed. Otherwise, the system can make students feel more burden of learning due to increase in learning volume of mathematics courses.

A class of topological algebras, which we call it a fundamental one, has already been introduced generalizing the famous Cohen factorization theorem to more general topological algebras. To prove the generalized versions of Cohen's theorem to locally multilplicatively convex algebras, and finally to fundamental topological algebras, the completness of the background spaces is one of the main conditions. The local convexity of the completion of a locally convex space is a well known fact and here we have a discussion on the completness of fundamental metrizable topological vector spaces.

We study the question of whether a partial (0, 1)-normal matrix has a non-symmetric normal completion. Matrix sandwich problems are an important and special case of matrix completion problems. In this paper, we give some properties for the (0, 1)-normal matrices and some large classes that satisfies the normal sandwich completion.

This paper considers discrete-time two-class Ge $o^{X/}$G/1 queues with preemptive repeat priority. Service times of messages of each priority class are i.i.d. according to a general discrete distribution function that may differ between two classes. Completion times are derived for the preemptive repeat identical and different priority disciplines. By using the completion time, the stability condition for our system is investigated.d.

Project Managers want to reduce the cost and the completion time of the project simultaneously. But the project completion time tends to increase as the project cost is reduced, and the project cost has a tendency to increase as the project completion time is reduced. In this paper, the resource constrained project scheduling problem with multiple crashable modes is considered. An exact solution method for finding the efficient solution set and the computational results are introduced.
