Fish larvae are immediately exposed to microbes from hatching to maturation of their lymphoid organs, therefore effective innate mechanisms is very important for survival in such an environment. The key component of innate immune system, C3 is central protein of all activation pathways of the complement system, leading to inflammatory reactions, such as opsonisation, chemotaxis, and cell lysis of pathogens. Although, innate mechanisms is essential for survival in the early stage of development, little is known about defence mechanisms. In this study, the alignment analysis showed that amino acid sequence of C3 from olive flounder liver EST homologous to other known C3 sequences with 73-99% identity. Also, we examined the tissue distribution of olive flounder C3 and analyzed expression pattern from the fertilized egg until 28 days post hatching. As a result, olive flounder C3 mRNA was expressed only in the liver and the mRNA level more increased as developmental proceed during the early stage. These results may suggest that olive flounder C3 plays an important function in the early immune response of olive flounder larvae.

Laminate products for motor core are developed with a structure in which the importance of quality level and clamping force is influenced by the recent performance and safety of the product. It has been confirmed that the accuracy of the mold is emphasized, and that the accuracy of the tightening force produced by the stacked product for the motor core is greatly influenced by the change in the bottom dead center displacement of the aged high speed press. The reason why setting the mold, and test the effect of bottom dead center of high speed press is to improve product pull force in embossing process at mold. We have applied the system to minimize the effect on the damping displacement under the dynamical degree of the equipment by applying the emboss complement device which can test the influence and complement in the process.

This study focuses on the flexural behavior of RC beam with externally bonding FRP reinforcement. FRP-plate strengthening system is mainly installed with an anchor-bolt. But the installation with it has several disadvantage as a complicated work, a high labor costs. To complement these disadvantage, the test is performed about improved FRP-plate strengthening system.

Antitumor polysaccharides were known to activate complement system and to increase specific serum proteins in mouse, and researcher reported that antitumor activity of polyasccharides might be correlated with their biological properties such as activation of complement system and increase of specific protein $L_{A}$, $L_{B}$ and $L_{C}$ within the mouse serum. In case of several Ganoderma lucidum, there was no correlation between their antitumor activities and their bioloical properties, but the antitumor activities against sarcoma 180 of the alkali extracted crude polysaccharide fractions of the Ganoderma lucidum IY 009. AS, T, AI and M were correlated with their bioloical properties such as anticomplementary activity and intensity of mouse serum protein $L_{A}$, $L_{B}$ and $L_{C}$.

We discuss the class of projective systems whose supports are the complement of the union of three linear subspaces in general position. We proves these codes are uniquely dtermined up to equivalence by their weight enumerators. Our result is a generalization of the result given in [1].

In the study, we propose, for the practical approaches of job shop scheduling, the new dispatching rules of Job shop scheduling in order to complement the practical applications in the existing researches. The performance of the new dispatching rules is compared and analyzed with the existing methods through the computer experiments in the assumed conditions. The results can be useful to improving a field application of the job shop scheduling.

This paper describes a vision-based line-tracking system for AGV and steering control scheme. For detect the guideline quickly and exactly, We use four line-points which complement and predict each other. This low-cost line-tracking system is efficiently using PC-based real-time vision processing, Steering control is studied through an steering controller with guide-line angle and line-point error. This method is tested via a typical AGV with a single camera in laboratory environment.

In this paper, we proposed a new architecture of MAC(Multiplier-Accumulator) to operate high-speed multiplication-accumulation. We used the MBA(Modified radix-4 Booth Algorithm) which is based on the 1's complement number system, and CSA(Carry Save Adder) for addition of the partial products. During the addition of the partial product, the signed numbers with the 1's complement type after Booth encoding are converted in the 2's complement signed number in the CSA tree. Since 2-bit CLA(Carry Look-ahead Adder) was used in adding the lower bits of the partial product, the input bit width of the final adder and whole delay of the critical path were reduced. The proposed MAC was applied into the DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform) filtering operation for JPEG2000, and it showed the possibility for the practical application. Finally we identified the improved performance according to the comparison with the previous architecture in the aspect of hardware resource and delay.

Geography textbooks and atlases are typical printed materials broadly used in the classroom and the public education as certified materials. The students' atlas, as supplementary materials, is useful in teaching and learning geography in the classroom. This study examines and evaluates the supplementary role of the students' atlas in the institutional and pedagogical perspectives. The textbook and the atlas were written by different writers and publishers based on the interpretation of the geography curriculum, the pedagogical beliefs and interests. The textbook is submitted to be certificated by Ministry of Education. Then the textbook and the atlas which is passed in the certification process can be distributed to schools to use in the classroom. Most maps and materials are supplied in the textbook and the atlas variously depended on the authors' interpretation of geography curriculum, which are designed complementally. But, that maps and materials of respective book of even different author are similar and duplicated. Sometimes maps and materials of textbook and atlas are independent, not mutual complement. It needed that geography textbook and student's atlas take a efficient role supplementarily in these certification system of textbook.
